AMAZING!!For the price, its really the best in town. BEN does Great work and very thorough, sometimes its hard to find techs that can do a good almond nail but they really got it down.Amazing customer service may i add, my father and i walked in without an appointment and we were attended to right away. I asked for short almond pinky nude nails with fun neon color for the french and ben knew exactly what to do and even selected the color for me.My dad deals with very painful ingrown nails and Ben was able to remove them seamlessly and painlessly. Amazing work and fair prices. I will be back!!

Went in for a pedicure and the young lady must have been new. I asked for a French pedicure and she had to have someone else do it. I’m sorry but it not only looks bad but she also cut me with the drill. I will not be going back. You can see on the second toe where it was cut.

Look I will not say they do a bad job on the nails. It’s not often they have done a bad job. BUT!!!!!!!! The price has changed for the same service every time I go there. There is always a misc charge on the bill.Well today I was told my nails were 45+5 and I left a 15 tip. I asked what the 5 charge was and this guy (I think the owner) told me it’s a charge because I got almond shaped nails… OK first of all how is FILING YOUR NAILS $5 ?!?!!!????! That’s crazy!!! And second my nails, NATURAL nails, were already almond shape when I got there I asked for them to be shorter.FYI if you need tips on your nails guess what they charge for that too. When I found that out I tried to make sure I didn’t break my nails and that I always had my nails on. BUT even in all that when I leave there I always see an additional charge for something I can’t explain. Today was just the last straw and I asked about The charges they added.Well he offered me a $5 coupon but I told him to keep it I’m done and will never be going there again. I’m on the hunt for a new place!!Attached a photo of the nails to show the $5 file job. Again they don’t do bad nails I just don’t like the shady way they add fees

They took me in late and are by far the best around! They nailed my French acrylics and the eyebrow specialist is by far the best in town! I will be coming back as a regular! Such a great experience!

I have been coming to Luxury Nails for over 4 years. Ben and Tiffany are amazing and I get my manicures done with them. They have many options for pedicures and I have probably had every person that worked there and haven’t had a bad experience yet. They have added new services and offer massages, scalp treatments, and eyelash extensions. The place is very modern and clean.

I came in before work with multiple designs in mind, the woman was unable to do the designs. Due to either not wanting to service me as a client or because she was unable to do the design I requested she tried to pawn me off to another artist. This resulted in the gentleman from the front desk telling her no you do the client, already setting the tone for an uncomfortable visit. The issues continued while she was doing my nails because she got paint on my hand, eventually removing the paint with a nail file from my skin. I asked her if she could remove the paint prior to putting my hand into the UV light- she said later. If I knew that would result in the paint being filed off my skin I wouldve further insisted that she removed it when I asked. Would never recommend this place to anyone, and am extremely disappointed because I work in customer service. This woman even had the audacity to ask me why I didnt tip, when a nail came off and she had to repaint it after accusing me of not putting my nails inside the gel light. That nail is now lumpy and ugly, and also cut at the cuticle. this was not a comfortable experience for me, and Im sorry if she was having an off day or something but I wish she had pawned me off to another technician, I even stated to her and her friend she was snickering with yeah I guess Im her problem client today.” For $61.80 the manicure was just okay, but the environment the treatment and my experience will not allow for me to return again.

We went here today. I was having a 90 minute massage and my boyfriend a manicure pedicure 30 minute foot massage. He enjoyed the manicure pedicure and foot massage. I did enjoy the massage but I felt that I was only massaged on my back and a bit on my legs. She did my back pretty much only and then took another 20 minutes to towel off the cream and put the hot stones on me. When I turned over I thought she was going to do the other half of my body, including my feet. She sat down on the chair and rubbed my head for about another 10 minutes to the point where I asked her to please stop. I think she was falling asleep. I asked her if she was going to do my feet and she just squeezed them, patted me down for a minute or two and said okay and left the room.That was disappointing as I wouldve preferred a full body 90 minute massage as I asked for. To begin with I had to take a towel from out of their cabinet to put down on the table as I found the table sheets to not be very clean. It was obvious the woman working on me, wasnt a professional, and I am only giving this review because the prices that they are charging are for professional massage. I did not find this place to be luxurious under any circumstance. As we entered the place there were people, grown ups as well as children sleeping all over the couches and the chairs.My boyfriend was getting his manicure and pedicure and massage, and he said the man who was the owner was sitting in one of the pedicure chairs snoring. Very unprofessional! Would not be going back. Very overpriced for this kind of service.

