My first experience with cupping and I am thrilled with the results. Pandah did a great job, she specializes in medical massages. The cupping technique reduced shoulder and back pain nearly instantly. Have already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend this service as well as massages at this location.
In reading the reviews today because I was going to submit one, there seems to be a common theme… incompetence of front office staff or management just blaming it on them to excuse themselves with excuses about being new.I made an appointment or believed I did via text. I agree to time they offered and flew in this morning from Nee York excited for my 90-minute massage with Michael. When I showed up 15 minutes early they front staff, including manager or assistant manager attempting to find a non-existent appointment. The manager then told me that because I asked after about where my previous massage therapist worked, they cancelled or didn’t book the appointment. The manager made it sound like it was my fault, had I not asked for location of other therapist. Flat out unacceptable.Needless to say I turned around and walked out. I then called from my vehicle to express how angry and frustrated I was and that I wanted in lieu of their mistake and having me leave house during hottest time of the day, a 90-minute credit for my trouble. The manager kept telling me yes I had valid reason to be upset like she was giving me permission??!It’s unfortunate because I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and during COVID I let the autopay continue and didn’t stop it. I will be moving my membership to another location.
My massage was excellent!! My one star is due to an incompetent person at the front counter on Saturday. She told me I had a certain amount on the Massage Envy gift card. When I redeemed it for today’s massage I was told it was empty. That the person on Saturday read the card wrong. I was told she is new. They did not offer a discount or compensation for this persons mistake.
I love my facials with Jackie! She’s great and I have paid three times the amount for a facial and haven’t seen as good results.

