I had a wonderful experience at Sky High Smoke Shop! It was my first time there and I will come back for all my smoking needs. Chole was extremely helpful and very sweet and personable. She patiently answered all my questions. I wont go any where else!!

I went into this place. The guy had to tell me to hold on so he could get off of his phone and then when he was off his phone didnt say anything. Just stood there and waited for me to talk exquisite customer service from this guy and the prices at this place for everything a can of pop all the way up to a pack of rolling papers was six times more than it was than any other head shop. Never will I go here again. Save your money ladies and gentlemen run away from this place!

Honestly hands down best smoke shop and best glass I’ve seen in awhile and the employees were very friendly and very knowledgeable if you have not gone here you need to come and look around prices are very reasonable for any smoker cause glass gets expensive but here it seems like not that bad so I came In thinking I was only gonna be able to afford a little water pipe but instead I left with a water pipe a new torch a new container and a nectar collector and with attachments with it for less then a hundred definitely coming back and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone your missing out !!!!! New and loyal customer only to this shop from now on !!!!

Walked in with some questions about disposable vapes. I was told, Heres the juice and disposesables.I then ask, Are the disposables still measured in MG for the strength?Guy at the counter pulls out a tablet and starts video chatting with multiple people back to back. I wait for him to finish and having given up on buying a vape, I then loudly ask for a few cans of Newport butane to make sure that I am heard. The same person decided to ignore me and help a customer behind me. The employee hardly even looked at me.I have never been so disrespected when I am trying to spend money with an establishment. Let alone Sky High, I have been going to these stores for years but they have been steadily going down hill.Just go to Holy Cow smoke shop. Its a much better experience and the employees are actually there to help you. Its maybe a half mile east of Sky High on University on the north side of Univeristy next to Ginos Pizza.

Been going here since 2018 and they have really gone down hill with both customer service and price. Bought a vape on Tuesday that didnt work even after charging it for 7 hours called today to see if I could either get a return or replacement and could only offer me a 5 percent discount on my next purchase. Will never come back

Bought a defective e-cigarette, basically can’t use it because it leaks. Shop says it’s normal, so they won’t change it nor offer a refund. I strongly suggest you find another place, they sell very low quality products and offer no assistance.

I purchased a Vector lighter for $30, worked fine in shop. The next day when I went to refill it, it would not refill. I returned it the next day (less than 48 hours) with the receipt and I asked for an exchange or refund. The manager refused to refund or exchange it. He tinkered with it for 10 mins and could only get it to light at a very high setting for 5 seconds. He said there was nothing more he could do. This Biz will not stand by the products they sell within 48 hours of purchase with a receipt. Do not ever and I mean ever give this establishment a dime of your money. If there is a problem you threw your money away.

Very clean store, especially compared to most vape/smoke shops. More or good convenience store vibe than the typical crack den or hipster lair vibe I get in those places. I only vape and on that front they have pretty good juice variety.

Good shop with plenty to choose from. My criticism, and Im all for carrying in the workplace, is if youre going to have employees carry guns at work, dont be sloppy about it. I wont speak to the persons qualifications, Ill speak to his unsafe way he carries his gun - sort of half in half out of his pants and easily accessible by anyone when his back is turned. Please get some training before you put others lives at risk.Ill continue spending my money here, just be aware.

The customer service at this place is awesome! They are always very talkative and able to assist on any questions. I started going in there to get JUUL pods and when they stopped selling Mango Glass House got a Bunch of different brands in to make up for the loss. Only recommendation is get more Mango Melon in!!

What can I say Sky High Smoke Shop or even the whole chain of them are always well stocked and staffed with friendly people. They also stay open later than most other shops. Over all an excellent experience.

Great service! Walked in with a little under $6 in change in need of a new bowl piece and walked out with a $7.99 plus tax bowl piece. Really hooked it up and really helped me out. Most definitely worth stopping by!

I bought a pod from them and it didn’t last more than two days!! When I got back to the store, they told me we can do nothing for you and if you need another one you have to buy it. I had no choice so I bought another and it burnt after 24 hours! I would never come back again.

On the plus side its a nice smoke shop. But the girl that works there had a condescending attitude and I feel like shes just a very rude person in general. I bought a new coil and it wouldnt fire so I asked for a replacement and she said no then made me buy another one. Meanwhile telling me it was my fault. I mean Ive gotten bad coils throughout the past few years and whenever I take the coil to other smoke shops in the area they are usually very helpful. No matter, if she had handled it in a polite matter I wouldnt have been upset but she was rude telling me it was my fault. And I dont appreciate it, Im a sales manager for a local gym and i have to receive very negative feedback from the members from time to time and I wouldve handled this matter completey different.

Best vape shop ever

I wandered into glass house smoke and vapes to look for a vape pen in hopes to quit smoking cigarettes. I had not the slight clue about the vape pins or how they worked. I walked in I explained my situation and their employee was really quick to help. She explained the many vapes that where in my price range and answered any questions I had about them. After choosing one she walked me through how to use it as well as how to change and primer the coil until I had a complete understanding. Doing so with a friendly attitude displaying outstanding customer service characteristics. I have since been loyal and only buy my products from glass house smoke and vapes because I know Ill be accommodated with great customer service and that they will always be there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Thank you glass house smoke and vapes for providing the ultimate guest experience for me since day one.

Been there once, personnel is helpful and kind but.... I bought an electronic cigarette suggested by him, and it leaks everywhere. I cannot literally move it from my house in perfect vertical position because its gonna leak everywhere.Went back to the shop and they say its5how its supposed to be, that its normal for it to leak with temperature changes and stuff like that.So...if thats their answer, I have to assume they sell terrible quality products.

Staff is cool and friendly. They know there stuff only thing is there wayy over priced other then that its legit. (5 pack of coils for $40.00) Wholesale they cost .80 cents a peice ($4.00) $36 mark up is the homie hook up too haha thanks but no thanks

Glass house is one of my go to spots now nice glass large variety of things so whatever you need they should have. Offer student and med card discounts, Staff is friendly and knowledgeable what more can you ask for prices arent too bad at all and they are always getting new stuff stop by and youll probably buy something lol

They charged me twice for an item and it was very hard to get them to refund me the second charge. I would not recommend shopping here, check out other local shops like High Maintenance and Its All Goodz instead.
