Visiting ZenAura is a great way to start the week and a much needed way to end your week. Naomi is amazing! I am never disappointed in her expertise regarding stress points and technique during my massages. Ive been frequenting ZenAura for two years and absolutely love it.

Alex was my masseuse and he was amazing hands-down one of the best and I have been to all of the top spas in Tampa. Alex made my experience here one of the best The spa was clean. The massage bed was comfortable. Also it was heated and I would definitely be back.

It was my first time going to this spa since they offer a 90 minute massage for a reasonable price. Justin was AMAZING!!! He targeted all of my stress points & truly focused on them. I felt great afterwards! Would definitely book with them again!

Second visit here for a couples massage, got a same day booking which was great. My therapist was Alex again he was great once again. My husband got Justin this time and he also did a great job and my husband is a tough nut to crack. We will definitely be back. Thank you once again for a great experience

I sent my boyfriend to this spa for his birthday. Of course I looked at the reviews before picking his specialist. I saw that Naomi had a ton of good reviews hence why I booked with her. Not saying that the other workers didnt have high reviews but I know his preference. I booked the deep tissue 60min plus 60min add on of the full body exfoliation treatment. He said it was one of the best massages hes ever had and he is extremely pickly when it comes to his massages. He says she was amazing and he felt like jello after. Now wants to book me a massage there. Im all for it! Please look into this place peeps for an amazing massage experience!

I came into Spa ZenAura for a Swedish massage and Alex was my masseuse. The spa was clean and the staff is friendly. It was the best massage I’ve had and will definitely be back!

This place is great! The owner, Jessica, goes above and beyond. I have had massages, facials, and brow lamination done here. The massages and facials are top notch! The brow lamination didn’t really work on me, but I was able to get back a partial refund. One thing that I’d love, is being able to just pay a deposit when I book online, and not the entire charge, but that is just a personal preference. A great spa!

Janette is always so good! She’s done Microneedling & hydrofacials for me several times the past 2 years. Great technique, relaxed, flexible, communicative, quality products, friendly! The spa itself is always clean, quiet, well kept & so peaceful & reasonable prices for services. I drive 1/2 hr to the spa & always worth it!

New therapists were assigned to my girlfriend and I. At first we weren’t thrilled with the change of therapists, but it was a blessing in disguise. Naomi and Amanda were fantastic. They gave the best massages we have ever had there. Highly recommend them both and highly recommend the deluxe couples massage.

My boyfriend scheduled a couples massage and facial for my birthday. Everything about the experience was amazing, and we will definitely be back! Everyone that serviced us was extremely professional and did an amazing job.

I had the good fortune of getting Alex for my session. He started off with excellent pointed questions that helped identify exactly the kind of massage I was looking for. He also had just an awesome demeanor that combined with an apparent fantastic foundation of knowledge made for an excellent experience. He consistently hit the areas that were my biggest problems. Alex, thank you dude for giving my body what it needed. Competence and compassion make for an excellent masseuse and that is what you are.

The staff squeeze me in same day and was very accommodating. Alex was My therapist and he was very knowledgeable absolutely amazing! I walked in, not able to turn my neck and left a lot better!

I literally go out of my way to come here for a massage. I lead a relatively active lifestyle and my job is a physical one so I often times have recurring aches and pains with occasional headaches. I’ve had massages from other people that might give me relief for a day or two and a few that did literally nothing for me. However when I get my massage here with Justin, I will have 2-3 weeks of relief at a time. The facility is clean, every person I’ve interacted with is kind and friendly. I once went to another franchise facility and the masseuse made me feel rushed and extremely uncomfortable. The whole time it felt like he didn’t want to be there, and another time I had a sweet girl who just talked to me so much I didn’t really get a chance to relax and she was really light with her pressure so it didn’t really help much with my issues but I’ve never had that problem here. So 10/10 definitely recommend.

I bought a 60 minute massage for my wife online, when notified of a flash sale. She loved it, and would recommend Spa ZenAura. I was able to pay in advance, and include the tip, so my wife was able to just go and enjoy the experience. I am certain that I will be buying again for her in the future.

