I really enjoyed my massage! Elyse was really professional and accommodating. She didn’t chat during the session and I appreciate that. It was a soothing hour and she did everything I suggested and I felt comfortable the entire time. The front desk was also really nice and professional as well. 10/10- which is so difficult to come by these days. I highly recommend!

King was an amazing massage therapist! Out of all the times Ive gotten a massage from anywhere, hes the only therapist that has relaxed my body and put me to sleep. Definitely recommend and 100% satisfied!

Ken gives the best Massage he’s slow and easy has a great techniqueTechnique is keyintroduces stretching into his massage uses his hands, arms, knuckles, and fist for pressure points. He just doesn’t slap body butter on you and. Go around in circles ‼️ He could teach some classes there so others could pick up a few tips

I just had what was probably my 10th massage with Julie-Marie. Its gone from sress reduction to zeroing in on a tight neck and shoulders and she has worked miracles for me! My physical therapist said the knots are gone in my shoulders - yay! My neck is still a little tight but Julie-Marie is working on that with me. I cant thank her enough and AM seeing her weekly. Money well spent - especially as a member! Cant recommend Julie-Marie enough!

King did a fabulous job on my back! His deep tissue is exactly that a DEEP TISSUE massage. He also explained what would help my inflammation. I highly recommend King!

I have been getting monthly custom facials, microdermabrasions & peels one them every other two weeks, from Sara ant Massage Envy Neptune location and my skin has never looked or felt better. She’s very knowledgeable about skincare and I love her personality so I always look forward to my appointments with her.

They were able to squeeze us in for the next day, which was very accommodating. My boyfriend and I like very different style messages and both left very happy. Thanks ladies of Massage Envy!

They do not honor their 60 day contract credits cancelation.I cancelled my membership on February 2 they told me i have 6mths to use the massages. At abt 50 days out they then told me that I have 60 days not six months. Meaning my membership canceled on February 2with voided on April 1. After going home and counting the days thats only 58. I called and spoke to one of the front desk, clerks Miata, who is extremely rude and snarky. She stated thr computer predetermines the date. And there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager she stated ill have her return phone call from Tatiana supposedly the manager. I will continue to post updates when I hear back from her.but to all be worn apparently, this is how massage envy makes the majority of their money. I feel like I’ve been scammed by this establishment, and there are many other people that have gone through the exact same issue if you read their reviews, especially on the BBB were i filled an complaint

Ive been to many therapists at this location. I like that people have different styles to choose from. Marbon has been taking care of me for about 10 years. Hes the best!

Marbon was able to zone in on my shoulder knots and work them out! Then he worked my neck back into shape!!! And to top it off he does amazing work on my feet! He is the best masseuse in town!

I have been going here since Massage Envy opened. The front desk staff is always very friendly and I have the best massage therapist-Marbon! He’s hard to get an appointment with because he gives a very good deep tissue massage.

I had a horrible experience with Sarah for facial. She was rude and unwelcoming. A situation that was supposed to be relaxing and pampering was the complete opposite. When I walked out of my treatment, the receptionist could see that I was upset and told me that they would compensate me to try a new esthetician and also went on to tell me about their monthly program. I told her I wasn’t interested in a massage program because I already had one in place and she said that there were others on staff that could do facials. I signed up under pressure to get out of there and was never informed I would be locked into a contract. With the receptionist talking through the whole thing I didn’t read everything because she kept making it sound like I was trying them again with nothing to worry so I booked today with Donna who was really good and told me that this was her last week. Since there’s no one else seasoned on staff except Sarah, who I will never go to again, and two new ladies coming right out of school I did not want to be stuck in a contract that starts in March and the manager would not let me out of it. Even though I felt pressure that day to get out of there and did not realize that I was signing contract. I thought it was month to month like the program I’m currently on at the wellness center. I’m pretty much stuck with it. I would not recommend this location.

Stacey understand which muscles are effected by nerves and know how to unwind those muscles better than any massage therapist i know.