First time at this spa, my husband and I what for a full body massage.(fefe and Jiexi ) was our attendance. Both lady’s were excellent . I will be coming back. I highly recommend this spa next I will be trying out the nail tech. They have a full array of Services.

Amy is very talented! I am enjoying liquid crystal gel nails! She very passionate about her work. The salon is kept very clean. Highly recommend.

I walked in today for a massage without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was warm, kind, and professional, and took me back to the private area immediately. Jessie, my massage therapist was wonderful. She was strong and skillful, and I will definitely be back. The spa is clean and airy...Great spot!

They were pretty busy for a weeknight nonetheless, the customer service was amazing. Great hours, most places arent open as late. They offer other services such as massage, wax and facials. Came to this nail salon w/ high hopes that they were gonna do a good job.. just wanted a simple gel full set w/ one color and my nail tech rushed through my nails. On top of that he kept leaving while I was getting my nails done.. going to other people and doing their nails and leaving me sitting there for 10 mins or more. Took almost 2 hours for a basic full set. I understand they are busy and probably short staffed as well but I was nothing but patient because I understand. My nails came out horrible and when I asked him to fix them, all I got was attitude and all he did was apply another layer of polish. Highly disappointed. Definitely shouldn’t of even paid for this mess!

Absolutely horrific experience!!!! NO MASSAGE WHAT SO EVER FOR A PEDICURE!? I’ve been getting my nails and toes does for years and have never ever ever not gotten a massage. And there’s clear gel dried polish all around my toenails. The amount of money for a pedicure you would think you’d at least get a 2 minute massage!!!!! And on top of it I have a huge bite on my ankle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!

Been coming here for a few months and it never disappoints. They recommended the crystal nails because I use to get the gel but they would break easily. Lee has been doing them now and he’s amazing! You can tell they have passion while here at work. Coco does amazing pedicures and eyebrows ! Definitely recommend

The first time I came here it was a good experience. I got the pedicure and it was a nice. This second time I figured I would try the dip powder. I always get it elsewhere but figured why not. Boy was I disappointed. My nails are not smooth, they actually have clumps on them. I’ve never been so disappointed. I came here because they are one of the few nail places open on Sunday.. I should’ve just waiting until Monday to go to my regular place.

I am amazed at the poor service my mom and I received tonight. We went to get a manicure and gel color, but we got an unpleasant surprise. The two women who did our nails were talking about our hands and nails and one of them was berating the other because she was doing such a good job. while she did my manicure in 5 minutes and scolded me all the time holding my hand, but she didnt understand that the edge of the table was mistreating me because she didnt put a towel or a pillow to put my hand on. In short, the service was very bad and the work too... the girl who did my moms manicure left her with cut fingers and a very bad color.

I didnt have an appointment and was able to get immediate assistance. I had a pedicure, and my feet were in bad shape when i arrived. She did a wonderful job and I was very satisfied. The salon is clean and the staff is professional and friendly.

This was my first time at the salon. I would like to say I am extremely pleased with Lee’s service that he done on my hands and feet yesterday. I got a Mani and Pedi and he was very attentive very thorough. He took his time and made sure he was making my nails look beautiful and I’m so pleased and will be bringing all my friends and family to see him. He is very good! Thank you so much Lee.

I have never in my entire life seen such unprofessionalism. And it’s unfortunate because I rarely leave negative reviews. But for the sake of anyone who may consider coming here let me do you a favor and warn you. In their “removal of my acrylic nails” not only did they chop off ALL the nail including my natural nails, they damaged one of my nails in the process, using a business card to remove them instead of soaking them off. Then, because of the horrible removal method, the nail was damaged to the point of not being able to even put a tip on it anymore. So I had to get an old fashioned manicure without gel or anything because of the nail. After, I spoke to the manager who tried to convince me that it was because of my nail that it happened.. wait what? I’ve been getting my nails done for decades and this has never happened. They charged me for every service and did not try to make it right at all. They gave excuses and said well we can try to put gel on it.. after you said it was damaged and I shouldn’t!? So to avoid making it right youd rather continue to mess up my nail? No thank you. Never coming back here again and I advise you to find any of the other hundreds of nail salons that would do a much better job.

