Leigh is hands down the best massage therapist ever! She is professional and asked me questions about what I wanted and needed before we started. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I’ve never felt this amazing after a massage before. Leigh is the best!

I had a prenatal massage and facial with Angela. She was amazing! I will be back to see her! She was so gentle but at the same time gave me great firm pressure that I requested. She was so soft spoken in the room and was focused on making sure us moms have the most relaxing comfortable experience. You can tell she is passionate about making it a great experience for us moms! 🫶🏼 the facial was amazing as well. My skin is glowing!

I had an absolute 5 Star experience with Narsha ! I had the Lomi Lomi and Thai messages. The Lomi Lomi was pure relaxation that put me in a state of meditation. Last week I had the 60 minute nourishing facial with Jill. It was very relaxing and wonderful. My skin felt amazing for days after. The products did not irritate my sensitive skin. Jill had a very gentle touch.Today, I had a deep tissue massage with Leigh. It was amazing. She used just the right amount of pressure and asked a couple of times if the amount of pressure was good. She focused on every part of my body giving special attention to my trouble spots. I definitely look forward to seeing Jill and Leigh again.Haven spa is very tranquil and clean.

I have been using Haven Spa for years, getting massages from Steve or Jill.Most recently it was with Jill and it was again a very nice and relaxing experience. Jill knows how to get your mind in a pleasant mood, therefore getting a relaxed body and mind out of the visit.I have had Steve massage me in the past, in particular to address pinched nerves. He was very successful at it. I highly recommend him for deep tissue massages.

Julianna, was my massage therapist. She did excellent. It’s my second time visiting and so far they have been great.

We had a wonderful experience at Haven Wellness. Our bridal party scheduled facials for a relaxing prep day and they delivered! Such a calming atmosphere and the aestheticians were phenomenal. Ive had facials before and this was truly one of the best! (The brides dad had a relaxing massage and he loved it too!) Valerie was responsive and helpful to make the schedule work for us too! I always hold tension in my shoulders and then recently strained my neck as well, so I scheduled the 45 minute Head, Neck, and Shoulder Tension Tamer with Angela and was so impressed! Her pressure and knowledge of how to treat me was amazing. Ive already made my next appointment. I will be recommending Haven Spa to everyone!

Becca has the hands of a goddess and the personality of the perfect side kick. I felt totally comfortable talking with her and she genuinely was pleasant to talk to. As for the massage...she was able to workout knots that have been compounding for a couple of months. It hurt...a lot...but the aftermath of feeling relaxed and reborn was SOOO worth it. And finally, the facial was pure bliss. Imagine your whole face getting a reset because she scrubbed away ALL the dead and lingering skin. My Aunt said I was glowing afterward, and I absolutely believe her!All this to say: book your appointment...yesterday! Trust me, you wont regret it.

