Been coming here for quite awhile, such a nice quiet vape store. Has so many flavors, can pick your own and mix and match as well. Got a lot of devices, and knowledge. Plus the cutest little Mascot ever!

Always fast and friendly. Willing to make any flavor or alterations to flavors, and take recipes! Quality juice made on the spot, and comparable prices.

Went there today looking for an alternative, Ive never been to a shop like this and it can be a little intimidating, however the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and I would recommend going here to anyone!

My most favorite vape shop in Toledo for vape juice. They custom make all of there vape juices. One of my top favs is The Duke and I add in custard flavoring to it. Another top is Promiseland and I noticed some new flavors last week when I was in added to their already huge amazing menu selection.The guy Zack I think his name was, (forgive of not Im great with faces not names) was very knowledgeable and gave great advice,help and insight with vapes and the juices.Thank you again.

Austin and Joslyn were awesome the first time we visited. Austin actually was given a sample to smell of the flavor I was looking for. He created it almost spot on for me, on the spot!! JC served my husband the second time we visited and my husband said he was a cool. Last time we went we met another nice man. Professional service, clean atmosphere, friendly service. We are 100% satisfied with our purchases and enjoy our products we purchased there as well.We are very satisfied with their services.

Hands down the *best* vape shop in toledo... not only are they proud of their product, they are also patient with new costumers who are looking for specific flavor profiles, and not just out of the box garbage.All of their liquids are made in house, which is obvious after taking the first hit of a Key Lime flavor I got. This vape shop whips up the most amazing flavors, and has some really delicious tasting combos to choose from! Its definitely my favorite vape shop Ive found around. The service is always great when I go in. They are all really helpful and knowledgeable with any questions or issues you might have. Prices are great and they often have awesome deals going on. The past couple of years Ive done my business here, Brad and the other workers make it a great experience. They remember faces, which makes it appear more personal than just the standard vanilla, Hello, give me your money please kind of business. The flavors are pretty good, with my personal favorites being Peachy Keen and Strawberry Griswold. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and makes it a very welcoming environment that captures your business.

The gentlemen at this location were absolutely amazing!!! I knew nothing about vaping when I walked in and was knowledgeable when I left!!! They were very patient with me, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me!!! Their customer service is out of this world!!! It is so good in fact that I will make the drive from Belleville MI to their place in Toledo OH for all my vaping needs!!! Thank you gentlemen for making me feel like family and not just money in your pocket!! I will see you on Sundays !!!!

My experience at night clouds is always a pleasure doing business with the fellas behind the counter. theyre always polite, they always make sure youre being helped, There great there. they work with you always if your not happy with your juice they do what they can do to fix the problem.its great when you order up your juice and they bring it out worm OMG i love that ya cant get any fresher then that 😁 I feel they go out of the way for their customers. Unfortunately I have to change my review. I went there once a week for a couple weeks. I found a couple flavors I thought I liked. The thing I noticed across all bottles of the same flavor was the inconsistency. I chalk this up to the fact that they mix in house. I started becoming weary of a shop where the clerk disappears around the corner and reappears with your liquid. I didnt even get to finish out my rewards card because I was so disappointed in the inconsistencies. Too bad. Theyre pretty friendly in there.

I dont vape but my wife does. This is her go to for coils and juice. The store is always clean and the staff is knowable and friendly. I really cant ask for anything else.

Excellent service, and flavors you literally cant find anywhere else, as they are all costume made, and unique to Nice Cloud Vapors. Like the flavor that got me to convert called Jungle Milk. I like to describe it by saying its like smoking heaven. They can also create whatever flavor you want. U want shoe leather vanilla shrimp pudding, it might take a min, but I would bet $20 they can make it!

Best vape store hands down !! Great customer service very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and the rep. Was very patient and was able to answer and explain everything I needed to know. Walked me through and helped me create the vape juice that fit my likings. Perfected my flavor and was able to save the recipe under my profile so I get the exact same flavor I created every time I come in. Glad I found this place!

Had to come back and edit my rating.Ive been coming to this store for years now. They arent the cheapest in town, but they are better than anywhere else Ive gone. Theyre very knowledgeable about their juice and the equipment they sell. When I have friends that want to check out vaping, I bring them here as theyll pretty much train you how to use your device. Amazing folks!

Definitely has the premium juice in the area. A little pricey but i promise you wont regret spending a little more. Have been going there since it was just one store downtown. Always recommend it and their flavor Cosmos. Enjoy!

By far the best vape store ever! Love the owners and the gentleman working the counters are knowledgeable, friendly and always make time to help a customer. All other juice after using theirs for so many years just take like chemicals to me.

Very helpfulIve been on 0mg nic for about 2 weeks and it feels great to go get the spins and still address the habit. Ive gone fro. A pack a day smoker to a omg nic vape pen. Ive saving so much money and I dont smell like am ashtray!! My non smoking boyfriend is benefiting the most. Tha KS guys

These incredible human beings have not only become friends, but family. Not only do they have HANDS DOWN the best house juice, they treat each one of their customers as such. My father passed away a few months ago. They had never actually met him, but knew what he meant to me. Imagine my surprise when one of the biggest flower arrangements to be delivered was from my Nice Cloud friends and family. That will forever hold a place in my heart. Great group of ppl here. Tried to help set me up with a more up-to-date set up. I am a occasional vaper and had a set up from years ago. Some components were no longer made. Try as i might couldnt find what i was used to. The guy in the store and the manager helped out with a new battery pack and tank/drip set up since i vape infrequently and taught me how to set up. Never gave me wierd looks when i explained no nicotine please... will be back.

When I moved to town I searched around for a new vape shop, here Ive found the staff very friendly and helpful when stuck between flavors, if you are new to vaping for a smoker looking to kick the habit the staff at Nice Cloud are the best to help you get started. Amazing flavors and great prices plus a nice rewards program make frequneiting this place easy.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say out of the other 5 vape shops ive been to this place is the best. They mix their own juices and the flavors are just plane the best ive ever had. (well, other than my own DIYs) HIGHLY recommend checking them out.

Juice is just meh... Price per bottle is just insane but the employees are extremely nice and they have stuff you wont find anywhere else.

Brad and jc are very good guys. Definitely shop here. Other vape shops (a certain revolt shop..::puke::) may get your money the first time because you didnt know, but these guys are the best.
