When I was in need of a conveint , affordable , knowledgeable smoke shop I was in luck. Not to mention I couldnt have gotten a friendlier store clerk made me very comfortable with his patience and advise very helpful, I will never go anywhere else when I am in town.

Honestly theres another smoke shop thats closer to my house but I always come to this place instead because of the quality of their glass pieces. Theyre always durable, and good looking, where as the closer shop always has pieces that look retarded and not symmetrical. Bottom line I love this place!

Really great people here. I got a suorin drop a little while back here and when it malfunctioned, rather than try to sell me something new, Jay helped me take it all apart and try to fix it, then recommended sending it to suorin and get it swapped. I ended up buying a new one anyways. But, the fact that Jay stood there and helped me rather than sending me on my way shows the integrity of this business. I will continue to come back here.

Hands down the best smoke shop in town.The family that owns this smoke shop used to own the smoke shop down the street in the Vail Ranch shopping center, but sold it to some uneducated people.I have been there customer for almost 5 years.Never had any problems with this family.The people that work their are really educated and they also have other locations in other cities.Really love the prices and if they dont have something you would like to buy they will place a special order for the customer.REALLY recommend going to this smoke shop.Have a wide selection of bongs,cigarillos,pipes,vapes, and E-juices has well.

Came here on a whim hoping to find a bucket, but me being the slick thing I am called it a bowl piece, but Jay knew exactly what I wanted without making me feel like a dingus even though Im no newb. Great selection of everything and the prices didnt hurt me either. This wont be a one time visit.

Decent pieces yet a little on the pricier side but the service is helpful and friendly. I recommend this shop to all in the area over the smoke shop located near the dollar tree. This one has better and friendlier service and is more knowledgeable about any questions you may have about any and all products sold in this shop.

Over priced big time. Down the road is a Smoke shop (Vail Ranch) that has better products, and half the cost. She was nice but, nice doesnt sell!!

DO NOT BUY VAPES OR VAPE PRODUCT FROM HERE! I bought a vape and the battery didnt work. I kept in contact with them about a warranty or replacement. After 5 months of going back and forth (expensive vape I NEVER got to use) they tell me that once its gone from the store, there is nothing they can do. Watch out!

Bought a vape pen here and it didnt work, took back with receipt in hand they took the broke vape no refund or discount ,,so I bought a little more expensive pen and it didnt work. .missing parts.. will not ever shop here again... I use to spend over a bill in here every 2 weeks .. no more Wil I give my hard earned money to these people

Like a 3.5 but Ill give them 4 stars. Glass is a little pricey n the selection is ok. Not always well stocked. Mostly good experiences though

Glass is all very low quality stuff from india. definately loaded with lead, its priced about 500% high than it should be. a quick look at dh gate will show you they have about 100 bucks invested in inventory theyre charging thousands for. alll those small glasses cost them about .50 cents.

Really nice people and they are always kind to their customers and they work out prices with you to not like the other stores in town and they have the best Selection of glass,cigars,vape mods, and vape juices.

This place is really cool, great prices, people are friendly and theres a selection of different accessiories, tobacco etc, but i think there needs to be way more selection and variety of pipes, bongs, bowl peices, wraps, and cigerettes , i understand its new but you should grow, i will be purchasing more stuff in the future.

I went in to get a gift of pipe tobacco for someone and they sold me cigarette tobacco and told me it was the same thing. It was not and it was too expensive anyway. Stay away.

Horrible customer service I bought a $40 Vape and by the time I got home I realize there was no charger for it.I came back asking for a charger and the old lady there basically called me a liar and said she doesn’t have a charger for me so I said I spent $40 for a throwaway and you don’t have a charger