Posting this here since this issue started at my home Massage Envy location.Customer of Massage Envy for 10+ years. I decided to cancel my membership on August 24, 2023. due to my home location (Tempe) not having therapists available to do deep tissue work. Ive even attempted to book at their various locations across the valley. Its usually hit or miss. Plus usually after finding someone that knows what they are doing, they end up leaving the company or reducing their hours. At the time of cancellation, I had 2-hours worth of time on my account. On September 11, I got lucky to book a 90-minute session with Aiden at the Dobson (Mesa) location. Ive seen him several times and was super excited to have him as my last therapist. Hes amazing at what he does. After my session, I mentioned to the Teia, the front desk person, that it was my last session and mentioned that I had 30 minutes left. She stated that if I wanted to, I could book an hour stretching session, use my remaining 30 minutes and pay the difference which would have been $34.00 bucks. Fast forward to today, September 18. After my session I was presented with a bill for $125.00 instead! Teia, same person from last week, mentioned they had issues pulling up my account and wouldnt be able to apply the credit or give me the rate that was promised. She also stated that for me to be able to use my time, Id have to sign up again. Wait...what?!?! The cancellation form mentioned that I had at least 30-60 days to use any remaining sessions in my account, so I know that was a total lie. She also stated that this has happened to other customers when they cancelled their accounts. Why wasnt I informed of this before my session? I received two calls from them earlier today. The first one wanted to know if I wanted to come in at 3:00 instead of 3:30pm. The other one asked if I wanted to 30-minute stretch session followed by an hour massage. I answered the second call and told them I wanted to keep the appointment I already had with no changes. Had I known I was going to be stiffed with a $125.00 non-member bill, I wouldnt have booked the session.Im glad that I will no longer have to waste my money on a company that offers limited modalities for being such a big chain. I was able to find a massage therapist that has a wider range of availability and provides the services I need (deep tissue, cupping, ART, percussion) without all of the added fluff and at a reasonable price.Side note: The girl at the front desk asked if I was going to leave todays therapist a tip... I really had to bite my tongue.Another note: John Swann was the best massage therapist at Tempe.
Updated review: this location has definitely put their act together from a year ago when I left the one star review below. I have since gone back and received satisfactory service.Worst location in town. Booked an appointment for my husband. Supposedly the therapist called out sick, but no call or message from the front desk and the appointment was shown as usual in the app. My husband had to find out on site 10 minutes past his appointment time. What a waste of our time! Dont ever go to this location. There are better ones around town.
My 90 minute custom facial with Julia was incredible!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations based on the issues I was having. I already see a difference in just one day! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing facial or to work on a more targeted and specialized treatment.
My massage therapist Naya was great. Very friendly, great energy exchange. Hes kind and is definitely meant to be in this line of work. My only suggestion to the front desk reps is leaving the tips situation to the customers. Dont have to ask them IF they want to leave tips. Tipping IS a voluntary act and IS based on services received. One last thing is up selling on memberships and products. I dont appreciate that. In summary, I like my therapist, I dislike the front desk folks who push sales and tips down on your throat.
So i have not had a ME massage in several months. Mirabel has been my go to Therapist for several years but she was booked so I chose to go with Amanda. WOW, different styles related to pressure but what a great experience. I booked my next session for next week. Now I have the best of 2 worlds, may just have to alternate. Thank you Amanda for a great massage. The environment was clean and safe and I was very comfortable.
Have had membership for nearly 2 years. Finally decided to cancel after not being able to use the services for almost 6 months due to constant cancellations on their part. Fast forward to me submitting my cancellation form. Takes up to 10 days to process - my card has been charged twice now since I submitted it. No one the corporate office answers or returns phone calls and I was told “too bad” when I called to ask why I was still being charged. This forced me to file a claim with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. For a place that supposed to pride themselves on being relaxing, they sure cause a TON of stress!
5 stars! Raylena really listened to my concerns with my upper back and worked on getting knots out! She provided a very relaxing full body massage and it was truly the best massage Ive ever had! Booked a 90 min with her for next month! Super excited! Thank you Raylena!
I have been a client at Massage Envy for many years at the Tempe Kyrene Rd location. I have had many massage therapist in the past 20 years and I am elated to find Amanda M is above and beyond the best massage therapist I’ve had in a very long time. It was our first session, and of course I was skeptical, nervous, and our session delayed at the beginning of a 90 minute massage, my usual massage time. She immediately was attentive to my needs and provided the best pressure and massage I’ve had in many years! I can’t explain the difference from her or other therapists but she knew my body immediately! I actually fell asleep twice because it was exactly what I wanted and needed! I will definitely be seeking her services in the future! I felt so good afterward and rejuvenated the next day! Thank you Amanda for a much needed, wonderful massage!
I had a hot stone massage with Mandi a couple weeks ago and BOY, my experience was great. Walking in, the front desk women were so kind and didnt pressure me into getting add-ons like other places have in the past. The waiting area was very calming, and Mandi came to get me just a couple minutes after my scheduled time. Even though she was late, she assured me that she’d give me my full 90 minutes.The massage itself was wonderful! She really knew how to target those tense muscles and deep knots in my back and neck. I left there feeling loose for the first time in literally MONTHS. I will definitely be going back in the near future, and I will be requesting Mandi.
Maribel gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage and I’ve had a lot of massages in my life! I didn’t have full range of motion when I walked in but absolutely did when I walked out. It was exactly what I needed. Massage Envy is extremely clean and professional. Maribel practices exceptional safety and sanitation steps. I went to this place twice as my husband bought me a $300 gift card. Learning that their 60-minute prenatal massage sessions are actually only 50 minutes even I arrived before my appointment time (that means they had time to prepare before my session started). Both times I went there, massage therapists ended the sessions before 60 minutes were up. I don’t know if they always need to end each session earlier to get ready for the next one??, but it’s just not fair for customers especially when you pay over $100 per hour. I still have $100 left in my gift card, but I really don’t wanna go back..Update: As the replied massage by the owner (as shown), the last 10 minutes for consultation is actually a front desk staff trying so hard to get you to buy their 6 or 12-month membership course. Period. Lol There’s no such thing as consultation. Anyway, like I mentioned above.. you only get 50 minutes of massage. It doesn’t matter. The point is you don’t get a full hour of massage you paid. Don’t be ridiculous by replying my message to explain.. I know what I’m talking about. Lol

Raylena at the Kyrene and Elliot location is amazing! I’ve been regularly getting massages for a couple years now at a couple different places so I’ve gone through a number of different massage therapists. I just got a membership a couple months ago at massage envy and Raylena is one of the best therapists I’ve had and she’s really nice!

