We came there, we were rushed ended up getting something we didn’t want. so once we found what we wanted still in the store wouldn’t refund us so we BOUGHT BOTH. DIDNT even get what we wanted they continued to try to tell us everything is so good, when we only wanted a pod. PAID $80 AND DIDNT WORK! HORRIBLE SERVICE! will never go there again and if i could give 0 stars I would!

Just started coming Im about a month ago and never had any issues until today. Bought a geek bar vape that is leaking everywhere. The man that sold it to me told me he cannot and would not exchange it out for a different one. Sorry but thats terrible customer service. I wont be coming back and will tell everyone I referred here not to as well.

The guys that run this shop are very nice and welcoming to you as soon as you walk through the door. They have good prices too. The vape juice I like is actually a couple dollars cheaper than at the shop we used to go to down the road from this shop.On top of the service being so great 😊 I would highly recommend this shop for those of you that smoke 💨 out of a vape! 👍🏼 they also have really yummy smelling candles and other things to buy.

I have been coming here for years and the service is ALWAYS AMAZING. BOTH the women who work here are friendly and prompt, the two young guys who work here are great! Ive NEVER had a bad experience.The reason Im giving such a great review tonight was because I called the shop tonight a few minutes before they closed, and the owner (a total sweetheart) answered, and I said I would be there a few minutes after they closed. The owner immediately said he would wait for me. Thats the ten out of ten service that have given me for YEARS and we I will keep coming back and recommending this smokeshop!Thank you!

Excellent service. Average pricing. Great selection yet a lot of out of stock in my nic strength. First time in so not sure if thats a regular thing or not. Will probably go back if I like the juice they nudged me towards.

This place has always had great staff and wonderful products. I had issues with my glass breaking (only on sunday mornings) and they were the only ones to carry the aspire glass anywhere around. The first time I broke it I was in Ohio and the shop I stopped in made me buy the whole upper unit for $30, the Smokeshop only charged me $8 for the glass and put it in so I wouldnt cut myself.

They are the best. The ladies that usually work the front are very nice and knowledgeable. I will say they have some of the best prices (better than any gas station) and most friendly shop around.

They give excellent service and have a great selection of products! The owner is helpful and honest, and he has the cleanest store I have ever seen!

I will now go out of my way to visit this store.The young lady working there is extremely sweet, pleasant, knowledgable and beyond helpful! And might I say.....I suggest anyone in retail visit her store and observe how to properly conduct yourselves and interact with customers.

Rip off! Each time they change the price for the product I purchase every week. I brought them a previous receipt showing the normal (& usual) lower price. I told them I spend over $400/mo and Ive been a long time customer. They didnt care. Their loss. Ill take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I never write reviews but I have to say something. I am a new mom and starting using CBD for pain and came to their shop asking a member of their staff to help me find a cartridge and she sold me a very expensive one after I asked her several times if there was any THC she assured me there was not. I got home and tried the product and was immediately sent into a panic attack as I have a terrible reaction to THC. I went back to the shop and the refused to help me replace the cartridge with a CBD even though I was willing to take the loss on the price difference. The employee working said “it says delta 8 right on the front” like I was supposed to know what that meant. The whole reason to buy in a shop and not online is so that doesn’t happen. Super disappointed. Extremely upset and wanting to report this business.

So I went in here two days ago, Knowing what I needed. Bought it, real friendly people. Went to pay and the young man said something about my card. Told him it was a bank card and he went ahead and swiped it. Fast forward 6 hours later and I get a charge for 199 to my bank account. I call the company that charged me, they ask me if I know a sobhi that lives in dearborn heights. So after thinking a little bit more I call up to this store and ask if sobhi is there not knowing it was his name. And sure as hell he was! Gonna deal w this accordingly

Was out of town for the week and visited this shop just to look around and see what they had. Practically got asked to leave from what looked like the manager for no reason at all. Like I said, I was just looking around and I told him that. Dont waste your time here. Worst experience Ive ever had at a shop like this. Go to the store right across the street called Metro. 10 times better than this place 👍

They tell me they have the cheapest prices in town bought the nord x Cost me almost 50 bucks with tax Come to find out I go to my local vabe shop and there 30 bucks apiece Do not go prices Too high and they dont negotiate What so ever Anf owner drives a lamborghini worst customer service unless u enjoy paying top dollar

Sold me 3 defective SMOK TFV12 coils (for a 25% markup of the standard prices online). They will not take returns or exchange In addition, they asked for a receipt when they didnt even offer me one when I bought the coils. Terrible experience, never going back.

So this place was supposed to be having a WRIF event where they were supposed to be giving out WRIF bags at 6PM on 4/20. I arrived at 5:30 and they told me they would be handing out bags at 6PM so at 6PM I aksed where to get the bags from and the jack ass behind the counter said that they were all gone that they gave them away at 5:45PM and there were over 75 people waiting. There were about 8 people there (not even close to 15 people the whole time I was there. But ironically enough the guy behind me spent $120 and they just happen to find one for him. The store is completely shady and I would never stop there again. I recommend The Station on Mich Ave way before this place.

First time being there I was overwhelmed with choices and alot of unique pieces I couldnt help but wander for a bit.. just bought a castle perc hourglass recycler for a great price! It makes tornadoes 🤘👍

These guys were so helpful. My vape mod was so dirty and not working properly they cleaned it for me for free and explained the importance of maintaining a clean mod. Thanks again guys you have a loyal customer !

Love this vape shop always have the greatest group of people working and I even called earlier today asking if they could stay open after their closing hours so I could pick up a coil and they did!

I got the (eGo-T) with twist on usb charger no usb plug in wall unit with 1 small bottle of oil it cost me $35 total!!!. but I use my cellphones and its fine.I smoked 1pak of cigs a day=$4 a day.This shop has best prices and so many oils to pick AND THEY WILL LET TRY THE SMOKE OILS BEFOR U BUY!!!.THEY REALLY DO HAVE EVERY KIND OF PRODUCT FOR ANYKIND OF SMOKEING OR OTHER.

I bought a vuse vape pen from this store and it doesnt charge and the people at the store wont replace it. He told me he would do me a favor and contact the company but he wont do it till next Tuesday. Horrible products and horrible service, dont waste your time coming here