I have gone there for years and this last time has done it in for me! Ben treated me awful and my nails look horrible. Not sure what happened but will not recommend them to anyone. This coming from someone who has been a customer since opening. Sad.

Love this idea place!! Enjoyed an hour foot massage with my best ladies. Ben and his staff are wonderful. Looking forward to the next visit.

This was the best service at a salon that I have had! I was served a cold glass of wine, which had me relaxed during my services. Staff is very attentive and make sure that you enjoy your service. My pedicure came out perfect and the massage was awesome. Will be coming back as much as I can!!! Very impressed.

The guy doing my nails was so distracted the whole time. At one point I thought he was intoxicated because of how his behavior was. You could clearly tell the other employees were talking about him too when he would leave the room. He went MIA for about 30 minutes. Finally when he was painting my nails I asked for a simple design and this is what he gave me. He said he couldn’t do what I wanted and gave me a butterfly stencil to look at instead. THE NEXT DAY my nail polish was smearing off. Paid 100 to get a pedicure(the lady did great so this rating is only about the guy who did my mani) and a manicure that my 4 year old son could have done. Won’t return. I got these done by Lee and he did an amazing job!! I am so so happy with the way he treated me, listened to me and what I wanted, and also kept me laughing the whole time. He is amazing. Will most definitely go back to see him for my next set!

This was my first time here but after reading the reviews and looking through the pictures I had high hopes but was very disappointed. First off, they had not done any nail or cuticle prep beforehand as my previous places normally do. I was not really given the option on the length and they cut them shorter then I wanted. They definitely rushed it and for as simple of a design it was, it just wasn’t as good as I was hoping. I have also not done any hard work with my hands or hit them or anything and less than a week later one has already came off.

The gentleman that did my nail left for 45 minutes, got in his car and left. He did all my nails in about 30 minutes after the soak off, super quick for healthy nails. The initial 5 days after the healthy dip were great. I then went to grab my car door and my nail cracked and chipped. Mind you, if there were tips on my nails, I wouldn’t care, but these are my real nails. I got my service 2 weeks ago and 5 of my nails have chipped and 3 have cracked. When I go to my normal salon, I’m now going to have to cut my nails to even then out and get tips.

I’ve been coming to this place for almost two years.I am extremely picky with my nails, extremely!If I don’t like something, I ask kindly and it gets fixed.A nail shape, color, length, etc. they carter to their clients! I am very considerate of their time and service because even last min I can schedule an appointment and they work with me and my hectic schedule. I’ll sit there and have snack, a soda, water, a glass of wine, and relax!

Went in for healthy nails. Lady asked me if I wanted crystal nails and showed me hers. I thought it was just a color of it, it was not explained well to me. She then brought out the acrylics and when I said I didn’t want that she kept pushing it on me and said just try on pinky nails. I finally said fine because it was just so annoying and she put it on my pinkies but the colors don’t match the healthy nails on the rest of my fingers. She said they would match. I was there almost 2 hours for something I didn’t even want. Then I paid and then she had to come run after me because she forgot to charge for eyebrow wax so I had to pay again. I couldn’t wait to get out of this mess of a business. The whole thing was a mess and I will never go back.

Now finally, Truly My absolute Favorite, Christen is like 100 💯 Gold ⭐️ 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟💫🌠 She is the best ever👏She has given me several manicures and pedicures along with foot, leg massage and hand arm a neck and head massage! I appreciate her so much and pray she never leaves! The last several months I have been working to the point that I have so many strained muscles and she helps give me so much relief! Nails are never smooth always lumpy. Sometimes my nails comes out differ Shapes. Not worth the money. The guy there never, which I think is the owner, he never paints the nails to the top or the sides.

Her customer service was so on point, and I will be returning to see her each time I am in town. She was very knowledgeable and personality plus.

