Amazing customer service!!! I just recently purchased a vape from them but unfortunately I broke it that same night I went back to see if they have any replacement parts I could purchase but they were out of stock so I was about to leave and the guy working there told me to hold on and he came back with his own personal vape witch was worth twice as much as the one I purchased and literally told me to take it free of charge along with coils and a charger I’d definitely recommend this place!!

Dan was super helpful. Located the perfect glass piece for me. Drove two hours with my girl tho check this place out. I’ll be back. Their prices are so good it’s almost a wash with the gas. If you live ANYWHERE near here pop in, ask for Dan, and def check out the Illadelph glass while you are there!!

Went to Smoke Times for a Puffco Peak Pro. Dan helped me pick the exact one I needed for my use. What a friendly guy! I would drive two hours any day again to come here for glass and vapes too!

We walked in the shop the girl with pink hair did not even look up from her phone to greet us . She totally ignored us . I am going to tell All my personal friends to dont go there ever not only the fact she was rude but the prices were to high I dont mind spending money but when I get treated a certain way that I dont like I will no go back to put. DONT GO THERE OT WOURTH IT plain and simple service sucked

Love this place, I got my volcano vaporizer from there and he has so much cool stuff to buy and every vape.

This place sells faulty products. Bought a water pipe and a disposable vape. The pipe broke after 10 hits, the vape failed the same day. Never coming here again. Where’s the quality control?

It was a nice place. I think I dont have much experience, but I was especially looking for something strong and I spent 20 minutes with the person who attended. He recommended something as strong, but I used it when I returned home. It was disappointing. It wasnt a strong product. I dont even feel anything.
