One word: Amazing! Who did it: Celine! Not only was she knowledgeable about her craft, but she gave tips and recommendations! The facial and massage was so amazing I dosed off. Thank you Celine for an awesome experience and amazing facial. I truly appreciate it. I will be re-booking with her.The facility was clean, everyone was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect; relaxing music, dim lights, etc.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 12 years and as I travel throughout the USA, it has been most beneficial and awesome to use the services in different states. Dean my Massage Therapist in Tallahassee, goes above and beyond to ensure that each appointment under his care, is nothing short of perfect. His knowledge and expertise of TMJ relief, autoimmune delivery and so much more, is beyond excellent and is simply unequivocal. Ashley at the Front Desk, is amazing and professional and trustworthy, she is my first go-to person. The staff and leadership team strive to deliver the very best client centric focused experience. Had a massage by Trevor! Can I just say literally probably one of the best message I have ever had! My neck and shoulder was very tight when arriving and I left feeling so relaxed . He worked out all of my knots and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely return to see him.

Its been over 10 years that Im visiting Massage Envy and their services have been consistently excellent. Moises is a fantastic massage therapist. He listens to you carefully. Manages pressure exactly to your preference and gives you accurate recommendations. Ive booked regular sessions now and can literally feel my stress melt away.

All I can say about Celina is educator. She is an amazing educator of good skin. She took time to go over the products. Took time to write out my plan of care. Now I am working hard to improve my skin care. She is professional and passionate. Thank you Celina

This was my first facial at the age of 80 and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Hannah met me and made me so comfortable and I loved the whole treatment. So much so that I almost fell asleep. I love the feel of my smooth skin on a senior womans face and neck. I also loved the good vibes when I walked in and was greeted.

Hannah was very informative. She asked about specific areas I wanted worked on. I mentioned to her about my shoulders and neck tension and she worked away all of the kinks. The room was clean. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. Thanks so much Hannah! I definitely will be going back.

I am always so happy when I can book an appointment with Brooke. She is truly a professional and she is so good at what she does. Her touch is my favorite! She cares and you can feel it. She pays a lot of attention. Her technique is so thorough- she finds areas that need to be worked out and then gets right in them and it feels magical and perfect and it’s always exactly what you needed and then some. She is my favorite! ♥️

Moises was great!! I was in town for work and in pain from driving a lot, but felt SO much better after my massage. He listened and asked questions to figure out what I needed and executed perfectly. I left feeling much better, and will schedule with Moises again next time I’m in town.

Brooke is amazing!! She listens to my needs and is able to tailor each session to meet those needs. She is very knowledgeable of the human body and musculoskeletal system which helps with healing, mindfulness and total relaxation. 100% recommend Brooke!!

I have had Wendy and Brooke now over the past few months. I could not be happier. They both listened to my aches and pains and they both were able to get me mobile again. When I return to massage envy, I will hope that either one of them is available.

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder earlier in the week. Tried heating pads and yoga stretching, but the massage with Alexia is what made the real difference. The pressure was always great and she worked specifically on the problem areas. I feel so much better!

Ive had good experiences with almost all of the massages at Massage Envy. My massage with Jimmy Dean was one of the best massages Ive had ever. He was thorough and paid attention to my areas of concern. He has a great demeanor and checked in to make sure I was feeling ok throughout.

Kristie was excellent and hella accommodating. She in particular made it not awkward by speaking on occasion, and also she taught me something new about my right leg, although I forget what its called at this point. If Envy rules, then Kristie is the queen.

Hannah was Awesome! She has great bedside manners, and she was very attentive to my sore spots. When I told her my preferred pressure, she stuck to the script! My body thanks her👏🏾💯✨️

This was my 2nd time visiting Massage Envy. The first time was a facial with Chandra. I was blown away by her professionalism and work ethic. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products used and made me feel so relaxed and even threw in some jokes to make me feel at ease with it being my first facial. I loved my experience so much that I booked a massage with Chandra as well. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and even found myself falling asleep. It was pure heavenly. I will continue to book with Chandra for my future appointments. I hope she stays there forever!

I went in for my very first chemical peel yesterday and Judi was my esthetician. She is AMAZING! It was so relaxing and she was very informative and helpful. I booked another one already and made sure it was with Judi :)

I think we should have been told up front we were not going to get the full Massage we paid for.Especially when we call ahead and let them knew we were running late.We were told after we got undress and on the table.Keyhole was great

My experience with Massage Envy deserves a 5 stars! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Lexi is my massage therapist. She is exceptional! Every start of the session, she does not fail to ask me if the room is the right temperature, and if the music is too loud for me. She makes sure I’m comfortable and asks if the pressure she’s applying is right. She is flexible, respectful and personable.