Marbon is an amazing, attentive and gifted massage therapist. He truly has magic hands! My favorite therapist! And he is consistent - whether you visit him once or a dozen times, he’s fantastic!

Her technique with pressure points was incredible, and she was extremely attentive to areas of tension altering the massage in real-time to my body. My first time ever getting a massage and the experience was so wonderful all around! I wish I would’ve gotten their names but the two ladies at the front desk were so nice and informative, they really made me feel so welcome and excited for my first massage with Mary who did absolutely amaaaazinggggg . She made sure i was comfortable and checked in with me throughout the massage, was just so nice and of course worked the heck out of my muscles! I walked out feeling like a weight was just taken off me!! 10/10 experience, highly recommend her and this location!

I have tried several massage therapists at the South Tampa location and was about to give up on my membership until I tried Geo. After meeting me for the first time, he was able to give me the massage I needed through proper communication and experience. His technique and touch were perfect for a firm deep tissue massage that released all my knots and tension. I will definitely book him again. He also does a relaxation massage that I’m sure is equally as wonderful.

Great first time experience at Massage Envy. Javier came highly recommended to me by a friend and after a 60 min massage with him I see why. Prior to the session starting Javier asked specific/important questions re: any issues or areas of concern as well as asked (and listened to my responses!) He checked pressure and experience several times throughout the session, was genuinely a nice guy and made me very comfortable. I will be back!

Marbon is excellent at deep tissue massage and really works on stretching and alignment as well. I highly recommend him!

DO NOT GO HERE! I would not recommend starting a monthly subscription with Massage Envy if you are expecting any flexibility. You are now in a legal agreement that they’ll make you jump through hoops to get out of.This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while.After paying a monthly subscription for massages and being a loyal customer for over a year, I would have expected better support. I asked this location to pause my membership due to a medical injury. They made me jump through hoops to get the membership paused including signing a digital form with a bunch of information and no clear instructions on how to fill it out.They then automatically charged me 3 months later without ANY warning. I then called the front office 3x to talk to 3 different people who kept telling me they had no record of my previous conversations. They kept telling me to wait for a mysterious manager to call me.I finally got the manager on the phone on the last try and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and absolutely refused to give me a refund for the last charge despite me still not being able to resume service due to a medical injury.When I inquired about cancelling, of course they sent me jumping through a whole new set of hoops, including signing a disclaimer that disallows me to claim any refunds and agreeing that my services must be used within 60 days. Not only will they not give me a refund for the surprise charge, but they are forcing me to sign a cancellation form that says I can’t claim a refund in order to not get charged again. Their process for customer service is completely broken. Don’t go here!

My massage therapist, Margaret (aka Peggy), is the best. She did a great job as always. She works with me throughout the massage to ensure shes hitting all the areas I need, and ensuring she relieves any pain or pressure. She knows how everything is connected in the body to work on and relieve the various spots. She is also very familiar with plantar fascitis and is able to relieve my pains from that. In addition, she gives the BEST head scalp massage (my favorite), which many wont even do. She is the best massage therapist Ive had. I cant say enough about her!

Underwhelming to say the least. In my opinion extremely over priced for the facilities and skill level of the therapist that saw me. Had a Certain I will not be returning to this particular location.

If you are late and miss an appointment the fee is $75! No exceptions. I did not find a massage therapist I liked. The front desk is nice and late hours are convenient.. but there are way better spas in the area.

Candace is the best!! Used to have lingering back pain but haven’t since started going to Candace 3 years ago. By far best masseuse I’ve ever had. HIGHLY recommend - you won’t be disappointed !

Janelle has you start face up . That was very helpful to end face down as my back is in a more comfortable, relaxed position. She was in tune to the areas that needed attention without me pointing them out!

