Massage Palace

I found this place on Groupon and had a very nice massage with my best friend! I had reserved our appointment over the phone, but when we arrived in person there seemed to be some miscommunication with our booking. They were flexible and were able to squeeze us in. I had originally booked the foot massage in Groupon but were able to upgrade for $20 for the full body massage and it was well worth it. We will definitely come back again!

I had found out about the Massage Palace through Groupon, and had gone to this location for a full body massage. I was extremely happy with the services provided by this location. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Janie provided me with one of the best massages that I have ever received. I will be going back again in the future, and would recommend this business services to anyone reading. Thank you Massage Palace staff!

I’m not often compelled to write reviews, but I had to because I had an INCREDIBLE experience at Massage Palace today. It’s quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. Their prices can’t be beat!! I haven’t gotten massages in the past because of the high prices, but it was so reasonable. Massage Palace is definitely becoming a part of my monthly budget. The 90-minute bod massage was incredible!! I feel so relaxed and at peace. I know I’ll sleep well tonight. Thank you so much!!!

The place is very nice and all BUT I didn’t receive a good massage unfortunately ! I hate to even address this but all they do is rub lotion or oil on you the entire time with minimal massaging . It’s very little effort put into releasing any tension and aches . I wasn’t pleased with my experience but I did still leave a tip only because the lady was nice but I won’t be returning or recommending them.

Really enjoyable experience. Used Groupon and was able to schedule same day. The place is a bit challenging to find in the mall but google maps was very helpful. The full body massage was done very well and was extremely relaxing. Boyfriend was left wanting a bit harder of a massage but was overall satisfied.

Amazing experience. I purchased a 90 minute full body massage from groupon. Called and made an appt very easily. Arrives on time and was greeted professionally. The rooms are very upscale, private, and comfortable. Im considering getting the VIP card and book another session next month.

Glad my husband and I stopped by here despite the mixed reviews. It is an Acupressure style massage place and they have a line of separate private rooms and rooms you can share so booking over the phone was pretty easy. We both had great massages and I was able to adjust my pressure around more sensitive areas. We each had an hour and both women did very thorough jobs, we felt great! I will note, Acupressure massages will try to target and work through your knots so you might be sore for a couple days and need to make sure to hydrate more than usual. This place isn’t fancy, but very clean, with great customer service and a wonderful massage.

When you first walk in it feels stark then you go back and it’s a Chinese oasis. Like old school. Join the VIP program. It’s cheaper after the annual fee . I have not had a bad massage there!

Whenever I have extra money to spend on my well-being and health, I come to massage palace. I really like this place they give the best massages and the staff is friendly. This place is clean and smells good in the massagers really focus in on your problem areas for your body. They even have memberships and other discounted deals, so that you always get the best prices..

I had a really good experience at this place. Starting with the lady at the front desk very sweet and friendly. The massage was done exactly as I had requested not too strong and not too soft. The therapist definitely knew what she was doing.

I went here after seeing a sign by Starbucks advertising a $49 special for a massage. The receptionist said that price was only for members and the regular price is $70. I agreed because they had availability right away but that was a huge mistake ! The massage was awful. I had to stop her multiple times due to too much pressure. She literally rubbed the same areas over and over until they were raw and used her elbow to dig into my back. It was really terrible and I’m still sore days later . The hot stone portion was nice but that’s about it. With the mandatory tip it was $90 and I certainly could have gone to a licensed massage therapist for that . I would not recommend this place.

Massage is great, ambience is very relaxing only down fall if you Tip them bases off their requirements they look at you funny. But hey apart from that I would recommend

We got a Groupon for a 90 minute massage and it was amazing. You know a masseuse is good when you dont need to say anything. My husband and I were so impressed that we bought a membership.

While the lady at the desk is very polite and nice our massage experience wasn’t good. We checked in for 90 min couple massage , the therapists started the warm up massage with the sheets on top but continued for at least 20 min , my fiancé had to ask when the actual massage started. After 7/10min of the actual massage we asked them to stop , wasn’t at all experienced massage therapist , no pressure whatsoever, completely random . The place was busy and I am sure they must have some good therapists , ask for an experienced one. From our side We won’t be back

I am always very happy when I come to Massage Palace. The staff is very professional, friendly and they do a great massage. I have signed up for the VIP because it is a great value for me since I come for a massage often. I really like that I can text them to make my appointment.