I was in town visiting from Houston, TX and feel like I won the lottery with Brooke! I was in so much pain when I went in and left a new person. Makes me want to move to Tallahassee!!! Thank you Massage Envy!

So I was told my account was going to be frozen for 3 months all because I wanted to cancel my membership because they try to double charge me every month. So now the manager Olivia is saying that I can’t even cancel or take my cards off file without a doctors note stating. I know this is against the law and she stated in messages that the account would and can be canceled after August now it can’t and she saying they will continue to draft my account. What should I do

Key was my massage therapist and she helped me out big time! I’m a pretty active guy that plays basketball multiple times a week. She talked me through some of the soreness that I typically feel in both my muscles and joints. Her massage helped pinpoint problem areas and relieved me of a lot of stress. I plan to join as a member so that I can work this into my lifestyle. It is absolutely worth it! Thank you Key!Judi was my esthetician. She gave me a facial and consultation about keeping my skin young. Her facial felt like a massage in itself. I did not expect that at all. I recommend her services!The people at massage envy are legit! Well-run establishment.

Lacie is always great but, this time I brought my daughter, who’s 13, & she loves Lacie! You know how it is with teens, you can tell them all the same things but they won’t listen to you. Lacie taught her several things about her skin & what she needs to do. She struggles with teen acne. My daughter’s exact words were “I love her she’s so sweet!”

Judi is the best! She knows all about treating skin and has the skills to do it beautifully. Quality equipment and fantastic products are tools Judi uses as a master artist.

Best massage ever. My back has been giving me WORK!But Jill shut the body stress down. I loved my first visit the low price and my time seemed so valuable to her, that was the most special part. It was ALL about me. This was amazing. My self-care Saturday. Her hands were magical 😍 😴 😌I went ahead and got a membership. Yes, I recommend and will be back!

Farryn was AMAZING. Positive attitude and great massage. I felt so relaxed. She had just the right pressure and got rid of my sore shoulders. Will definitely request her anytime I visit.Not thrilled with the pressure from the front desk to become a member. When the massage therapists are as good as Farryn is, people will ask for more appointments.

Ive been a member of Massage Envy for about 4 years now. I love that your credits dont expire if they build up. Being a mom and having a husband who travels a lot, its sometimes hard for me to find the time to come in. However, thats when I like to use my extra sessions to book 90 min massages instead of the 60 min. The flexibility of the program is great for me! I have seen multiple different therapist and have always had a great experience. Stephen has been my go-to for working out all the knots. Lex Ive seen for both a pregnancy massage and regular massage and both were relaxing experiences. I highly recommend them.

Jill is an absolutely wonderful therapist. Not only does she hit all the places you have issues with, but she is also so knowledgeable. She will always share knowledge with you about your condition and how you can improve an area from home or with her. She is one of the best!

Very attentive, had a good time however I wish more was done. Don’t get me wrong she is great but if the experience was more than just a skin care routine I can do at home then I think that would make my visit a 5.

I have been with massage envy for years. I moved to Tallahassee a few years ago and referred my boyfriend and picked up a membership at the Kerry Forest Location. A new bank card was issued to me due to potential fraud. I set up a birthday massage with my favorite massage therapist Jesse (he is the best) and all was well. On my bday 1/30 I received a call from massage envy. I was under the assumption it was the 24-hour courtesy appointment reminder so I answered the phone and after the massage envy employee greeted me I advised I will be in tomorrow for my appointment. The massage envy employee interrupted to advise they attempted to take payment however a payment for this month (mind you I have 3-4 credits on my account) was not received. While the employee was still talking I went to get my purse to provide my newly issued bank card numbers when I was not only surprised but offended that her response included, thats the thing, because we did not receive your payment, we would have to cancel your appointment for tomorrow. I stopped everything I was doing because I could not believe what I was hearing. There needs to be some sort of training or etiquette when reaching out to customers regarding payment issues or appointments. I advised the employee that her deliverance was poor and tbh she must have lost her mind. I also advised it was my birthday and for her to threaten me about cancelling my appointment (which was cancelled) even though Massage Envy already had well over 3 unused payments and the massage scheduled was already paid for and taken out of my account. In a condescending tone the employee replied, that is the policy. I kindly advised her that I not going to let her ruin my birthday with her unprofessionalism and this money-grab policy and hung up. I will be cancelling my membership today. I drive over 20 minutes because in Tallahassee there is only 1 Massage Envy and the lack of empathy, courtesy, professionalism, and common sense is not worth that long drive. There are so many ways to contact a long time customer and simply advise, Thank you for confirming your appointment. I am also reaching out because our records indicate a failed attempt for this months payment. Would you like for us to update your card information.. etc, instead of trying to bully the payment out of your customers. Now youve bullied my business and money out of your pockets for good.