The staff at South Tampa on Neptune is outstanding. The front desk does a wonderful job of making my scheduling and reminders easy for me. I have been using Ken as my masseuse for years. His professionalism, care and skill on each and every session is superb. Being able to leave my sessions with Ken pain free has been the best medicine for my physical and mental health. My wife was a client. Every 3rd to 4th week, they would reschedule our appointment at the last minute because the masseuse had to cancel for some reason, leave us a voicemail with the new time, which we wouldnt get because it was last minute. and then try to charge us for a missed appointment. When we told them about it, they didnt really see an issue. I think its mostly due to the incompetence of whoever was doing the scheduling. Regardless, we constantly had problems with scheduling and rescheduling, and no one there that we could get on the phone was interested in resolving the issue. Oh well, typical these days. Wouldnt recommend.

I went to Massage Envy in South Tampa for a one hour Stretch with Lori and it was great. When I left I felt relaxed. She was very nice and seemed pretty knowledgeable. I am not sure if this has anything to do with it but I actually slept longer. I usually get 6 hours of sleep. I actually slept 7 hours without waking up . I will go again.

Marbon did a fantastic job! My back and shoulders were all cramped up from work and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Wow!! So happy to be “uncramped” and feeling great!

Jaime gave me the best massage ever as I had a lot of tension knots in my back and shoulders which she worked on them and relieved them. I highly recommend. Nora is also very good.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. Do not come here to this location if you want good customer service. They dont care about customers needs and the overall experience of helping you leave happy and satisfied. I was given a gift card for a 50 min facial ($70).. and as i went to check out and use it they told me i owed them $50 more on top of the gift card. I said the gift card was given as a facial fully covered i shouldnt owe more, then the lady proceeded to ask me if i want to buy $400 PACKAGES? THEN asked me how much I want to tip. The facial itself was good, but as far as money and happiness I am not happy AT ALL. I am a college kid trying to save money and If i was told from the start I would have owed this much i wouldnt have done it. They didnt offer any deals to satisfy my needs and I left not even being able to enjoy the facial i was given. The manager told me to not blame her employees and its not their fault. No refund has been given and I will not be coming back. This was ridiculous and Im VERY UNHAPPY. Giving one star for the girl who did my facial because that was the only good thing that came out of this place.

As a child, I would lie on the floor of the Gulf of Mexico and let the waves wash over my back, enjoying the warmth of the beach. My massage today reminded me of those days. Jamie is a gifted and unique therapist. You will enjoy your experience, even her hands are warm!

Geomar is my go-to deep tissue person at Massage Envy in South Tampa. He’s very pleasant and really addresses the issues and tightness in the back. He just seems to know exactly where to tackle the muscle. He’s also very good at adjusting the pressure depending on your needs.

Bernie is just unbelievable & amazing & is a true talent of his trade.. I spoil my sister Glenda every chance I get. She takes care of our 80 year old Mom and her home is always open to those in need while her & her Veteran Marine Husband Bruce give & give..and all while working full-time. Massage Envy off Neptune & Dale Mabry location in Tampa. It’s where I see my sister walk out of Massage Envy especially after Bernie did her massage. looking like she is ready to conquer the World. I walked in hoping for a same day appointment and due to a cancellation they were able to accommodate me. I had Mary as my LMT and she was incredible. She has been practicing for 17 years and is very knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. I love that the massage table was heated because it allowed me to relax even more. I highly recommend Mary and Massage Envy South Tampa!

Ive had a membership at Massage Envy for about a year or so now, and I have never had a better massage than Loris. I have constant neck and back pain, and after her massages, I feel 10x better. You can tell that she loves what she does. Not only is she great at what she does, shes also incredibly friendly and lovely to chat with. The best part of my month is coming in and getting a massage from Lori.

Jaime is a great therapist!! I routinely see her. Very attentive and a relaxing experience.

Marbon is the best. I love how he works in stretching with the massage. He is very talented and educated in his craft.

