Bryce is the best employee I have came across out of every vapor world/ vapor 100 location throughout the Midwest. I travel specifically to this store if I can just because of how helpful he is. He is always the reason I return to vapor world stores because of his knowledge and how helpful he is. He definitely deserves a raise and I am not one to say that for just anything! He asks about products I tried last time I visited and remembers without even checking my account, Ive seen him do this with so many other customers. He is the type of employee others should strive to be! If I cant find what I need he is always the first to jump on and find it at another location & will even ask them to put it aside for me so I do not have to deal with the hassle of calling around myself. He deserves every bit of praise for keeping customers at this store happy & coming back, I can say that as he is the reason I do. If it was not for him and Rory with customer service I probably would not shop at this company due to a recent incident but they were on top of making sure to get things resolved and make things right! If you go to this location and Bryce is there definitely ask for him, you will not be disappointed with his knowledge and give him a great review so others know how great of a job he does to help customers and keep them happy! Bryce at this location and Rory with customer service are the absolute best this company has & deserve praise & raises from higher up management for the work they put in without being told to do so. Its so rare to find an employee who cares about customers and these two people really do.

If you’re in Springfield, MO and your looking for a friendly, knowledgeable decently priced vape store then look no further. I go to a lot of different vape shops and these peeps got the best product for the lowest prices you can’t find a better place.Here’s something that sets them apart from the competition Lilith an employee can diagnose and potentially fix anything that might go wrong with your mod should an issue arise. You’ll have to go in and check out the store and have a chat with them. I promise you will leave as another satisfied customer.

Brice and Andrew are absolutely amazing! They help me so, so much! But I came to get coils the other day and had a pretty annoying experience with Derek. Derek sold me the wrong coils! He sold me coils that didnt run at the level I use. Brice helped me get the correct ones to make sure I dont cause any issues with my mod. He also treated me like I as an idiot and he was annoyed to be having the entire interaction.

I love this vapor world, I live across town and I still only shop at this store, the employees are outstanding! I have never had even a slightly bad experience here, the customer service is always stellar, love chatting with them, love asking for their recommendations. I trust and value the employees at this location and will always be loyal to this vapor world location purely for the love of this staff!!! Come here to get your vapor products and meet some pretty rad humans!!

The Manger is a doll!! This store is always extremely clean and neat. The staff is super friendly and very easy to talk to. I love this place and wont go anywhere else.

No stars for me if I could. First time in this store. I was excited. I bought a couple packs of hemp wraps. Two different brands. I opened both and they was so stale they crumbled in my hands. I called to see if I could exchange and they said no. Well the vapor World is taking hole puncher and putting holes in the package to hang them there for breaking the seal if not done correctly. I checked both of mine and you could see where the air would of came in from the hole. The employee on the phone said he knew that they damage the packages but nothing they can do about it. So basically the store damages the product...we buy it and cant get a refund because its no good. How is that fair? My advice is stay away from vapor World on Kansas expressway in Springfield Missouri. They will sell you damaged products that they damage themselves and wont do anything about it. Thank you vapor World for taking my money

Firstly, the staff are great :) My wife and I, along with prior staff, prior customers, and there by, service, at times, were greatly affected by the poor care of oveseer. Changes need to be made, particularly with the owner, for this establishment to be a thriving atmosphere.With all this being said, my wife and I, along with numerous customers, have decided to take our business elsewhere, primarily.Again, the current staff are wonderful :) They care about their jobs, the product and the customers. The owner needs to own up to his lack of prior care. When this is done, I believe this establishment shall be better than ever!!!I eagerly anticipate the changes ahead! :D

I went here yesterday. An asked the salesman Darren witching he recommended. He says raz dragon fruit . He explains that the one I was referring to has lot of complaints. I purchased the vapor. Got up this morning dont work. I called the guy an he told me I was beat! 20 is alot now days an the fact that he suggested this 1 ,he still offered nothing to help me in this situation. Absolutely poor customer service an satisfaction