Ive seen possibly 6 different massage therapist during that time and have been treated well every visit & gotten tremendous benefit from every visit.Raylena, my most recent massage therapist pays attention to my massage needs as I am Arthritic and my pain & discomfort varies from visit to visit based on my activities during the Seasons & weather.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for the past 18 years. 12 of those years was in AZ and I visited locations in Tempe (I worked at Honeywell for 7 years), Glendale, Scottsdale and North Phoenix. The entire time that I have been a member of Massage Envy, I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service, the program and the therapists. I even recruited my mom, dad, sister and niece to join the program in AZ and they did. I was appalled by the way my sister Gianira Lopez was treated at this location last Monday. My sister was trying to cancel my nieces membership. My niece is 18 yrs old, autistic, non verbal and has been struggling with her condition this past week so my sister decided to withdraw her after 5 years at this location. My sister explained to the lady upfront and the manager that she didnt have the doctors note they demanded she get to prove that my niece was indeed autistic, etc. to cancel. My sister explained that she had the guardianship paperwork available (it was in her car), but they kept on insisting on the doctors note. My sister was not doing well mentally due to the stress of my nieces degrading condition and she became angry and was told to leave and a police report filed. The front staff lady and the manager need to have training on how to deal with a situation like this and learn how to de-escalate and provide customer service that maintains the dignity of their customer. The front desk girl kept on texting someone and kept on asking for the doctors note as the only way to cancel. The manager did not help. They should have told Gianira not to worry and that they will get back to her with the information she needed to cancel. Then, they could have got information from the people that manage that location. That information would have confirmed my sister statements and would have save everyone in there a lot of grief. I hope this doesnt happen to another customer that has a child with disabilities.
I left a message on Saturday, but no one called me back. I was not happy with my massage with Jordon? not only did he tweak my neck so bad that I could barely move the next day, he talked the entire time, he talked about wierd experiences hes had as a massage therapist, and how one woman asked him for a happy ending. I was very uncomfortable. Im disappointed that one one called me back . I used a gift card, so maybe they didnt really care that I was unhappy ?
I have a massage pass with this location and it is fantastic. I am always well taken care of. The staff are attentive and very professional. I called the night before my scheduled appointment to book a couples massage instead and was able to get everything set up and confirmed without any problem. I appreciate their flexibility!
I am here trying to cancel my daughters membership. Is taking them forever to give me the paperwork. I am her legal guardian. And she is very sick. They are even asking for a doctors note. I have been a client for years and many staff knows my situation, my daughter is nonverbal, will never drive, will never have a conversation.I am her Arizona legal guardian,.,she has even tried to bite a massuage therapistt once. (Is in her notes) After that, I was asked to be inside the massage room as therapist was afraid of her. One time another employee refused to see her. I was still charged. No respect for guardianship or understanding of a person with a disabity.My daughter does not understand rmoney, credit cards. Is my credit card! how to handle money, or credit cards. Is my credit card and it seems they want to keep billing me. Like I said, is a federal crime to violate disability person rights and discrinate against them. I am a mother protecting her rights.
Elizabeth was amazing! I have had many facials with massage envy and she is by far the best facial Ive ever had. You can tell this is someone who loves their job and will do everything she can to make your experience fantastic! Going back in three weeks to see her again!
I’ve been coming to this particular Massage Envy location for years so I can see Maribel, her deep tissue massages are fantastic, and not for the faint of heart. I’ve been to many other locations around the country and I like being able to move freely with my membership when I’m on the road (currently not so frequent but I’m glad to be nearby my favorite one.)
Never thought a low-key massage would work for me. Always wanted deep tissue.Nayo changed my mind. Id call it a relaxing pressure. My muscles have unexpectedly responded to this technique and he is very good at his job. Thank you

