Pretty cool vibe. They have a good selection of some of my favorite brands and they also make some of their own. But theyre premade selection actually is much smaller than most other shops.But I feel like when I come here I can get my juice and just chill in their lounge area. When they make their own juice though it was a long wait which Ive never experienced, especially when you just run out of juice and need to grab some quickly. But over all it was a cool shop.

Good service, at first. I got a pack of vapes that were broken and gross, and wasn’t able to return them, only swap them out for another bad one

So I had called ahead to several stores looking for a very specific piece, which I found here. Was $15 more expensive than online, but I could get it TODAY rather than two weeks. So I just stepped in there, said my name and bought it, didnt look around, but they were both very friendly and upbeat as soon as I walked in

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently goes above and beyond for service. Great for women who are tired of mansplaining. But two get one free on weekends and a killer return policy. Definitely recommend.

The staff are a bit on the rude side as if they do not want to be bothered and tried their house made vape juice which tasted okay but kept separating and causing head aches, splash backs, scratchy throat and so on. Like some times there was no nicotine and other just straight nicotine. Will not be returning.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE MANAGER CHARLIE!!! The entire staff is awesome but she is our favorite person!! She always has a joke, a recommendation based on our tastes and keeps us updated on our coils sometimes without having to ask!! I wouldnt trade her and the staff at all. Prices are pretty good especially compared to where we went before and once they cool the house juices are rarely a miss. The ones that are werent the fault of the shop, I just didnt like them. Made the Hou drive before we moved to see them and still make the drive now that we moved!!!

Very friendly staff and amazing House Juice made on the spot. Whatever flavor you want they make plus the prices are very reasonable!

Great people. They are very helpful. I wish people would stop trying to break into it. Seems like every couple months they have a new window or door to fix. If I catch you trying to break in here, its on site scum bags

As it pertains to the review prior to this one... about the battery being replaced, horrible service ect...disregard. The review was sadly based off of, someone not getting service after throwing a heavy metal object at employee. Therefore.... any employee has the right to refuse service to a customer who physically and verbally is threatening them. These employees are amazing, thoughtful, personable, and wonderful women. I have only received amazing service from Space Vape employees..and the quality of product and prices are right:).

Went to the store to get 18650 batteries and they didnt have anything. What vape shop runs out of batteries?

I just happened upon this store, and I must say the quality of their product is unmatched by anything Ive ever had!More over, the young blonde woman working the counter carried herself like management material, so much so that Im currently assuming shes the proprietor of the the establishment, as she ran circles around her brown haired and some what dulled down counter part. In all honesty I intend to return solely because of her customer service skills and confidence in her trade

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in about 10 am on thursday (the first of september) and there was only 1 lady working, I believe her name was kelly. A woman walked into the store asking for a battery and she was on her way to a funeral. The worker than proceeded to scream at the lady about how she had the right to refuse service and when the lady left and sent her mother in, the worker than began screaming at her too. The customers were very calm and polite while kelly (?) was acting like a child. I have never seen such horrible customer service and I will never return again. Please spend your money else where unless you want to be completely disrespected.

My vape went kaput on holiday and I was super lucky to find this place. The most energetic, friendly and helpful service Ive had in a long time. Im back on the road with a much better attitude. And they make their own juice!! Its the bomb!

So for a start I would just have to say that this place is just way to overpriced in general for what your getting. Seriously?! $40 for 60ml!! I would much rather go to I dont know.... Any other store because every other store in the county has better prices. Second is that I live fairly close to this place so when I first moved here it became a regular spot for me. I almost had my punch card filled out but it still couldnt stop me from not coming anymore. I have tried at least 75% of the flavors and theyre all...not good. I only liked 1 for sure but thats it. I dont write reviews like.. ever. I just had to do this one. I came here a couple days ago on desperate terms to get some juice before I went on a trip the next morning and again was disappointed.. It supposed to be fruity but I swear it tastes like nail polish. Its very unpleasant like most of their juices.. :(. I dont want to sound like Im coming off the wrong end or anything but this is just unacceptable. Terrible flavors and prices! No I just wont have it. Ive been vaping for years and this place definitely gives me flavors from a nightmare. I only reason I give 2 stars is because my experience with the employees has been good. Too bad their juices werent the same way.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I witnessed a woman being treated absolutely horrible on Thursday. I was absolutely shocked! This nice woman was kind and soft spoken and she screamed at her and refused her service. Both woman were very kind and didnt deserve to be treated like that. I hope the owner will contact me. I was mortified!And the comment about the woman throwing something at the employee. No! I was there I saw everything I would love for someone to show the cameras. So before u open ur fat mouth about stuff u know nothing about I suggest u do the research first. U know nothing! Just sayin