Towards the end of December 2023 after Christmas, my wife attended Haven Salon for a facial and a massage. After 2 hours of her being there, and unable to reach her via text asking how everything was going, I reached out to Haven Salon. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone, I then followed their answering message and texted an alternative number, where they could respond via text to any questions a person has. I simply asked Is this Haven Salon? and they responded relatively promptly confirming it was. I simply replied explaining my wife is currently at their salon, and informed them who I was and politely asked how everything was going with the services my wife was getting from their wonderful staff to provide her with.No response.Wife leaves, I asked about how everything went, and if she got a receipt. She said no but said it shouldnt be a problem if we reached out to them. So I texted again asking them to email my wife a receipt to her email address.No response.Apparently the reason for this is due to a toxic individual named ERIC who is a frequent customer, who has coveted my wife for years, knowing shes a married woman, creating turmoil, alienation and drama by crossing countless lines other men respectively know not to cross. He apparently paid for her visit, and to cover his tracks reached out to them, silenced and discouraged them to respond to my two messages I sent.Then he goes on to claim my number has been blocked, and my two innocent messages regarding the status of how my wifes visit is going, to the salon apparently made the female employee cry?Regardless this was completely un professional to not even respond to a spouse that was inquiring about his own wife that hes legally married to and they would allow themselves to be misguided and encouraged by someone who isnt even an employee there. They could have said SOMETHING. So just for the simple fact that they can so easily be silenced by this toxic individual was very distasteful and I would not recommend them. I would encourage the owner to repremand the employee that handled this. At the end of the day an obligation to uphold a level of professionalism with any and all callers should have been top priority. Ive carefully reviewed googles policy on reviews and mare sure this review is within compliance and factual, so others can be better informed.While this isnt a reflection of their services directly, it is a accurate account of how one of their team members treated this situation very poorly, and should be terminated, or retrained at the VERY least.In response to Havens reply, its not stalking to ask my wife how its going, and have a dialogue. Get your facts from someone other than 3rd parties. Unlike your claim, this review shares exactly what transpired and people have a right to know. Theres nothing misguided about my review, its fair and accurate. I didnt slander the business. Reviews are meant to provide insight of a consumers perspective and experience. Trying to eliminate bad reviews and leave only positive ones, is censorship, it doesnt help your argument, and goes against the sole purpose of a persons right to share a review.Im sorry your sensitive to being scrutinized but theres no violation. I chose my words carefully. While its clear you dont agree with the fact you received a less than favorable review, I do hope one day youll grow from this experience and perhaps respond to a question someone has whether youre at liberty to legally answer it or not. If someone calls a medical office, asking for patient information, the employee doesnt hang up the phone, instead there is a explanation given as to why they are unable to fulfill a request. The place is super clean and all the staff is very friendly. I had Steve as massage therapist for a prenatal massage and now I’ll be booking him every 2 weeks until I deliver in May lol. Yes, it was just that good! I felt cared for and secure on the table his unique style of massage was a wonderful surprise. At first I was concerned about the pressure because it’s a deep/firm pressure style but it was great I was not sore the next day unlike some other prenatal massages I’ve had. Overall a wonderful experience and I’m looking forward to my next one already!

Julianna where do I begin? This was the BEST massage I have ever had. I was a massage therapist a long time ago and have had plenty of massages so I have high expectations.The atmosphere was perfectJulianna I could swear had 3 hands, perfect pressure, she truly read my body and my needs.I came in with a very tight neck and back, Julianna focused on that just as I had asked.We had no dialogue, that I am very grateful for. I was able to focus on my own body soaking in the total relaxation.Before she turned me over onto my back she dimmed the lights, that was so wonderful and added to the relaxing out of body experience. My daughter and I both had the amazing experience of the Relaxing Massage today. I cannot say enough good things about our massage therapists or the beautiful spa. I wish I lived in Tallahassee so I could go more often but when I visit I will definitely be back!

Yesterday was my husband and I’s first time at Haven Spa. It was a very calming and relaxing environment. Also very clean and professional. I got a therapeutic deep tissue massage and gave my husband a relaxation massage, and we were unsatisfied with our massages.Narsha started my massage by stretching parts of my body. I had a hard time relaxing at this point because I didn’t really understand what was going on and I was put in uncomfortable positions. The majority of the massage was relaxing, but there were moments where I was in pain from my back being pinched or hard presses around my shoulder blades. There were weird moments where she shook my legs and my arms. I told her that I had scoliosis and told her where my trouble areas were, and she hardly touched those areas (i assume she thought i meant to avoid those areas), and she completely avoided my lower back. When she told me she was done, I remember thinking “that’s it? My back hardly got worked on.” Overall, it was relaxing, but not what i expected, and I dont feel like it was worth the money i paid for. It is the next day, and I have lower back pain probably because she didn’t touch that area.Narsha also gave my husband his massage, and he also said the massage was relaxing, but it didn’t really do anything for him and felt like she could have pressed a little harder. Once we left the spa, he was complaining about his neck for the rest of the day.Narsha was very nice and professional and seemed to know what she was doing, but we left unsatisfied with our visit.

Leigh was fantastic overall. One of the best massages Ive ever had and Ive been to a lot of different places. She talks to you first and sees where your biggest problem areas are and will spend extra time to hone in and focus to fix that problem and help you to relax. Great pressure and she adjusts to whatever you like and truly customizes each massage. I will be back soon!!