This is the ONLY nail salon that will set a 10 minute timer and really give you a good foot/leg massage with your pedicures! I have become a regular here and can say good things about the acrylics as well. I like to get a few different colors with designs and sometimes bling and they can keep up with my spontaneous unique ideas. Also, I have smashed my nails never have actually broken a nail from the salon, which is crazy. On top of that, no matter if I have an appointment or not, I have walked in their late in the evening, and they have never turned me away.👌

This the WORST experience for a simple manicure I have ever had. I was serviced by a Guy. He rushed and never really sat down. He would get up every 1 mins to boss other technicians around. He lost track of which hands he was even working on.. Now my natural nails are cut in inconsistent lengths, lines and debris in the coat and just messy . He put glue on broken line without even looking. I wish I had never gone in there for wasted 1 hour for a simple $30 manicure .I will try to upload photos. Please avoid the guy at ALL COST. Really terrible

Had a great experience at Luxury Nail & Foot Spa! Had a great pedicure and French manicure for my upcoming wedding! Staff is amazing! They took their time making my nails perfect and I love my nails! ! I am from Canada and would go back to this salon everytime if I could but I will sadly have to fly home soon!

I went their today to do my nails. The service was great. My nails looks great. While paying the guy told me 52$ he previously told me $50 okay cool so I told him take 55$ he said what? I said take $55, he said only $3 tip I said yes. He start to say something under his breath and said out loud” these kind of people”. I was in disbelief, I’m a black woman and didn’t want to cut up in there today but best believe I will be there again and no tip.

By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The business itself may be nice but I should have known when they take the original person who is set to work on you and give you someone else because someone walks in I now know to go ahead and walk out. I even told their manager I wasn’t about to pay for subpar service and he said he would get someone else to finish but that person never came because the lady said she would handle it. Well needless to say that isn’t what happened. I paid for the service and still gave a tip but I don’t see myself going back especially after paying special pedicure of $60 😡

First time here today. Very relaxing, fun, and friendly atmosphere. I had a long week of work and my feet were so sore from standing. I had a spa pedicure and it made my sore tired feet happy. The massage chair was awesome as well. And to top off the appointment, they offered me a glass of wine! I ended up having 2 glasses. Great pedicure to end a long week. I will definitely be back.

We had three full body massages. Two of the three were excellent one was substandard. All said and done it was still a good experience.

I had experienced their couple massage previously and was a great experience so I thought I would try the mani and pedi, it’s been only a little over a week and my GEL manicure and pedicure are peeling off - massage is great , don’t recommend the gel polish or maybe my tech wasn’t the best, not sure but don’t like the fact that my gel nails are peeling off already .

Just okay, salon is nice and the foot massage aspect is great but pedicure was mediocre. They seem to have a lot of issues from what I could observe listening to customers and giving them what they ask for. Multiple people seemed to be disappointed or upset just while i was there from doing or not doing things as requested. They didnt really seem to take ownership over it either, and pretty much brushed the customer off or blamed the customer. Also they dont really have add on prices available for you to see, and feels like its more of on a case by case thing based off of what they think they can charge the individual. Just my observations.

The lady that did was toes was so nice, but you get no massage for a gel pedicure I mean what the hell it’s expensive to get your toes done and to get no massage is so messed up I don’t even have the money to get my toes done and I come for the massage. Don’t waste your money coming to this salon. 50$ to get my toes painted with no massage. I’m really made. It wasn’t even busy, for the owner your cheap and a rip off. Won’t ever come back and neither should you.

I’ve been struggling for 2 years since I moved to the area to find a place that is halfway decent. This place was great really. The nails aren’t perfect, but for the price they’re decent quality so I’m not upset about it. The pedicure was decent too for the price. I also got hybrid lashes and for $200 on eyelashes alone I expected a little more. Granted it was my first time getting my eyelashes done, I’m not sure what I should have expected. Overall, I very much liked the atmosphere and staff and quality. I think where I’m from I’m just used to something different. But this is the best place I’ve found in this area.Update on the lashes: so they needed to be brushed out some more w a lash wand. Once I did that, absolutely GORGEOUS. Love love love them.Update again: I came back a second time. Got a nail and eyelash fill. The 3rd day I had several clumps of my eyelashes falling out, it’s been 6 days and one of my nails fall off while I was only holding a pencil. I’m very gentle on my nails and eyes. I would understand if I was rough on them but I’m not. I won’t be coming back here. The prices I would expect better quality. Ugh. Spent too much money here for it to fall apart in a week??

