First time at Modern Aesthetics and it was an amazing experience! All the staff was wonderful and I did a Modern Facial with Sam. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight into my skin needs. My face never felt better! Will be returning! Highly recommend!!

I first came in for a consult with Sharla on 7/17 who listened so diligently to my concerns regarding my skin and made the experience so relaxed and comfortable. I went back in today 7/19 and got the perfect derma peel and had such an incredible experience. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a repeat consultation to continue building my skincare routine today with Emily and she is amazing. She is super kind and actually sat there and broke everything down for me and listened and HEARD my concerns unlike some dermatology offices. Emily was amazing! This was by far the BEST facial I have ever had. Usually I drive straight home after a facial and do not want to be seen out in public with irritated skin but today - my skin looks like GLASS. I received so many complements while running errands after my facial. My fiance even said “I like your glazed donut look” lolI would recommend the skin better facial add dermaplaning with Emily to everyone!

I was incredibly nervous about having a new procedure today. Between Kendyl at the front desk, reassuring me that it would be easy peasy and Ingrid calming me before she even stated with the SkinPin. Honestly, Ingrid almost put me to sleep during the numbing application. It truly set the tone for an amazing treatment. Ingrid is always so knowledgeable and helpful, and due to my skin issues knows exactly what to use to not cause a reaction. My skin feels amazing and was glowing after my fauxtox facial with dermaplaning and LED. Sam also did a perfect job tinting my brows to make them look filled in and thicker. She was so attentive and did them exactly like I wanted.

Services I had done: 1) microneedling with Brooke 2) reconstructive face lifting massage with derma-planing and jelly mask with Emily and ..WOW.. I was able to see results(dermaplaning is almost half the price if you get it done as an add on) I’ve been to other estheticians and Modern Aestheticsis by far the best place I’ve been in Tallahassee for any facial treatments. I have finally found my to go place for any facial needs. Living in Florida and a lot of sun exposure and of course aging ( or preventive) , I really wanted to do something that didn’t involve Botox or fillers.When I called the office and spoke with Kendall ( office manager). She was amazing and so informative that I went right ahead and made an appointment that day when I usually usually wait or don’t even make the appointment and I am sooooo thankful I did! Brooke was AMAZING and informative and had such great bedside manners. ( my very first microneedling ever) which she did whole face and décolleté (neck for and upper chest) which is pricey but so worth it and wayyyy cheaper than Botox and fillers (risky). I also mentioned to Brooke how I wanted to see what I could do about face puffiness and she recommended Reconstructive face lifting massage (Emily). I made that appointment at checkout and came back to see Emily and WOW! I am so happy I did cause my face looked so different that I could see my jawline! I also got dermaplaning which is cheaper when you do it as as add on ( save almost 50%) and the jelly mask was oh lala.Anyone who has any questions about anything ( scarring, puffiness, wrinkles, on face on and chest saggy neck, anything give them a call and they are such honest people that they’ll let you know what services they can provide you or not. I know they are honest cause everything they have toldMe on my four visits there are all true!After my appointment ( which no one knew) I got SO MANY compliments which reaffirmed the way I was feeling and saw in mirror. I had my first ever HydraFacial done at Modern Aesthetic’s today, by Miss Ingrid and I must say I am officially hooked. The facility is beautiful, inviting and clean. Ingrid had the most amazing energy, and is so knowledgeable! The whole experience was amazing and I left with glowing skin.For reference, I am outdoors (a lot), and my skin takes a decent beating between stress, sun exposure (even with SPF) and just the general stuffiness of life…let’s also add the dry weather we’ve had in Tallahassee lately has not played nice with my skin at all…so my skin was dry, dull, and lackluster. I had heard about Hydrafacials for a while but had never pulled the trigger on getting one until I was gifted this one today for Christmas. Not only was it more effective than any facial I’ve ever had done, it was the most painless experience ever. I’ve always hated the extraction part of facials before because they hurt so bad. This one? Amazing through every step! And the lymphatic drainage massage on my face was an amazing bonus! My whole face depuffed in a little over an hour.I’m happy. My skin is happy. Thank you Ingrid and Modern Aesthetics for a great experience! I’ll certainly be back!!

Ill never go anywhere else for skincare services again! Brooke was wonderful, she is clearly very knowledgeable in her field, and was friendly and professional. We started with a brief skin consultation to address any concerns or requests I had, then after I was ready we began the facial. She used quite a few products and they all smelled divine, her application was gentle but efficient, and she even gave small face, neck, and arm massages as her products did their magic. She did some extractions and dermaplaning and she did such an amazing thorough job, my skin is GLOWING. At the end she put a jelly mask on me and finished with skincare. 2/27/2023 - I am prepping my face for my only daughters wedding, March 2023 and I am in love with Modern Aesthetics Spa. I discovered in 2022 and love Ingrid. I had my 3rd VI Peel Advanced and as always, she is amazing. Ingrid is personable, kind and takes her time to walk you through the exact steps of what she is doing to your face. 3 weeks until wedding, however, I will be returning for a relaxing facial after all the wedding festivities. Ingrid is a must see at MAS!!!!!!!

She helped me customize a routine and my skin has never looked betterThird-the actual services offered. She offers an array of skin services that she tailors to your needs. She does a thorough consultation to determine what will be the best treatment route, and she does not disappoint.I cannot say enough amazing things about her, so you should just try her services for yourself! I haven’t felt this confident without make up in my entire adult life! You can feel that way too.

This experience was JUST what I needed. Brooke was easy to talk to, funny, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The cooling jelly mask at the end of my “Modern Facial” was amazing. I didnt think I would be able to handle it because Im extremely claustrophobic but the jelly mask was so relaxing I didnt even care! The dermaplaning made my skin GLOW. The whole experience was 5 stars and beyond. PLUS she didnt try to sell me on any products - told me to use what I have until its gone and that made me feel great. Ill be back FOR SURE.

The booking process was so easy and the front desk ladies were so nice and helpful, I had my first facial ever here with Ingrid and she was amazing, asked about my skincare goals and concerns and told me what to expect through the process so I wasn’t cought off guard by anything, the only thing is that I was in and out in under 1 hour when my facial alone was supposed to be 60 minutes, so besides the shorter than advertised facial it was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back.