Naomi’s hands are anointed. The best full body deep tissue massage in Tampa. They are conveniently located in Westchase & are in an easy to find location. She got out all the kinks. I do very intense workouts & Naomi had me walking on cloud 9. Truly amazing 90 minute experience. I cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness & aesthetics were top tier as well. Jeanette did my facial and was also phenomenal.My mom booked the massages about a week in advance and there was a conflict with the scheduling but the spa immediately accommodated us once they realized an error was made and even offered to add aroma therapy to make up for it. I was looking for somewhere to receive a last minute massage on a Saturday, I was not expecting to get booked with someone as talented as Justin. I’m shocked he isn’t booked out. I am a massage therapist as well and have avoided getting massages because I have t found anyone I really resonate with that gives an amazing massage. Well that changed today, Justin is present and meticulous in his work. I was able to sink deep into relaxation while also getting the areas I needed work on thoroughly addressed. I am booking my session for next week right after I write this

I go to Spa Zenaura regularly to help accelerate my recovery from lifting weights at the gym and frequent hiking. I select Naomi every time for her skill and professionalism.

I received a gift certificate for Spa ZenAura and scheduled a 2 hour deep tissue massage. My therapist Ashley was excellent. She took the time to ask the right questions in order to enhance my experience. I will look into a membership very soon! Highly recommend.

So good! We booked a couples massage for an anniversary. Booked online the day before, came in for our scheduled time. Filled out intake form and specific areas needed worked on. They were so good about working on those areas in our massages. I love the space too, it’s so inviting/relaxing/calm. We’ll be coming back soon.

I booked a very last minute appointment for a prenatal massage. They were able to get me in and seen very quickly. Ashley took time to get to know more about me and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Very relaxing.

Went twice had two different therapists and it was ok. If you get an hr massage its more like 45. One of the therapists was basically pinching my muscles which irritated them for a couple days.Update, I saw Naomi today and Im convinced she is the reason why this place is in business. She is by far the best massage therapist Ive seen in all of Tampa!

Love this place! I work as a bartender in the same plaza where Spa ZenAura is located and always recommend it to customers and co-workers when I have the chance. I’ve had multiple massages and facials here and am always super happy with my service. The staff are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve had a few facials with Blake and my skin looked and felt fantastic after. She even helped me get on a skincare routine tailored to my skin type. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and she is always a pleasure to be around! I’ve also had massages with a few different staff members and they were all fantastic. This place is definitely worth checking out.

I always have a great experience with Spa ZenAura and I go often. They are quick to respond and easy to schedule appointments with. They offer deals throughout the week that are nice. My favorite masseuse is Justin - he is phenomenal!!!! I would high recommend Spa ZenAura. I would also recommend Janette for a facial - she is very good.

Today I had Justin for two hours and he did a phenomenal job on my shoulders and neck as I told him that was where I had pain at. He did a really great job and I about fell asleep but because I was getting a deep tissue plus CBD for two hours falling asleep was not as easy. Wow he worked out all my knots in my left shoulder that’s for sure so I can’t complain because he did his job well!! Both times I’ve been have been relaxing and extremely beneficial. I feel so much better!! Thank you!!!

Ive had 5 massages here over the past couple years work different masseuses, and its always a good experience. The masseuse talks to you about your needs before you start, and theyre very knowledgeable!

We walked away glowing both inside and out. I was grateful their ability to accommodate a couples facial coordinated last minute. The estheticians were wonderful, lulling us both to sleep with their magic hands.

Service was awesome. All my questions were answered, and the staff did a great job. I got a deep tissue massage and a basic facial. It was so relaxing and I feel great!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

The techniques he used made me feel brand new. The intake process was super easy and the room was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this spa! I got facial waxing done for the first time and it was done extremely well. Stephanie applied pressure after each spot of waxing that was done and really eased the overall pain of waxing. She was very friendly and made sure that I felt comfortable.I got a massage from Megan and she was amazing as well. She personalized my massage to my needs and provided the science behind massages. I never had a massage that was a thorough and targeted to what you need the most. Her background is extremely impressive and can be shown by how she gives her best for each of her clients.Overall the establishment was extremely impressive. They make you feel like you are family when you enter while staying professional and providing excellent service.

