I love this place because they have excellent massage therapists. I have been a member since this location opened about 4 years ago, and I never miss a treatment. In fact, I often schedule extra massages because they are very therapeutic and beneficial to my well-being. The friendly personnel send me a text 24 hours before my treatment to remind me of my appointments, and then 2 hours before my arrival time, and it just doesnt get better than that! XO, Lovie

The place to be!!! I’ve been having massage work from Anthony for months (every two weeks) and I couldn’t be in better hands. I walk out each time so thankful for the relief and his expertise. He is so knowledgeable and soo beneficial, so funny to boot! My partner has Aaron and raves about him as well! This is a wonderful clean tranquil place and the front desk support is so friendly. A+++

All I have to say is wow! The facial I got from Aniyah was absolutely amazing! Who knew my skin could feel so clean and glowing! I will definitely be back just for her!!! So hopefully she has availability the next time I come in!

This is a very nice facility, the massages however are lacking. It just feels like someone is rubbing you everywhere. No technique. Maybe it’s because we use GROUPON and they give us the less experienced masseuse. On to the next one 🙃The hydro massage though is great!

I never had a facial before but I will continue to get one often now that I know I have massage luxe to go to and my esthetician Aniyah had the best massage technique that wasnt too rough but still was able to make me feel like I could concur the world after that! I defiantly will be back and recommend her!

I reported this location to the better business bureau, fraud department of their credit card processing company and the local news. They are a dangerous owner and management. Next I will be reaching out to the franchise owners so they know what has been happening here. It needed to be stopped

I was waiting on posting this review to see if management would contact me to address my dissatisfaction, but they never did. I booked a couples massage for myself and my best friend and when I called to book I informed them I needed someone who could do deep, firm pressure. I booked the deep tissue massage. When booking they advised me the masseuse was skilled in firm pressure. Prior to the massage beginning I informed the masseuse once again that I was wanting deep tissue. The massage began and about 10 minutes in when I realized she wasn’t just warming up the pressure, I requested the masseuse to apply more pressure. She seemed surprised when I asked. Unfortunately the pressure felt about the same another 10 minutes later so I asked her once again for deeper firmer pressure. Still felt the same. It felt like I was just getting an oil rub down and not a deep tissues massage.When we came out to the lobby the ladies at the desk asked us how our massages were. My friend advised that hers was very good. I advised that I was not at all satisfied with my massage and that it was not enough pressure or firmness. All they said was “I’m sorry to hear that.” Considering the fact that I had been there before and had not had that experience I was very disappointed. Even more so that management never reached out. I am still very disappointed.

Been a member for a few months all of the staff is so helpful and kind. From the receptionists at check in to the amazing service. The value is unmatched and you get to use your credits for massages or facials- both of which I’ve received and would highly recommend. Most recently I’ve seen Anita and Anthony for massages and both were so attentive and skilled.

Customer service was horrible. I planned a surprise birthday massage for my wife. I ran a little late which I informed them that I would be. They would not allow me to reschedule and managament gave me the okie doke to not give me my refund back. My wife had to settle for half hour massage and I paid for a full hour. This is the second chance that we gave them. We were members before. Needless to say I do not recomend going and I will never return again.

Loved my first time here! Walking in the spa is very clean, smells amazing and front desk staff was very attentive and directed me to their bathrooms and waiting lounge . My therapist Anthony asked about my specific needs and took into account the pressure and spots I needed to work on throughout my massage. He also had a friendly and warm personality. I will definitely be back for my monthly massages :)

Scammers. Avoid their membership services at! There are plenty complaints about how difficult they make it to cancel. An associate (deliberately?) told us false information and pressured us to sign up for a membership that would include a free month. She said we could cancel anytime as soon as tomorrow. The truth is you cannot cancel until you have paid the second month - locking you in for two months. We should not have been faulted for being given incorrect info. Classic scam and dumb promotion. The correct way to promote is to give a month free or discounted - allow the customer to decide if they would want to commit a 2nd month. Investing in customers is what grows businesses. Don’t trick/scam/manipulate customers to lock them in for 2 months & Don’t support bad business practices.

Alexis is AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable, sweet and caring, and took a great deal of time to go over my skin care routine, my concerns, and answered all my questions. I walked out feeling fantastic and my skin was glowing. I highly recommend Alexis to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and wonderful facial experience!! You will love her!!

