Massage Envy

I don’t know how he does it but Sergio always seems to know where I need the work. Sometimes I think it’s my shoulders but he’ll work on my neck and my shoulders relax. I think I always need a firm touch but sometimes he shows a lighter touch is more effective. And he’s consistent in always giving a great massage.

Mary was great! I made this appointment for my dad who has a very bad back, when he walked out of the appointment he was dancing! He really enjoyed it, I would definitely make an appointment to see her again.

Maria gives amazing massages.She performs great pressure every single time.While working out all of my muscle tension. And providing me a relaxing experience all at the same time.

I went for my birthday as a surprise. All the staff were friendly, respectful, and nice! for my massage I had Alex. She did a great job doing my massage. It was extremely relaxing and for my facial I had Noellia she was great! very people friendly and helped me get my face back moisturized:) Overall, I would definitely come back 10/10 I would definitely recommend all staff were respectful and extremely friendly.

This was my first massage in a couple years so I was nervous, but Mary made me feel so comfortable immediately. Throughout the session I felt so much tension melt away that by the end I genuinely felt lighter on my feet. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, Maria talked politics within the first 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and off putting. Also, massage was very lazy. Did not touch feet or glutes. This massage has made me rethink my membership to Massage Envy and I have been a member for years. I would never get another massage with Maria. Sorry about that.

Before I go into a massage with David, I can feel my stress in the places I carry it most, usually my shoulders, neck and upper back.After I leave the massage, those areas are completely drained of the stress that was there prior to the massage.I have gone to David for a massage for years and do not plan on changing anytime soon. My facial with Kelly was absolutely phenomenal and worth every penny. She was so knowledgeable, personable, and really took her time. I could tell the difference after one session. Highly recommend! I will be back.

Sergio is a wonderful therapist. He has a great technique. I ask for him every time I visit Massage Envy.

I would give a zero star if it were possible. Just had the worst experience I have ever had in a professional business establishment. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for a massage and needed to cancel it with 2 1/2 hours notice. I was informed that she would be charged $59 which is half of the massage due to needing to reschedule, even if it was rescheduling for the same exact day. Dallas, the Manager took it upon himself to go ahead and charge her debit card, regardless of the fact that she is willing to come in at a later time in the same day.I wonder what happens when a massage therapist needs to reschedule a client due to unforeseen circumstances? Do they pay the client the $59 to compensate for the inconvenience on the customer. This business practice is completely unacceptable.

Very thorough and considerate on pressure. Requests were made and very communicative. If I hadn’t been occasionally talkative, I would have likely passed out during the scalp massage. Hoping to get Alex again next time.

The facility is always clean and the staff are always professional and welcoming. Maria was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and very attentive which made the massage more individualized. I highly recommend this facility.

I’ve been getting massages for over 50 years and this was one of the best I’ve ever had. Sergio listened when we talked and worked on the areas I needed, even some he found I didn’t know I needed! Definitely going back!

Probably the best location, hands down. The staff here is so professional. I’ve been coming here for years. They retain their employees, so very little turnover, which is reassuring. I utilize a myriad of services from facials to massage to total body stretch. The therapists are top notch and I’ve never had a bad experience. Need to give a shoutout to Matt, who is a gem and has a keen insight with gauging an individual’s needs and has personally helped me with my shoulder pain on a number of occasions. Simply amazing!

I’ve always had good massages at massage envy but yesterday Tony was a perfect fit for me. I like deep tissue massage and he started at medium but his technique was really what my back, my shoulders, arms and my hips needed! great job and I will definitely be asking for him in the future!

Mary’s stretch session hits all the right places that are too tight and need to be released. Her 60 min massage is perfect with a deep face & scalp massage helps keep my tension headaches away.

I requested to have an experienced masseuse for a deep tissue massage @ Citrus Park. It was a birthday present from my husband! Sierra was assigned to me. She was friendly however, did not know what she was doing! I mentioned to her that the headrest was too high, because the headrest was pulling my hair. After turning my head several times, she made the adjustment.I indicated to Sierra that I had arthritis on my left shoulder. While massaging my muscles, Sierra used her index finger and was making repeated circles around the nodules/knots in my shoulder which left me in excruciating pain. She did not separate the muscles. I typically have red marks across my back thereafter. In this case, I ended up with purple/green bruises all over my back 6 days later …looking like someone punched me repeatedly on my back! Horrible, horrible massage!!

Personalized from start to end! Erin took the time to ask me thoughtful questions about my skin, and made sure that her plan for me was conscious of my sensitive skin and time spent in the sun. Its hard to avoid sun damage living in Florida and Erin helped bring my skin back to life! She wasnt pushy about products (at all) although she did speak to them intelligently so I could understand if the products were right for me. I ended up leaving with one anyway and will probably need a refill by my next appointment. One last thing I really appreciate - shes taken her time and provided super relaxed facials and neck massage when I have time. And when Im in a rush she gets me in and out as quickly as I need. Super cool, super smart, and my skin looks consistently healthy which was not the case before working with Erin. Highly recommend, Massage Envy is lucky to have her.

Matt’s treatment was fantastic. I came in for a true therapeutic massage to help with recent injuries and he worked very hard the entire session. He was thorough, clearly very knowledgeable, and caring. He used a variety of stretching techniques in addition to the deep tissue massage, all specific to my needs. I will continue scheduling with Matt going forward.

Omaris is great. I felt relaxed and in a lot pain after my massage.

Alex is great! She is kind, listens and applies the right amount of pressure. She also pays close attention to preferences and makes notes to continue that great level of care!