They allow us to do a couples massage/facial which is perfect for us! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I’m always so impressed with our visits. They make our skin glow! Then help us know how to care for skin after. I am so happy to have Haven.

The spa is pristine, tranquil, and exactly what you want when going to pamper yourself. Aimee was stupendous. I feel like a million bucks! She walked me through the process and nature of the treatment and then let me fully relax throughout the signature facial. Would highly recommend for a facial & cannot wait to go back for a massage sometime soon.

I loved my experience at Haven! First off, the facility is so clean and comfortable with a very easy check in process. I had a therapeutic massage with Steve which was amazing! I had so much relief from the pain I’ve been experiencing from an accident three months ago. I will definitely be booking again.

My experience with Becca for a facial and massage was relaxing and amazing. She was very sweet and took her time with me. The fragrances were light and refreshing. The spa itself is very modern and clean. The prices are reasonable.Another terrific visit to the spa. Had a facial with Jill who was entertaining to talk to and very gentle. She did a thorough job and explained everything she was doing. I learned something new about my skin and skin care.

I had the therapeutic deep tissue massage with Juliana and she used the perfect amount of pressure. My neck and shoulders have terrible muscle knots due to a whiplash injury, and she relieved much of the tension with just one session. I can’t wait to schedule another one soon!

Angela was absolutely wonderful! Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. The location is clean, private and very professional. Everything is online - appointments and payments - so easy. I’ll definitely visit again.

The spa was peaceful and relaxing and smelled great. Roy did some body work on me to improve the mobility in my spine. He was gentle and informative. My lower back was immediately more flexible and felt looser and more mobile. He does not massage but applies light pressure to just the right places to adjust and release. It’s hard to explain. It all felt nice. I would recommend him and go back again myself.

Thank you Jill for such a relaxing, comfortable, and much needed day. I will definitely be coming back as I have already. Love how as soon as you walk through the door your in your zen, no outside world and crazy noise. And an extremely clean facility. Thank you again Haven/Jill for my full spa day.

Julianna was awesome and super sweet! She did exactly what I asked her to do; I had a very relaxing, quiet, and restorative massage. She informed me to drink plenty of water afterwards which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straight through my iPhone.

My husband and I got a relaxing couples massage and it was AMAZING! I have gotten many massages before, but it was my husbands first time and everyone was so helpful. We had Julie and Becca who were both good at communicating, making sure were comfortable and obviously both fantastic masseuses. I cant wait to go back to Haven!

Excellent experience at Haven Spa! Their facility is attractive and welcoming. My first-time arriving was a breeze - just a quick form to fill out online in advance. The massage from Pamela was fantastic - just the right amount of pressure and deep-tissue work.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage given to us as a gift. We were nervous but there’s no need. Our therapists were Steve and Julia. They both gave off such a great, calming relaxing energy. The room was dimly lit and the temperature was perfect. The table was warm and the air was cool enough so that you wouldn’t get hot. The music was very calming. I was able to relax with no distractions and pour through my thoughts. My husband really enjoyed his massage as well and I think may even come back for the athlete targeted massage. I would definitely come again and try their other services. I haven’t read reviews about Julia before but I think she did great on my husband and she was very reassuring attentive and detailed. Steve was great as many others attest to. Professional and I can tell he’s a pro at his job

I received a gift card from this place as a birthday gift. I got an hr facial and an hr massage. Well let me just say I’ve had plenty of facials and massages in my days and that facial was top 2!!! Amy did an amazing job on my facial. I just kept thinking how detailed oriented she was with taking care of my face. It was the best!!! I will definitely be going back to see her. Now the massage was a different story. I’m not even sure if that was a massage. I ended it early. I won’t use that therapist ever again. But I would recommend a facial from Amy!

Haven Spa is my go-to spot for massages in Tallahassee! The staff is extremely professional and are very knowledgable in their craft. I get my massages with Andy and Ive never had a bad experience! He is very attentive of your requests and is very professional. I love coming here for an escape from the chaos, the spa is so inviting and cozy, I would definitely recommend for a day of relaxation!