I had first started going to the republic rd location and they made me feel like I was a bother when having issues with a product. I asked questions and the employees seemed annoyed. It put a bad taste in my mouth so I went to the Kansas location and omg its like its not even the same company. The girls were so sweet and explained so much without me having to ask. As soon as I told them what I was looking for they gave me their honest opinion and wanted to make sure I was happy. The girl that helped me set my device up and made sure I didnt have questions before I walked out the door. I had gone to the other location due to convenience but from now on I will go out of my way so I get treated with respect and compassion. I am glad I gave this location a chance and walked away feeling good about my purchase not like the other location where I wasted a lot of money, didnt get help and feel like they just wanted a sale

So I have been going in this store and location for a long time spending a lot of money and I go in and spend 160.00 dollars on the date of 10/14/2022 I bought a vap, batteries, charger station, coals, and juice. The tank to the mod or vap was leaking and not working right and I wanted to take it back in and exchange it so it wouldnt be a waste of money. So I go back in the store on 10/16/2022 and I walk in and speak with the staff to adress the situation at hand. I would have had to get another tank for my mod in order for it to work right and the coils that I had purchased would not work and I would have to buy different ones. Now the ones I had purchased. The employee that was on staff said they couldnt or wouldnt take it back to fix my problem. So now you sold me something that wouldnt work and now you wont stand behind your warranty. Thats ok they will be hearing from my attorney. Sometimes we have to go too the next level to take care of things . I wouldnt go to them if I was you.

I love coming to this location whenever Im on that side of town. The individuals that work at this location are always so thoughtful and informative. During my last few visits here, I was helped by Jasmine. She knows her stuff and has always does everything she can to make sure I got what I needed.

Sold us a broken piece. Did little to nothing to help with the inconvenience, was constantly being told by one of the workers that they wouldnt be able to help us when we were talking with the gentleman who sold us the piece. (The glass expert in the shop did give a suggestion on how to fix the piece but we would have to do it ourselves)Will not be coming back.

A male employee here working around 9 pm Saturday early September was not nice or understanding about my concerns. He gave very poor advice and even poorer listening skills. I felt invalidated and I will not be returning to this location. The lady working that night was lovely and helpful and I dont mean to hurt her feelings ...but do NOT shop at this store for your sake.

A huge selection of vapor supplies in a clean and organized store.A friendly and knowledgeable staff has been a helpful on many occasions.Recently there has been a shortage on restocking some items but understandable due to changing of owners.A pleasure to do business with!

Fantastic crew that are extremely knowledgeable about all there products. With only a few questions got me a set up and juice and even assembled it up for me giving me step by step instructions on how to use and care for my new vape. Will definitely be back.

Kind of disappointed. Went in and asked for some Humble brand juice called Sweater Weather. The cashier was pleasant, then I got home and tried the juice, and it tasted terrible, not what I remembered it tasting like. I looked at the package and realized I was sold Sweater *Puppets* instead of what I asked for. Honest mistake I guess, but I went back to the store to see if I could get an exchange since it was the cashiers mistake. They said they couldnt exchange bc of FDA rules, fair enough, but then I asked if I could get half off a new bottle since it wasnt my error for getting the wrong flavor. They said no, and basically just told me to have a good day. Really disappointed. Im usually not the kind of person to complain, or leave reviews at all, but it sucks that Im stuck with a juice I dont like. Ive been really down on money lately, and I cant afford to buy a new bottle. I just think it would be common courtesy to offer at least a small discount instead of just saying oh well.

I had a less than desirable experience with a front counter employee who did not seem to know what he was talking about, I left a negative review and the management team followed up with me immediately. They have made things right by me, which speaks volumes about their culture, vision, and goals, and I appreciate their loyalty to the customers and to customer service on the whole.Sometimes mistakes and bad experiences happen, but how you rectify that experience is what leaves a lasting impression. Thank you to Derrick and his team for making it right.

Jasmine has helped me multiple times now, starting with helping me pick a device. Since then, every time I come in she is so helpful in showing me new flavors and products. Today she helped me in picking some new Kratom as well. I will always go to this location and recommend others to go here as well!

Just went to vapor world with my banger that worked in my water pipe (18mm male). It was broken, so I was there buying a new one. I thought it was a 14mm so I told the clerk I needed a 14 but told him to make sure they’re the same size. He proceeded to sell me a 14mm, while throwing away the broken one without making sure it was the same size. Let me walk out of the door. And now I can’t return an unused piece of glass that will forever sit on a shelf and gain dust. Doubt I will be going back to vapor world again when I have been a customer for 7 years

Do not use this vapor world, the employees think it’s okay to not only show you fake videos on their products but argue with you and cuss. After the employee was done cussing at me and telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about he walked away and started doing something else. Every time I go into this store the workers are rude and seem like they don’t want to do their jobs. I will strictly go to the vapor world off glenstone from now on.