I will not be returning, they spent over an hour doing a polish change on my toes because they refused to refill my big toes then had to take it down and do it over because it was a mess. I did give them two stars due to my nails coming out pretty good other than the fact they couldn’t do design and rhinestones on my nails.. not to mention I felt very unappreciated as I had to wait for the tech to use his phone in between my appointment.. I’m a very patient person so I didn’t complain but I do feel like I got treated very differently than others.

I have gotten many massagesfrom Tiffany who is consistently excellent, listens and works veryhard to provide excellent professional service. I also have gottena pedicure which was not rushed and the person took their time toremove callous. Honestly I gave this place way too many opportunities. The services suck, and the building has gotten worse as my visits continued, even going so far as to not sit people in certain chairs because their roof is leaky with stained tiles that seem to not be important enough to fix. My first couple visits were decent but it seems that as they get busier they simply lack what it takes to be successful. I don’t doubt people will continue to go there because it is a large facility in a busy area, however you should not expect top, or even mid-tier service. The owner or manager whatever he is is all over the place, mixes up reservations, will get up and leave in the middle of doing your services, people are frequently waiting for their scheduled times because they will accept anyone who walks in whether they have the time to take care of them or not. I once waited over an hour after getting a full set to have my pedicure started, despite having both services booked in advance. I was at this place for over 3 hours and was so flustered and frustrated at I ended up not even saying anything about the horrible pedicure I had just received and simply left my tip and left dissatisfied with my time wasted. It was obvious the person doing my nails had done very few of these services. My acrylic set lasted less than a week before lifting and causing pain. I eventually returned to have them soaked off or removed… a process that was done at this salon, by someone who grabbed another plastic nail tip and shoved it between my real nail and the acrylic and pried it off forcefully. The last time I visited I was, once again, put with someone who I had never seen before and I honestly and truly believe it was their first time ever performing a pedicure. Multiple times during this service, other employees were coming by and telling this person to remove the paint and start over. I left with bloody toes, chop shop cuticles, crooked nails, and incomplete and just generally badly done polish with a top coat that somehow separated before drying. I ended up leaving in tears and sent my husband back to get the $100 I wasted back. God I really just can’t say enough. What a horrible place it became to frequent. And to think I used to drive 40+mins to patronize them. I learned my lesson for all of you, steer clear.

Very friendly staff and perfect atmosphere torelax. Facility was bright and clean. Tiffany did an excellent job overseeing my manicure and pedicure. Checked on me several times toInsure I was pleased. Looking forward to my next pedicure. The spa offers so many different services.

Private beautiful rooms for full body massage are available, including a couples massage room...and, they also offer the most beautiful eyelash extensions. Wow,, this place has it all!!! Visited the Luxury Nail and Foot Spa on a visit to Jensen from Toronto, Canada. The customer service from beginning to end was incredible. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped in. My pedicurist was May and she went above and beyond, spending extra time to get things just right. One of the best pedicures Ive ever had! And the foot massage was amazing as well. A week later and my calves are still baby smooth and soft. Ill definitely be going back here when Im back in town!!

If you’d want to spend almost 3 hours on your nails cause the older man wants to answer texts and leave his station to answer 10 phone calls this is the place. Then proceeds to make you feel stupid because he doesn’t know how to do brown and white ombré stiletto nails. Staying it’s too hard but then also decides before your session to cut you off while explaining what you want done. Not even a busy at the time of my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Worst place I’ve been to and I’ve never even gotten extensions before, but I know what they are supposed to look like and I even had a reference picture

For my birthday on January 27th I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Im not from around here and I really didnt know where to go. I looked up a few nail and foot spas and decided to go to luxury nail and foot spa. I had a great experience! Everyone was so nice and sweet and treated me very kindly. The chocolate pedicure was amazing! My feet really needed to be treated kindly and they were. I highly recommend the spa.

I love to come to this spa for service! Tiffany is very knowledgeable and attentive. The place is new and extremely clean with lots of convenient parking. They have state of the art facial technology to help you look your best and the technician I had was amazing. The Massage tables are extremely comfortable and the pedicure chairs will make you relaxed. I highly recommend Tiffany and all the staff!

