Prestige Smoke and Vape

I found the atmosphere to be way more chill than the first time I ventured there. The guy was very attentive and eager to help. The first time I headed in there was lame. That guys sold me the crappiest grinder, I’m not exaggerating it was so lame the sharp metal grinding peaks literally snapped off both the upper and lower pieces, leaving broken metal and slivers of grinded metal mixed in with the sample material I was grinding up to smoke!! So incredibly sub-par stock at that time too. This Sunday was different, the dude was able to suggest optimized gear and supplies on this trip. 4 stars and not 5 because of the uneven parking lot foundation and loose gravel, along with random debris all about the area, prevents me from rating this place with 5 stars. Thank You

This smoke shop never fails us. We usually come in here for a specific item and if it’s not in stock the owner lets us know he’ll order more soon and when I go back in its usually there. On this particular visit I was helped by Eric who is really friendly and offered advice on a better product. One of my favorite smoke shops.

Hands down one of the best smoke shops in the area. I actually drive past several smoke shops just to go to this one. Endless selection of pretty much anything youre looking for. Nice glass pieces as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Love love love this shop! I noticed this new shop near my house and was so intrigued by the bright, exterior color scheme. I wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for when I walked in, but the employees were extremely welcoming and were more than eager to help me. Their variety of products is endless. It is evident that their products are very high quality and upscale. I was especially fascinated with the array of exquisite Khalil Mamoon hookahs. Im constantly bringing my friends into this store and they always love it just like I do.

All the vape and smoke shops say they r open after 9, but none of them in Hawthorn were actually open. Except Prestige. Not only open, but a really cool 😎 guy running it.Helpful, friendly, and quik.When you show up for 1 important item, you dont want to mess around. Get your item and get in the wind.Breeze out.Really, the only one open on a Thursday at 11.

This place has an amazing selection! They always have great deals and know their stuff. Im a big window shopper so I normally dont have an exact picture of what I want but the staff always makes sure I leave with with something Ill be happy with. The products look great, function perfectly, and always have quality. My go to place!

I do enjoy this place and I figured it’s about time to write my review of the place. Nice selection of juices for people who prefer .3 or .6. I would try their wish ice at .12 nic Also they have really nice glassware. Picked up a steamroller here and it looks gorgeous all glass and nice too. Their prices are fair and there’s a guy here who hooks it up with a deal whenever I go in (which isn’t too often.)I love this place because it’s close and also because the staff here are welcoming and friendly. This place has lots of room and is very spacious they also play music as well sometimes.I had even bought a mod and it wasn’t to my liking so I one of the staff let me exchange it for an equal value mod same day and threw in some juice to equal out the price. These guys are solid.

Came in w/$200 only looking to spend $100 ended up falling in love with one of there pieces; the total ended up being over my budget but the owner was humble enough to let me keep everything I wanted. Definitely returning soon; amazing selection!

It was like a bunch of men hanging out in their I was the only woman and the sales man was acting like I didnt enough money for what I needed and trying to rush me when I wanted to look around the store for other things I need they were speaking in their own language and laughing about me but I kept looking around some random friend of the manager was looking like I was going to steal then the owner got rude and yelled across the room saying were going to close like do you have the money for what you have already why are you still here..!!!I would never go to that place again and they tried to overcharge me Im straight.....

There is a reason its called Prestige -- they have THE best selection of Smoke and Vape products in the South Bay. The owner Que is extremely knowledgeable on all of his products. They are always getting the newest merch in! I have visited this location several times and they always have what Im looking for. There is plenty of parking behind the store. Would definitely rate 5 stars.

Old, opened products on shelf. I purchased a bottle of something, walked outside, and then noticed the safety seal was missing. when I went back in, the clerk gave me a hard time and did not want to refund. STAY AWAY, far shadier than most head shops.