I went in and had Karston as my rep. Awesome guy knew what I was looking for and got me hooked up, even suggested a couple things to try and I was not disappointed at all. 10/10 recommend him and this store! Great friendly staff. Definitely will be coming back!

Was very disappointed going into the vape world on North Kansas expressway not because of the employees or the store but their new policy to ID and refuse to sell. I understand that underage kids are coming in purchasing these products but when you can clearly see that the person is not a minor and have ID unfortunately expired the employees that you have entrusted with your store should be able to make a judgment call and sell to someone who is clearly an adult we have spent lots of money in the store over the last few years but will not be returning due to this new policy and will take our money elsewhere

The employees were nice and the prices are reasonable, but Im rather upset about the return policy. My husband and I went in there to get a vape pen, which I was happy with. But when we were asking about liquid to put in that specific pen, she suggested liquids that werent compatible with it. We had mentioned a couple times that the liquid that we wanted was for THAT pen. We were unaware of the incompatibility when we paid, and as we were walking out the door, we realized that we had no way to smoke the liquid. Didnt get 5 ft out the door, turned right around to ask about returning since we couldnt use it and were told that they have a strict no return policy. Then, when asked what were supposed to do with liquid we couldnt use, the suggestion was you could get another device... Ended up spending almost $30 extra dollars that we didnt need to spend.In the era of Corona, I completely understand strict return policies, but we barely walked out the door, hadnt even opened the box the bottle was in, and they wouldnt help. Just suggested that we spend more money than we wanted to.

GREAT people, great service, and Morgan is to be commended for her outstanding, over the top customer service! Theres a multitude of vapor shops around town, but ONLY ONE that is worth their weight in gold and the ONLY ONE I will even consider spending any time and money in. If every store, vapor and otherwise, was run with just half the customer service Morgan provides to her customers, everyone would be walking around with ear to ear grins on! Did I mention Morgan is the bomb? The bees knees? GO MORGAN!

Staff was pretty rude and seemed unnecessarily stand-offish. Tried telling them about a show my friend was preforming at downtown and they seemed to think I was hitting on them (I would never hit on one someone like them) idk the whole experience was awkward af. Only rated two stars because I got what I came for. Going to the other store next time.

My husband and I came in to find him something to help his cigarette habit, Jasmine showed us something she personally used and enjoyed and there was no pressure to buy a big mod thing that I’ve seen. Found something for his flavor request and gave multiple options for him to choose from. Walked out with proper instructions and showed us how to fill it and then filled it for us. Could tell she knew her products. Will be going to this store from now on.

The staff is always respectful and knowledgeable. No matter if it’s Lance, Phil, Zach, Austin, or Rob every time I come in it’s like walking into home. The staff always treats the customer base like family. One of the few places where, as a consumer, you can go and know you are a valued customer.

Sold a defective disposable vape at this location. Asked to exchange and they said nope once you buy it its your problem not ours. Ive spent a lot of money here over the years but definitely wont be back.

Every time I go in the staff are always great. Always seem to strike up a small conversation about anything before i leave. When i come in its usually because i need new coils or liquid. Whenever i need liquid i ask the staff what they recommend and i havent been disappointed one time.

Sold my husband the wrong coils. He didn’t notice until we got home. We live 30 minutes away! He showed the clerk his vape and asked what coils to get and they sold him the completely wrong ones. We couldn’t make it back to town until today (about a week and a half later)so he brought them in with him to try to exchange for the right ones. They said “sorry since you didn’t bring them back right away we can’t do anything about it.” How about you sell the right stuff?! We will not come back to this store! Total lack of great customer service!!!

I found the people pretty nice and was very figure and helping me get the products that I wanted. They had a nice selection of juices and a pretty decent selection of mods and tanks on display. Overall it was a pretty enjoyable experience and I will go back when I am passing through!

