Showed up for a blunt wrap and forgot my card all the way home. The clerk was super friendly and even offer to pay for cigar wrap until next time i come back. Long story short i had found a 20 dollar bill in car and went back in and brought a whole bunch of wraps. I think it is a awesome place and will be back whenever in the area

Absolutely fantastic people to do business with. They answered every last question I had and never made me feel like I was a bother. I was able to shop at my own leisure and buy with confidence. Easily one of the best shopping experiences of my life, it wasnt painless, it was pleasant!

I will drive from anywhere in the Tampa Bay area to go to them before anyone else if Im looking for M or Jewelry Bags best selection of containers for your doc and hideaways. Also repeat customers sometimes get price breaks. Owner price matched M for me. Perfect place would charge 15$ and Recked used to charge me 20$ I told him the difference and from then on I only had to say owner lets me have it for 15$ and no one gives me a hard time. The only thing I find overpriced here are the detox drinks. They have one for 40$ that the vitamin shoppe carries for 24$. They really is the only negative thing I have to say.

I love coming to this shop! It always has a comfortable feeling to it, the employees always helpful and knows their stuff. I am really impressed by the high quality nice hand blown glass and inivative new gadgets among other things! It is a bit of a drive for me to get there, but its well worth it! I will spend hours in this place as if its a candy shop! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my pieces! AAA+++ to me!

Recked has been my shop for over 10 years and they are amazing. Starr and Corey are top notch professionals with knowledge and will offer you a better alternative for quality even if it means spending a little less money. That is what makes me drive from Odessa. Ive been going to this shop for years and it hardly disappoints. A few days ago I purchased a vape pen from here only to find the charger that came with it to not work. I went back to the shop to see if there was something they can do for me and Cory, the gentleman who also sold the pen to me, was able to replace it with an even better charger than what I originally had! Customer service and the people who work here are always a pleasure and will keep me coming back as well as all the dope pieces!

Love the place! I drive 40 min to go here and pass 3 -4 other smoke shops on the way. I have never been looking for something at this place and been unable to find it. Great help as well, any questions have always been answered with the most patience. Better than that I didnt feel like product was being shoved down my throat, if you just want to look they seem totally happy with that as well. And dont forget to pick up a complimentary lighter on your way out with their company info on it :)!!!

I have been to this shop at least 50 times over the last 3 years and most times i am treated with respect and professionalism. However, after todays experience, I will not be coming back to this place. It is one thing when you sell an item with a 100% mark up on the price. Its a completely different subject when the young lady working there starts insulting me for pointing out the outrageous price difference. At first, I was laughing about how they are selling the item for twice as much as it is sold any and every where else. My laughter quickly turned to puzzling looks when the woman went out of her way to address the other people shopping in the store over the discussion of price difference. If she was trying to alienate me, she failed. The only thing she alienated was her store from my future purchases... She was unbelievably rude and passive aggressive..... July 13th..

Seriously fantastic service, above and beyond any of their competition. Theyre respectful of their customers, always have strong, competitive inventory, and offer prices that are flexible and reasonable compared to other local establishments. Ive been hard pressed to find anything better.

Please steer clear from here, they sold me a faulty Atmos Jump straight out of the display, then once Atmos refused my warranty they just turned away and told me some pretty rude things over the phone. I truly believe these people are nothing but a front shop middle manning and scaming faulty products to make profit. Stay away my fellow stoners not friendly folks..Just abunch of cowards who scam good citizens. God bless them.Edit: Saw response from owner doesnt match the response he gave me on Instagram. He still hadnt refunded my product or made this right dont let him/her fool you. Better business bureau report coming today :)

Chip I mean Cory was truly a life saver. He Helped me feel at ease about showing up close to closing! He was Super cool to my out of town guest! I would definitely take the drive to this business again very pleasant, enjoyable (laughed a lot), and useful!