I have had some great massages here and my last was probably the best. So I booked another visit before I left. Today I drive 45 minutes to my appointment and found out it wasnt booked. So I left them the appointment card and am deciding to either cancel my membership or move to a different facility.It was nice to get your quick response. However, answering here is easy and looks good to future customers. Calling the member and coming to some form of resolution must not be in the cards. I figured I wouldve gotten a phone call not asked to drop back by driving another 45 minutes or making a phone call at my earliest convenience.
After 3 years as a member I have decided to cancel. 2 stars instead of 1 because I believe the therapists are genuine and provide a great service.Firstly, Massage Envy employs deceptive practices and has been the defendant in a class action law suit due to false advertising of duration of massages. The 60 and 90 minute massages are only 50 & 80 minutes respectively. 10 minutes for “consultation” which takes 30 seconds before the therapist leaves the room for you to undress.Secondly, Massage Envy steals money from it’s customers when they split your monthly $65 credit. The extra 30 minute upgrade is $23. When ME splits your credit they do it without telling you and thus have stolen $9.50 on every transaction. I asked the manager about this at this location and he seemed blissfully ignorant.Thirdly, there is no benefit to the actual membership, the only “perk” is being able to pay ME an additional $50 for a second monthly massage.
I do enjoy the facials and massages at this location. However, I called during business hours to cancel an appointment for the following day (multiple times) and was sent to voicemail each time. I left a message stating that I wanted to cancel my appointment. I called back the morning of my appointment to ensure they got my message. They had not listened to my message and I felt as though I was reprimanded for not canceling the day before. I was told that this time would be excused, but next time I cancel same day I will have to pay 50%. I will not be returning to this location because I don’t want to end up paying for something just because the staff can’t answer the phones during business hours.
I called today at 3pm and I spoke to Christina. I asked her if I could do an appointment. She set me up with Elizabeth. Although Elizasbeth was off she stayed over to accommodate me. Which was very kind and it shows their dedication.Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about my skin issues. My facial was very relaxing and I was recommended the Murad skin products. I will be updating my review each appointment to give feedback on products.Customer Service was 5 stars
Pros: still requiring masksDecent MassageCons: Communication.I said (when booking the appointment, talking with the receptionist and with the massusue as well) that I want to focus on my left shoulder and neck area due to pain from a previous injury. The massusue did a good job with my shoulders, but didnt even touch my neck until 2 minutes before the massage ended!?!?!I thought he was just saving it for last, and its hard to feel time passing in a massage, but barely touched on it at the very end even though that was my main reason for booking the appointment in the first place. There wasnt even enough time to ask for the pressure to be raised before the time was up.I was very dissapointed when I realized the massage was over and it wouldnt be worked properly, especially when I emphasized it before the massage started.
Rhonda did an incredible job! I added the CBD treatment and WOW! I’m finally getting some pain relief from my sciatica. Highly recommend the location on Elliot/Kyrene in Tempe.
The only positive thing I have to say is about the front desk staff. Always polite and friendly. Massage Envy as a company, is another story. I was a member for a year. I paid every month on time, and barely used the services I paid for. I called several times to confirm the steps I needed to take in order to cancel my membership and stop wasting money every month. I signed paperwork, went into the store in person, and THOUGHT I was cancelled and good to go. Nope! On the day my fees had been coming out they billed me again. After running through hoops to cancel, they just ignored my signed documentation and billed me anyways. This company is a joke, and what they did is illegal. I unfortunately can not have this addressed for 2 business days, as there is NO manager there for 2 days. That alone, proves how unprofessional Massage envy is. The massages are a joke, last time I went I got 45 min, not 60, and left feeling worse than when I got there. I can say, I understand why this company had a lawsuit against them, and lost!! Now if I am not refunded, I will need to seek legal consultation. Disappointed and frustrated do not begin to cover the feelings I have for this place. Thanks for being deceitful and taking my money, even after I jumped through your hoops Massage Envy. Guess Ill wait till a manager is staffed to address my issue.

I use 2 different massage specialists here - Rhonda & Raylena. Both are excellent and have really helped with my back and neck issues after a bad car accident. I highly recommend this location and these ladies!
I had a few massages on my membership and decided to try a closer location, I received my massage from Rhonda and she was great. She was very accommodating and friendly I will definitely be scheduling with her again. 🤗

Prices just went up $15/month - coinciding with their big remodel. We have been members since 2007 - with regular monthly massages. We are pleased with our therapists, but the environment leaves a lot to be desired.New quiet room is the most uncomfortable space; acoustics lousy; rooms next to lobby disruptive; temperature in the room have always been temperamental; staff up front now corporate and scripted; The price increase makes it comparable to much better spas. Time to change. A Grade for therapist; D- for value and environment.

Raylena at the Elliot office in Tempe was very professional, listened to exactly what problems i was having and got the job done. I would definitely recommend her if u need different levels of treatment in certain areas of your body.