Highly dont recommend! I waited over a hour to be seen for a pedicure. And was sat down to get a full set. The nails were totally rushed and I was not happy. My cuticles were not even pushed back! I was told to rub in my own cuticle oil.?? It has been a week since getting this full set of acrylics and I was not going to leave a review untill today when one of my nails ripped off while picking something up… Not just the acrylic nail ripped off, but my entire nail with it.

Now i have reviewed this place as good and become a frequent costumer. i am not one to write bad reviews but the good one i left was a lie at this point. I went with my friend the second time going my shape was off and ben was very aggressive with our hands and nails. not to mention we are both younger woman and now our nails are now ruined by the acrylic raising the same week we got them both of us bleed from the nails falling off. 3rd time going i know not a good idea i had a newer lady i asked the manager how much a set would be and he said 55$ not worth my money at all. nail polish faded turned yellow had air bubbles under the nail and i scrub my nails and take good care of them when i do get them done and these nails were truly horrid. This place used to be amazing now i feel horrible for even recommending people here.

The worst place I’ve ever gotten my nails done and extremely overpriced. I left with my acrylics unfinished because they were done so terrible the first time my toes had to be done twice because the first time was not done right. My sister asked for a specific nail design and the lady completely ignored her request and just did what she wanted. And on top of the extremely poor work everyone there was extremely rude. My nails are left cut and burning. And the acrylics are done completely sloppy uneven and horribly shaped. Avoid this excuse for a business at all cost

Tiffany and Ben are AMAZING !!!! They were willing to stay late and fit me in even when I called 15 minutes before they closed! I have never had preferential treatment until I met them ! They’re efficient with their work and take pride in their customers! So happy I found my forever nail salon and spa !! They will have my business and the many people I will refer them too ! Thank you Tiffany and Ben for treating me like a queen when everyone else couldn’t care less ! I hope the owner gives them a much deserved raise !

Had Full set with Ben (Owner/ manager)- sloppy job! Made me wait over an hour even when I had an appointment! Never apologized! Was incredible rude, condescending, rushed & literally spoke about the American customers behind their backs in Vietnamese believing we didnt understand! He also fought with several employees openly with no regard. Will never return! So many better choices for nail salons nearby! Dont waste your time or $$!!

This place is what I have been looking for. The place is clean and very spacious. Nancy did my nails today. She is awesome. I will definitely come back. Also, Tiffany is very helpful. Thanks for a great experience.I went back two weeks ago and Nancy is no longer there, but I gave another nail tech a try. It was disappointing. Two days after I got my nails done. They started to break. it is healthy nails. It supposed to last at least 2 weeks. Very disappointed

Service was outstanding! Myself and 2 other friends came in 30 minutes before close, and they were willing to stay late for us and do our spa pedicures and spa body massages, and facial. The salon is fairly new; they offer drinks (including wine) and the massage chairs are great! The music is also very soothing. I strongly reccomend the milk spa pedicure! Well worth the money.

Ruined my natural nails by drilling WAY too much off. I had two techs work on my nails - one to remove the old gel polish one to add new. Tiffany removed my gel polish and drilled my nails. When they were done soaking, she scraped them and took out a drill. I asked for no drill, she insisted, saying shed be very gentle. I asked AGAIN no drill, but she insisted on using it. She machined more than half of my nail thickness off. Now, my usually strong natural nails are paper-thin, bending back, and splitting like crazy. Then, she used clippers to take off over half the length without permission! I was furious. It will be months before they have grown to recovery. I have done gel polish countless times before at other salons and have never had such a terrible experience. Staff had a pleasant demeanor, but did not listen to my wishes and ruined my nails.

My pedicure was just right! My pedicure was very relaxing . Rick did a wonderful job with my feet! I had some calluses and he really worked on them to soften them up! I came in on my birthday and was given a very sweet gift!

My experience at the spa was amazing. Tiffany made me feel so welcomed and and truly worked magic. She used so much skill on my nails, and the detailed care she took really makes this salon stand out. I will recommend this salon above the rest. The care is superior, thank you guys!!!

First visit was pretty good! I had Lee for a pedicure and Felix for a gel manicure. Felix did an amazing job, and I can tell he pays attention to detail. The place is sanity, trendy and so very relaxing.I really, truly hope this salon and the techs remain consistent with their services.