I called the shop today to ask if they had Formula 420. The first time I called, it rang twice and went to a busy signal. The called right back...it rang twice, then went to a fax machine. Determined, I called a third time, finally reaching the lady behind the counter. I asked if they had any Formula 420. She told me they didnt. I asked if they would be getting any within the next week or so...she told me they wouldnt. After a line of questions, she finally released what seemed to be top secret information: They dont stock Formula 420. Of course, I asked why she didnt tell me that in the first place, but I digress...I asked what products they DID stock, and she told me of the two glass cleaners they did have available. I asked which product shed recommend, and she suggested Grunge Off. Lastly, I asked if they carried the 200-ft. rolls of Bee Line hemp wick -- they do -- and I asked the price of it -- theyre $20. Throughout the whole conversation, the lady on the phones demeanor became increasingly irritated, so I told her, Ill quit wasting your time and let you get back to your job! to which she responded, Perfect!.................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. The smoke shop is great -- Ive been there in the past. They have a huge selection of quality pieces from local artists, with good prices to boot!...but this phone call was enough for me to refuse to purchase from them again until they have someone handling their storefront that appreciates his/her job (and the customers that provide a reason to answer the phone) enough to show -- at the very least -- a hint of customer service skills while representing the company over the phone.

Cory and Star were both so helpful and knowledgeable. They have great quality products prices are a bit high but very worth it if you’re looking for good quality stuff it’s worth spending a couple extra dollars. I will definitely be back for more !!!!!

I love visiting Recked!! I have been to many smoke shops across the world and I always come back to Tampa to buy my glass. They have the biggest selection of one of a kind pieces sure to impress. I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

I enjoyed the style of the shop. The outside window decals are pretty eye catching and messed with my head a bit lol 😂. You walk into a calm and inviting indoor atmosphere. They have almost everything you could want from a smoke shop. Star assisted me with my purchase. She was very helpful. My only complaint was that she said, the pax vapor device I was going to purchase was compatible with the pax app. The series I bought (pax2) is not available on the app; as I found out when I got home and tried to add a new device. But that’s okay; I can total see and understand how she thought it was available for the app. And the device still works wonderfully! I’m very happy with my purchase. I will for sure be coming back to this shop.

Probably the best smoke shop in Tampa. The selection of products is vast, almost overwhelming. And the prices arent that prohibitive unless you really want one of the higher end glass pieces such as Toro, etc. The owner Cory is very friendly and on occasion even throws in a small gift or two when hes there. I only wish hed open another location on the opposite side of town.

Bought a beautiful glass Sherlock pipe from them, a gas mask, coals, and shisha. They have everything there! They even cater to other small businesses, if you have a product you can go in there and work something out with them. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I do not smoke, I went there to buy an e-cig for a friend, but the service was one of the best I got is US, the girl, very nice, she explain us everything. Not pushy, or trying to sell us desperately, she was convincing and a very good seller. I definitely recommends this store, although Im against smoking.

I cant begin to describe how happy I am that a friend recommended me to this shop. While the entrance to the shop seems very unassuming, the inside will instantly change your opinion. Not only do they have high quality tobacco pipes and accessories, their paper and vaporizer selection is quite impressive. What was expected to be a 5 minute visit ended up being an hour long ordeal with a very knowledgable girl named Starr. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and gave me information about some products that I look forward to getting in the future. Starr was not only knowledgable but very friendly and professional. I look forward to visiting this shop the next time Im in South Florida. 10/10

Great place, good service, nice selection, so of the nicer glass was a bit expense but thats commen and their lower priced section was incredibly well priced. Got a small item for a pretty good price then found out it was also a color changer.