Judith is so professional, listens to my concerns, kind and thorough.The one thing I do not care for at Massage Envy is if you do not continue your membership after a year they only give you a few months to use the balance of your money paid for membership towards services otherwise they keep it.

I came in to treat my boyfriend to a massage and myself to my very first facial, and i cannot recommend Lacie enough, although I went in a little nervous, she was so kind and easy to talk to. Lacie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She walked me through every step and explained what it was and what benefits it had. She was incredible and made my experience better than I couldve hoped for

The check-in was fast and easy. The location was clean and the ambiance relaxing. My masseuse, Celine, was very in tune with my needs and cared about my experience and problem areas. She was kind and had an uncanny intuition to be able to know how hard or soft to massage. I have been to other places and usually have to guide the masseuse to massage lighter or harder depending. She let me know of packages I could sign up for but was not pushy or trying to hard sell the packages like how some places do business. I look forward to my next visit with Celine.

Moises was very professional with adjusting me in for my scheduled massage despite the misunderstanding. I was over all very please with having him as the massage therapist and ended my session with exceeding expectations.

Recently diagnosed with some neck issues and a nerve pain disorder, and knew it was time to start seeking out some massages to reduce tension (which is certainly making my body hurt worse!) The staff here are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were eager to assist me with any questions I had and provided specific recommendations for massage therapists based on my.needs vs their experience. I saw Jill for the first time on 9/16/2023 for an 90 minute session and she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, respectful and very well-informed regarding different methods we could utilize to reduce my pain & suffering. She was also happy to recommend a lovely lotion that I could utilize at home. I enjoyed the massage immensely and already booked my next appointment!

There was only 1 therapist there that was great the others were just okay. I like a deep tissue massage. They either didnt have the strength to do a good deep tissue massage or they just ignored my request for a deep tissue massage and did a Swedish massage. We canceled our membership and started going to Chens and love it. Yuki is the one to request there

This was my first time ever getting a facial, I had a great experience. I got a 60 minute facial it was so relaxing and Lacie let me know everything she was using and what the product is targeting she did amazing!! I left with my face feeling so good. I definitely can’t wait to come back.

I decided to try the Microderm Infusion Treatment. Massage Envy did not disappoint! Loved the process from beginning to end. The staff is very welcoming and informative. Thanks Bryce! I set another appointment for part 2 of my skincare!

This was my first professional massage so i was unsure what to expect. My masseuse Lex was awesome, funny and my neck pain feels much more relaxed. I was very happy that there was little to no upsell on other products after the service, but i found myself signing up for the (surprisingly fair priced membership) to come back each month. Claudia (i hope i am spelling that right!) at the front desk was extremely kind and personable as she set up my service and i hope she is there when i come in next time!

Had a relaxing & soothing 60 min massage with Sasha at the Kerry Forest location. She was really attentive to my needs and problem areas. She made sure to ask me how much pressure I needed, and when I felt too much pressure in some areas she adjusted it perfectly. All of the really tense areas in my shoulders and back felt much better after our session. 10/10 calming & pleasant experience with Sasha at Massage Envy! Will try to return soon!

I have been a member of this facility for 5 years and I have gone through many therapists. I have to say my last 2 recent visits with Letha have been amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable and I actually caught myself snoring in the last session. I love coming here and look forward to each visit.

I had a great first time experience at Massage Envy. I want to give a special shoutout to Jordan. She was super friendly & helpful. Just her personality & kind demeanor made my experience a great one. She has amazing customer service & makes Massage Envy super inviting. Not only will I come back again for the massage but also because Jordan up front was so wonderful! Even though I had to change my time due to a couple therapists calling out, Jordan turned the situation around & provided excellent service. She’s a great receptionist!

The therapists at this location are amazing! Not one has ever complained, but I truly hope they are compensated and treated well! Massage Envy as a chain has some pretty aggressive commercial practices. The experience of visiting this location in particular can be uncomfortable as the front desk staff will hard sell you on the membership especially. I’m sure they are trained to do so. The membership monthly fee was just raised after one month of joining with no warning when I did sign up. It is important to know Massage Envy will charge hidden fees for services like tipping with a credit or bank card (rather than cash) or a $10 charge to apply an earned credit as a gift to someone. They do not invest much financially in the overall experience of their sites. I wish often that it would feel more like visiting a spa and less like a car rental office. The aggressive commercial practices take away honestly from the whole relaxing, “feel good endorphins” that the talented staff here do provide with a great massage. Sometimes I think they deserve better is all!