Please read before booking to manage expectations.Bought a message for my wife on Mothers Day. Notes:-When you book an hour, your time starts the moment they speak to you (5 minutes) and also for you to get redressed (5 minutes). You are paying for a 50 minute massage and they will stop EXACTLY at 50 minutes, in order to churn more customers through.-if you pay for an add-on, you are not paying for extra time but more the products for the add-on. If they don’t have the one you pay for they will supplement a different product.-The message was good and we would be repeat customers, but the mediocre customer service and hidden time fees are not worth what we paid.

Naomi was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! She applied the perfect amount of pressure and I loved the heated tables they kept me warm and comfortable.And the warm oil she used felt amazing. I also got a peppermint scalp massage 💆🏻‍♀️ which was my favorite part. The scent wasn’t overpowering it actually made me feel like I could breathe better. I feel super relaxed and my skin feels smooth. Thanks again for a great massage!

Cant recommend this place enough. We were making last minute plans for the day and the owner helped us plan our services before they even opened. Hubby and I both had Sarah for our facials, she was fabulous. We both came out of our massages saying it was one of the best weve ever had. I had Jamie but dont have the name of his. Spa ZenAura has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately they lack with communication and staffing. I scheduled a massage with Jaime but upon arriving I was told by the woman at the front desk she wasnt aware who Jaime was. The Deep Tissue Massage was mediocre at best. After the massage the therapist revealed that she doesnt normally work there and was just filling in. Post massage, they ran out of water for their water fountain.

Today was my 3rd time in to get a massage and I can truly say that the quality of my massage and the customer service provided always exceeds my expectations. The first time I came in I had my appointment with Lisa and today I came in and saw Yuhanna, both amazing massage therapists that catered to my needs. I have already booked my service for next month and it cannot come quick enough!

My wife and I went in for a Swedish Couples Massage. The employees there were SO awesome and friendly. The moment we were done, I scheduled another one for 2 weeks out. It was SO relaxing that (my wife got a little upset with me) that I dozed off for a second or 2. And I tell you,, Im never relaxed enough to just doze off!Ive had to edit my review. I loved this place the first 2 times I went, but then the person who I thought was great giving the massage, had to reschedule me because she was sick (which is fine, because I wanted to make sure I got her) But when my wife and I got there for the rescheduled one, she was there, but had someone else do the massage. Im not sure why and it made me feel bad.Its like when you find the right Barber or Hair stylist, when you set an appointment with that person, you expect THAT person to be the one you get.

Just had my first massage this morning and it was ahhhhmazing! I will definitely be going back. Kristen was my therapist and I thought she did an excellent job assessing my needs, and delivering a customized massage in order to help target my specific problem areas. It was 90 mins of pure bliss. The atmosphere was so peaceful, I couldn’t believe how fast that 90 mins passed.

Ive been looking for a spa in the area and landed on Spa ZenAura from a quick google search. I decided to give them a try because they are close to where I live. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the services I have received. The aesthetician Taylor is fantastic. Ive had three separate facials and each one has been unique to what my skin needed at the time of visit. Taylor takes her time at the start of each appointment to diagnose my skins needs and customize that days treatment. She has also given me valuable and practical regimen and product advice to prolong the affects of my treatments. I highly recommend this local spa.

Dealing with chronic pain I was able to get a same day appointment which was extremely helpful. After my 90 min. Deep tissue with therapist Kristen I felt 100 times better. I also enjoyed the peppermint scalp massage. I will be a regular guest going forward. Thank you so much!!

It was my first time going to a massage / spa and took my lady with me as a couples massage (for her birthday). Spa ZenAura was a awesome experience for both of us. I used to be a pro-wrestler so my back was riddled with knots and soreness. Jesyka worked on me and got all the knots out. I didnt think it would be possible. Dont underestimate her or the other staff. Great job! I also have to say my other half was also very impressed as she went to multiple massage / spas before. She left very happy with her experience as well. Well done Spa ZenAura!