Convenient and availability is always quick. Javier was my therapist and helped with a knot in my back that today feels much better. He had a great technique for relaxing the trigger point that I had not had from other therapist before and am grateful he took the time to be so diligent. 😊

First I started in downtown Tampa and when we moved I started to visiting this location.I couldn’t be more happier!When I just enter to the salon I am welcomed from always smiling and very helpful people at the front desk.All the check ins are smooth and easy (even through phone, they are very helpful).I am quite a regular and I’m having a massage often, so I love to see familiar faces at the front desk.The waiting room is clean, comfy.About the massage:Well… I know some people say I am “quite of a picky woman” and… well… that’s true.But when I found what I want, I am loyal. Absolutely.I like stronger pressure but not always deep tissue massage (unfortunately my skin is just full with bruises after a “way too deep” tissue massage.)But I definitely DON’T like those massages when you are mostly just slightly caressed.I know lots of people likes that but that is just not for me.I like PROPERLY STRONG massage, but without bruises.SO I’VE FOUND KEN and later LORI.About Ken:I am European and I love a great so called “Swedish massage” or even mixed with relaxation and stretching.I’d recommend Him if there is anything what hurt (shoulder, lower back what I’m mentioning to him sometimes), or even if you just want a proper full body massage.The stretching is really an extra thing what I can’t point out enough times.UPDATE:I want to say THANK YOU TO LORI AS WELL!!!!I had a change in my schedules and had to cancel with Ken, so I chose an earlier appointment and got Lori as a therapist.Her technique is amazing, her massage gives you the perfect relaxation.I literally fell asleep during massage.I’d recommend her when you want to “wind out”, leave the world behind and enjoy a proper massage with perfect pressure in a relaxing way.She has a wonderful, calming aura around her what I find very important and appreciate a lot.Massage Envy on W Neptune Street is as much close to my heart as I won’t change to another even if we’d move to another part of Tampa.You can read through my other reviews, even restaurants, etc… I wouldn’t say this is a great place with my two favorite massage therapist (KEN and LORI )it if I wouldn’t think it genuinely.Highly recommended!

I had been unable to get a massage for quite a while. Mary did a fantastic job trying to loosen up my poor tired body I look forward to seeing her again in the next few weeks. I had Jasmine this week for the first time she was fabulous I highly recommend her.

OH MY GOODNESS! I cannot say enough good things about my facial with Brittany! I just moved to the area and was nervous to go to someone new after I had been going to the same person for years, but WOW! She not only had my face glowing as I left but there is not one clogged pore! Her massage technique is amazing as well. Perfect pressure to relax and get rid of any tension in my head and shoulders. I highly recommend her and cannot wait to see the progress in my skin!

Ive been with Massage Envy for a while but first time at this location. This was one of the better ones Ive been to and Jaime was amazing. I told her why I was there and she did an amazing job with pressure and style. Definitely recommend Jaime!

Scheduled me for the wrong location, and refusing to honor the session. Horrid customer service after they get you sign up for the membership.

I came for a vacation trip to Tampa from Miami in need of a good massage and was scheduled with Jasmin. She did a wonderful job. Although you choose your comfort level when making the appointment, she asks you again to make sure thats what you want. She can do all pressures and shes very professional. I started to ask how long youve been doing this, its like she the one who started the art of massages LOL. Overall the experience was needed and well worth it and Id definitely choose Jasmin again. On yesterday, I had a full body deep tissue massage from MariBon. He is beyond outstanding & I am sure this is the reason there’s a long waitlist for him. I lucked out with a session because someone cancelled! I’ve been an ME client for well over a decade. I discovered this young man on a whim when my regular therapist was unavailable about two years ago. MariBon is thorough, accommodating & a damn good masseuse! If I tell you it’s like his hands, arms, elbows instinctively know which muscles are taut & need relief, it’s no exaggeration!I only wish there were a “recovery room” where clients can go and just savor the massage without having to leave for therapists’ next session. Thank you ME for MariBon IS one of the Best masseuses that I have ever had.

I’ve been coming here since January and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone who works up front is so sweet and welcoming. Ken gave me an amazing massage yesterday, I was able to go within 4 hours of scheduling it.

