The Twilight Zone Smoke and Vape.

Just started recently coming here and the owner is very nice. Recommend to anybody looking for a good smoke shop here in town.

Do not go here. Rude people. I bought a torch 2 days ago, went to use it and it makes an intense flame like not what one his dsize should its very dangerous.... He would not return it trade ..hes rather me burn my face off ... No joke.if I knew how to add a post I would ... Dont go there go to any of the other shops on 11th or MacArthur

I love this shop. They have a really cool glass selection that seems to get a little better each time I stop by. Their mod and flavor selection is great, too, and their customer service is usually on point. Great people over there, and I really dig their little stamp cards for flavors.

AVOID. Overall bad service and lack there of. I’d avoid this place and go to some other shop that has more selection and decent customer service that actually wants to help you.

Buyer Beware. This place does not give refunds for anything. I bought a vape mod-kit. Open it and said nope, this one isnt for me. Tried to refund it. Nope. My fault for not opening it in the store before buying it. The lady behind the counter just said no refunds. I told her I just bought it the day before, never used it - and I just didnt like it. NEVER USED. NO REFUNDS! I asked for the manager/owner (even though hes the one that sold me the mod kit). He wasnt there. $100 wasted. Down the drain. I could have just as easily just gone over and gave them a $100 bill and left. They have zero posted signs about refund policies. Hoping the owner reads this and responds. Im not in the business of just wasting $100 on merchandise that is useless. Very poor customer service....sad in this day and age.

Just had the worst experience in here. Until now I had the owner serve me but today I got an incredibly rude white girl with glasses. She was ignoring all customers except one she was apparently educating on cbd. Doesnt basic customer service include at least acknowledging customers who are waiting? After being ignored for 5-6mins I simply asked if I could buy some juice as I was on my break. I asked for a two juices she grabbed one I said no two to which she mumbled you could have said that in the First place I told her she didnt have to be rude then she continued her rudeness. Admittedly my response was not pleasant. I feel bad for the very nice owner if this is who represents his business in his absence.

Very nice smoke shop. Walked in and saw some amazing bongs and pipes. And best of all, they had King Palm Blunt Wraps! If you haven’t tried them, I suggest picking them up at this store. Completely worth it. Will be stopping by again to buy some.

This place has the best selection and customer service around. Great prices and I always leave with more than I came in for. Very cool place with great vibes.

Great place and friendly staff. This shop by far has the largest selection of juice. I stopped by yesterday afternoon to purchase coils. Came home to put the coil in my tank but found out that I purchased the incorrect coils. I bought coils for the cloud beast king. Not sure what the return policy on a open package (but not used).

I lived in the east bay so Ive been a customer back at the Hayward store . This spot is go to especially because I live close . Good prices on bongs , knowledgeable staff , good for the neighborhood

It was the best store some time ago. The last 2 time experience was not good. This wasnt expected from this place.

I bought Vaporizer kit for $100 and found out it’s defective and not working. I went back to the store to return or exchange it, but the white sales lady was very very rude and no respect start screaming and told me to leave the store and worst thing she grabbed a paper spray which about to spray on me.She threatened me like a criminal.I cannot believe that the owner of this business tolerate this kind of behavior.

I bought a smok nova 2 from this place and I don’t usually Vape so I didn’t think anything of the price but they sold it to me for $45 and afterwards I looked online to see what everybody else was selling because they also sold me 60 mL of juice for $20 when the place I usually we go to would sell it for 12 but I wasn’t in that area but after looking online the starter kit they sold me for $45 I could’ve bought elsewhere for less than 20 Dollars Place sucks and it’s overpriced

A really nice store. They have a vast selection of products, some Ive been unable to find locally so this is a great convenience. The salesperson was very helpful, and packed full of knowledge. This is my Go To place for Smoke & Vape.

Not from the area but had to stop some place to get ejuice on my way back to San Diego. Amazing help and while I wasnt able to actually test anything they did open the bottles so you could smell them. Huge selection as well.

Excellent service, great people with wonderful customer service. Owner is a great person who can keep a customer coming. That is the only vape shop I go to. Iyad

Came in around 6 yesterday and the lady behind the desk was extremely nice and helpful. Got a new tank and will defineyly come back when I need anything for my mod.

One of my helix puff bars didn’t work when I opened it, but when I went in to the shop they replaced it no questions asked. Superb customer service!

First time vapor so went in to inquire. They were very friendly and explained how to use ths vape pen and i bought a nice set up. Im very happy i went there. Thank you

Kinda pricey. $30 for a 100ml of juice. Back home in Chicago you get 2 100mls for $30 if you pay cash & the owner gets his supply from Cali.
