Me and my boyfriend had the best experience. They communicated well from beginning to end. The staff was very nice and very professional. We ended up getting the 80 minute couples massage in the Salt room along with cupping and hot stones. John and Phyllis were amazing. They worked our problem areas and even stretched us out. We felt brand new when we left. We will definitely be returning.

I was supposed to have a 11:30 am appointment and was excited to try this spot for a much needed facial. I was sent the new address, arrived to no business signage, and locked doors. Texted person I had appointment with and they said running late but never confirms the address. Then she finally arrives 10 minutes late. She seemed peeved that I mentioned the lack of signage and was not friendly. I let her know that it felt that she was irritated with me which I dont understand because I dont know her and was the one confused and waiting. I said that I now felt that my appointment probably isnt a good idea. She just said See ya so I left. Would not recommend at all.Response to owner response: I did NOT berate you at all. I said hello and said that I wasnt sure if I was in the right place because of the lack of signage. You were so rude and unkind. You also did not say good Morning.

Chantelle was great! I got my very first facial and it was amazing! The environment in this place is very relaxing and I will definitely be back for a full body massage in the Himalayan salt room. Thank you again Chantelle!

I cant speak to the spa part, I can only speak to the juices. Their juices are very tasty with a twist with regards to flavoring. The juices are a bit expensive, about the same as Whole Foods, but unlike Whole Foods, you are supporting a local business instead of Amazon. Give them a try.

The absolute worst customer service in the entire world. My friend and I booked a salt room two weeks early for my birthday which was a big surprise I was not aware of until we got here. Our reservation was for 2pm. We showed at 1:45 and the entire place was closed. Lights out, doors locked, no one on site. We waited around in the hopes they were out to lunch. We called and texted the number we were provided with and no answer. At 2:08, the door opened from the inside and we heard “come on in”. We politely expressed our appointment was at 2 and there had been 0 communication and we had other places to be. Rather than taking accountability and apologizing, we were told “okay, well it’s 2:08 so 45 mins should give you enough time”. Once we received this response, we stated, as a fellow business owners who operate spiritual businesses, that we do not like the way they conduct business. She acted like a complete child, mocking us. Laughed in our faces and waved saying “buh-bye”. How do you conduct business like this? My birthday plans are completely ruined. We both adjusted our work schedules to be here. We understand things do happen, which would’ve been her cue to rectify the situation, not behave inappropriately. This place should shut down

This massage was sub-par at best. No symmetry and the last 1/3 was just jarring, not even massage! Terrible service, unprofessional.In reply to this untrue response:I was on time to my appointment but was not provided with any information about the lack of parking. I had to call back and then once I had a place in overflow lot, I was inside within 5 minutes of appt time.Then, after another customer came in - she suddenly cut my massage short and just started jarring me, not even a massage. Terrible and Unethical.Most massage facilities actually lock the door in respect of their current customer, however this one showed me that I was not a valued customer. Buyer beware, businesses with ethics are a better choice!

We visited AXIOS Lifestyle Spa this weekend for a couples massage and it was one of the best massages weve ever had! We had Phyllis and Chantel and they were amazing! They were experienced and professional, and they knew the exact pressures and problem areas. The entire place and environment is clean and the customer service was excellent. We booked our massages on short notice and the girl at the front desk was so professional and courteous. (I believe her name was Brandy or Brittany). Our massages took place in the salt room with side by side massage tables. It was calming and very clean. Finally, we finished off our service with freshly made smoothies and acai bowls and they were fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about AXIOS Lifestyle Spa. We will definitely be back to see them!

Got a couples massage here and it was very bare and not well communicated. We were in the salt room and the atmosphere was not very relaxing. They did not ask us any questions about our preferences or greet us at all when they came in, leaving it completely silent and a bit awkward. The massage itself was not well performed and we left feeling no better than before :/ Had high hopes for this place and hope it was just a fluke after all of the good reviews that we saw. Disappointed we spent so much money on a more than unfavorable experience however.

I’ve been going to Axios for years for salt therapy and because their smoothies are bangin, but today was the first time I had a massage there (not sure why I waited so long?!) and it did not disappoint. Chantelle was my masseuse and honestly I couldn’t find a single complaint if I tried. I let her know what pressure level I preferred and she was spot on for the duration. She even massage the perimeters of my face and I could tell she was doing some lymphatic drainage massages along my cheekbones, jaw, and neck which was awesome and assured me she knew her stuff. I left feeling like a brand new woman. Thanks again, I will be back for sure!

