Worst massage I ever had. The massage was more like a rub and no routine. Her phone kept ringing and she would take phone calls. Her nails were a little sharp and kept scratching me. The rubbing was a little too intimate for me. A lot done on my butt and very close to the crack a lot. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole process. My back is so sore the next day from being rubbed in the same exact spot over and over. Mostly in the sacral area of course. I spent the entire 90 minutes face down except the last few minutes. My eyes hurt from laying face down that long. When my brother and I arrived we paid and asked for a foot massage. This was full body and hardly any foot. The price was not cheap. I will never go back here and I wish I never went to begin with. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable during a massage in my life! I couldn’t complain to anyone after. Nobody spoke English.

From the moment I called and attempted to schedule a couples massage appointment was already bad news. Needless to say, my fiance and I gave benefit of the doubt and gave this establishment a shot anyway. We arrived and was told to pay upfront.. we then were ready for our expected relaxing massage to begin. Our massage therapist then entered the room speaking excessively in their foreign language. Excessive to the point where the massage wasnt enjoyable. Time goes by, it feels as if my massage was rushed.. the movements were so quick and did not feel enjoyable/relaxing. Then, our massage was interrupted by both the phone ringing and another guest arriving at the front door. When the massaging oil was being dried from my body, it felt as if I was being dried like a wet dog or attempting to dry a car from a car wash. Our experience was needless to say not the greatest compared to other establishments. I can confidently say we will not be returning for future needs.

The massage itself was good but the service was so poor. We came in and we’re waiting 30 minutes waiting for massage to begin and we’re interrupted several times throughout by the phone ringing and the girls leaving for several minutes before returning. Once finished I was bombarded for a tip. Tipping itself it’s not an issue but it was odd to be be so bluntly asked for one.

Tried to make an appointment I could barely hear them. I had to repeat what time and the day a thousand times and at the end they just said ok ok and hung up on me safe to say Im not going. I dont think you guys will. Its a shame to because it was for my moms birthday. Kinda ruined my plans.

They always ask what areas need work on the most that day. Mostly mine is always my lower back and hip. I always leave stretched out, pain relieved, stress relieved and relaxed. Awesome, TY!

Amy is professional and care for detail, I recommend her services.

The elderly Chinese woman was very nice. The stairs make a noise sometimes tho.

They are enthusiastic. Friendly and polite. Great.

Really, since I called for a date as a couple, the bad service started, then we arrived and they made us pay first, then they put us in the room and they spoke in their foreign language and they laughed, my partner and I looked at each other wanting to leave but we gave up giving them the opportunity and when They came in, everything was fast and they continued talking, nothing relaxed.
