I have made two appointments to have a lash lift at this establishment, and both times it was closed during the actual appointment and they would not pick up phone calls. Both times I had to drive more than 30 minutes there. I would never recommend a place that is so inconsiderate of their customers’ time that they won’t even alter the booking times to reflect their hours of operation.

Skin Spa is my favorite spa in town! Carlene cares deeply for her clients and has amazing energy. It definitely shows in her work. The environment is very peaceful, comfortable, and clean.. like a little slice of heaven hidden within the city! I highly recommend Carlene at Skin Spa for any of your aesthetic needs.

Super cute boutique very personable and great customer service.

Receptionist was very nice and professional. However I took time out of my work day to make an appointment and never even spoke to the person who was supposed to be doing the work. I waited until about halfway through the window of my appointment and decided to leave.

Let me start by saying everyone was super friendly. I scheduled for an eyelash extension. First off, scheduling was a nightmare. They are switching systems so I can give them the benefit of the doubt. Then they had to move me around a few times due to their schedule conflicts. When I go in for my appointment she recommends a lift and tint instead of extensions since I have naturally long lashes. She showed me a before and after picture that looked phenomenal so I agreed. Im home an hour later and YOU CANT TELL ANYTHING WAS DONE to my right lashes and my left lashes just have a slight curl at the end. Now my lashes arent the same on both sides... So disappointed in how it turned out. I dropped $120 for absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money. Im only giving 2 stars because the receptionist was so nice.

Carlene did Dermaplane on me (my 1st time) and my skin is SO smooth! Makeup goes on flawlessly! Highly recommend...be good to your skin!