My massage was with Arley. I came in with shoulder and scapula pain. She focused on that area for 90 minutes with deep tissue, pressure point stretches and hot towels. One if the best massages I have experienced. Ive been going since you opened. Greg

Erin is absolutely AMAZING!! Always a good experience at this Massage Envy specifically; easy to make appointments, front desk staff is always kind but Erin is by far the best. She knows just what I need for the health of my skin & a session with her is like therapy!

Got a massage for Christmas and used it tonight for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Maria. Her pressure was very firm but overall her massage was not great. She ended a full 15 minutes early of my 90 minutes and never massaged my feet. I was then told at checkout the massage was $173. That pricing is closer to a high end spa, not a massage envy. I wish the receptionist would have stated the pricing prior to me adding on an additional 30 minutes. My room was so small, no salt lamps, or water/tea offered. Very shocked by my experience. I will stick with essentials massage in Westchase.

Just experienced a wonderful oxygenating facial with Kyona! She is very knowledgeable about skin and my face has never glowed like this! I’ll definitely be going back!

She knows just what to focus on and how to make you feel amazing afterwards. With her great techniques and pressure for a therapeutic and/or relaxing massage, you will leave feeling like a new person.

I signed up for a monthly membership and I went a few months and didn’t “find my person” but after I had Timothy, I found my person! He makes you feel comfortable, ask you the pressure you’d like your massage, respectful and makes sure you’re comfortable. Timothy is the best!!!

A good location overall, but I love love love Jeremy. There are locations closer to me, but its worth the extra drive to see Jeremy. He helps me understand what causes tightness and pain in different muscle groups and what I can do on my own to help improve my symptoms. Great massages that have helped with everything from tight shoulders to numbness, pain, and neuropathy.

My 90 min massage was cut 10 min short. The massage wasn’t great either, did not feel like an experienced massage therapist even though I requested to be booked with one. A lot of unsolicited advice during the massage that really didn’t make any sense, just sounded more like a pitch to get me to come back in. The lounge where you wait to be called in was nothing special. And I could hear all the conversations happening from the reception desk from the room I was getting my massage in. The overall experience was not even worth half of what I paid for. It was a very expensive waste of my time. When I received a call to discuss my dissatisfaction I was told they would follow up with me in a few days. It’s been weeks… still waiting

Took my daughter for a massage. Had a gift card supplied by a friend that is a franchise owner of another location. The massage therapist was great however the front desk staff were all terrible. I was never offered a membership package, I was over charged and never received my receipt after several requests. I was told it was emailed to me but after several calls I am yet to receive my receipt although I have received multiple marketing emails. I called to speak with a manager and after 4weeks Ive yet to get a return call. Shady practices going on at this location. It would have been a one star but as I said the actual massage therapist did a great job.

This is a scam of an establishment. Spend your money elsewhere. Accident on highway delayed us, not able to reschedule and charged me almost $200 for a massage I never received. Will also be reporting to the BBB and my bank as this policy was not mentioned at any time during the scheduling process.

Constantly changing our appointments. We had accrued free sessions that we were still charged for. After we canceled our memberships cause of these issues, on the cancelation forms, it showed we still had two unused accrued massage session for both of us. My wife called to confirm our last sessions and they scheduled her appointment an hour later then mine when we scheduled a couples session and she was told that the unused sessions were not in their system while they have the cancelation form stating otherwise. You lost two customers over your incompetence. Now I have to be cautious and look at my monthly bank statement to make sure that they dont continue to charge me. We will never come back...

I routinely schedule facials with Erin. She’s a fabulous chemist and my face is rewarded accordingly.

Someone gave me a gift card here and I was able to get the introductory offer on top of that so not much came out of pocket thankfully. However, I can’t imagine paying full price for my experience at a whopping $110. I have had better experiences at the other chains for less. All of the staff including my therapist were all nice enough and very courteous. However, I was under the impression that these types of places were supposed to be a little bit more relaxing and quiet. For most of my session, I was having to listen to very loud conversations all throughout the hallway which is not conducive to anybody actually relaxing. I get that people are walking in and out but to carry-on 15 to 20 minute long conversations about nothing at full blast outside your door is completely unnecessary and annoying. My therapist was also very sweet and did a pretty good job but there were times during the session where not much was really happening in the massage which seemed like a waste of time. I respect those who are out here still performing services and appreciate them being there while so many places are shortstaffed but unfortunately my experience was less than ideal.

Was a great ME day! Had a facial and then massage. Ask for Kristina she is the best massage therapist I have had in a long time. She found all the tight spots without me having to say to work on the area more. She had a deep pressure but was gentle at the same time.

Very unhappy. I have been using Massage Envy for over 5 years at different locations. I tried this location because I wanted to book same day, boy did I make a mistake. I booked the massage in the morning and when arriving to check in, my confirmation was not in their system and stated it could have been an online glitch... - even though I had a confirmation screenshot with my credit card inputted. Front desk receptionist was VERY rude and could not offer a solution for me. When I asked if she understood my frustration she laughed in my face. I will NOT be returning to this location. Stay away from their unprofessionalism, makes me question all around quality of service and cleanliness.

The Massage Envy Citrus Park location is so far the best experience I have every had! My whole family has experienced the best customer service up front with management. I called for an appointment and was penciled in right away with no issues! I arrived to smiling welcoming faces! I was taken right away for my massage and it was one of the most relaxing hour of my life! I recommend going to visit this Massage Envy location and make an appointment with Thovia! Very professional and welcoming!