Ive been vaping for over three years. Ive visited countless stores and had even more vape employees help me with my purchases. Morgan and Dylan were easily the nicest and the most well informed salespeople Ive ever dealt with. I am so happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and always helpful. They have a good selection of juice and a good range of tanks and mods depending on what you want to spend--which is always going to be way less expensive than at some other places in the area. *cough417vaporscoughcough* They tend to sell out of my flavors often, but I dont care, I just come back again soon or the guys there help me pick something else Ill like.

We went in today to get a few things, and one was a disposable vape. The first one that was given to us was defective through the mouth piece, and the second one was burnt when we got back to the house. I called and asked to see what could be done and from what I understand a burnt disposable is not classified as defective. It was a waste of 20$ and a waste of a trip. Me and my family will not come back to this store or the company, and I will let my friends know as well. I dont want to see anyone get scammed.so if your planning to get a disposable I would think it over because you may lose money and not get it back. Other then that the two ladies working there were nice and professional.

W Chestnut location I believe is the newest but I prefer going there over the others. Seems small but it has whatever you need. Friendly staff that are knowledgeable about what theyre selling

Was getting low on atomizers for two of my tanks. I knew I had about a week left but also needed fluid so I went into the store and purchased a five pack of atomizers and 2 house blend fluids and a premium fluid. Spent almost 67 dollars. Move ahead a week and I go to change my atomizer and come to find out they gave me the wrong one. Trusting the store since I have been going to the different locations for years. I walked in and told the gentleman working what had happened. He informed me that the company policy is that they cant exchange the item. I then stated that I was given the wrong product. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a corporate number and he stated they didnt have a number to give out. I asked for anyones number and they stated that they couldnt give it out. I asked how much I spent on just the atomizers and he said they was 22 dollars. So o spent 22 dollars on something that they gave me that was wrong. And then I will have to spend another 22 to get the correct item that they did not give me.

My husband just visited this location to buy me a new mod kit. He took the box of the one I have now as a comparison. He told the guy, this is what she has now, she wants something smaller and one that doesnt constantly leak. The Rep says we dont carry that anymore. My husband repeats that I want a smaller one NOT whats on the box. The guy again says we dont carry that. My husband says its like he wasnt even there. There were other employees there but they were all talking to another customer about machines taking over the world and seeing who can blow the biggest vape cloud.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband proceeding to pick one out, and all the guy says is yeah, we got that.Are these guys not knowledge about the product they are hired to sale?My husband goes to the store all the time , its were he purchased my last Mod kit.This experience was buy far the worst. It may be a convenient location but after this trip we may have to find a new store.

Poor customer service. Vapor World at fault for selling wrong/defective coils. Then they wont refund or exchange which is fraud, even though its there fault. I have email twice and called the store. Manager wont reply do to guilt. On top of it-WAY OVER PRICED. $16 for 5 coils. Only $9 on internet. Frauds. Take your business elsewhere.

Went to get some juice today and asked about juice leaking into my mouth. The worker said it was probably my coil and talked me into getting a new coil. I told him I had the smok x8 stick with that info he grabbed a coil. I paid for the juice and the coil then he handed me the merchandise. I looked at the coil and realized it was way too small and would not fit my stick. I told the employee that it was too small and would need a different coil. He walked back to where the coils were and came back with a used coil. I told him I wanted a new coil... He then proceeded to tell me and my husband that he wasnt allowed to exchange or refund coils because of FDA regulations. We never even took the coil out of the store and it was still in the foil pack. We asked for the manager and there was none on duty. I dont understand how they can sell you something and you not even leave the store with it and them not make it right. I did call another Vapor World and they told me that if an employee sells the wrong coil, the employee has to pay for it and replace it for the customer. I dont really think thats morally right either and I understand the safety issues if we had left or opened the product. Very poor customer service! Weve been in that shop several times with no issues, but this issue is enough to make me not want to return. What if it was a hundred dollar mod or fifty dollar tank?

Im 63 years old and went in with my wife to replace a mod. I had forgotten and left my billfold and they asked my wife for ID but even still they would not sell to us. This is not a law this is store policy! Go somewhere else.

They sell bad products not worth the money if it breaks down in a week. 53.00 spent for a week I think thats bad business. Why screw the poor... oh I forgot because they can!! And any company that makes these items cant be reached.

