These guys have the best customer service in town. They have and largest selection of mod’s, juices and coils I’ve seen in town. Nick is always happy to help me and does a great job at what he does.

Sean understood Exactly my thoughts and knew Exactly what would help me gain the desired results. I was in and out of the store in Maybe 10 minutes I would have stayed longer, but was crunched for time, cause they have a nice selection of edged collectibles and defense products which is another interest of mine.Sorry for the lengthy review. This place is amazing been going to them for a few years now. I moved across town and still will drive to them cause they are my go to. Very sweet people especially Sean and nick, they always know how to help when I’m looking for things.

Insanely high prices. For example, these greedy jerks are charging $30 for the MIT kratom shots, which go for $16 - $20 at all other shops. I found a MUCH better location called Tallula, and Ill be going there from now on! Dont support this shop!

This is my go to smoke shop. Theyre the only place I know that sells 7hmz kratom tablets. They have giant selections of, THC, CBD, Kratom, Vape Juice, coils/pods, and about any gift item that you can think of.

Pros: They are well stocked and always have what I need. The workers are always friendly and quick on their feet.Cons: The owner is kinda a perv and prices can be higher than other places

I went in unsure on the difference between some of the disposable thc products and I couldn’t figure out what I should get. Probably hit about 10 times before it blinked, second disposable vape I’ve gotten from here and both were like this. 16$+ for this Fume extra, that’s 6$ more than most shops btw. Won’t be going back.

Honestly.. I’ve been going there for over 2 years. Their prices are ridiculously expensive, probably the most expensive in town, and their products are finicky. And if you find out after leaving the store they can’t do anything for you. After my last experience where I spent over $70 on a CBD pen that didn’t work from the second I took it out of the package, waited 3 days for them to give me a solution, and the solution only being that I can only purchase another pen for TEN PERCENT off… save your time and money and go literally anywhere else!

One evening when I had stopped in and as I walked in I informed one of the employees that there was a guy outside that appeared to be intoxicated and made inappropriate comments to me as I entered the store. The employee then informed me that the guy was actually the owner of the shop and apologized for this bosses behavior. Definitely not going back there again.

All I have to say is this is BY FAR the best smoke shop i’ve ever been to. Their products are top tier i haven’t had a single problem ever with them and THE STAFF don’t let me forget about the staff. They are so friendly and nice ESPECIALLY TREY and he’s just the man who does it all. Trey makes me feel happy on down days and always tells me a good joke. Trey even carrie’s a conversation with me while im picking out the products i am going to purchase. Sometimes, he even walks me to my car at night to assure nothing happens to me:)

I have been to this establishment now about five times. Each time was for something different and I was always greeted and helped professionally and friendly. I dealt with Chris and Drew yesterday and both young men we’re beyond the levels of being courteous. Such a positive vibe, great products, and good prices. I will be back again!

I would assume the assistant manager works on some sort of commission. His recommendation for the most expensive Kratom product they carry was a great way to rip me off and lose a potential repeat customer. Thanks tre. I just moved here and would not waste my time going back.

This is a really cool shop for kratom, vape and smoking needs. They even have many cool trinkets and what not. There is a lot of cool stuff for the gun lover. The staff is very funny and helpful too.

They’ve got everything and anything. They have GREAT staff. But the ‘Xtreme’ stands for ‘Xtremely high prices’. Tried to charge me over $50 for a bottom of the barrel, generic oil nail. Went down the street and got an IDENTICAL nail for $19.99 🤦‍♂️ Just take the extra 15 minutes and drive to ASAP.

First time here, stopped by to replace a piece on my water pipe. Malachi the owner was awesome and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. Went here looking to replace a vape that got stolen. They did have what I was looking for but was way over-priced. Im from the interior of Alaska and am used to paying a little higher price for things due to shipping costs, so when the exact same item costs more than DOUBLE what I pay at home theres no way Im going to buy it. Went to a few other vape shops in town and nobodys prices were nowhere near as much. (They wanted $149 for the exact same item that was $59-79 at other shops.) Also, the employee that helped me lacked any customer service skills. I was the only person in the store upon my arrival so he helped me but when a few other patrons entered the store he excused himself to go help them and proceeded to chat and make small talk while I waited. I was heading for the door when he finally came back. Once he told me the price I said no way and headed for the door again. On my way out I heard him say the best he could do was 30% off. I just kept walking because even at 30% off its still $25-$40 more than anyone else in town. Save yourself some time and $$ and just shop somewhere, ANYWHERE else in town.

So much here its pretty amazing! Huge variety of smoking accessories and also very cool gifts like swords and other cool stuff youll only find here.

This place is so cool! They have a wide variety of gifts for everyone in the family. Customer service is amazing and they take their time with every customer teaching customers about their products and all the options. Rob, the assistant manager, teaches me so much about all their new arrivals!

Hands down, worst experience in a smoke shop. I walk in and the first thing is papers are at $3. Doesnt sound like alot, but thats double anywhere else for a small pack of raw papers. They have some of the most outrageous pricing I have ever seen. They sell a vape watch for $90, that I found at a shop just down the road for $15. Vape Juice down the road is $15, they sell it for $25-$30. Not to mention the employee that was working, asked me buy her OnlyFans, which I found unprofessional saying it in front of the Owner but he laughed about it. Super weird, (definitely creepy) older white guy runs the place. Have heard about this place from friends, but now I will never return. Gonna save my money and go elsewhere.

Hayden and Joe went above and beyond the call of duty. They were helpful and patient as I slowly and methodically picked a new vape to replace my only one. They also were rapid in their actions when a small fire started inside my car. I will remember their actions and definitely recommend the store to my friends.

I bought a vape and the guy opened it to let me make sure it works, then only offered me a 10% discount if i bought another one, instead of replacing it. Any other snoke shop helps me out. Its called good buisness.

Great selection but Remarkable Herbs Kratom is $32 as apposed to $21.39 elsewhere. $10 overpriced but still great choices. Staff is helpful and always happy to see you. The atmosphere in the store is nice. Owner guy is down to Earth and professional Work on Kratom prices for the 5 star!!

The staff are super helpful and friendly HOWEVER I went to Xtreme 2 weeks ago and someone crashed into my car and totalled it. Then tonight I bike over to Xtreme because my car is totaled and someone hits me while on my bike. Love the place but make sure you teleport there so you dont get hit😐

I went to grab some vape juice, but ended up finding all kinds of cool stuff i didnt know they carried. The knife selection was pretty large, but the stun guns, spy cameras, and tactical gear was a real treat for my hubby. They even do car vinyl. What a cool place to shop.

My mom came into your store and bought a smok novo and within 3 weeks it messed up. Went to them and they told me there was nothing they could do. It was the internal battery. I will not go back to the store. They didnt guarantee there machine. My mother is not a happy customer. I wouldnt go back.

I stopped in to pick up some kratom. They had a wide variety but their prices are a bit high for me. They certainly seem to have an endless variety of smoking accessories and their kratom selection is very wide also. Check them out if youre ever in the area.

My only experience and my last. I tried to buy a small piece for my cousin and they wanted $200 for a 6 inch classic beaker that was thinner than Raw Organic Black papers. Walked out immediately, Xtremely overpriced, fits the name.

I went out of my way to go to this smoke shop yesterday was very disappointed when customers my age went in and bought vapes ahead of me... I go to pay for what I was buying I gave them my ID then he asked if I had a rewards card and if i wanted to sign up I didn’t have time at the moment so he said he couldn’t sell it to me. I will not be back to this place. Seriously you’re losing money for someone who didn’t have time to sign up for REWARDS.