I had a Groupon for a massage, prior to calling - I specifically inquired about stones and was told that would be an upgrade at the point. When I got to the appointment, not only did they not tell me the masseuse would be male, but also that he was not trained in such modality.I am not new to massages.This male masseuse proceeded to my massage, talking about very personal details upon his life but also, I dont think hes actually trained at all. My massage was not like Ive ever received before, he also began with me face up first. I was very uncomfortable and will not visit this center again.Their front desk should do a better job in asking the client their needs. And management should do a better job in vetting their therapists.

I received a Groupon as a gift and unfortunately let it expire because Im a busy nursing student, totally my bad. I called with intentions to apply the promotional value to a massage and pay the difference, as you do with all Groupon Vouchers, and the lady I spoke with, Lela(?), told me that they would not accept it and that I would need to get a refund from Groupon. Again, I told her that it states amount paid for voucher NEVER EXPIRES, but the promotion does. She repeatedly said thats not how they work, and she supposedly even consulted with a manager. So, I dont have much of a review for their massages, but I give their customer service 1 star. Only get a Groupon here if you intend to use it immediately!

Anita is the best massage therapist in the world. I’ve tried almost all of them 😂 kidding, but have experienced at least a dozen. Alexis is incredible as well for facials and back treatments. I send my friends here.

NEGATIVE STARS!! Simone the front desk was incredibly rude and did not make me feel comfortable. She was beyond unprofessional and deserves to fired.Taylor the masseuse was TERRIBLE!!! A toddler could’ve given a better massage. I would NEVER recommend her. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional as well. I would never recommend this location. Worst time of my life!!This location is no better than the gutter.Both Simone and Taylor need to be FIRED ASAP. Gerbils would work better than them!!

It’s such a shame the customer service in this place is soooo terrible.Ever since moving to the St Pete / Tampa area I’ve never had a good customer service experience here. (I’ve been a member In NJ and Miami as well for reference).I’m a St.Pete member and tried to transfer to South Tampa. They are the same owner- and they said I have to cancel and resign up. However if I do that I lose my 4 sessions. They won’t transfer the membership or sessions.In addition, they are inconsistent in their practices.I have gifted my boyfriend massages before at the South Tampa location and it was never an issue.Now it can’t be done because they aren’t my “home” location.I’ve been a paying customer for years, you’d think they would at least offer to help me out with session transfers if I have to cancel and re sign up. Again, they are owned by the SAME human.They are mean. Most of their therapists suck. Aaron and Tukta are amazing though, they definitely deserve to work somewhere more professional.This is the most recent event. I have had problems with this franchise since day one. It’s always something and it always seems to result in a loss of money from my pocket due to an issue on their behalf.It’s not worth signing up here

Absolutely awful service. Scheduled a massage for my spouses birthday 3 days in advance. 45 MINUTES before my appointment I got a call saying that they had to cancel and could not reschedule me today and that it had to be at a later date(next week). We both work a ton and had planned this day out and now the surprise I had planned is gone and not even an apology or any form of credit. Will never be returning to this companies establishment and I recommend anyone reading this review to go ANYWHERE ELSE. Insane.

Ive been a member at this place since 2018, up until today. It is to my surprise that they charged me for VIP facials without letting me know the facials were VIP nor did they tell me the cost for them were double the price. I was under the impression I still had hours to use up until I found out these facials ate up my remaining hours. The service did not even felt like VIP. I dont even recommend this place! Not even if your getting in with a discount/coupon from Groupon. The last time I took a guest, they tried to sell some false advertisement, I should have cancelled my membership then. Bad business, mediocre service.

Canceled on me 45 minutes before appointment. However there policies are as a customer you have to notify 2 hours before hand or get charged full price. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. As a customer/guest do not go here. As this was a birthday plan now the day is wasted and ruined with no other place able to fit in same day.

Had a little trouble with the inital Groupon and getting set up with the membership but after that was resolved everything has been great. I asked for a female therapist who could do deep pressure, deep tissue and they recommended Tibisay. She uses a mix of deep tissue and stretching and is amazing, perfect firm pressure. On par with more expensive boutique places, with more availability. The place is large with several rooms, classy decor, clean, professional. Do expect to sign the safety form on your phone before every service kind of annoying but its a corporate thing so once you understand and expect it, not a big deal.

I was a new client today and my therapist was Jon. He was absolutely fantastic! Kept up communication on the pressure during the deep tissue massage. Made sure I was comfortable and extremely relaxing! The facility is beautiful inside and exceptionally clean! The girls at the front desk were so nice and explained to me in detail how their memberships work and even mentioned closer locations to save me some driving time. Overall it was a great experience and will be back!

