I come here often. They are a friendly local spot that offers well priced massages for when you need immediate relief. The staff is thorough and skilled with their massages, however I do often feel cheated with the time as they do a lot of walking in and out the rooms during the session

Horrible, horrible experience. The guy at the front desk did my massage and he took phone calls during my massage, let other workers walk in to ask him questions while I was undressed (I️ felt so uncomfortable), and left the room multiple times during my massage. He was not even done with my other leg and the timer went off and he immediately stopped. Did you count all of the time you answered the phone and left the room? These people say that they will find out who did this and do better but they never do. I had the same experience as other people are saying that they had years ago. Nothing changes. At the end of the massage, which did not relax me or ease my tension at all, the worker proceeded to keep asking for cash (when we said we did not have any) and then encouraged us to leave a bigger tip. Why would we tip you 30% if your service sucked? Also they made my boyfriend wait an extra 10 minutes for his massage to start and then they told him his massage was over before his timer even went off. Very unprofessional and they aren’t even good at the massages. They did not get any knots out or help me at all. There’s better places in Stamford. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Excellent massage!! Whenever I go the staff is always polite and very professional. If I have a strain in a specific area they listen and concentrate on those areas of concern. I personally will not go anywhere else! Bobby has been helping me with an ongoing issue due to muscle imbalances from a sports injury from a couple years back and Ive never felt better. Highly recommend if your in need of great service.

Moon spa was a great choice. The masseuse came in and got right to work. My friend and I got an hour massage, they took us the same day. Pros: great location, nice staff, amazing prices. Con (1 con): walls are thin, you can hear people in the next room, and they do karate next door and you can hear it. I highly recommend and will be back often!

I went for a couples massage with my husband and the service from the guy in the front was terrible. the girls who did our massage were great. as soon as we walked in he didn’t even get to great us and he already started saying “tips cash” when we ended our massage he made it basically mandatory to leave a 20% tip it wasn’t even a choice what he did was flip the paper around and showed us his pricing for tips which is completely ridiculous. not to mention the speakers for the music would turn on and off every minute which made our massage a little disturbing would never ever come back there is so many good spas to go!! the guy in the front is money hungry. got there at 12:30 our massage didn’t start till 12:48 and by 1:30 the alarm sounded it wasn’t even an hour massage in. MONEY HUNGRY!!!

I should read the review before going to this place. I have the exact same experience as the person who left the review with one star before. My therapist was the guy at the front desk. He picked up the phone during my session to make an appointment with other clients. In the meantime, he stopped right away when his phone was alarmed right after 1 hour. (Did you also include time that you picked up the phone???)Also, there is no sign of 2% charge for using credit card and I was forced to tip $15 at $60 session while originally I already tipped at 15% at the session that I didn’t enjoy.

I usually love coming to this massage place but I had a horrible experience. The Man that works at the front desk was my massage therapist. He was answering calls for the front desk and made appointments during my massage session. He had his cell phone in the room. While rubbing my back he was texting with the other hand. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I did not feel safe or feel like my time and money were valued there. I left crying and was completely uncomfortable. I left midsession. This is not okay. Cell phones should not be used during a session when someone is undressed on the table or answering phone calls. A receptionist should not be doing two jobs at one time. Either hire more people or forward calls to voicemail. There should be no use of cell phones during a session while someone is on the table. My time is valuable and all I wanted was a zen-hour massage.

My husband and I went in for a 60 minute massage. We ended up staying for an extra 30 minute foot massage that’s how much we loved it. We had Helen and Cyndi both of the girls were amazing and really hit all the spots we had tension. Not to mention the prices were great too and the building was so clean and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back.

What kind of place haggle for more after leaving a 20% tip at the front desk? The massage itself was great but the overall experience was crazy. The lady doing my massage was literally on the phone at times and would constantly stop to go check on the front desk making it impossible to relax.

The masseuse doing my massage also was answering the phone. Other staff would stop by my room to speak with the masseuse. They would have an exchange of dialogue. Cell phone ringing during the massage, texts with other hand. Probably the worst massage ever.

Massage was great but there were too many interruptions. Massage lady left too many times to answer a call, answer the door and schedule another client. They were talking a lot during massage. The most shocking thing was she brought the phone in the massage room and was multitasking between massage and scheduling clients. It was difficult to relax and enjoy it with all the commotions going on.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great reflexology for a fair price. Anyone who had young kids or has a job where you are in your feet should get a regular foot massage. It’s amazing how much better you feel after! Just be aware, even with a “reservation” I’ve been turned away. They don’t have a great system to keep track of their appts

Some of the ladies give great massages but there are big inconsistencies. Sometimes the man in front gives massages and answers phone call while you are getting a massage. The man yells at his workers in the back while you are waiting for a massage. It’s too stressful. I want to relax when I come. Please fix this because I want to keep coming.

So many things wrong with this place. Once they wouldnt let me pay with a groupon and were extremely hostile that I tried. Another time I asked for a focus on my upper back, the massage therapist left, then came back and did not do that at all. Then recently I gave them one last shot (because they are close) and the woman gave me 10 minutes less than the hour and even though I told her it was way too aggressive (more or less elbowing me in the neck, something no massage has ever done, shouldnt ever be done, and quite frankly hurt), she kept doing it. Was excited when I moved that I had a place so close to me but I wont be returning.

They were very friendly and professional. The lady who gave me the massage did an excellent job. I’m so happy with the service. It was quiet and not noisy. I’m planning to go here from now onwards.

It was an ok massage my boyfriend and I bought thro Groupon. We didnt like at all the fact that they demanded a mandatory tip over the full price not even the price from Groupon. They shouldnt try to force people to tip like that.

Massage is okay here, but I came here from seeing on Groupon. It is same price on in store and Groupon. They just fool around quoting higher price and adding discount to bring it to original price.

Love coming here for their reflexology. It’s clean and comfortable. So nice to relax. Price is great and everyone is professional and friendly. Recommend highly if you want to treat yourself.

It was my first time going here since it was recommended by my mother in law and it was amazing the guy who worked on me was perfessional, gentle but yet thorough and applied the right amount of pressure to relieve tention in my problem areas I will be returning. Feels like Im walking on clouds.

I absolutely loved this place. Whatever tension I had everywhere, they were able to get rid of. And they were completely thorough with their covid-19 precautions. I look forward to coming back as soon as I get tense again.

Groupon scam. This spa advertises on Groupon but when arrive they tell you you they are not accepting Groupons during Corona virus asking you to pay in cash. This info is not mentioned in fine print. Would not recommend.