I have been going to Axios for years and just recently got another massage. My first one since the pandemic - and Chantelle made it an amazing experience. I feel lighter today!Yearround, the smoothies are delicious and the juice shots are great for immunity. Its a fabulous place to unwind, replenish, and refresh. Highly recommend!

Sent a request for a massage online. They were quick to get back with and get it scheduled same week.

The staff was very welcoming and my massage by Chantel was amazing! I went with the 50 minute because it was my first time, but Ill definitely be back for a 80 minute. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and left feeling relaxed and pain free.

Must say this is 5/5, the best juice bar in town. And so much looking forward to booking a massage in the salt room I’ve heard so much about. As the old saying goes “don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself!” Thanks again y’all and stay classy!

I had the salt bed session! It was very warm and relaxing. The workers are so nice. I had come in a couple weeks prior to check out their juice bar since I found a coupon at a local boutique shop and figured I’d give their drinks a try. It tasted good. But on top of that, my friend and I were able to get a quick tour of the spa with the salt room and the bed. I unfortunately don’t remember her name but she was very nice and offered me and my friend the free 30-minute salt bed session coupon. We also snagged some of that tasty chocolate 🍫! Highly recommend for some relaxing and unwinding needed

My partner and I went in and had the stone lava massage for 80 minutes and it was fantastic! I am very tense and its hard for me to relax so I dont get many massages but Phyllis made me feel very comfortable and she was wonderful and my partner said John was amazing as well!!! We will be back again to see them!

I’ve been here a couple times and this is the best spa to get a massage in Tallahassee. I’m a last minute type of person and they always get me in when I need it most. John took care of me last time and he was fantastic. I needed a good stretch and I love that he incorporates his His Thai expertise in his massages. When you walk out of the amazing massage you can get a smoothie or fresh pressed juice. That’s a happy ending lol

My partner and I came here to do an 80 minute hot stone massage. It was out of this world! We had Phyllis and John as our massage therapists. My partner and I both thoroughly enjoyed our massage, and our therapists were extremely sweet and professional. We came out feeling like new people!

The team at Axios always does such an incredible job. I visit the spa around once per month to have my back, shoulders, and calves worked on as they suffer from my frequent golf habits. No matter who I see for my massage they are always true professionals. They talk through my issues and help me recover through their therapeutic services. Its always a top notch experience! Ive been a client for some years now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

This was my first experience getting dermaplaning and a facial and honestly, Jet did not disappoint. I was a bit nervous going in because ya know... a stranger is literally gliding something sharp over your face. But she made me feel so comfortable and I cannot thank her enough for that. She gave me personal recommendations and instructions for my skin, just all around took care of me and made sure I was good! And in the light of recent events, from one black girl to another, thanks for your services and for being so accommodating! I will most definitely be returning to you and only you!

This is my third time coming and every time it’s a great experience!! However this time I had one with my fiancé in a lovely salt room! Phyllis and Chantelle were our masseuses and those ladies were phenomenal! Phyllis worked on me and I felt like she just knew exactly where I has the most tension. She made me wonder what a muscle was afterwards lolThe cupping was fantastic and the CBD oil really was icing on the cake! Thank you ladies!We will definitely be coming back!

I had the reflexology foot and hand massage treatment. I was really nervous because it was my first time there but it was so calming and relaxing. Chantelle Yandow was the person who did the massage and she is awesome! She is very professional, made me feel really comfortable and put me at ease, and was very nice and personable. I would highly recommend Axios Spa for massage therapy and Chantelle in particular to do the massage. She has a firm but gentle touch which is nice and helps in being able to get into a relaxed mood.

I have had the great pleasure to have both facials and massage at AXIOS. The facial was wonderful. Left my skin feeling renewed and refreshed. The massage is OMG amazing!!! Chantelle has worked on me multiple times and I always feel like a different person when I am done. There have been times I have been so relaxed that I have gotten up not knowing where I was LOL! If you are able schedule your massage in the salt room do it-it is an experience unlike any other and you truly can breath better after you leave. It helps with the allergies or sinus stuff we all have in Tallahassee. Another treat that AXIOS offers is the immune boosting lemon/ginger/turmeric shots (shot you drink) they are so yummy with just a bit of heat from the ginger. It helps to kick out the stuffiness that comes along with sinus pressure.