Went for the first time on my moms birthday. Had to change colors twice while doing my pedicure as their colors ran out. Really poor selection of colors for toes. I had to change to gel just to have a decent color. I will not be coming back here. Especially for the price of a pedicure.

WORST! The person that did my feet was told to do gel in two languages.. she still did what she wanted and got mad and walked off . I went back the next day and told them my hands and feet did not match the owner was annoyed . The girl that did my feet the first time jumped around me like she was on a spring !!! So rude ! She had energy that day I guess! I moved from broward county to psl and was never over priced like this for the poorest work! Was my first time since covid to do my nails and it was the worst experience I ever experienced! The girl at the front desk acted like she hadn’t slept in days . She didn’t even have my appt scheduled ! Nails we done how ever they found would make their life easier . Worst experience ever ! I would give this place negative stars if I could and way over priced for the garbage they do! And the staff they have, very unprofessional and disrespectful .

Not gonna lie ..I rate Lee a five star he is awesome always does my nails how i like them done . Very efficient and a fun pleasant person to be around.i had a few unpleasant incidents but I found a really great nail tech and Lee is his name ...if I can give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Lee for being so nice and helpful.

Had a great pedicure but terrible experience with full set acrylics! The person that did my acrylic nails was terrible at listening to what I wanted, I had to repeat several times to make them shorter. I ended up have to file them down myself when I got home because they were all crooked and to long. Then after 1 week they started popping off! I have been getting my nails done at another place for over 10 years and have never had that happen. Plus the prices are way to high!

Love this place! Super kind and genuine people work here. Ask for Tiffany for a mani- she’s the best.💚 I have thinner nails and can’t have a thick coat of dip. Tiffany knows how to make dip powder look natural and not caked on. She’s amazing!

Went in for our weekly couple massage with my husband. They have a new Masseuse named Terry! Great massage!!! very relaxing. Ask for her or Tiffany when u go. My husband had Tiffany this week again. She does a great job walking on his back and has helped him with his Sciatic and lower back. Best massage in Stuart!!!

Gorgeous atmosphere, it’s very clean and most of the employees are beyond friendly. I would come back however I would probably not let the person that did my nails do them again. I was not necessarily happy with how my nails turned out, but he was not willing to try to fix it when I let him know I wanted him to file down the sides. My nails looked messy and stubby when all that needed to be done was filing down the sides to achieve the shape I had asked for, which I ended up doing once I got home but it should’ve been fixed when I asked him to do it but “it was not possible” for him to file them so they were not oddly shaped. I was just upset by this because after he didn’t say one word to me, and didn’t even come back to tell me if my nails were dry after applying the top coat. I personally believe that if I am paying for a service that is based on what I want, that should be achieved without question and attitude, I shouldn’t have to go home and fix something after paying for a service. Other than that I would definitely go back and I definitely plan on trying one of their spa services (they offer way more than the traditional nail salon massage and facial wise).

Tiffani gave me the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. She went above and beyond to fix a bad set given to me by a previous salon. She took her time and gave me the perfect set of nails. I Will definitely be back to see herUpdated review. 6 of my nails cracked or broke in the first 4 days after getting them done. Went back and the owner fixed them however he made them super thick and uneven. And only wore his mask some Of the time he was working 😕 decided I would not return . Fast forward 2 weeks later most of the nails kept lifting so I decided to soak them off and realized I had started getting a nail fungus under 2 nails. Definitely will NEVER return . My nails are messed up and I will not be able to get them done again until I have the fungus treated

Based on the reviews and the name “Luxury” nail spa. I was in the area and decided to give it a try hoping for good service. They were not busy & I was not greeted. Ben the owner I guess who doesnt usually do the nails rushed through the whole process. No cuticle or nail prep as others stated & he got up through the whole process. My nails were lifting after a week. My experience wasnt good 👎🏽

Pedicure was decent but only came with about a 20 second massage on each leg(if that long). If thats what you like, you will need to pay significantly more. The basic pedicure is $26, with a 20 second massage on each leg but for $36 you get 5 minutes on each leg( 10 min total).I expected the “normal and average” amount of leg/ foot massage but you dont get that here unless you upgrade. I will stick to Metro nails in the future but I did like the space and atmosphere and my pedicure does look good.