Best smoke and vapor shop in the Southbay. Really good prices . Staff are friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable, PLENTY OF PARKING IN THE BACK I just bought an aspire mod, battery and juice. They also had a wide selection of glass. So I grabbed a really nice glass pipes along with a dime bag too. Highly recommended.THANKS Q😄 Will be back soon

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific and whether I used flower, concentrate, etc to which I said I use all different methods which is totally cool. I said I have driven by multiple times and wanted to check it out. What was not cool was the pushy worker who followed me everywhere I went or the severely overpriced glass. The icing was when I asked a few questions in regards to a specific product the person working there spoke to me like I knew nothing after previously informing him Im knowledgeable on the topic. Never thought I would say this about a smoke shop but its a very high pressure sales type feeling when there.

I ordered from here December 2nd and come to find out it was on back order and I had wait 14 days I waited 15 days and come to find out, they are unsure when they will get the item so they just refunded me. Seeing as I was upset because it had ruined my main Christmas gift. The owner kindly shipped out my second part of the order finally free of cost. I ended up just waiting for a sale price at the original site.

Best smoke shop in town! The owners are cool and helpful, they helped me select a bong, my first vaporizer and an upgrade. They have a huge variety of bongs and all the supplies you might need if you are getting started, upgrading or just in need of anything for smoking. Check them out.

Overpriced and unfriendly. I have been in several times with friends looking for specific items and the person behind the counter raises the price extremely high. One particular time I went in for a vape atomizer and they charged me $20 for ONE.. you can usually buy a whole 5 pack for the same price. I reluctantly paid the $20 since I was in a rush. This isnt the first time they up sold an item to me either. I have not been back since this incident.

Walked into Prestige late last night and even though they were organizing the store, the entire team was very helpful and informative. They have better glass at a better rate then I was expecting to get.

Prestige has a great selection of vaporizers, amazing quality and prices. Especially the Arizer air portable vaporizer! They are very knowledgeable of all products, attentive and definitely NO pressure to sell. Great experience.

Great store , great customer service all and all this place is hands down the best smoke and vape shop in town , I went on Yelp and I saw they have 25 bad reviews and 450 reviews that werent recommended so I decided it to see it for myself and when I went there I was shocked with there wide selection and there customer service. I walked in with two of my relatives to buy a thermal banger for an Oil Rig..Needless to say We were treated with being followed through out the store..even as I carried my own Oil Rig On My Neck they felt treated by 3 MEXICAN Stoners...So If Youre Mexican they WILL follow yuh around asking random questions.. The WORST Experience at a Smoke Shop EVER !!!!!!

Customer service is very important to me and this place is has THE BEST customer service! I went to other vape shops in the area and they dont compare to Prestige Smoke and Vape. Both the owner and Jay were very helpful to me without being pushy in trying to sell me products. I am definitely coming back here for all of my vaping needs. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality vapes and juices!

Sells knockoff Puff Bars. Took it apart after it ran out almost immediately, it was half the capacity of a real one. Staff was friendly though and replaced the first one I bought that had leaked everywhere inside the package.

Prestige is a great store in the heart of south bay , close to el camino college , vibes are great , guys are really nice and very knowledgeable about there products , if you are trying to get a deal ask for Q or Rami they are willing to work you out a deal . Horrible staff. Faulty devices. I will never go back to this store. Manager had a marijuana cigar in his ear. Very unprofessional. Gave me attitude when I asked questions. If you want to be treated as a appreciated customer dont come here.

I was unsure of what I exactly needed for my vape but Josh knew exactly what I was trying to say. As someone who is new to vaping it can be intimating and note knowing what works with what and what my setup require. Josh answers all my question and suggested some E juice that I really like and great price. I know I will be back for my vaping needs. Plus Prestige Smoke and Vape store is right off the freeway so easy to get there for me...

Went in for the first time to check things out and wow..wen i first walked in, i was greeted instantly and was just blown away buy the selections of pieces and vapes..i knew i had to buy something and i did..i bought a vaporizer called VAPED..it comes with a nectar collector herb attachment and a wax attachment and to top it off it came with a aqua bubbler top piece

This is a one stop shop for all your smoking needs. I got a hooka from here and I tried 6 different types of flavoured tobacco and they are all great! They have at least 50 different flavoures available. The staff is nice as well