Ive been to this location twice now. Once on a groupon once without both times I was treated fantastic. I read the reviews and asked for Brandi my first time. She is phenomenal. I have a lot of problems with my neck and back and she got out all my tension and was very polite and professional. During our visit I yold her I do a lot of running and she recommend another therapist next time if I wanted more streching work done since he specializes in that. I ended up getting a membership once I finished up with Ally and Tori and did the hydro machine. A few weeks later I returned and saw Jay for this massage since my legs were killing me. He was very knowledgeable and a great therapist. I also did a facial with Daniella and she is so sweet and calming and i felt like she really went out of her way to make sure we were doing what was best for my skin. This is definitely my new favorite spa.

A total disaster, Ive had my paid massage for two weeks and I still couldnt book the day, horrible treatment from the staff and they never answer the phones, I dont recommend this place at all. what a disappointment

LMTs be careful working here you have to really watch your money because they will try to get out of paying you. Toxic work environment with incompetent front desk and management revolving door and the owner is very nasty. Oh and most importantly the front desk staff will steal cash tips. Simone was the main one stealing.

When calling to book, reception requested that we screenshot Groupon then pay them directly on arrival. All good and well. We filled out profiles and were left in the quiet room. We shouldve been receiving hydro massages while waiting for therapist but no one gave us direction so we assumed it was after. There was a group of us. Only one massage was on time. One was 15 min late and mine was 30 min late. Therapist called me by the wrong name initially and then told me that reception had never checked me in. When going into the massage the therapist said I was there for deep tissue. We had all booked swedish but I was okay with either. The first 30+ min was the same exact motion repeatedly. Being asked every couple min if pressure was okay. When Id state you could add more nothing would change. It barely felt like a back rub. While working on my neck Im pretty sure the therapist was asleep or thought I was asleep. Massage would stop until I moved then start back up. When checking out I mentioned this at the counter and was not even acknowledged by reception or management. I understand that repeat guests are what this place is looking for but every client should matter. I was on vacation and desperately wanted this to be a good interaction. Very very disappointed.

My masseuse was very sweet but the entire experience was bad.This may be just me but I can’t relax when I’m letting someone tough me who I wouldn’t let touch me for any reason in any other circumstance.I was never able to relax which is the entire point of a massage.I would definitely not go again.

I requested a specific person and was not notified that the person was no longer going to be available so it was a surprise to me once I arrived. I was passed on to another masseuse and the massage was horrible. Everything felt rushed, the massage was just a body rub - no pressure even when I asked for it. There was no communication from the massage therapist and she didn’t act like she cared whether or not I was enjoying the massage. First and last time going there.

I booked a massage with Dion and he did a wonderful job! I told him my concerns and he met my needs perfectly. I felt so much tension released from my body immediately and had the best sleep I’ve had in months. I highly recommend him. The rest of the employees were very nice and accommodating as well. Will be returning.

We were monthly clients pre-COVID. When COVID shut the business, we requested to stop monthly fees and requested refund for the fees that had been charged. We had to dispute charges on credit card! Now it is post-COVID and we have 3 massage gift cards.When we called to schedule an appointment, we were told we have been banned! What great customer service. They are refusing to take back gift cards and offer a refund.

Alexis (Lexi) has been my aesthetician for quite some time and I adore her and will follow her anywhere! I have gotten facials at luxury spas While on vacation and quite honestly the experience with Alexis is better. She does A thorough skin analysis every time and takes her time with your facial. It is my favorite hour of the month. I told her my skin concerns and she customize my skin care plan and facials to match my needs. My skin texture has improved greatly since seeing her monthly, I highly recommend Her to anyone who is looking for a facialist to improve their skin.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Less than (1star). My review has changed drastically due to an unfortunate experience. I recently had a car accident on my way to an appointment with luxe at south tampa location. When I got impacted as I waited for cops to arrive since I was thankfully ok overall, I made sure I called to let them know what happened but had to hung up quickly due to situation and I later called the next day to see if perhaps at some point I could reschedule in the next weeks, which I really would need and to my surprise even with what happened to me, they insensitively charge my account the 2hrs of service, that I did NOT receive, even with my horrific situation. I am beyond disappointed and shocked as I have been a loyal member for over a year. To say the least this has been an eye opener on who’s business I was feeding. Extremely outrageous and I would NOT recommend LUXE SPA as a membership because they could care less about their members.