This is the best spa in Tallahassee IMO. I had a head, neck, and shoulders massage with Narsha today and she saved my life. I’ve had a horrible tension headache that wouldn’t go away all week and after my session the headache was GONE. I’ve also seen Steve and Leigh here who I would recommend as well! I recommended Leigh to my partner and they’ve gone back once already.

My visit to Haven Spa was exactly like I envisioned it to be. I had the Freshly Squeezed Vitamin C Facial by Jill. Jill was wonderful she explain each of the products used and she was very knowledgeable. I mentioned to her, she needs to get her amazing hands insured.😊The creams, lotions and scrubs were amazing which this comes from someone with sensitive skin. The office/rooms were clean and they had such a calming, relaxing feel. I will visit again in the future.

I had a facial with Pamela and it was a great experience. The new office space was so warm and welcoming. The facial was so relaxing and made my skin feel great! Pamela explained each step to me during the process so I knew exactly what was being applied to my skin and why. I have sensitive skin and she used products that would work for me and I had no reaction afterwards! I would definitely recommend treating yourself to a facial at Haven!

I have been going to Havel Spa for a long time. Its a great place to go and relax and get pampered. It is very clean and the staff is wonderful. I used to get massages from Pam, the owner who is amazing. I now get massages from Becca who is also amazing. So, if you are looking for massages and/or skin care, this is the place to go!!

I made an evening appointment here for a deep-tissue massage. I made an appointment with Steve because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews here. I cannot recommend him enough; He really lives up to the hype! It was a great experience. Very professional and relaxing. If I could afford to get a massage here every day, I would definitely go for it!

I never had a professional massage until my fiancé bought me a gift certificate to Haven. I decided to book with Jill. Now, I can’t live without her! I love the facial/massage combo, as well as the massage by itself. I can’t recommend Jill enough. She’s incredibly personable and kind, and she also works to ensure that the massage meets your needs based on where you hold tension and pain in your body.

Its a beautiful new location. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is very clean, quiet and relaxing. Steve is the best massage therapist I have had in many years. I have a standing appointment for 90 mins every 2 weeks. He is just that good.

Have always loved going here, I have never had a bad experience. From facials, to chemical peels, to full body massages, everything has exceeded my expectations. The staff are wonderful- I especially recommend Christy for facials and Andy for sports massages. The new locations is great, too! Very spacious and inviting.

I booked the 60-minute therapeutic (deep) massage with Steve, and I couldnt be happier! I have tight shoulder and leg muscles from work and running, and his technique and pressure levels were able to finally unlock those knots. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time at a massage spa. I called a couple days before and made an appointment. The day before I received an email reminder (love that). The day of I was a little confused thay it said on Google that they were closed. Bit they were not. Jill was my (person). She was great made me feel comfortable, made sure I was completely relaxed. Im going to be honest, I really wanted to like this place. Its very clean and the building/staff seem very professional. My first massage I got here was alright. Definitely not great but not horrible. I booked a deep tissue massage with a random masseuse and I felt I got a subpar massage. I figured this was my own fault because it the bio for that masseuse it says he does a lot of vibration/jostling so it was a lot of chopping and honestly that does nothing for me. I never feel better after that and it didnt feel like a deep tissue massage at all. However when he did actual rubbing it was great.Decided to try this place again with a different masseuse and it didnt go well at all. It was with their PT and I scheduled another deep tissue massage. This was much worse because it wasnt a massage at all. He would grab a muscle and just hold it which really confused me. He also said he didnt like using massage lotion which honestly ended up just burning my skin and felt like he was pulling out hairs the few times he did massage. This was not even remotely a deep tissue massage.The majority of the time I just telt like I was waiting there for him to actually massage the muscles but he was just trying to strech me and crack my back which isnt what I signed up for. This second massage was really disappointing. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place but its unfortunate when I kept feeling like I got ripped off on this second time I came here since I left feeling the exact same way I came in. I already have another massage scheduled with a different company now since I got absolutely nothing out of the last massage.

Oh my Gawd! This was the best massage Ive had in years and that is saying something. I suffer from chronic spine and sciatica pain after surgeries and injuries, so finding a Massage Therapist that can truly ease that level of pain has seemed extremely rare for me. I also loved the friendly front desk lady, who was very kind and professional. Such a gem of a business. Will return for sure!