Confusion about the appt length. I had scheduled an hour apptt and received a message that I could come 30 minutes earlier. Since I have done 1.5 hour massages before, I thought this meant I had an additional. 5 hour. I was mistaken. It was only 1 hour massages which I learned about in the session itself.
After a long recess from getting a massage because of covid numbers, I was sorely in need of this therapy. Maribel knew exactly how to help me heal from all the stress built up during these months. They also called me in earlier when they had a cancellation. Very professionally done and COVID safe.
Had a 1 hr massage with Katie. I am an LMT, so very picky about my massages. She was fantastic! Great pressure, checked in lots, addressed all my problem areas. Would definitely recommend her! Nice treatment room with heated table. Just make sure you tip very well, as Massage Envy pays its therapists half of what spas and medical businesses do. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
From start to finish, everything is safe, professional, and courteous. From check in via text to avoid crowded waiting rooms to the use of PPE by the estheticians, I felt like appropriate measures were taken to keep me and the staff safe. The facial by Krystal was outstanding and I cant wait to come back!

This location is not what it used to be. 3 out 4 of my last massages (I dont go that often) at this locations have been botched. I have tried about 7 masseuses here and I honestly think only 2 take their job serious. One of the masseuses that I like moved to a different location and the other now works hours that I cant make it in.When you pay for a massage you are paying for time.I always sign up for an hour and a half. There are too many masseuses here that are okay with being 5 min late and being done 10 min early.Two dependable masseuse are Scott and Ashely. My wife always uses Scott and I use Ashley on a frequent basis. These two have tried to make our experiences enjoyable. They always do a great job and give you what you pay for.Ashley has saved the day on two occasions for me. I started off using her but I was forced to move around to accommodate my wife scheduled and her long time usage of Scott. I had a decent masseuse that I was seeing regularly but on one random day they switched me without any notification and had my requested masseuse booked with someone else at the same time. Of course my newly arranged masseuse was late that day and my wife was in the back already with my cell phone in her purse. I wasnt okay with the switch and decided I was just going to Uber home since my wife drove and had the keys with her. What I didnt realize is that she also had my cell phone & wallet so I had no way of calling for an Uber or taxi. I decided I would wait an hour and half in the lobby. After about 10 apologies from the front desk, Ashely came out from finishing a session. She took me in a half hour later as an emergency and saved the day. From that point on I made it point only to use her (before she had to make a schedule change), which was one massage later. I was offered a free enhancer for my inconvenience. The enhancement did not make up for the experience but I guess it was something.With the lack of experience masseuses, the lateness, the early completions, and the organizational mishaps that I have had at this location I did not expect to see a pay increase come in the mail. Earlier this week I was notified that there was a $5 increase to my monthly membership payment and a $15 increase to my wifes monthly membership. For the increase in price monthly we were offered another free enhancement each. Now Im like GTFOH.My wife and I book massages about every month and a half to two months. We look forward to the date when they come. I had been waiting about a month a half when this morning I received 7:30am and notified that my masseuse was not available for my session that night and that they had no replacement. They ask me if I could reschedule. I let them know that that was not possible because my wife was booked with Scott at the same time and he is always booked for at least two weeks out. I received no resolution just kind of a sort of an okay bye.I do believe there are good masseuses here but not many. Its July and ever since this December this place has been a consistent disappointment. After I use up all of my massages (at a different location) I will be looking to switch to another company.
I travel a lot and like to visit Massage Envys whenever Im on vacation. They always have nice rooms and tables. The skill of therapists can be hit or miss sometimes, but you can always schedule with ones youve had before and were good. Today I received a great massage from Raylena at this location! Would request her again next time if I was a local.
Came in with pain in the upper back and neck and really needed to have my focus areas worked on. The therapist didn’t even address my areas of concern, but breezed right over them and there was no personalized care. I could tell he barely knew what he was doing. Needless to say not worth my money and on the hunt for an actual massage therapist not someone who is confined to franchise rules.
Scott did a phenomenal job! Best massage I’ve ever had. He knows what he is doing and listened to exactly what I needed. Thank you Scott for loving what you do. It shows.

Scott is professional. He has great hands and knows where to find all those knots. He’s always on time. And I always leave feeling much better than I did when I got there.
I previously had a traumatic experience with a male PT (it led to a police report and him being removed from the office. Several counseling sessions etc.) So when I saw a male I was a little taken aback. NOT his fault AT ALL. HOWEVER, Nayo was AMAZING. Completely put me at ease and was really above and beyond respectfully doing an amazing job! Thank YOOOOOOOU!!! I would 100 out of 100 recommend him!!! 😊
The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. My massage therapist was just alright as he was a little rough and he spent too little time massaging my scalp which is the place I most enjoy being massaged.
The best massage by Scott at Elliot & Kyrene. Excellent deep tissue. Scott finds all the knots and rids the body of tension. I look forward to a monthly session.