Scheduling is easy, service is incredibly and they are working hard to be extra careful during these COVID times. I love that they have a number of Massage Therapist, I was able to try different Therapist to see who was best for me. Great massage. However if you are getting a facial here I recommend you look elsewhere. Every facial I have received before was very thorough and the esthetician focused on extracting blemishes from my pores as well as deep cleansing. This person simply put several serums and masks on my face, and the only extracting she did was a few on my forehead and nose. She did not address the rest of my face (cheeks, chin) I left feeling incredibly greasy/grimy and just downright angry. I paid and left a tip but this was the worst facial ever. If you want a facial please go to some place who will actually properly cleanse your skin.

Miriam was spectacular! I left and immediately booked another appointment with her. The process is seem less at massage envy. Ive been a member for years and all of the employees are professional and everything is clean to my high expectations.

I am writing this post about Mary Babers at the Massage Envy in South Tampa. I am a 55 year old male and have been to many male and female massage therapists throughout the years. I have been going to Mary consistently for several years. Mary is one of the few female therapists who can apply consistent and deep pressure both naturally and firmly as you would get from a strong male therapist. She delivers deep pressure without bony elbows or pokey fingers you can get from some female therapists. Mary tailors her approach to what I need each session. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a really good deep and firm massage. I am not the only one who knows how good she is so it is nearly impossible to book her on short notice. I chose to schedule regular time slots.

Had an excellent massage. My shoulder injury has been acting up lately and Lori really worked and stretched it. My shoulder feels better than it has in a very long time. She was excellent, I will certainly be back for another session with her next month.

Between cryotherapy, theragun, muscle relaxers, etc., my massage with Jamie has relieved more of my hip pain than any of the other methods I tried. Highly recommend her.

I had a deep tissue massage with Geomar and he did a great job! I work at a desk so my neck gets very stiff from looking down at my computer all day. He made sure to focus on those areas that were causing pain for me, while still creating a very relaxing experience! Highly recommend Geomar!

I am not new to massages, I have some back and neck issues and get a massage fairly frequently. Yet this was my first time at massage envy. I went in with a booked appointment for a full body deep tissue, with added sugar foot scrub. The staff was nice and kind, went over all the typical introductory questions. I told the therapist exactly my issues and that for this session I would like the focus, my neck. The massage started and it was fairly decent, she was applying pressure on my knots attempting to work them out. I slightly feel her nails scratching as she was applying pressure. By the time I was on my back and she was working on my neck her nails were straight digging into my neck and shoulders. Onto the sugar scrub, that was simply a hot towel, then some sugar wiped on me feet, followed by another hot towel and some lotion. Not what I was anticipating, I get more relief just putting lotion on my own feet. I paid and left. When I got home my husband noticed that my neck and back still had scratch marks all over them, and there were more than a few areas where I had actually bled. This was one of the worst sessions I have ever had.

Had the most helpful massage from Peggy. She released several areas in my neck and back that had been cramped and painful.

That was my first time with Jaime and she did a great job. Her pressures were proper for my situation and she worked my problem areas appropriately.

Jasmine is my go to from here on out. She was firm where I needed it. I have had 3 massages and never had back pain relief like I did after visiting her. It was so relaxing I ended up dozing off a few times at the end.

I have never had a bad experience or massage at Massage Envy. Javier is one of my favorites, I feel like I get the most out of my massage time with him. His technique is great!

I went to massage envy in Tampa for the first time yesterday! I did mishear who the masseuse was thinking her name was Kim, but ended up being with Ken. I normally prefer a female masseuse, but Ken made me feel so comfortable and asked a lot of questions to ensure my massage was to my liking. Will be requesting him again. Thank you!!

Candace is amazing! I’ve been going to her for 10 years at Massage Envy and no one comes close. I don’t even live in south tampa anymore but still drive 40 minutes to see her. She is the best!

Candice is very attentive to my muscle relaxation needs. She is compassionate and asks if the session is going well as to enough pressure is being applied to induce relief to a particular muscle area. She has been and will continue to be my massage therapist at Massage Envy.