I received a gel manicure Thursday at Luxury Nail & Foot Spa. Frank did an awesome job on my nails, he took his time making sure they looked great, and ensured that I was happy with the results. The nail salon is incredibly relaxing with comfortably large chairs and they offer a wide range of refreshments. Overall 5/5 stars.

Worst experience ever! I was so excited to bring my boyfriend to get a pedicure we got there around 6:50, we both work late this was the onlyPlace open until past 7, they had us in and out in less then 15 mins everyone who was there was staring at us made us feel so uncomfortable, the lady who did my boyfriend’s pedicure didn’t even get all the skin off his feet and now he pretty much never wants to go with me again! Very relaxing atmosphere, guy that did my pedicure was awesome, but got eyebrows done and super super thin when I asked for a trim and clean up THATS IT! Half of my eyebrow is gone/extremely thin. 🥺 I never ever do anything besides trim and clean up and this lady went so hard on my eyebrows.

Absolutely love this place! My nails are always immaculate when I leave and they last for about a month with no breaks. I also get foot massages here at the same time as my pedicures and I have had consistently had great professional service as well as a relaxing massage. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Save yourself the hassle. Lady did my nails in a bad mood because I didnt want to do what she wanted to do. The worst nails Ive ever had done along with a bad experience. They dont use new products on you, and they just wash the utensils with soap and never saw them sanitize them. Just avoid this place. Seemed like everyone there was having a bad experience.

Worse pedicure I have ever received. The girl had no clue what to do. I have been there before and never got such sub par work. I have never received a drink there either. There are other places to go and I will not recommend that place at our resort. I did say something to the manager but she did not care.

I will say that my experience at pedicure it’s the best place to be ! but on my finger nail they are the worst. The guy that does them never sits down get up every minute talks on the phone and never finish my nails properly. Always disappointed at the end my nails comes horrible. Never finished. Avoid the guy. But overall this place takes care of you I’ve seen other doing finger nails and they take their time of the world. But not this guy!

Anthony is so nice and the place is so clean all brand new equipment nice massage back chair. A cold beverage is offered while you were there and they also have gorgeous rooms in the back for reflexology and massages. I will be doing that next time it looks fabulous and they are all so nice

OMG what an AMAZING nail spa! Tiffany, Binh, Sam and May were all super sweet and extremely accommodating! The decor and ambiance is nothing short of classy and upscale. I called in after two detrimental failed attempts at getting manis and pedis with my mother after working 14 hour shifts at work and Binh said that not only would they do them but that they would wait on us to get there even though they were closing in 45 minutes. They performed our manis, pedis and massages without rushing us or cheating us out of our services, they were patient and thorough. The timer for the massage is a nice added touch to ensure you get the full time. I finally found a shop here in Jensen beach like those that I’m accustomed to and it will be my permanent nail spa now.

They got one star because it’s not an option to put zero. I should’ve drove the extra miles to my usual salon but unfortunately i ended up here. Within 3 hours of me getting a fill the GEL polish on one of my nails chipped. The following day I went back to get the entire nail redone, and it chipped again within hours. A few days after that the tips of two of my extremely thin acrylics popped off. Here we are just one week after getting my $46 acrylic nails done and they are all lifting, breaking, peeling you name it. I’m not rough on my nails and almost every set i’ve ever gotten i’ve been able to keep on for at least 3 weeks completely in tact. What’s funny is the lady who had removed the polish off my previous set told me the guy who would be taking over has been doing nails for 20 years lol. Don’t come here sis.

Well-named, it’s truly the most luxurious and high end nail spa in the area. Mani-pedi received was top notch and the offer of a refreshment was greatly appreciated. Services are a bit higher priced than others and the services menu seemed unclear.

Went there Wednesday morning for an emergency. My nail tore in half right through the nail bed. They patched it up and made my nails look brand new, keeping all my real nails intact. Great service, friendly staff, awesome, upscale atmosphere!!

This place looks amazing BUT the services are terrible. I went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure, the guy who did my pedicure skipped like 3 steps he didnt even get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet, he didnt cut my nails. then because he took so long on my feet i didnt have time to do my nails.So i went back the next day and someone else did my nails and rushed through it, Cut them way to short and the gel is already peeling off and all he could talk about was how everyone was complaining and coming back saying there nails arent sticking or its messed up. VERY SAD.
