These people are really nice that work here and theyve got lots of good products if you like to smoke weed and other stuff.

The Breeze PLUS lasts much longer than the original Breeze. I didnt really care for this ones taste but the clerk was spot on with what to expect for flavors. She said this one would taste like a blueberry banana muffin and it does! So, I found out I dont want to smoke my muffin. Go for the Anejo, its a Redbull flavor. The staff was really great with helping me find something suitable especially so close to their closing time and I had 1000 questions about everything they were very kind and knowledgeable! Going on day five as a chain smoker. And this one doesnt require charging.

Bryant helped us and was absolutely excellent. He thoroughly explained every item and their purpose and made sure we knew exactly what we were buying and how to use it. Very funny and polite, best customer service Ive experienced in a very long time.

Hunter was SO helpful! I know/knew nothing about vapes but wanted to switch over from smoking cigarettes/cigars. Every single question I asked (and it was a lot) was answered knowledgably, and he was kind and patient throughout the process. I left feeling like I know everything I need to know about the types of vapes, differences between them, accessories I would need, etc.I decided then and there this will be my go-to vape store for any future tobacco needs, so thank you - the vape hunter was successfully helped by Hunter :) :) lol.

Really bummed, been calling about a item for a few weeks now, and was told when called today, it was there! Lol and behold the salesperson didnt know the products they were looking at, so caused a wasted trip. Maybe Ill open my search up, and find a store that knows their stuff.

Had a good variety of sizes for the glass item I needed. A little expensive for a downpipe stem, but it seems to be well made. Fit is a little off/loose for standard glass on glass fittings.

Love the place & employees!! Great selection of Kratom!! I wish they would finally reorder the BAM juice!! Or some kind of a creamy strawberry or cherry flavor.

Brian is great I wish I went here when I started vaping he had very good knowledge and listened to my needs and helped me find a great new vape that is amazing! I could not be happier and will be a repeat customer at this location for now on moving forward!

Update: apperently under new management. I have not had an issue with attempting to enter during store hours and it being locked in a long time. Selection is still great and employees are friendly! Parking lot is slightly confusing, just only try to enter while going north on Holland Sylvania and you will be good!

If your helped by the right person it’s awesome! Staff has great knowledge of juices and flavor profiles. I do love the variety of options to choose from here. Prices are great too! Can’t wait til they get gear in and I can rep my store, come on hats! Lol

We love both Shops! The staff is small and is great at remembering faces and the flavors we like as well as core we usually buy for our mods even when we dont have them on us.. Some even remember little life details that go with your face. A couple ask us how our girls are and even keep up to date on our pupper. Service is really great friendly staff and all around first pick to go to for any mod questions or flavors.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. These guys straight up ripped me off. I bought a torch from them and asked for extra butane for it. Guy sold me a huge can saying this will be a lifetime supply for you. I used it on a friends torch and it ruined it. Became completely nonfunctional. I went back to store. They listened to my story and told me to call back when they had a chance to talk to owner at 2 the next day. When I called, they gave me some crazy run around about again needing to talk to the owner. Unfortunately, owner is never available.If you dont mind retailers ripping you off, this is the place for you.

Went in looking for a coil, did not have the one I asked for but was told another one would work by the guy working. I realized it wouldn’t fit before even opening the coil and brought it back but was told no refunds, even though guy there sold it to me because he said it would be compatible. Overall dude didn’t really seem to care and said “how should I know what works.” Will not be back

Maumee and McCord one is nothing compared to this. I called to ask what was in store and whatnot and Michael was so cool and nice, and told me everything. Was buying breeze Ecigs there quite frequently. Bought multiple at one time. Korpal days later I opened strawberry banana flavor, and it didn’t work at all. I took it back in for an exchange and they told me there’s nothing they can do. I guess I will be spending my $60/week somewhere else.Other than that the staff has been pleasant and helpful.

Went in there purchased a new mod and bought some juice and 2 packs of coils. I know nothing about vaping what so ever and all based on recommendations of the sales person I purchased everything as a gift. Come to find out the two cases of coils are incorrect totally. I call and the person working states there is no return or refund even though they are the ones that sold me based on there expertise. I would not recommend buying anything from this business due to the lack of knowledge these people have here. Im going to dispute the $200 I spent here all over some coils that you guys will not do nothing about. Im sorry but almost $6 a coil and 2 boxes of them is a bit ridiculous for you not to do anything and for them being wrong.

Asked for a particular coil thinking the staff knew what I was talking about. They said they were out and said a different type would work too. It didnt even fit my tank. Seems like half the staff dont have a clue

Sheldon wouldn’t let me return a pack of coils for the Orion. He sold me the wrong pack, neither of them worked with my device, he tried and seen that they were defective and still said I couldn’t get $6 off another device or swap them out for a fresh pack. Been a Customer for 5 years pretty disappointed

Overpriced as hell, example. When have you ever walked into a store and juul pods are 30 dollars. This is a head shop that capitalizes on other head shops not being around, I’m from Columbus and they are stealing from you here, save your money you’d be better buying China glass

Ive had nothing but problems with this store, the staff is very uneducated about vaping and there products. Ive literally lost over 35 bucks in coils and pods because they keep selling me the wrong stuff, and then they keep on giving me the wrong stuff. How are you gonna sell stuff you dont even carry the stuff for

Everything there is GREAT except for the juice they make in store. Too much nicotine I ordered 6 mg.it had to be at least 50 mg. I hit my vape twice and got a migraine all day went to emergency room nicotine poisoning. Tasted that nicotine on my lips for 24 hours. I have been vaping for 5 years never anythig like that. With that being said we are human mistakes can be made. They have a wonderful selection of pre mixed juice for GREAT prices. And you can definitely find a one of a kind piece here. Be sure to check it out.

Good place to buy an e-cig or mod as well as e juice. The glass selection is fairly limited but staff is extremely friendly and willing to help get you what you need.

Usally pretty good but once closed at 6pm with lights on. (Im also salty I walked a mile in the rain for nothing)