If youre looking for relaxation and amazing service, this is the place to go! I went in for a deep tissue massage with Kristen and she was absolutely amazing! She was very conscientious of pressure and making sure I was comfortable at all times. I went in with lots of tension in my neck and shoulder area and by the time I left I was already feeling better, and as the day went by I felt like a new woman! Both her and Jesyka were very sweet and attentive! Jesyka was a pleasure speaking to when helping me schedule my appointment! I would recommend this establishment to anyone! Been going here for months now. I first came because of a couple positive reviews I read more than a year ago. I keep coming back because of the owner, the space and the therapists.Jesyka has created a comfortable, calming and clean space where I dont have to worry about anything. Booking is a breeze and I always leave on a more positive wave of my healing journey. All of the therapists I have worked with have been professional and helped me feel better.Most recently, Ive had the pleasure of meeting Kristen. Shes well-versed in a variety of modalities and has a strong intuition and skill for finding knots, pain and trouble areas I could hardly feel. Truly, my sessions at Spa ZenAura are a blessing.

This place is amazing! I booked a prenatal session with Mayra and it was everything I needed mentally and physically. It took me so long to find availability for prenatal massage elsewhere and I’d almost given up until I found Spa ZenAura on instagram. The FIRST time I called they offered me a spot within an hours time! The atmosphere is super cute and everything the name sets your expectation for. I left already anticipating my next visit back!

At first the place was great and I had requested to only see a particular massage therapist bc she did such a great job with my issues. I joined the wellness program and so did my partner and we requested couples massages. I was never told that my therapist left the company and just got another random person and after that my partner and I never had regular massage therapists and were regularly split up which we do not like. My partner had one therapist that smelled like alcohol and another that had to interrupt their session to throw up. Very disappointed. Are not going to return.

I got a great deep tissue massage by Jaime. She puts high pressure (you should ask her for less if you prefer). The owner is very welcoming and gave me a discount as it was my first visit to the spa. I am definitely recommending my friends to stop by this spa.

We have been going to Spa ZenAura since moving to Florida 2 years ago. We followed Jessica and her amazing staff when they moved to their beautiful new space in WestChase. Every therapist listens to your needs and focus on the problem areas that you tell them about....and what they discover after they get started on your session. I struggle with TMJ, lower back issues and tight shoulders/neck from sitting at a desk all day. Jessica and her team are true professionals. Im very picky when it comes to massages I highly recommend Spa ZenAura for all your skin care, cupping and massage needs!

Found this cute little spa and I am so happy about it! The Esthetician (Taylor) was very professional and knowledgeable! I loved the skincare products that were used during my treatment! Will definitely return for more facials and am interested in trying the massages as well!

My partner and i went here for a couples massage, and it was a great experience! both of our massage therapist were outstanding and super friendly! the spa was extremely clean and well kept - definitely will be returning!

My massage therapist for the day was Mayra and she was AMAZING. One of the best massages Ive had! I went in having horrible neck and shoulder pain and requested a deep tissue massage, hoping help the pain. Mayra did not disappoint. I could feel every knot in my body be released and I left feeling wonderfully sore and not in pain. The place is really relaxing and tastefully decorated to display a calm aura. The dim lights and essential oils combined create a really relaxful experience. I 100% recommend this place, they really know what theyre doing!

I Booked a hour massage…Worst spa experience ever! Face cradles are loose and table was wobbling and making noises !. Terrible air circulation in the massage room! Owner Jessica was extremely defensive when given the complaint about the spa!

Spa ZenAura and Jesskya provide an amazing, relaxing massage service. She is professional, tenured and attentive to her clients needs. Her prices are very affordable for the services offered. The Spa is clean, warm and inviting. I cant recommend her services enough from both a therapeutic and relaxation stand point. I look forward to my next visit.

Amazing Massage! I am a personal trainer so I am constantly in the gym and my muscles are always tight. Before my appointment, I was suffering from neck and back pain. After my deep tissue massage, I am now pain free. I would highly recommend them and this was by far the best massage I have ever had.

