I love the environment of this shop! I walked in and everyone had a smile on their face. I walked in a few days ago and spoke with Karingtan. We talked for about 15 minutes and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the products I had questions about. She was so sweet and kind. She made my experience feel personal by her helping me in every way possible. Love the shop and loved speaking with her.

Gary, Malka, Leyla are the best. They know there stuff, super helpful, and they have the best deals of any smoke shop in town. 😊🤙

Been coming here for about 2 years now and it’s honestly my favorite smoke shop in Tallahassee. Leyla is super cool and helpful, greets me every time i come by if she’s not busy. Always nice to see her in the shop when i come in!

I just recently moved to Tally, and this is by far the best smoke/vape shop I’ve been to. Offer a wide variety of everything you could want or need. JJ was super cool and accommodating. Will definitely be a returning customer.

This store is by far the best and cheapest smoke shop in tally. Their vapes are cheaper than anywhere else like the fumes and cuvie pluss and their always authentic even while beating everyone elses prices. They have a great selection off glass and the store is huge they have everything smoking related and more tbh

Updated Review: The store gave me a refund on the Geek Bar after charging me regular price during a deal. I showed proof of purchase and I really appreciate the positive customer service. I have updated my review to reflect this. I had no idea Fume had a policy on returned defunct products, as I’ve never had an issue with it at other stores, so I appreciate the owner clarifying that. I want to recant what I said initially, and acknowledge the business for rectifying this issue. They made the situation right and I really appreciate that. Thank you to the owner and employees for fixing this issue, again, I really sincerely appreciate it.

10/10 I recommend Gary. I’ve been to all smoke shops in the Tallahassee area and surrounding areas. Cloud smoke shop has the cheapest deals, and all the cheapest prices for all items compared to all other smoke shops in surrounding areas. This is the only smoke shop I choose to patronize for this reason they look out for me every time I go there especially for the delta eight Flower. Also, when I go there, they are updating the store. I recently went in there the other day, and it looks so good inside. I recommend this smoke shop before any other. 10/10 I recommend Gary. Ask for Gary he’ll get u right every time

This business is great, I love the customer service but all the product are fake. I purchased a HHC cart “Fume” Branded, imagine my surprise when I found out that it was fake, more specifically it features Vitamin E Acetate (the stuff that people were dying from in fake carts) stay away from this smoke shop

I like trying new vape flavors and brands which is why I come here all the time. I love the selection they have and a lot of vapes are cheaper here than at other stores. Also the staff is always really nice.

Dude at the counter sold me a gummy that was supposed to be an indica and assist with knocking me out. I ended up staying up all night and having to call out sick because of how horrible I felt after consumption. Would not recommend asking the clerks for help at all. Theyre very uninformed.

They have the best prices, nicest stuff, coolest people, largest selection of everything you could want, and they are open late. By far the best place I have been to in or around Tallahassee!