Friendly staff... But beware of any massage envy as they will rope you into a 12 month contract without even specifying. And they dont make it easy to get out. I did something called a freeze on my account and have a few months of no payments, but once that freeze is up, its back to monthly charges until I am out of the 12 month initial term.
He gave an amazing massage and very friendly. My neck has been hurting for weeks and he was the only person that gave me relief and I finally had a good nights sleep. Thank you!!
She rubbed my feet and then she rubbed my face, which is a very bad thing to do as a therapist considering youre bringing all the things on my feet to my face.When I was getting my face massaged my face was of course, being tightened and probably made me look funny, but my therapist then giggled at my face.I could not relax, and it was the first massage I have ever received. I do not recommend.
Ive been going to Massage Envy on Elliot Rd in Tempe for 10 years. The massage therapists are great and sensitive to requests. I love the front desk people - they really love their work and it shows.

Its all about finding a therapist that suits you. They have a group of well seasoned professionals at this location. They take the Covid cleaning regimes VERY seriously. Must wear a mask during the session.

Joined their month club i finally got the right person to give massages its great however why the asking of gratuity?tips. Are for going beyond expectations and shouldnt be asked by staff while leaving.I believe we are adults and if we feel a tip is earned it shall be provided without reminder.lets class it up a bit

When I became unemployed for a year I tried to cancell my membership right away, but I had 4 apportments that I had not used yet. They said that I needed to freeze my acct, but could not use my 4 appointments that I had already paid for - that is $200.00 of my money that they had & I could not use. After 6 months of my acct being frozen, they unfroze my acct and charged me another $49.00 monthly fee - I was still unemployed - one of the Managers their (Kylie) (she is now at a new location) sent me an email - which I still have - allowing me to use up my 4 paid in full appointments & they would not attempt to charge my acct again until 2/16/13. Well guess what. I used up my 4 paid appointments on 1/7/13 signed the form to Close my acct & now on 1/17/13 they charged my bank acct another $49.00. I called Kylie at her new location and she advd me since she is no longer there, she was unable to help me. She said that our acct are like a gum membership and we must give 30 days notice. Well since she gave me until 2/16/13 and I closed the acct on 1/7/13, why the extra $49.00?? This company is a rip off, their customer service is awful - and I would NEVER RECOMMEND this business to anyone - and Yes, I am posting this on Facebook also... You treat me well, I will praise your business & tell everyone, you treat me bad, I will do the same.... shame on you Massage Envy - Shame on you!!!

2/8/17: The manager reached out today and had my daughter return to redo her session. He took the time and understood why I was disappointed and has assured me that my concerns would be addressed. Ill give this place another try and hopefully wont have any other problems.
They made my issue right and refunded me my money, they was taken unauthorized. The new assistant manager was great

The custom service was horrible so I called a lady on the phone to see if I could get my daughter and The lady on the phone said that she would be able to come in but my daughter is 13 years singing your song so when we got to when we got to the massage place the Lady at the massage place said that there isnt mixed up makes up and are are massage people or misuses had to Switched so then when my daughter gets into the room And the masousas that I have to sit there with her meanwhile the lady at the front desk and the lady on the phone didnt tell us that
Initially I was disappointed in the service I had received, however the manager reached out and I gave it another chance. The therapist I had this time around was terrific. She helped alleviate my ailment and I will definitely go back again.
Krystal has been working with me to address skin concerns I didnt even know I had until I saw the changes in my skin... dark spots I thought were there to stay are starting to fade, her recommendations for home care are spot on and even if I feel something isnt working for me she will research to see what else we can do to get the results I wanna see... The place was clean but my massage was not awesome. I have had massages before and even though I gave my masseuse instructions he was so meh I wont ever go back even to try someone new.
After having a membership with this place for three years, they disappoint me badly. They, are not giving my three session that I already payed for. The management, David, hire I qualify people such as Tammy, whom after keeping me on the line for 30 min, had no authority to do anything. Badly disappointed, I will file a complaint again them since they got over 180$ from my account and not scheduling me any session due to cancellation.
That massage was just what I needed, they are friendly at the front desk, the therapist I had was amazing, it was clean and I felt so comfortable! Thank you Katy and ME staff!

Great front office workers, not a great massage person. Kept asking for more pressure and she ignored me every time. And when she was done, I felt like nothing happened. Total waste of money.