The place is very unprofessional. They cancel my appointment, and didnt get me a another day. But took the money out for the day they canceled. I will never booked there again. I wish i guve them a negative on. e.

The ambiance is a little odd. Everyone who is getting a massage first gets put into the same room in the front, where the lights are dark and they are playing relaxing music… but all in one small enclosed room. If it was a little more intimate and not with strangers, it would be fine.Next, the massage therapists. It was more of a back rub than a massage. I even asked for medium/hard force and still not much. There were parts of my body that were completely untouched (tricep/bicep and forearm) and my wife had one arm done but not the other. Overall, it’s a good price for a back rub, but there are better places around the area for a full body deep-massage.

Today was my first time using Massage Luxe. First off, front desk is amazing and I love their super chill vibes. Daniel (I think that’s his name?) was very helpful in figuring out what package worked best for me. I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant so I get a hour prenatal massage and if I want to I can also get a hour facial once a month. Perfect for me! The facility has a very clean feel to it. My massage therapist was Ailethia. I have been getting massages for years and I’ve never had such an amazing experience before. She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she definitely knew what she was doing and what areas needed more focus than others from touch without even needing to tell her. Her pressure was perfect for me, firm but not overly firm, she even asked me how the pressure was to make sure it was what I wanted. You can tell she really loves what she does and that makes a HUGE difference in this type of industry. I’ll be seeing her every month :) I can’t wait till next time!

I had a lovely facial with Sheila. I like to spoil myself from time to time. The hydromassage bed was a nice 15 min ending too! I’m not too excited about the products she had to use in the facial, but she’s a great Esthetician nonetheless. My next visit will be for a massage before joining any memberships. All in all the service was relaxing, and I enjoyed the environment - the room was large enough too which I feel is also important. I do truly believe there are far better product lines out there for a chain to invest in, just my two cents.

Got the groupon special for the 1 hr massage and hydro lux. The massage was great, good pressure and the therapist (Ashley) definitely worked out some of the knots in my back. The girls at the front were very friendly and personable. Theres a lot of reviews on here claiming that they were rude & unprofessional but I definitely didn’t experience this. I signed up for the membership too. 5 stars ⭐️

Found this place while on a business trip and decided to give it a try. Absolutely beautiful inside, quiet music, friendly staff & warm towels during the session make it a very relaxing experience. I was offered an introductory 1hr massage for $55 although later found out there was a groupon, dang. The 3 star rating is for two reasons really. First, my massage was scheduled for 10am-11am; at 10:05 I was just getting undressed then waited another 5 minutes for the girl to return and its 10:55 and Im out and dressed, so it was more of a 40-45 minute massage. Second, prior to the massage they asked if I wanted deep tissue or swedish (relaxing) massage and I selected deep tissue due to back and sciatic pain. While the therapist was a nice girl and applied some pressure to a few areas, it was definitely not deep tissue. If I had actually received the full hour massage or deep tissue pressure like Id asked, it wouldve been 10 stars. Ooh, and dont pass up the 15 minute hydro massage table that comes with the package, that was totally worth it!

I had a great experience at MassageLuXe! The whole place was very clean, calm, and professional. The entry room was well decorated and the front desk easily checked me in and showed me to the waiting room. It had calm music, tv, comfy chairs and they had me fill out any areas to focus on or areas of concern on an iPad. My masseuse showed me to the room and we went over what kind of pressure, areas to focus on and she left to let me undress to my comfort and get under the covers on the heated bed. The massage was so relaxing and thorough with calm music and heated towels. My masseuse Danielle made sure that the pressure was to my liking and you can talk or just relax if you want. Checkout was easy and simple. I loved it!

Work has been a bear lately and I had a lot of aches and pains. My therapist was Anita and she is awesome. She seemed to intuitively know where the pain was and with warm towels and hot rocks made everything so much better! Already booked a return engagement.