They rescheduled the appointment I made 1.5 hours before the appointment. No apologies no discount nothing. Front desk had an attitude and made client wait for her to answer the phone before she could check out. Will not do business there again. Do not recommend. There are too many massage places in Tallahassee to deal with bad customer service.

I bought my boyfriend a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Steve for his birthday. I booked an appointment same day. Steve went above and beyond and did a wonderful job. He eased a lot of the shoulder and back pain that my boyfriend had been experiencing for months, he wont stop talking about how great he feels after the massage. I highly recommend this spa.

Ask for Steve! Hands down, best massage of my life. I booked the head/neck/shoulder tension tamer. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, so he used a technique he called side-to-side focusing on pressure points and spine alignment and it was HEAVENLY 🙏 Very different from other massages I’ve had in the past, but incredibly relaxing! The spa was also top notch and Steve was a true professional. Would recommend!

Since then I’ve signed up for the monthly Club Membership because I love them so much. I had a mind body dissociation after my massage with Steven. I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years and have never had one like this. I used Pam and she is amazing! My neck and shoulders are my problem areas and she really got in there and worked it out! I also had my eyebrows tinted and love them! I signed my husband and myself up for the Celebrity Package which is by far the best deal I have came across in the area! The vibe of this place is so calming from the moment you walk in. Pam does a great job at making you feel welcomed instantly. The rooms are dimly lit with soothing music and have heating pads attached to the beds. Everything smells so clean and is so organized. Pam communicates throughout the massage and makes sure youre 100% comfortable. Also, if you have some time, take a look at the products they are selling! So many unique, fun things to pick from! Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone!

Had a wonderful couples massage. The space they are in is admittedly hard to find, as its an office space off Capital Circle NE (office park behind Canopy Roads). The massage of both of us was very relaxing and therapeutic, I left feeling felling much better than when I went it.I actually look forward to joining their club and trying out a more standard schedule instead of when I get around to it massage.

I am BLOWN AWAY! I was sent to Haven Spa for fathers day this past Sunday. I was met by Krystal, who sat with me in their waiting area. She took the time to determine the specific areas that were symptomatic for me and explained that she would focus on those areas. I had some lingering sports injuries that give me issues as well as a car accident several years ago that leaves my neck and back aching after briefly standing over the sink, or after sitting for a while.Let me start by saying that this was arguably THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! That says a lot coming from someone who has had many massages from national chains, to Asian massage, to massages on the beach in Mexico. Ive had many massages where I left not feeling like anything was done. They were mildly relaxing at best. One thing that was really unique to this massage is that Krystal spent time actually STRETCHING ME and working out the tightness in my muscles while in a deep stretch position. I had never had this done before. It reminded me of athletes who have pre-game stretching done by their sports medicine staff. This struck me as a bridge between therapeutic and medical massage. I could really tell that Krystal knew what she was doing. When it came to working out the knots or breaking down tight muscles, Krystal has got the magic hands. Great technique and shes got some strength too! Anyway, I left Haven Spa feeling like one of those inflatable men in front of old car dealerships swaying and swinging freely with no restrictions in my back.One thing to note: with such a thorough massage, I was woozy for about the next four hours. If you have never experienced this even slightly, it only happens if you get a deep massage where the toxins stored in your muscle tissue are released (presumably into the blood stream). I just drank lots of water consistently, and took it easy. I also took a nap which helped.Long story longer - great spa, by appointment only so there are no interruptions, and very professional. Also had heated tables with adjustable face pads. What a difference that makes in comfort! I will definitely be back and this will be my new go-to spot for a massage!

I was dealing with a very sudden sore neck and shoulders. I somehow managed to tweak my neck. I was able to schedule an appointment with Ciara for a same day appointment, and she was magical. She knew exactly where to identify my pain and how much pressure to apply. It was amazing. I woke up the next morning with no pain and the ability to turn my head with ease, which I simply couldnt do the day before. I was back to normal. I have never tweaked my neck like that before, but she knew exactly how to address it. I am so very thankful. I will absolutely be back. It is a lovely, modern, comfortable space. Im look forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!

