Extremely helpful employees! Always learn something when I come here. I travel over 100 miles each way to get here. All the flower products are very good . Awesome variety also available in any size. Its like a candy store for adults!!

Was down here on business and stopped in here. Was looking for Delta 8 Gummies. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, 1 other person in the place, I couldnt get recognized at all? I walked around the store for a little bit, and still nothing. I slowly walked towards the door, still nothing? I walked out and trust me, I will Never walk back in that door.I usually buy in bulk. Taking them back to the office to put in our Communal bowl for all employees. They didnt want my $300? I dont give second chances to the Non Helpful.

I went to this store last Thursday to buy 2 nord devices. The store manager suggested I consider the water proof model only $10.00 more each. I asked if they were the same as what I have now and said yes and if there was a problem I could return both.I didnt like the new model so I went backThe 15 year old genius behind the counter said No Refunds. I asked for the manager an he went in back but came back without the manager. He is off the clock and cannot come out . A theif , a liar and a COWARD. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Serious Delta. When I use the Delta products here I feel like I am downloading a library of data into my brain. This place is really great and Ive always gotten help selecting the right thing for me. Vapes N Smoke is super!

Because they didn’t have my product I felt like they kept pushing me towards other products I wasn’t interested in. I was looking for fluid and filter pods and I explained to him what I wanted and He didn’t have the fluid flavor. They didn’t have The fluid flavor. so I explained to him that I wasn’t interested but he gave 3 Other flavors and said give it a try and I put a drop on my finger and tasted all three of them which sounded weird it doesn’t taste the same when you smoke it i hated it but he kept pushing me towards that product so now I am assuming he didn’t have what I wanted. I needed liquid that day and filters and I had other places I could’ve went but he kept pushing me towards other products that i wasn’t interested in and kept pushing it on me and I don’t get to taste the flavor by smoking it. So I went home with some thing that I was disgusted with and the mesh that I usually take is .8 and he pushed me to 1.4. When I was in there I just kept feeling like he was trying to push sales on me and I figured he knew what he was talking about because he was knowledgeable i’ll give him that, but I felt like he was just trying to make a quick sale because there was a lot of other customers in the store at the time. I called the next day explained my situation and they basically said they don’t give money back so if you go there and they keep pushing you on a product don’t fall for their tricks!

Ok this place is nice! We love a the workers my issue is the owner, he acts as if he is better than everyone & or would rather u pay how he wants you too! Money is money! I always say he needs to be nicer to people but all his employees are kind sweet & just much better then his customer service will ever be!

When I first drove by I had seen the sign for here which made me decide to go in and give it a try. I loved it and came back a few times. One of the times that I was there, Finn helped me a lot. He was extremely nice, friendly and extremely professional. I highly recommend this as one of your go to shops for the extreme quality of service.

I was a loyal customer to blow N out mainly because they are a local company but Thier service really went down hill. I started going in Vapor Shark and was surprised at the service level and the willingness to go the extra step to show a mod or tank that you might not buy that day but they take the time anyway . I have spent , I dare to even think the amount of dollars my wife an I have dropped in here but they won me away from blow N out , Im not a fan of chains but I have made an exception this time . Hope you keep up the level of service , I really do not like to jump around !

Regarding Vaporshark.com.... not any particular store just online...Terrible customer service. Automated email responses with no solution. Phone reps are extremely rude (hung up on me and 2nd rep talked over me the entire call) and the system constantly hangs up on you after being on hold for 25 minutes. Finally after relentless emails, I was finally told I would receive refund after 11 days of little to no response. I have yet to see my refund and it wouldnt shock me if they lied. At one point I received an email that my case was being sent to higher ups for investigation! Give me a break. Ejuicebogo is the best vape company and I will never ever be ordering from Vapor Shark again. Totally incompetent customer service. There are plenty of things on the internet posted about their poor reputation and I wish I listened. Lesson learned.

Frankie was very informative, customer friendly and helpful. I purchased a Joytech mod and Frankie was kind enough to set it up for me. We returned the next day to make another purchase. Frankie was not in and the staff member we dealt with was completely opposite of Frankie and actually a bit condescending. My boyfriend had intentions to purchase a couple of items, but did not because of this staff member and his condescending attitude....completely lacking in the personality dept, which is quite important when dealing with the public. If not for him, I would have rated a 4.5. Being from New York they do seem quite pricey.

Im there at least 2x a week and every time the little blondy guy ( dont know his name sorry ) is there , he is the one helping me . This guy is awesome , outstanding customer service and always ready to help you out. Every time i go there he takes the time to clean it and make sure everything is good before i leave the store . You can tell he loves what he does ! So thumbs up to this guy ! This is why i give a full 5 stars .

Good, bright clean store. Staff is knowledgeable, prices are in line with other retail stores. Never had an issue with their products or customer service, worth a shot to pop your head in. Good store for both novice and experienced vapers.

After going to 4 other vape stores today trying to find a replacement coil that I need I came to vapor shark in Martin county and they turned my day from frustrating to awesome. The guy working wasnt only helpful and friendly but he went the extra mile to find what I needed. He went above and beyond and I walked out of there with exactly what I needed and it cost me close to nothing. They have a new customer for life. I will send everyone I can here for all their vape needs. A+++ :)

This vapor shark is notorious for selling fake Stigs and possibly other fake vaping products, and then give me an attitude when i ask for a real product. Would recommend steering away from this Vape shop until they know where they get their shipments from.

Used to be my go to shop but my most recent visits have not been great and the coils I purchased were not authentic for my cleito 120 theres no holographic sticker on any of the 5 in my 5 pack I just purchased, and the coil I put in tonight is not hitting right. So I am done shopping here for awhile. That and they keep getting new juices that I like only to have them stop carrying the new juices shortly after. Some of the employees are really helpful but one of them acts like he doesnt have time to answer questions. Time to find a new shop.

Great place! I love the atmosphere and the staff is very knowledgeable and are happy to take time to educate the nubes like me. Within just a couple of visits, the entire staff knows me on a first name basis. They make shopping there a lot of fun!!! Definitely recommend Vapor Shark!

Great customer service thats friendly, fun and down to earth. They worked with me to get me back to vaping. These guys helped me find a good tank and juice. They are decent on price and for good quality.

I buy all my vape products here, high quality products and every employee I’ve ever dealt with have always been very courteous, willing to answer questions, and never push you to buy something you don’t want.

The return policy is awful. Basically you cant. Terrible. I walk in and some young girl who is hanging out is laid out on the couch. This should have been my first clue.

I bought an smok e85 from youre stiore. it stopped working quickly. on a side note i was very ill and in the hospitol for many months and was no well enough too send it back.. i sent it back to smok when i was able but the say they can not help me with out a reciect which you lost when you switch software/upgrade! i need aq reciept as i am broke and i needed this to help me quite smoking!!!!!!! how about you answer me instead of ieng part of the problem my capitilist friends

They are hit or miss. Also charges more then then manufacturers retail on some stuff. One day they will take care of you and the next time they don’t care. I’m definitely going some where else.

They ask about your vaping gear and flavor preferences and then make informed recommendations. A lot of vape shops dont do that. They just point to a row of high-priced stuff on display

I recommend this vapor shark to anyone, if they dont have what you need , they will get it. Chris is a wonderful help, highly recommend this store!

Really cool spot, nice little Keurig coffee set up for customers and it has a lounge feel to it with really nice white pleather couches... so you can grab some vape supplies and chillax for a bit :-)