I found this place by way of Groupon, and I’m so happy that I did! I walked in and the staff was very friendly and the place is beautiful. I had Andrea C. as my massage therapist and I feel extremely lucky for getting her, she was absolutely incredible! Unlike any massage I’ve ever had. I will most certainly be back 💗

I got a groupon coupon and visited them yesterday, I specifically asked for a good massage therapist over phone, and she assigned me one convincing she is very good.It was probably the WORST massage I have gotten so far, I wanted to be polite throughout the massage, but it wasnt even an amateur level massage. And in turn she would question me if its my first time like I did not know the difference. It was anything BUT relaxing, and she sensed that as well bcoz I was so stiff.I came out, and asked in the reception how long she has been working there, and I was informed it was been just few weeks, which makes sense. I do not blame her, coz she was trying to communicate, but her strokes were so bad and pressure is like pressing hard and harder.I blame the store/management for not having trained her well, as it is not entirely her fault.I did not wanted to write this google review, as it is understandable that she is new(but as a customer I would only want a good service irrespective), but the response from the reception is what ticked me off, coz all the front desk receptionist offered me was a $3 discount, OR a gift card-which she initially said she would, but later said I had to pay $29 for it, why would I want to pay at all, AGAIN, made NO SENSE to me?It was truly a waste of my Cab fare to the place, the groupon coupon itself and definitely an hour of my time.Would not recommend this place at all, and trust me, Tampa has far better places that I have been to.

I don’t recommend this place! Everyone is very rude! Horrible management and customer service. I paid for a membership which I didn’t get the services I paid for. Once I complained about my time and services not received it became a problem.

My massage was not good at all. The massage therapist was polite, but she talked about her person problems. Who wants to hear that?! She, also, said that my muscles were too tight, so I wont work on you again. Ive never heard that from a licenced massage therapist. Thats right; though, she will not see me again. I still tipped her, but I came home feeling like I didnt even get a massage.

I went there once to get a massage and then 2 pre pay for a couples massage for the following week. The massage was pretty decent even though they don’t go for the full hour that you pay for. My biggest problem with them is how shady they are, and the guy working the front desk with the arm brace on is horrible. After I payed for my trial massage I was trying to book the couples massage from him. He kept trying to push all these monthly payment packages on me and wouldn’t stop. I told him I don’t want any monthly payments and that I just want the couples massage. He “worked out” this deal that I pay 2 months upfront and then he cancels the package. That would give me 2 unused hours and that I can split the time and give my girlfriend the other hour and we can set up our couples massage. I went with it cause he ended up finally getting me what I originally wanted. The next week I called to schedule our couples massage and told them over the phone that I was splitting the 2 hours and we wanted the couples room together. He booked it over the phone and we should have been all set. Fast forward to today, our appointment day. When we get there the same dude is working the front desk. Super fake personality and overall pretty uncomfortable person to be around. They then tell us that the couples room is already booked and we now have to do our massages separately and in different rooms. We say ok cause it’s whatever. After we get done with our massages which again didn’t go the full 60 minutes we paid for, the guy tried to push more packages on us and I shut him down. 15 minutes later I get a call from the guy and he is asking me about my girlfriends payment information. He’s telling me she left without paying, so I told him that I already paid it with you and we are splitting my time up like you sold me. He tells me that there is a $20 transfer fee and I would have to pay that. I obviously laughed at that cause he never said anything about any extra fees and I had him go over in detail how it would work if I got that stupid package they were shoving down my throat cause there is always a catch. Anyways I told him there is no chance I’m paying more then the agreed upon amount. He told me that he’s removing my account and I won’t be able to go there again. Hey buddy I hope you get to read this cause I would never go to a place you work at ever again and massage places are a dime a dozen and you guys don’t do anything to stand out or lead the pack. Horrible overall experience and anyone who reads this just trust me and go to a different place.

Hands down worst massage I have ever received. First time here and the therapist had awful hands and didn’t know what she was doing and kept pinching me. Didn’t know how to properly drape as she left areas uncovered she wasn’t working on. Certain areas of the body she never worked on and it was a 90 minute massage. Won’t be back

Shady, shady shady! In the middle of a pandemic when people need stress relief the most, they are inflexible and incapable of supporting their customers. I had to cancel my membership in the spring and had 2 hours of massage left (that I already paid for!).... I called today to schedule a massage and they informed me that I would not be able to use what I already paid for since it expired TODAY. NEVER received any email or notification of this until today. Really?? You couldnt have honored the credits when I called at 11 am the morning the day it supposedly expires? Not supporting them and you shouldnt either!

MassageLuxe is the BEST!!! The always have the friendliest staff and the cleanest facility. You can tell that all of the staff really love being there and the positive energy flow is just wonderful!! I can not wait to get my next mommy pamper day set up!!