Stopped here for my first massage by this Spa yesterday and it felt great, however if I pay for a massage to end at 2:45, I expect it to end at 2:45, not 2:40. My reasoning must be off or something, but I Really don’t think that the 2 minutes it takes me to put back on my clothes should be included in the money I spent for the time frame of a MASSAGE. I ended up walking out of the Spa at 2:44 when it was scheduled for my back to still be getting massaged until 2:45. I initially even planned on giving the therapist more than double what I actually gave her for “gratuity”, but something doesn’t sit well with me at all in having the massage end before the time frame it’s scheduled so fair is fair and I deducted from that. It’s people’s hard earned money you’re playing with, not to mention the fact that they’re in physical pain and would love to still be getting massages for the remaining 5 minutes they paid for. With that being said, I won’t be back.

AMAZINGGGGGGGGG.The atmosphere from the moment I walk in the door was very pleasant and welcoming, relaxing as well. I recieved a facial by Veronica and it was amazing. I was so relaxed immediately after she started. My skin feels great and I DEFINITELY recommend it. I personally will be back minimum one a month for a facial and massage. Came in for a facial and massage and left feeling like a brand new person! The facial made my skin super glowy and my skin felt this way for many days after. My massage therapist listened to me when I was explaining the specific spots I had pain in my back and made them feel so much better. Will definitely be returning.

I came here in January 2021 when they had a special on facials. Go to their Instagram page and follow them to see those specials. The place was very calm and mellow, it was clean, and they abide by the mask regulations. The staff were welcoming and professional. I got dermaplaning and it was amazing. I always get skin irritation from products and it was a miracle with what they used. My skin stayed hydrated all day. Definitely coming here again.

Want 60 to 90 minutes of sheer delight, book an appointment with the ladies of Spa ZenAura, Jessica, Jamie and Amber. The salon is beautiful! The moment that you walk in your destination will be healing bliss. Nicely arranged, its perfect for a girls spa retreat. Their quiet room is so peacefully fengshuid and the massage membership is an added perk. Take a well deserved break from maddening crowd and get your body a massage here.

Went in for a facial. The Aesthetician was unprofessional obviously not interested in her work. Her facial was poor. Her waxing job was even worse. She had to wax twice and still left a lot of hair behind. My upper lip was red and sore for days afterwards and I eventually had to have the waxing redone else where. When I spoke with Jessica, the owner, she simply said thanks for letting me know and charged me the full amount. I would recommend Spa ZenAura. -- In response to owner: you have proved my point - by calling me a liar- you and your staff are unprofessional.

I happened upon this gem by accident. I saw a post on social media and decided to give them a try since they were close to home. I went in for dermaplanning/ facial and am so happy. The spa is so clean and very relaxing . My therapist was amazing and I’ve been back a few times since. As soon as I can find the time I will be going back for a massage . I strongly recommend you give this place a try .

I am very disappointed with my experience with this business. I scheduled a couples massage as a Valentine’s Day gift as they had a special promotion going on for the holiday. Unfortunately, about an hour before my appointment I was called and asked to reschedule. It was disappointing but I agreed to reschedule the following Friday at 1pm. Today I received a text message asking me to pick a time for my upcoming appointment, stating that 3:30pm was the earliest available. I tried calling the spa directly several times, on multiple phones, but I was sent directly to voicemail each time, followed by a text message from a different phone number asking to assist me. I found that a bit unprofessional as I would like to speak with someone on the phone regarding my appointment. Long story short we got into a disagreement over text message regarding the appointment times and I decided to cancel rather than fight about it. I was required to pay upfront when booking my appointment so I asked for a refund, which was denied by whoever I was speaking with. I was never told I couldn’t cancel or that my payment was non-refundable, which is unacceptable. When I told this person I would file a dispute with my bank, I was told that I should. Overall I’m very angry with with how I was spoken to and just want to be done with this company. I have filed a dispute since I never did get my massage or any other service from them.

Wow! Where do I begin!?...This place is really nice and well decorated! It really does have a zen and get-away vibe! I definitely recommend a couples massage here! Also my therapist Amber was amazing, I practically walked out of there a new man!

