Awesome shop. We went for a 420 event this year and while browsing the interior of the shop I was pretty blown away by the collections, the glassworks and even the viewing window where I could watch artists doing their magic. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up

Hector and Adrian were super helpful! We walked in with no expectations and left with a new go-to store for glass. Theres plenty of options, a point membership program and the option to order what they may not carry. Going home with two beautiful pieces tonight.

This is one of the best glass galleries in the entire country. If you are nearby you should just go and visit like a museum of fine art and culture. They also carry the strongest gummies called Hang Ten 🤙🌅😘

A truly amazing team can come together and put on a really great show. At TLeaf they have charisma to spare and anything and everything you could ever want or need for your functional glass art community needs. They even offer beginners glassblowing classes very often! All in all a truly spectacular place to visit whether youre attending a show or not!

We took our 11 year old son for a glass blowing class and Tom was a wonderful teacher. He took his time and was extremely nice and patient. We will be bringing him back for more classes. Thanks Tom for making his birthday experience great!!!!

Pioneered bringing heady glass to this region, hosting the biggest artists melting today. They have your basic smoking vaping needs covered and while youre there, you can enjoy a crazy heady glass stoner art gallery of amazing bongs and pipes available to take home. Its a great experience and they are the best in the business.

I called the shop and inquired about a certain piece. Josh picked up and helped me make my purchase over the phone. His customer service is fantastic and is a great representation of the shop. The transaction was smooth and easy. If you’re into heady glass, do not hesitate to shop with T leaf and Josh!

The inventory at this store is very limited. it feels like every-time i come here they’re out of what I need and everything is always “on order”. It doesn’t really make sense that their most basic items are always missing…

The customer service here is so good, I drive across town to shop. TLeaf is easy to navigate, has an excellent product selection, and the most beautiful glass Ive seen.

Love this store! By far the best store Ive seen, that includes out of town and state. They have amazing art, shelving, accessories, and great customer service to boot! They always are helpful and super kind. The store is clean plus it feels comfortable and inviting. Ive seen some of the coolest art of my life in here and just love seeing how much these artist are growing/learning everyday! Keep up the great work!

Selection is great always have some new art pieces in to look at and the glass shows are amazing. Most the staff is very knowledgeable on the art. Ive never had a bad time here one of my favorite glass shops for sure.

What an amazing place. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The conversation was enlightening and the environment was homey. I enjoyed the amazing art, the history lesson of the establishment as well as some of the nicest products I have seen. Along with their imported pieces they had a plethora of local and USA made products which showed me they were a company that was for its customers and not just the next buck. Easily the widest selection of any smokeshop ive been to. Good price and they have a live glassblowing studio. Big gallery with high end art glass as well. I also have to say I disagree with the criticisms of the customer service, every employee has been helpful and friendly during my visits to the store.

Love this place. I suspect all these bad reviews are being posted shadily by owners of competing smoke shops just because theres a lot of competitors in the city. Straight up though this store has the sickest heady glass gallery, a studio with live demos and the staff always seem friendly and knowledgeable when Im in there. Its either checking out just for the gallery really.

Was sold a vape mode under the impression that it was rechargeable as per the demo in the store when I removed plastic cellophane I realized the device required 18650 batteries. Even after being told I could bring it back with receipt I was told they would only give me a 50% discount on another device. I buy devices with open boxes from this store all the time. I was lied to by the employees. Will no longer shop here.

Tobacco Leaf is by far the best smoke shop in Tallahassee. Definitely the nicest smoke shop I have ever walked into. They have a huge selection of glass and their selection of heady glass is amazing. Dont listen to some of the other reviews, everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgable. I have been going there since I moved to Tallahassee and wouldnt go anywhere else in town.

Love this place, been stopping by for over 10 years whenever I’m in the tally area. Seems to improve with each visit! And shout out Devin for the awesome customer service.

I love this place! I have bought a number of my rigs here. I bought my very first Pulsar Apx wax burner here, Ah, the nostalgia! 🤭Actually I have spent a lot of money here, even had their Mistro build my last Goldshlager bong. Love it!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Very neat collection and love you can watch glass blowing while shopping. They have a wide variety of quality pieces and again the staff will help you with whatever they can. I stay a loyal customer.

Went from 1 star to 4 star after their efforts to correct a mishap, back down to a 1 star. If youre an international customer - Id recommend shopping around first, unless its an absolute NEED. Took over 5 weeks to receive my piece, just an all around unpleasant experience & no reassurance after purchasing.Their 1st effort to correct the mishap was to refund me 20% of my purchase, and a care package sent out to make up for the mishap, then goes down to a 20% store credit, THEN down to a free 18mm slide thats been sitting around their shop for past 6 months. One way to lose a returning customer lmaoo

The service let alone the initial vibe walking into T-Leaf is nothing short of euphoric. Instantly walking you are greeted by some the friendliest staff I have yet to encounter in any establishment with such high grade quality merchandise. Just the other day I went in to purchase my usual pack of rolling papers, the employee, who I believes name was Olivia was more than eager to not only help me but took her time to show and explain her personal favorites and on top of all my possibly reparative questions she still was more than happy to walk me through the differences of certain accessories through out the shop. I will definitely not be going to or recommend anyother shop that Tobacco Leaf and I can’t wait to try our Natural Life! Thanks again for the suggestions!

If you are looking for great e-cigarette or e-cigarette accessories....Stay away! The staff is, for the most part, unfamiliar with even the most basic aspects of their vapor/e-cigarette products. I once asked for tobacco flavored e-liquid and was sold vanilla (their oil brands have stupid sounding names that reveal nothing about the actual flavor). Then, despite the fact that it was their mistake, they told me there was a strict no return policy. If that werent bad enough, the prices are outrageous. Once EVOD coil cost $5 (most stores charge about $1.80).Just a bad store.

My mind was blown away everything in the store is awesome to look at. Very nice price depending on what you are looking for. They differently have my business from now on. I loved to staff.

I recently bought one of the vector torches an as soon as I got home it leaked butane so I went back an got another I get home this one leakes butane an I call an ask if theres anyway I can get my money back or a new one the same day an he says now I have to pay $30 even though it has a unlimited warranty. Waste of money do NOT buy one.

Who in the world would sell loose tobacco by the ounce?! I felt like I was about to buy weed. They were weighing it and about to place it in baggies! I refused and left.

Horrible shopping experience. Had a problem, and instead of the employee offering a solution or simply saying no, I was accused and publicly embarrassed in front of other customers. There are plenty of other shops in town with better customer service and A LOT better prices for the same products.

Ordered a piece from the web store and was never given any update at all on what happened with the transaction. No answers from Instagram account at all. Only for an answer finally 6 days later that piece was sold day I ordered and my money got held up and hopes up for nothing. Don’t recommend

Employee specifically ordered me digi camo illadelph pipe and when u got home and opened it, it was just the camo and wrong label. Told me there is nothing they can do. Never been more disappointed. I have spent a lot of money there and they had no want to help me. Very disappointed.

They suck. I asked if a piece would fit my piece he said yea thats the right size. I bought the piece tried to attach it to mine and it didnt fit so I call n say It doesnt fit n they say they got a no return policy and I cant trade for a bigger size.

Bought Evan shore banger for 200$ to have it explode on the first heat up... Evan shore and t-leaf say “sorry” but that doesn’t really help me. Buy your brand name quartz online.

I only use them in emergency only situations, they are more on the expensive side. Two other tobacco stores are on the same street, ALL further away from my house, but I still go to them to save extra $$!!!