This place is amazing. The massage therapist was great and knows what she is doing. The building is super clean, and very contemporary relaxing and very comfortable. They do offer monthly packages that I think I may take them up on. Im super Satisfied

Went for spa day/birthday, had a billing issue later and called. Was advised id recieve a call back. A month later still no call. Only get the run around when i do call. Staff have been rude and GM India was rude too. The girl was training someone that day we went. Everyone needs to train thats ok but to make a mistake then be rude and disrespectful when i bring attention to it and ask for help is unacceptable.

Nice facility, clean and staff is courteous and friendly. The MASSAGES however, lack a lot of technique (second time with different therapists) and feel more like some miscellaneous robbing. The product use second time is so minimal that my skin felt an uncomfortable friction. I tried locations in Carrollwood and S. Dale Mabry, unsure if I will return.

Very welcoming staff! Used a groupon for my first visit and ended up signing up for monthly massages. Customer service goes a long way and you wont be disappointed here.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional! It’s a total rip off. Please do not go there for massages. I have a groupon but won’t honor it. Extremely ridiculous and it was horrible talking with her. Does not even deserve a star. Seems like the owner herself doesn’t care about her clients.

Have been a regular for the last 2 years and I have always felt light headed and relaxed at the end of each massage. Anita knows me so well that even before I say what is troubling me she has already started working on those trouble areas.

Went for a deep tissue massage. It wasnt deep tissue at all. That was annoying :/ And after I gave her the tip she didnt say thank you. She grabbed it without making eye contact and told me where to exit, which was weird. I dont know. Looking back, they rushed me in the beginning, and were too pressuring in the end...Its just too bad it wasnt a deep massage, i I have chronic pain and this was suppose to help. Shouldve just gone to the mall.

Will not be coming back to any massage luxe locations the deep tissue massage was horrible. I really needed a good massage today and now I have to book another massage tonight and spend another 140$ somewhere else to hopefully actually work out some of these knots instead of just getting a rub.

Had a great experience here. The front desk staff is always there to greet you and make it a relaxing experience. I’m usually able to book same day, which is great because sometimes you just need a massage!!

Love this place! I visit MassageLuxe 2 x month and its always a wonderful experience. Such friendly and accommodating staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Jennifer is the best massage therapist there, I highly recommend her and the whole spa!

Awful place, awful service 0/10 do not recommend coming here. Go to any other massage/spa in the area, promise you will receive better service rather than this place.

The massage therapists are great and talented ! But the customers don’t deserve the horrible administration- I was lied to, given the runaround and basically they made it hard for me to keep my monthly membership ! I thought they wanted clients during this pandemic ! I won’t be back - don’t sign up ! They offer no flexibility -

I am a little disappointed,I was here tonight on 9/25/19 and the massage was nice, but I also was canceling my membership and I was told on phone my cost would be $65 total minus $25 I had in my accountbut once I mentioned I was canceling my membership the price went up to $100 for an hour massage so with my $25 deductible it was $75 .I see on the pricing a regular( deep tissue) 1 hour massage is $74 total for a non member.All in all it seems like I didn’t get my discount ideally because I was charged $100

Have been member for almost a year. You should try different massagist to find the one who fits you the best or ask for advice from front desks. In my case, I used to get chinese massage regularly. I prefer deep and firm massage. Megan gives great firm massages.

Never told me gender of masseuse and when we had the conversation the manager mentions he’s never heard of a women named Erin. Which the masseuse name was Aaron. There was no effort in accommodation and I still had to pay for a massage I never was able to obtain

This location is easy to get to, the lobby is beautiful, the staff is lovely, and very accomodating. If you are in need of a calming atmosphere then I definitely recommend this place. It is the perfect place to relax, and refresh yourself.

The wait was fast but once i got to the back my masseuse didnt give me a chance to take off my clothing as i was taking them off she came in the room 3 times i was even in there a minute if that wasnt enough she put the steaming hot towel without shaking some of off first onto my bottom causing me to jump up ugh.... she then begin my massage but rushing and the areas i told her to work on that never happened overall its a good place but i dont ever want the masseuse i had

Really poor front desk service. The massage was exactly 42 minutes not even the 50 they claim when you pay for for hour. Super unsatisfied.

5 star service. Started in the relaxation room with tea followed by an awesome massage with John. Finished off with the 15 minute hydro therapy. I would highly recommend MassageLuxe.

This business has charged me for 2 months which i have not used and i emailed in advance to cancel.Manager Ally is not helpful and very rude and not considerate during this times of Pandemic.I have my card in auto-payment and they refused to cancel it or remove it.Got hung up twice in a call with Stephanie and Ally.Dont visit this place they will end up robbing you.