Three stars only because Justin is a great LMT, Ive (randomly - explained later in the post) had him a few times and I suspect its because hes the hardest working therapist at Spa ZenAura and more willing to sacrifice his evenings for his career. I wasnt going to leave a review until I saw that someone else experienced what I have. I attempted to establish myself as a regular at this spa and every time I schedule with a preferred thereapist online I get rescheduled with someone else. When you call the spa, no one answers and then they text you back - which is fine as long as there is clear communication. Yesterday before my appointment I received a text asking if I could come in an hour earlier. When I said no, my appointment was rescheduled from 5:20 to 5:30 with a totally different therapist than what Id booked online. Not only did they not ask me if I wanted to reschedule for a different day because the therapist wasnt available, they didnt even notify me that it was a different therapist -- which is not only doing a disservice to me but also that therapist (kind of awkward when youre expecting a totally different person to greet you). I did get an email with the reschedule and the new therapist information, but they were texting my phone so Im not entirely sure why they didnt mention it then. Im getting the vibe that these therapists at this location dont want to work past 5:00 (besides Justin, of course, hes been solid) and hand off their appointments to others at the location that are more willing to work without giving the client opportunity to reschedule. If you want a 9 to 5, a massage therapy career might not be for you and it shows.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I booked an appointment for a specific time. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment I receive notification that my appointment has been changed and given the option to cancel. Upon cancelling I receive a text message from a personal line stating that if I cancel I would not receive a refund. I end up on the phone with someone employed with the establishment and she wanted to dispute every little thing. Literally was willing to argue with me over the phone. She refused me my refund and told me that I could now come in at my originally scheduled time. I did not even want the massage anymore after my exchange with the employee but against my better judgement I went anyway to avoid wasting money. The place is clean but very basic. The reception area was very unorganized. I was handed a form to fill out that had someone else’s personal information. I didn’t end up filling this form out. Beyond all of the horrible customer service, the massage was ok. It wasn’t horrible. Loy (the massage therapist) was very kind and sweet. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this entire experience. I will never go back or refer this establishment to anyone.

The atmosphere, massage ,and the overall experience was amazing the only thing I didnt like was I scheduled our appointment weeks in advanced and the day before our appointment was to take place they had to change our time to later that afternoon then the day of they then reach out to see if I could come a few minutes earlier aside from that I loved everything else about this place highly recommended 👌

My husband James has 2 herniated discs which have given him constant lower back pain for years. James has been been coming to SpaZenura for a deep massage since it opened (over 20 times). Lucita is his massage therapist and she knows exactly where to apply pressure to his lower back to ease the pain. James is so relaxed during his massage session that he falls asleep. Lucita has to wake him up so he can turn over. James is very relaxed / pain free when he leaves the spa. James and I have also had several Couples Massage and we love all the therapists. They are all very experienced in their area of expertise. Lucita is an awesome deep tissue therapist. A Definite THUMBS UP!! SPA ZENAURAS owner Jesyka has a very outgoing and friendly personality, displaying professionalism with excellent customer service skills going above and beyond to meet our expectations. The spa, is very neat and clean with a soothing / relaxed atmosphere. The spa has a great smelling aroma with soft music playing to set the massage mood. I especially LOVE the gift certificates!! Received an excellent massage and came back for a facial. The facial was just okay. I booked the acne facial and ended up being up sold 50$ for blackhead extraction tool to be used and high frequency.. things you would think would be included in an acne facial...

I suffer from acne and I tried everything you can think of and instead of making things better they made my acne worse.Taylor was very knowledgeable about the type of acne I had and gave good advice on how to prevent scaring and what kind of products to avoid. I knew after my 1st facial I was going to keep coming back. I recently had my 2nd visit and My skin has changed drastically and I can not thank Taylor enough for her work. I cant wait to see how much more clearer my face can get after my next visit.

I made an appointment here for a massage and immediately canceled because I realized I made a mistake on the date. A month later, I noticed a charge for the full amount of the massage had not been refunded. When I reached out to ask, they told me all sales are final, meaning I have to pay the entire amount of the massage that I did not receive, despite canceling through their website with 3 days advanced notice. Their own website specifies a $25 late cancel fee if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice but apparently this is not the case. I completely understand charging a fee for late cancelations but Ive never heard of a company charging the full amount for a service that was not provided. I would be very cautious making an appointment here because if you need any changes made, you are subject to the full cost of the service.
