Me and my husband got massages and they were good priced, well done but they were being tip hustlers and lied to me. My husband tipped for both of us and waited in the car (he tipped over 20% for each massage) and when i was walking out the women at the desk stopped me and demanded a tip and told me he didnt leave one but when i asked him he did. She just kept demanding more but we already tipped plenty. Pretty unprofessional which sucks because it was a good massage.

I was traveling 2100 miles and knew I need a massage half way. So I looked in the Phoneix area for a Spa. Massage W is perfect place for all types of massages and spa treatments. I recieved a 90 min from Ana is was a combination massage She Walked on the my back, used her elbows and knees to top of the first stage. The second stage was incredible hand and finger massage. I made it the last 900 miles feeling great. Her technique is perfect and very healing. Thank you Rose for scheduling the appointment. Thank you for a clean, professional and friendly Spa to visit.

They close at 10, I got there at 8:30. I ordered the therapy massage for one hour. It was a nice variety of massages. The lady I had was name Ada. Most of her massaging was medium to light. And one of the styles she did was to put the point of her elbow firm in one spot. And then walked it out. I think that is what relieved the problem with my body that cause me to have pain when looking over my right shoulder.After my full hour massage was done, I felt like a bicycle that lubed in all of its places. Smooth, no kinks, nice! Very nice.My masseuse barely knew any English. The one older lady sitting up front, I’m not sure that she knew any. There was also a third short young lady there. But I never heard her speak, and I barely saw her.My masseuse was great. When the hour was done she excused herself. When I left the room, she greeted me with a full bottle of purified water.The entire time of my massage there was tranquil oriental style music playing in the background. The bed was comfortable to lay on. And she had a shoot over me that she would maneuver around as she did the massage. The first part she had her hands on top of the sheet. The other part she would move around the sheet as she applied massage oil. Same thing when she came back later with warm, moist towels and rub the oil off.

Trying this massage place for the first time. The location was convenient. / Anna was a great therapist. She always made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed!

The massage was good but charge me $70 for an hour deep tissue massage. She just spent most of the time on my back she didn’t really work on my shoulders, arms hands, or my head or my neck for an hour would think you could be able to do full body, no problem that she asked me if I wanted to buy more time, so overall, I would say it’s fair for the price. I’m not sure if I’ll return.

Terrible experience, not professional. the massage was meant to be deep tissue but it was only light pressure. 77$ waste of money, the lady was demanding a tip. My back is worse now than before.Editing to reply to the owner:Yes it is too bad. It was nowhere near a deep tissue massage. The worst massage I have ever had. Masseuse was not professional at all. All these good reviews are suspicious and I do not recommend.

Worst customer experience I’ve had, after paying the full price the lady demanded a high tip and didn’t want to proceed with a massage if I didn’t pay it.

Room was too cold, massage wasnt that great. Therapists need to understand 20% tip is standard for good service, 25-30% for GREAT. So if Im getting a 30 massage to try out a new location or therapist- dont get upset or pushy asking for more tips. Whenever a therapist asks for more tips- I never go back. Especially when the massage isnt even over and they ask how much youre going to tip. How about finish the massage first. I should have given her $0 or $5 but was nicer than I should have been and I gave $10 for a 30 min $40 massage and was met with anger and pushiness for more money. $10 is 25%! Yes $10 isnt much but its all relative to the price... $10 is 1/4th the fee! She wanted $30! On a $40 massage. That would be a 75% tip! No way!Please get tipping expectations in order. Standard is $6-10 for $40 30-min massage, $12-25 for a $80 60-min massage. Sometimes Ill tip 30-35% if its a great massage, they address my needs and arent pushy or rude. I gave another location $40 tip for a 1 hour $70 massage because she was nice, gave a great massage and didnt even ask for a tip. But Because of what happened at this location- I wont be back.

If you are looking for a quality Massage then you must see Lena at Massage W. She has strong hands to work out those tough Knots. At the end she gives an incredible scalp massage that transforms you to a deep relaxation that you almost fall asleep. The whole experience is amazing and the staff is always smiling and happy. Very clean and comfortable rooms :)

Hubby and I had a couples massage here today. The massage was mediocre. My therapist thought I was asleep and was texting on her phone with the sound on. What was really upsetting though, despite the below average massage, we still tipped 20% and the women had the nerve to ask for more saying 20% wasnt enough. Beware.

I like this place. The place looks brand new and is attractive and clean. I had a 90 minute Lomi Lomi massage. Very relaxing and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable with her pressure. Left feeling great!

So far Ive been there twice and both times have been great. Im on my feet alot and the leg massage have helped os far.

I travel to Tempe frequently for work and love to get a relaxing massage. The Massage W is clean and smells great and the girls are very attentive to my aches and pains. The location is excellent and there is lots of parking. I would highly recommend!

I have been going here with lower back issues , and the deep tissue massage always loosens up my back and relieves the pain and soreness. . They always find the spots that cause the most issues without me having to point them out. They are very professional and I highly recommend anyone with lower back problems spend their money on a massage instead of a chiropractor.

Great massage, good price. They have a lot of different massage options from sweedish, deep tissue to a nice relaxing lomi lomi. I have enjoyed a few different variations and Emma is my go to therapist. Definitely worth a visit.

2 stars for a few reasons... overall lazy massage. Used her forearm on my back, constantly pressing on my spine. Interrupted the massage 4 times to answer her phone, go talk to somebody outside, and text message on her phone. This was one of those experiences that caused more dissatisfaction than it did relaxation. I tipped less than 15% and still paid $85.

This place was very shady when I went there, I wasn’t at all comfortable with the masseuse working on my body. What’s worse is that they take payment before the treatment starts which is also very weird

Called on Thursday Nov 4th for an appointment. NO ANSWER tried again later.....No answer. Not really good for business. Am I a peer competitor? I called 1 time! not 2! you didnt answer, I went to Massage hall instead. Now you accuse me of a false review?????? You guys need to learn how to respond to a review and how to run a business! STAY AWAY!

It is always great to visit a new and clean massage therapy establishment. The therapists at Massage W provide great service and technique. I have had 2 appointments so far (Swedish and Lomi Lomi) and both have been an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