I’m a client of both Pam and Chantal. Pam massages inflammation in my back caused by thoracic outlet and Chantal massages my jaw due to TMJ. Their extensive knowledge of anatomy helps them quickly locate and isolate problem areas. The relief I feel after every session is euphoric, it helps me physically and mentally. I made an appointment due to neck, head, and upper back pain. I was fortunately able to catch a cancellation on a Friday with Chantel. As an aside, you can schedule and prepay online, which is awesome. The scheduling system they use is very user friendly.First of all, big props to Chantel. Im fairly shy in certain situations, and she made me feel very comfortable. Shes got blessed hands or something. That massage was WONDERFUL, and my pain was greatly improved. She also reminded me to drink plenty of water and told me what to expect next in terms of sensation, which was helpful.The office itself is beautiful and very clean. They sanitize between appointments and call you when the room is prepped. I appreciate the Covid precautions very much.I will definitely be back as much as my budget allows.

Hands down best massage I’ve ever had! Chantal is the best! I should mention that I prefer a deeper massage and Chantal was perfect at finding all the tight spots and loosening them up without leaving me feeling like I got run over by a truck. Definitely recommend!

I almost never come on here to post, but I had to share because I chose this place from glowing reviews. I’m a 31 year old performer in good shape. I came in just for general maintenance/upkeep, and walked out in acute pain. I can only describe the massage as jerky, frenetic, jabby. At worst, I was being elbow-punched— as in, the masseur raised their elbow and brought it down hard, repeatedly, on soft tissue, on bone, like a punch. I get massages at least monthly, and I’ve had so-so massages before, but I’ve never gotten off the table in worse pain. Everyone was very kind in the office and the environment is clean and welcoming. But that massage set me back rather than healing.UPDATE, two days later, I can hardly turn my head, my shoulders are in spasm as well as my hips/QL’s, all the way around to my psoas. Again, had no pain before my massage. Further, I resent the owners’ response below implying that I’m simply unaware of what a deep tissue massage is. As a performer on broadway for the last ten years I’ve had hundreds of deep tissue sports massages, I like them deep deep, I love that “good hurt.” This was not that, this was improper application of pressure, resulting in spasming over my whole upper body. I’m not unreasonable, I know this practitioner has been well-reviewed before, I even graciously tipped them for the hour of their time. But today I’m actually seeking physical therapy to release the spasming created from the massage, I’m upset that I’m in pain, and the only satisfactory recompense would be if the studio would please get in touch to refund my massage.

I booked a couples massage with Jill and Laurie for my first massage experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was very soothing and the masseuses got all the soreness out of muscles I didn’t even know I had! Overall this place is 100% a go to for a massage. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Went in for a massage with muscle pain and issues and left feeling the same way I entered.May or may not go back not to sure about returning..the business is very clean staff was very polite and professional. Appointment started and ended on time.However I dont like being asked to leave a tip.I dont mind leaving a tip but its uncomfortable when being asked to do it.

I searched on the internet for a place to receive a massage at the last minute and ran across Haven Spa! This place should be called Heaven spa because that is exactly what I felt when I left. Kayla truly has some healing hands. I have not been pain free in over a year. I have definitely found my permanent masseuse!

Haven Spa was a delightful Spa to attend. The Masseuses were knowledgeable and answered my questions. My only critique is that the room could of been warmer and the table heated for comfort. I do recommend that you try them.

I sent an email to the company so I could purchase a gift certificate for my sister and brother in law on 10/3/21 and have yet to hear from anyone. I called the place of business today 10/7/21 and someone answered saying hello then hung up abruptly. Calling back I got the answering machine immediately. So I waited and called back once again, it rang several times then voicemail picked up. I would say poor customer service amongst other things. First impressions are the lasting ones. I will take my business elsewhere.

I booked a massage here based solely on the fact that they had openings and I could book online. I was desperate for relief from a lower back injury. My deep tissue massage was wonderful - my range of motion improved significantly and my pain was much more manageable after treatment.