Great place. All four guys are very helpful. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get mesh coils in for all the tanks. You sold me a tank and no refill coils available. I dont want to have to switch stores.

Worst place to buy anything for your vaping needs. Customer service sucks!! Hadnt even paid for my item and noticed it was not what I thought it was. Wanted to exchange it but because it was rung up they would not exchange it. I understand police and procedures but come on it wasnt even paid for yet!! He had my card and ran it. I could understand if it was the next day or I had used the mod.

I had a overall great experience when purchasing my vape but at the time I spent 117 dollars I was not told I could not get coils for this device im on my second week waiting still not able to use my device all because some one wanted to sell a device and not mention that its a brand new device and coils where not available yet to purchase im very upset with how I was sold a device im unable to use ive even asked if they could just take a coil out of another device that was the same and they said they could not do that. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at this shop and I dont think Ill be back to this one either.

I bought a smok stick aio at this store. The staff was friendly but only where it came to making the sale. I got a defective unit and brought it back the same day. When purchased I was told there was a two week warranty through the manufacturer but when I came back with a bad product and no intentions of making a purchase I get NO support. I was literally told sorry for your luck man.Im not rating the product here. Please keep that in mind. It is the complete lack of backing off their own products after a sale is made that has caused me to go back to smoking cigarettes and not do business here again.

Great place friendly people and plenty of truck parking (via walmart) I needed some new coils built brought in my own wire and these guys charged me nothing for building some great coils quickly. Will defiantly stop by here again epically if they pick up some coffee flavors. I recommend the gqv line.

The staff likes to screw off all the time. They always have their little friends in there acting as if it is a party inside the store. If you ask them to rebuild your coil, they will do anything they can to get out of it. I know building coils sucks, but when a customer wants something done, they should get what they asked for as long as it isnt unreasonable. The people who work here look at you as if you are dumb if you ask any questions. I will never come back here. I have been in all Vapor Worlds in Springfield and this is the only one I will never go back to. You need staff that care about working there and care about the customers.

Dishonest employees - cant/wont do anything to fix as issue, even when they admit it was their fault. They have all their friends in there talking about what they did last night instead of focusing on the customer. Employees acting like its more of a hang out then a job. More then likely why the mistake was made.

Honestly one of the worst retail shops Ive been in. Employees argue over products in front of customers on whos knowledge is correct, and also wont sell you a vaporizer if you are getting it for another person. Like what? Definitely will not be returning.

So I will bump them from a 1 star to a 4 star on the sole primis that they cared enough to listen and try to make things right....... ORIGINAL REVIEW 1.Horrible people . There are a few that are decent and knowledgeable. But to many with the I dont care attitude. Issue #2 Prepare to be lied to and conned. The points you earn are practically worthless. I tried to use mine for a new rda. And was told it was to new and they would not honnor the points. Even though they tell you its good for it while you are saving the points to buy new equipment. Now for issue #3. Old out dated juice. CHECK THE EXPERATION DATES. They have sold me juice that was over 2yrs outdated. So potinant you could not hit it. But would they let you return it. Absolutely not.

Unlike other Vapor world and especially vapor 100 on sunshine this Vapor world on North Kansas has the coolest staff ever always helpful never sell you wrong products and always when you can’t see that well they’ll even help you run your debit card these people are always cool I actually enjoy spending my money in there can’t give these guys enough credit

Went in to see about rewrapping my 20700 batteries and the guy helping us let us know about a bad battery we had replaced it and rewrapped my other battery. Also bought a charger. All in all great customer service!

First off, I called the store and asked if they had the Pulse BF Kit, they he said yes. I get to the location ; no kit just the mod...... SMH, ok, Ill take it anyway.Secondly, I ask for the batteries that run with the mod (20700). They give me the 18650 (2).While Im still at the register, I tell the guy that I wanted the 20700 batteries, not the 18650s. He says he cant exchange them...... Wait... What!? I didnt ask for these, and now youre saying you cant give me the ones I ASK FOR!NOT ANOTHER DIME WILL I SPEND AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Lots of choices, and very knowledgeable staff. You also get to test what you buy before you leave to make sure you dont leave with any duds when it comes to vapes, etc.

Always having a great experience and very knowledgeable associates. Austin and Taylor are filled with respect and kindness. Highly suggesting coming here if you need assistance with vape products.