Ive been going to Massage Palace every time I can (i.e. never enough) since they opened, and except that one time I was assigned a masseuse with long fingernails for a foot massage (ouch), I have nothing but good experiences to report. The place is clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the people very pleasant and professional. My favorite magic-hands masseur is gone, so Im not sure Ill renew my VIP plan (although just getting gift certificates at 30% make sit worth it), but in my opinion, its a great experience for the price. Im a good tipper and I know Im supposed to tip based on full price, so no one ever mentioned anything to me about tipping. If they had, I would probably have put the tone on poor English and not gotten offended. Since Covid, Ive noticed that the employees hands are not as soft as usual, and Im wondering if they switched to lower-quality lotions (or make them wash the towels by hands). So I bring my own lotion. Win-win. If youre looking for masseuses with a degree in massage and reflexology, this is not the place for you (you can join the two-month waiting list for the super expensive places that have them). But if youre looking for a reasonably-priced relaxing experience you can schedule whenever you want, then this is the place for you. Just remember to SPEAK UP if something is making you uncomfortable. They will adjust the pressure/material to your liking. Always. Also: Tip well. It goes a long way for both parties.

This place has sadly gone way downhill. I don’t come expecting a LMT certified massage but the last massage I received was terrible and awkward. It was clear that the therapist had no experience giving massages. My prior massage there was poor as well. It’s a shame because this used to be a well-run affordable spot.

I have tried this place a couple of times and its okay. Not great. The massuses arent professional. I can tell because I am a professional massage seeker haha. Among other things, what I didnt like was when I was forced to tip a certain amount. I paid for the membership here. Members get a discounted price. The lady at the reception told me I must pay 20% on the original price as tip. My massage wasnt good. I would have paid 15% but I dont appreciate it if a business forces you to pay a certain amount as tip irrespective of your experience. I will not go back there.

Terrible! I will not return. Like many on here I paid for the VIP membership but only because the masseuse I had was very good when I returned a week later and requested her I was told she was on vacation in China. (Which equates to she will never be back). I accepted the suggestion from the young lady in the front desk, (everyone good) what a BIG mistake. The massage was a mix of elbow jabbing, nail puncturing, and no technique at all. I asked the masseuse if she can lessen the pressure (I enjoy deep tissue but not at the cost of an injury to a nerve due to lack of knowledge of how to apply pressure). Ive been back since and decided to give this place another try and just another failure, its a shame because the spa is clean, quiet, and good lighting but they have no idea of what a massage entails. I usually go to the Stamford mall (expert massage) but Ive been wanting more of a quiet experience. Thier experienced and every therapist has their unique technique however, dont expect a relaxing experience due to the outside mall noise. If you want a great massage and you dont want to feel like youve been robbed and you dont care for the fluff, go to the Expert massage on the 2nd floor in the Stamford mall. The massage was so good but they make you breathe in a contraption pipe which is so so uncomfortable! Defeats the whole idea of relaxing . And after the massage I was told the minimum tip is 18$ !!!! Tipping is a gesture and it’s my choice how much I’d like to tip. The hostess was annoyed with me that I handed only 10$ as a tip !!! Never going back . No thank you ! They should make it clear when people call for appointments or purchasing on Groupon !

Easy, clean check in ( they even sanitized the bottom of our shoes). Took us right away for a walk in. Beautiful treatment area with calming ambience. We did a 30 min Foot massage. Our massage therapists did a great job.... deep massage and covered all areas. Highly recommend

Avoid this place at all costs!Went here for a massage with my wife and the masseuse my wife had, did not listen when my wife indicated she was uncomfortable. The sheet and the pressure from the masseuse irritated her skin so much, which eventually ended up infected as seen in the picture. Would recommend finding another massage place. While they have great prices, irritated skin and an infection isnt worth it!