After reading reviews I was shocked at some of them. I go here frequently (about as frequent as one should visit a vape shop) space vapors has been my go to store for a few years now. Pricing on their in store ejuice is amazing.Only incident I ever had was pulling into the store at 11am and the store sign saying open door was locked. Called the store an no answer. Left and returned later that day. No big deal

Been here once before when they first opened, their juice wasnt the best, maybe I just got a bad batch. Went back a year later, and let me tell you, Erik is a very personable employee and knowledgable. Im glad I gave it another try because I got some flavors I absolutely love! High quality! My only problem is that I didnt buy my vape there, as they were out of stock of tanks and batteries, probably just because of the Christmas season which is understandable.

They still get five stars because they have same employees that have been great to me over the past years. Not too sure about the new owner though. Some of their new policies make me wonder if they are still heading in the right direction or they veered off course# Keep on whipping out that great juice. Marley

The staff here is wonderful. Theyre very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. The house made juices are fantastic and the prices are great. Highly recommended for vapers from beginner to expert cloud chasers!

Bought 3 house made Vape juices from the store. They were all HORRIBLE. They tasted nothing like the description and burned my throat terribly, eventually making me nauseous. Called the store and asked if I could exchange them for a brand I KNEW I liked and they said no. Will not be returning and I would suggest others do the same. All around disappointing experience.

Good flavors mixed to spec. Any nicotine amount you want, which is good because Im working on quiting. Lowering it each time. Everyones pretty cool there. Prices are decent. And they have a wider variety of ml bottle sizes to choose from.

Very bad customer service. I bought Drag3 kit two days and the juice is leaking from the tank I tried to explain to the sell agent she responded very unprofessional and bad very bad manner, she said Im annoying in front of others customer I am very embarrassing. Dont know her name she wears class she is a very bad attitude, I hope the shop owner should have a meeting with her about her attitude and bad words.

Was wrong about my previous review. Though I still find the juice to be lacking in some quality, the juice I received isnt the worst. Their juices are house made, so you MUST go through the process of breathing and steeping them or else they will taste like ass. The prices are a little too high, but thats to be expected. Not a bad vapor place, but I would just recommend buying online.

The tall blonde girl that works there is snobby, stuckup and I dont like her attitude! It SUCKS!!! I also previously purchased juice from here and it was NOT the flavor the girl guaranteed me the taste was supposed to be! (& for the price....I was shocked, but she said aww make sure you give it at least a week of trying the flavor since we personally make them ourselves! I still have the Full entire bottle!!) I will NOT be back!!

Been coming here for years. Marley and the rest of the crew really know their stuff, and are always extremely helpful, even when I send friends there for the first time, I always hear good things about the service they received or conversation they had or a deal they got. The juice is always top notch, hand mixed by the Mix Masta Marley herself, and the music and vibes are almost always on point. Prices arent terribly compared to all of Tacoma but theyre not the cheapest. Ive never found a shop that can quite compare.

Don’t be fooled by the pretty lights and nice smiles this place is a waste of money. To start the vape juice selection is small, the in house made juice is terrible, tasted like soap and cost more than a professional companies juice, i was not told I was buying in house juice until I already paid and I was not only amazed at how bad the juice was but how they could actually charge more for it. I recently bought a bottle of professional juice from them that stained my lips black, looks like the juice was separated from expiration. The tank coil they sold me was also faulty and leaked most the juice out of the bottom. Go somewhere else and let my bad experiences stop you from making the same mistake.

Place is amazing. Charlie is my favorite always so helpful and personality is perfect. Megann is so sweet and respectful. I’m really happy the old manager is gone and the new team is amazing. Thanks girls.

This place is awesome, my first time getting juice custom made. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I ended up hanging out for almost an hour! Very clean and welcoming shop.

Suggested their in-house made flavors. Was so bad it made my girlfriend and I sick to our stomach, and the nicotine levels were so high it made us hiccup. Called to express our discontent politely, and ask for an exchange for a premade flavor that didn’t make us sick, and was told we could only exchange it for more in-house flavors. Felt that was poor customer service and a waste of $30 in hard times.

I love this place. Its really relaxed, the staff are amazing, they have great products. I like just coming here and hanging out and chatting with the staff. If you vape, you should check this place out. Also, they have deals on their house made vape juices almost every day of the week.

I have been coming here for years. With Marley being gone and the new 18 yr old manager being rude, he does not know how to make juice Im done. Its really over priced and going downhill quick.