I gave my experience 3 stars not due to the esthetician but because my time wasn’t fully used. I booked a 75min signature facial with LED lighting added on. I arrived early because I figured there was paperwork to fill out and I didn’t want it cutting into my time. Well she didn’t wait until my time started to give me the paperwork and once I got in the room it still was another 10 minutes before we actually got started. So my appt was approximately 45-50 min which I noticed upon leaving the spa. I spoke to the front desk about it and I felt like I was gypped of my time. I most likely won’t recommend this place to a friend. Also someone called to charge my card a day before I actually received the service. I politely told them no and that it would be taken care of at the time of service. Ive been here before and thought it was a good place but now they have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best massage I have had in AGES. Chantel is a miracle! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. I’ve had massages from both Chantel and John and BOTH are true pros! John incorporates stretching and helps relieve issues you didn’t even know you had! Highly recommend!!

I was having a stressful week and decided to try the salt bed during my lunch break. I didnt have much time but that was ok. After just 15 minutes in the salt bed I feel refreshed, my skin feels amazing, and my sinuses are definitely draining a bit. I definitely recommend the salt bed for anyone that needs to destress even if you dont have much time.

My signature facial with Siara was very good. After the facial, I can immediately feel the result. My skin is smoother and clearer.My husband originally got a clear facial with another technician. He was not very happy with the result. The owner immediately called us and offered a complementary facial. This time, he got the facial with Jessica. He got his extraction and much more service during an hour than last time. Now hes a happy man again!

I got dermaplated with Jet and she was absolutely amazing. The whole staff is super kind, they do mot pressure you to buy anything or to get any different kinds of treatments/ add ons. Jet was super informative and helpful with what my skin would need. I am definitely going to become a regular!

I love the services and the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Axios. The smoothies are delicious and the salt bed is awesome! It works wonders for congestion and other allergy symptoms. Ive also done salt room yoga class there before and that was a fun new experience. Definitely looking forward to participating in more of these in the future.

My son and I love the juice bar! My son enjoys their healthy smoothies while I prefer their fresh juices. They have beach toys in the saltroom so I can relax and he can play all while benefiting from the healthy salt therapy. Their hot stone massage is fantastic as well. Totally worth it!

I received an 80 minute massage from John Maiers. It was a fantastic experience. Axios provides a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, and John did a great job removing the tension from my body. Axios was able to get me on their schedule for a Saturday appointment on short notice. It was a little expensive ($145), but well worth the money, and I plan on coming back next time I need a massage.

I went here with my boyfriend for a couples massage, but I’ve been here one other time for a massage as well. Today, I had a male masseuse (I can’t remember his name), and I got the impression that he has never performed a massage before. To begin with, typically at massages, the masseuse will gently pull back the sheets delicately and pull out the limb he/she is working on. Not with this guy. He would take my arm or leg out and messily put the sheet back; it wouldn’t stay so he had to keep putting it place. Second, he constantly went very near to areas that shouldn’t be touched. I’ve never had a masseuse “massage” my butt or go as close to my private areas as much as he did. I was extremely uncomfortable. Also, he didn’t equally massage, as typical masseuses do. For example, he spent such a long time (way too long) massaging my left foot, and spent half as much massaging my right foot. When I flipped, and he began to (poorly) rub my arms, he pulled the sheet down way too far - I felt that my breasts were very close to being exposed. I’ve never experienced a masseuse needing to pull down the sheet on my front side - yet again I was very uncomfortable. Next comes the weird part. When massaging my head, he would hold my head and place his fingers in my ears. He also massaged the outsides, but he literally put his fingers in my ear, then proceeded to put these fingers on my face. Also, he rubbed his hairy arms on my forehead.. which I found also odd. During most of the massage I was very uncomfortable and at one point I almost wanted to get up and leave. It seemed that he didn’t know most masseuse techniques and I do not feel that this was worth my money. I’m very disappointed with this massage and I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to Axios ever again.

Chantel was amazing. She found spots I didn’t know needed some love. She also worked on the spots I had asked for I felt very relaxed after I left. I could have stayed there all day if she would have let me.