Jesse is the best.. hands down (no pun intended). His hands are magic and hes sure to provide the best aftercare instructions and makes sure I rebook before I leave. Hes phenomenal.

I have booked with Mrs Tracey several times and she ALWAYS does a thorough job and has me feeling better when i leave! She is my Go To therapist at ME! She has a bright personality and is knowledgeable in the profession!

Omg i recommend for everyone to go to Sasha. Best message ever. My shoulder was hurting before I got there from working everyday. And now after getting message by Sasha Im not in anymore pain. I had 60 min message it felt so good til the next time I go, Im getting the 90 min message with Sasha. She worth every penny of my money. It felt so good til I also ask her come home with me and give me another message. In fact Im going book another appointment this month.

Dean is wonderful! All his standing clients need a message board, so we can communicate the need to change our standing appointments. For example, I have a one hour on Tuesday at 5:15 PM once a month and I am interested in swapping with someone for a Monday anytime after 4:00 PM.

I just have to say first that Ty at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very sweet and super helpful! Bryce gave me an incredible massage! Like I was on clouds when he was finished! Then there was Judi!! Wowsers! SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and SO GREAT at her job! This is absolutely the BEST facial I have ever gotten! I was nervous about doing microdermabrasion and she explained everything clearly and it is now my favorite! She gave me so many tips and tricks and she took her time helping me understand what I can do to improve my skin. I cannot say enough good things about this Massage Envy. Tracey listens. She believes in communication. If the pressure is to great, she wants to know. Then she adjusts it. If I want more pressure, I just have to indicate it, the she adjusts it. My wants and needs change from visit to visit, so she asks questions before the session starts, so she can give me the massage that I need for each visit.

Luke was very good. I explained to him I was having problems with my shoulders arms due to a past frozen shoulder. He spent the 90 minutes working on that area. It felt like a medical massage. It helped a lot . I might have liked just a bit more of a rub on the back and those areas that just felt good.

When I say I have referred so many of my friends and family to Massage Envy, I overly love this franchise and what they stand for. I started out at the Massage Envy- Dr Phillips in Orlando, but had moved back to Tallahassee. So I was in need of a regular masseuse. I found my forever masseuse in Jimmie Dean. I have been a standing client for a long time & if I have to reschedule an appointment & he isn’t available I will wait with anticipation for my next standing appointment with him. He is such a humble & soft spoken man, but his attention to details & remembering my bodily issues & personal issues is A+++. Not only do I physically relax, I leave with a mental relaxation as well. When my sessions are over, I am almost brought to tears because I don’t want it to be over. His schedule is always full and there is a reason why. I appreciate the time I get to selfcare & Dean is why. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping a hardworking, overly analytical & family-oriented woman such as myself get a small bit of peace during our sessions.

Subpar at best, Im sure. I originally scheduled an appointment for a massage on Mothers Day. Got a call to reschedule because Sasha wasnt coming in that day after all, so I rescheduled for the Saturday before Mothers Day instead. I get a call 3 hours before my appointment to let me know Sasha has called out sick. Shame on this provider. Shes unprofessional and because of her actions, Id rather book with a private spa in town. Do better Massage envy.

I have been coming to Massage Envy for over a year and I am so thankful for my 90 minute monthly massages with Marlin. I have a job that requires me to stand on my feet for most of the day and I also workout at least 4 times per week. Marlin works wonders and one of the best parts of my massages are the exfoliating foot treatments. He always listens to your concerns and makes sure you are well taken care of.

Luke is a fantastic massage therapist for anyone looking for deep tissue massage. I’ve tried other places, but no one else in town that I’ve tried has been able to provide anywhere near the same amount of relief as Luke. He cut the tension in my trigger spots, and the surrounding muscle groups, in half, and I slept better last night than I have in several weeks. He even recommended some stretches to me to prevent tension buildup in the future.Olivia at the front desk was also very professional. She was pleasant to speak to, made me aware of the recommendations from Luke following my massage, and made sure I knew all the details of the membership fees, which I do plan on signing up for in the near future. Great experience all-around.

I thought Kristie was very good. She concentrated on the areas I requested. My only reason for not giving her 5 star is because she has a cough and stuffy nose and it was a little distracting. Otherwise I would give my experience a 5 star.
