Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Walk in and most of them know me by name. Great selection of mods, juices, pipes. This is my favorite vape shop.

They are way over priced on there elf bar5000 vapes. I paid $26.99 on mine and was completely blindsided but, it was the end of the night everyone was closing and I needed to get home. If only I had known, I could have just drove a few extra yards down to the sweet fire Tabacco company(903 US-31 S), they have far better deals in there. Im not sure why they dont advertise for vapes so Ill do it for them.The staff are great, so friendly, they know what theyre talking about is just a very nice atmosphere all the way around. And they sell Awesome cigars.But the elf bar5000 are $16.99 & they have Novo bar AL6000 $17.99 or 2 for $30.00I think youll enjoy this place, its awesome.Remember:SWEET FIRE TABACCO903 US-31 SIt says Traverse City but its out past Culvers heading towards chums.

Very kind people. Always willing to help and anwser any questions. Good products with fair pricing. Love that you can sample juice and do some customizing. Have even stayed open an extra few minutes to help us out from traffic blocking us from getting there before close. Great place!

Ok, where to begin with GT Vapes. Now I know that the three GT Vape shops in Traverse City are all owned by the same brothers yet each store has there own set of prices. Very suspect. Now I know that GT Vapes on 8th and the mobile gas station on 14th are owned by the same person, the two brothers I mentioned earlier, the GT Vapes in Grawn, Im guessing, are owned by them as well. Im guessing that because I dont think anyone can just use the name GT Vapes when somebody else is using it. I could be wrong but I really havent looked into it, it just sounds right to me. Anyway, the store on 8th street sells there elf bar 5000 for $22.99 yet the mobile station sells theres for $19.99, and the one in Grawn sells theres for a whooping $27.99. I just cant understand this price gouging between brothers.I have discovered a new place to get my vapes and its actually a cigar shop, the name, Sweet fire Tabacco, locate in Grawn. They sell there elf bar 5000 for $16.99 or 2 for $30 and there hyde 4500 and 5000 for $16.99. They also have something close to the elf bars, same flavor but theyre 6000 puffs for the same as the elf bars and the elf bar deals. Thats where I go for everything now. They have cigars as well, and they have everything THC except the THC itself. If ya know what I mean. They just have a ton of cool stuff there. Go check them out if you get a chance.

Roadside Robbery. 22 dollars before tax for a breeze pro, no 2 for deal. Most places Ive veen to sell for 16.99 or 2 for 30, Ive found them for as cheap as 4 for 30. 6 dollar mark up on industry standard prices.

Excellent customer service! The staff is very knowledgeable and when approached with a question one couldnt answer, he called someone (Im assuming the manager) to get my answer! I was and am continuously impressed with this business. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

They staff here are super helpful and definitely know what they are talking about! I gave a 4 because of the limited juice selection but they seem to have a little more each time I go in. They have some awesome deals if you dont mind the limited selection.

Always helpful. Theyll get the 1st time vape user set up and ready to go. Then theyre there after the sale for help or to answer any questions. Good selection of juice and other products. Not as economical as online but you know exactly what youre getting and there is a sample bar

I was recommended to this place from many friends to help me with the transition from smoking cigarettes to using a vaporizer to help quit smoking. I am happy to say that I have had a great experience with the level of customer service here. The employees here are knowledgable and helpful, I have been happy with the Vape I purchased and the flavor of juices. From your normal menthol to very out there flavors of banana nut cream pie. I recommend all my friends to this place.

This place used to my facorite place but no longer. The last few times I have been in any of your stores the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Managers are snotty and rude. I wont ever be back and I will tell everyone in my circle what jerks your staff is in all your locations. Its interesting that some will mix flavors and others wont..its laziness and lack of customer service. So now after 4 years I have to find another vape store!! 😤

Super awesome customer service! Knowledgable and great recommendations. One of the few places businesses out there that actually care about their customers and not just the $$$ thus making customers return. They get it!

I talked with Chris and Kelsey at the Chums store. They were both very helpful. They didnt have what I wanted in the store, so they are ordering what I want. I am very pleased with them and I will be getting all I need from them for now on.

The staff at both TC locations are amazing. ALL of them are friendly and knowledgeable about everything they sell. This was the first place I went when I started vaping and have never stepped foot in another vape store!

I went to this store to get a replacement for a malfunctioning mod I have had for a couple years, the knowledge that the guy that worked there named Mitch was a great help, extremely friendly and knew a lot about the products they sell. The service I received will keep me comming back to this store every time.

Overall, I am pleased with GT Vapor. I am NOT at all pleased with the customer service I receive at the Chums Corner location. Very rude, unhelpful, unfriendly, and I feel like I am an inconvenience.

I’ve been coming to this store for about one year and they have always been helpful and friendly.

My husband has been going here since weve been together (4 years). And he loves this place. Now everytime we come to traverse city he has to go here to get his orange slush flavor.

Needs another clerk, the two working were too busy. A third would make this a 5 star store.