The most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with. I completely understood when they canceled the message appointment for my safety but then asked to move the facial appointment because all the rooms are booked!!!! Why putting my on schedule from the beginning?!! They dont even send a cancelation email! I had to call 4 times to get a text. Ruined my day and it was Such a WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I do a variety of athletic things and am always complaining about this or that feeling tight or cramped, and always wanted to get a massage. Last year my partner paid $95 for 50 minute massage with a Master Massage Therapist here for my birthday. I thought WOW for that much its got to be a good one, but I left feeling like we just paid for someone to touch me all over. She looked like a stronger woman, so maybe she was trying not to put too much pressure on me or hurt me, because I am small, but I did inform her of my physical history (rugby, weightlifting, etc.). I left as tight and feeling awful as before Id come in. I had a good smoothie there though, so 2 stars for that... I never want to waste that much money again. That couldve been like 20 smoothies.

First Experience:Hours on Google say open till 8:00, called at 7:15 for a juice no answer.....called and called and nothing.Second experience:Next day went there around 9:30 and they didn’t open till 10:00....another bustThird experience:Came in, an older lady took my order and said “I’m not allowed to make the juices so you have to wait for the young man to finish with his customer and he’ll make it, in the meantime can I show you around” (I’m on the clock in between customers and in a rush. It took the young man about 7-8 minutes to finish in his customer that he was selling beauty products to before he started on my juice, they were out of Ginseng so we had to pick another boost. Then he asked me which tea I wanted in my juice.....????? Um excuse me, tea... he said it was to stretch their products because of cost (never seen a juice bar do this). Then he was telling me a story that a lady came in and wanted 16oz of straight celery juice and they had to refuse her because they didn’t have enough product and/or it would cost too much to make...this really shocked me and led me to believe that they must not get their produce at wholesale prices.The end result. We paid $18 for 2 juices that had a lot of tea and not much juice in it... very disappointed especially since this is one of the few juice bars.This is a spa first and a mediocre juice bar at best, the juice is kinda a second thought.

I walked in expecting to be healed physically and I certainly was. However I was more so healed spiritually. Unfortunately very few activities in day to day life nurture our spirit and a lot of times our spirit needs a little help. Chantelle was wonderful and genuine. I will most certainly be returning for both the excellent relief from day to day life and the delicious juices and smoothies! Thrilled that I discovered this place.

Axios is AMAZING! I first went in to try the salt room and it made a difference for my clogged sinus right away. Then, I tried a juice shot which was also effective in clearing my sinuses and a fresh fruit smoothie that was delicious. Last but not least, I got my underarms and legs waxed. I left without any irritation which is hard to come by...it takes really high quality ingredients and an experience esthetician to allow that to happen. WOW! I am always amazed by the great services they offer and the positive customer experience I continue to receive. Thanks Axios!

Came in for an acai bowl, and it was amazingly delicious. Ive been to several places since moving to Tallahassee, and it just wasnt real acai or just flat out nasty. I started making my own, but it was just too time consuming. AXIOS acai bowls were fresh, wasnt too sweet, and toppings were fresh, not sitting out in containers all day.I have a new place. The young lady working was very nice as well.

Ive been going to this spa for a couple of years. I love getting my massages and juice right afterwards. During my pregnancy I have grown to love Mercedes. She is so good. So thankful I found her to get me through the rest of this pregnancy!

I have been getting massages in Tallahassee for 35 years. The quality of massage at this spa is better than anything I have experienced anywhere else. I travel extensively, and if you are interested in Thai massage or alternate healing therapies, this is the place to go.

Chantelle is an amazing masseuse. You will never have the same massage twice. Meaning this is no cookie cutter massage, she always focuses on your bodys current needs. I always leave feeling relaxed and reenergized!Also, try their juice bar, yum!

Sigh I hate to do this. I got a hands & feet massage in the salt room. It’s not as relaxing as I thought it would be. I felt like I wasted money because I didn’t feel a difference at all. The employees were somewhat nice but then again they just stood there & stared at times idk it was weird. I’ll be searching for another spa thank you.

Axios always provides a wonderful experience. The space is clean and friendly. My esthetican was informative and kind. She made sure I understood the steps of the Hydrafacial. The Hydrafacial was comprehensive and fabulous! I left feeling like a new woman, hydrated, confident, and glowing! I highly recommend this service and all services at Axios.

This is NOT a place I would recommend for facials.I specifically discussed how I wanted to improve my dark spots and acne scars. However, a week later I now have more dark spots in places I didn’t have before. This came from the extraction of black heads that was recommended by the esthetician name Jet. I feel very self conscious about the way I look and wished I didn’t waste money on horrible results. If I could give ZERO stars that’s exactly what I would do.