Very disappointing experience. As one of the most prestigious shops in Tampa, I expected much more. Ive driven three times from new port richey to spend my money with Recked. With that being said, I thought it was worth the troubles. My original visit was okay, I met with the lady that works there, and I requested the Toro Grail XL. As a newb, I expected it to be the standard single slit, and instead was a three slit. I did not check before I left, and did not realize this until I was all the way back home. I called and spoke to the lady , who informed me that once you leave, you cannot return. Disgruntled but understanding, I went a few days later and met with the owner. I asked, if at the least, I could return the carb cap and use as store credit. Although he initially denied, he later allowed me to use the $50 credit on my next purchase. Excited to put a full toro set together, I came back on the days he informed me that he would be working, and unfortunately he was no where to be found. A different lady was working, and to be frank, she was by far the most pleasant to work with. She contacted the owner, and the owner informed her that she would be able to do the Toro rig that I liked for $450. Today, I went in to purchase, with my Carb Cap and $400 cash in hand, and I was informed that I would have to spend $450 and surrender the carb cap, which was not agreed upon. With all of the driving back and fourth and hassle for me to spend my money with them, and the fact that multiple other shops have the same rig for less - only downside is shipping, I do not believe I will step into this shop again unless I absolutely have to. Without name dropping, I can think of a smoke shop dedicated to quality, and also a smoke shop dedicated to custom service, in the Tampa Bay Area, regrettably neither of those two shops is named Recked.

If youre trying to find some glass with class, Recked Smoke Shop is the place to go. Not only do they have a wide variety of selections but the workers (Corey, Starr and Ashley) are very polite and know what they are talking about. Recked Smoke Shop has some of the nicest pieces Ive ever seen. Also, I love how the employees recognize customs, sometimes even by name, it makes me (as a customer) feel welcomed and appreciated. Not only do they sell pieces but they also have an amazing selection of insents, hookahs and sheesha.

The selection and staff at Recked are the best in the bay area. Its the only spot to find the things you see only on websites. They have a variety of items to fit your needs and will always offer the time and advice youre looking for. Theyre true professionals and will treat you right.

Recked is the #1 smoke shop in fla. they have a large slection of merchandise and the ladies there are always nice an helpful. have read a couple of reviews from weak people talking about their bad experiances an have to laugh. these people cheap crap then they should go to the habib store an stay out of places they cant afford.just cause you cant afford it dont cry about it. an for those who dont like the service, you suck. you come in with bad attitudes complaining about high prices i wouldnt want you in my store either.This is the only shop i go to. I tried to call and place an order for a puffco and was told off by a southern woman. Later attempted to reach out to there instagram and it seems there manager urged me to remove my review , Im sorry I cant remove reviews and be fraudulent like you.

This store is just on an downward spiral, and every visit seems to get worst.I come in to purchase incense all the time. Recently ive had employees make me wait for them to recount my incense. Ive graduated high school i think i can count to 30. But after spending 5 minutes smelling, smelling, and stuffing incense into the bag. The last thing i want to do is have an employee pull the incense i put in there; for one when you pull out a bunch at one time it scrapes off some on the incense. Their hand dipped your supposed to be careful with them.I took my girlfriend here with me and got her one of the plastic water pieces for about 40$ brought if home and filled it with water and 10 mintues later me table is covered in water. I was told there isnt anything they can do about it.So their selling defective pieces and not helping the customer with returns. Also their treating customer like thieves having to have regular customer wait for you to count their incents. If its that serious put them behinde the counter

Went there for e juice and looked around and everything is over priced 15ml for 8 bucks and they said it was only dragon fruit and diffently has ment in witch I cant stand çant wait to go to gunn smoke shops glass pipes and vape juice for allot cheaper single blown bowl for 15 that can be bought double blow for like 20 at gunn

I purchased the Dr Dabber Boost and it was broken but the customer services as at recked ss was amazing she got me in touch with Dr dabber for the warranty but then the store called ME back and had me come in and fully replaced the broken parts and took care of all of my needs amazing (custom ) glass and service what more could you want in a smoke shop

Majority of the batteries work for a week and then they stop, then u take back to store and get a replacement, they say Im sorry, but theres nothing they could do. All there products are garbage! Do not buy from them, you will definitely regret it

Horrible I repeat HORRIBLE.....1st they sold me this detox mouthwash called high voltage, that cost me 45$ that I had to borrow from a family member that was supposed to get me a job with secure future, 2nd they lied to me and guaranteed it would work if I took as instructed, which I did (of course) needless to say I came back positive.