Sold me a puff bar for $17 and it didnt work out of the box, then they refused to exchange it even though other stores will if you get a dud, and basically told me I could spend more money but theres no guarantee that it will work either. Save your money and go buy them for $11 at BJS in Fife or the the vape shop on Orchard, because theyll help you out when you get a faulty one

Ive been going to Space Vapor for years and theyve always had great service, I love that they make your oil fresh to your liking and prices are fair. Very professional, friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend them!!!

The young lady behind the counter had horrible customer service, and i felt like the batteries she sold me were over priced the total for 2 batteries came out to 28.00 and some change, these batteries are crap compared to cheaper ones i bought elsewhere, the batteries have no name on them, there green and have a white label with 2600 mah 3.7v 18650. The charge doesnt last very long. For 28 bucks i get the feeling she ripped me off, maybe she did cause she only offered me these crap batteries. Blond haired girl couldnt of been older then 20.

I have had two people I have sent to Space Vapor for help in quitting smoking. Both had great experiences with the knowledgeable staff getting started, and both ended up quiting smoking. Cant think of anything as great to recommend because of, so, recommended!

Awesome place to do business and will continue to be a patron for a long time to come. I showed up at opening time and they were not open and didn’t open for an hr. Come to find out the opening employee was in a car wreck. They didn’t have to but gave me a deep discount for the delay. Very good people, great customer service!!!

They dont care about mask safety here. walked in and the cashier was completely bare faced. on a previous trip i also purchased their custom juice and was not informed that their juice needs to steep for one to two weeks. i will not be returning.

Absolutely one of the best shops in the Area. could not ask for better and nicer staff. I have never had a single bad recommendation from this shop and will always come to this shop for advice on flavor and flavor combinations.

Bought six coils today. Three for a Nord2 and three for a novo X. None of them are the right ones. When I asked to exchange or return them the lady said, “Well I have signs that say all sales final.” Screw this place. Overpriced anyways.

Only place in 6 myths of arriving here to find favorite, sought after vape liquid!! Massive array and selection of vapes, eliquids, equipment and accessories!!! 4 stars only cuz ALWAYS room for improvememt!!!! Y(^_^)Y I Googled a vape store near me ciz didnt wanna drive across town to my regular. First thing I noticed. It resembles a bar. Cheerful atmosphere with ppl lounging at the bar and on the sofas. Saw various atomizers and tanks displayed much like bottles are displayed behind a bartender. Almost immediately I noticed a menu. I think 10 pages of vape flavors available. along with a selection all out and ready for taste testing. I couldnt help smiling along with the other friendly customers. The barkeep asked for my name, and what I might be interested in. I asked for my intended flavor, as well as one I had just tasted. I was asked what potency (nicotine) Id like, and the barkeep left to brew my order fresh. When she returned, she said Heres you go Debie, enjoy. I payed and left bit heard her say Have a nice day and come again. When I returned home I noticed my name was listed on the bottle!!! Now THAT was an unexpected surprise. Ill definitely be going back to this store. Its not just a vape store. Its a place to relax and meet others who vape. Seems a very open and friendly place. Highly recommend you check it out!!!

My boyfriend bought a coil here and discovered it was the wrong one, and not even 2 minutes after buying it he went back in to go swap it out and get the right one and they refused to give him the right one or let him return it. Now were stuck with a coil we cant use.

Very over priced and there juice is by far the worst i have ever tasted been vaping for 8 years now so I’ve had my fair shair of bad e liquid but never as bad as the one i got from Space Vapor. Word of advice dont go here save your money to spend els were this place should close up shop for real

My wife is so picky about her juice but i surprised her with one of this shops flavors and she loved it kinda suprised and its costs was basic

The staff knew machines well and had great attitude. The recycled parts were a great way to stay pocket friendly and they met all of my needs.

Great selection all around. Phoenix hooked it up. I left my mod at home accidentally. Got a smoking deal on an a better setup. Also bought some mango juice. Very nice!!!

Megan is an amazing manager and is extremely helpful with looking for what I need and all homemade juices are on point and never too much on what I ask for 10/10 go here for all my vape things

Their fresh hot juice made daily made me sick. I learned online that liquid needs to steep for a period of time before it is used. I cant believe they get away with this.

In-house Vapes are lacking in quality. They do have many mainstream vape juices that overall make this an average place to go to.

This place was awful. The employees were rude and so were their friends that were sitting at the counter. Their niquid tastes horrible, like they put way too much glycerin in it. I will not be going back.