Back to back Reflexology and Athletic Edge massages - left me feeling like you do when you take that first hot shower and put on clean clothes - after youve been primitive camping for a week. Ahhh, such a deeply resonate good feeling. Thanks, John!

I got a dermaplaning here once and the tech shaved my hairline off on one side. I didnt notice until I got home and notified them by responding to their text asking how they did. Axios did nothing to rectify the situation. The lip exfoliation was slathered on for 1 second, and she didnt do my chin even though it was mentioned in the service description. The atmosphere is nice and the rest of my skin turned out fine. But thats rediculous.

I really enjoyed my salt room session. It was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I really liked that it came with a lemon, turmeric, ginger shot. The employees are also so nice and kind too. I will definitely be back.

Booked a facial with Kyla and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! She took her time and gave me a wonderful long massage with the facial too. Also a super nice girl!

What a treat to spend some time at Axios!!I had a relaxing and therapeutic massage in the salt room, then enjoyed a delicious Acai bowl. I dont live in Tallahassee but if I did I would definitely be there enough to purchase one of their memberships.

Went in to Axios today to experience the salt room. It was amazing and very relaxing. While there, I enjoyed a very refreshing juice as well. I had the Immuno-Thyme. They pressed the veggies didnt in front of me. Do yourself a favor and go see the ladies at Axios. They have a wide variety of products and services.

The reflexology massage was so relaxing and I love that it took place in the salt room! I wanted to nap afterwards. Maybe they should give you opportunity for a nap afterwards? lol! Their smoothies and juices are very healthy, very good.

Salon was amazing ! Brandi did a great job on me and my fiancé facial I got the express and he got the gentleman’s facial! We’ll definitely be back for massages!

Ive been going to Axios for about two years. Chantelle and staff are great. When I leave I think its the best massage Ive had yet but they all have been wonderful.Highly recommend going!

I literally felt like i was dying from the high pollen count in Tallahassee! After one session in the salt room, I am currently breathing like normal. Even if I have to go back every day until this pollen goes away, I will be back! Nothing else has helped. And the staff was so accommodating and helpful! Whether your sick or not, this is a great place to relax and unwind and get healthier!

After being given a leg wax and hydro facial I can’t help but find myself Refreshed, my aesthetician Brandi made great conversation to distract me from the wax and also took note to check on how I was doing during the relaxing hydro facial. If you ever come here yourself, i’d heavily suggest asking for Brandi.

This is a great locally owned business that I have been going to for two years. Chantelle is the best and provides relief for my aching muscles. I enjoy having a smoothie after my massage.

Pretty let down called and made appointments over a month ahead of time and now they cannot accommodate me or my friend at all. I work as an esthetician in the spa industry so its sad when youre met with poor customer service the ONE TIME you want to be on the receiving end of a treatment. Hopefully they have better staffing in the future.

I was having serious FOMO having not been to this place, so I finally went today after a rough morning at work. While it is a cute, trendy place, I would not say that it is anywhere near the top of my place to return, as I spent $10 to get a juice that I can (a) make at home, or (b) get at Whole Foods down the street. It seemed crazy to spend that much money on something that would be gone by the time I returned to work and for which would cost maybe $4 at the grocery store to buy the supplies (minus the juicer, of course). I did not try their acai bowls, but The Good Berry is good for those and also across the street.

Great two person massage, quality service while onsite. However, specifically asked for them not to use my email for promotional purposes, yet, Im getting emails. Also, their unsubscribe link in their emails does not unsubscribe you from their emails (it sends you too a webpage instead).

I have been a customer for a few years and have used their spa services and purchased products. The staff are usually really friendly; however, my last experience was horrible. Poor customer service. The owner was there and just stood by and watched an employee be rude. Still processing the entire event and deciding if I will return. They are the only place in town that have the products I like but..refuse to give money to a business who is not kind to their customer. Guess I made my decisin

This Place is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Having never really been a fan of massages, I was hesitant at first! My fiancé booked us a couples massage and thats where I met Ms. Phyllis!! She is just an overall, absolutely incredible woman! She knows which areas on your body to focus on and gets the job done! During my latest reflexology appointment, I found out Ms Phyillis and I are basically cousins. Lol She is the only one I will book with, even though Chantell is my Fiancé choice! As long as I Live in Tallahassee, this place will be my Go To for Massages and Reflexology!
