I wouldnt go back. It wasnt terrible and I understand all places are different. But.....1. I got charged $10 more for the use of oil during our massage. (Got a couples massages) 2. After paying that they Barely Used oil still! 3. I had to stop them to ask if our whole massage was going to be massages through a towel. (Which I guess they do that for 10mins!) At least massage me through a sheet so I can feel it. And 3. When I asked for more pressure they did not understand either of them. I had to explain it more to get more pressure.

Not great! Misleading information on the phone, she told me one price on the phone for 1 hour and then when I got there she told me half an hour. She was short with me and did not ask me how I was doing or my day, was very impersonal, and did not give me the proper attention that I needed. She did not let me use my debit card, she said there was an issue with the machine. She insisted that I give her a tip. Seemed like she was rushing and did not explain what she was going to do, the type of massage nor the length of the massage. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I booked a couples massage for me and my wife, and let me tell you…. IT WAS PHENOMENAL. The ladies were extremely sweet and i left that place able to do cartwheels and back flips! They wasted no time and they got us in right on time and got us our full hours worth! Very tranquil and very nice. 10/10!

We booked a couple massage. I will start by saying this was the best massage my husband and I have ever had. They did a fabulous job, and the hot stones were amazing. The room was tranquil and clean. The reason I did not give a 5 star is they could do more with their customer service. We got a hello at the door and a point to the massage room. I used the restroom while my husband went into the room. When I came in, he said she told him to undress and lay down. A few minutes later, 2 women came in. They never introduced themselves, ask our preferences, or if we had certain likes or dislikes. After they started, I tried to explain with my head down in the table that I have tender spots in my lower back. She didnt seem to understand until she ran her fingers across the spot, she understood when I jumped and let out a small holler. I understand there is a language barrier, but this is an intimate setting with strangers. Good customer service goes a long way. Also, as others have stated, they answer the phone and step out when customers enter the building. It was brief but strange. Would we go back? Yes, but with conversation before we went in.

I cant say enough good about the massage I received! Best experience ever! I went in with back pain. A few hours later, Im experiencing almost no pain at all! Thank you for the best care ever!

Don’t waste your money! They answer the phone throughout the massage and massage you over a scratchy blanket. The tables aren’t heated and you can hear all the loud noise outside. Worst massage I’ve ever had.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and myself during our vacation. It was fantastic! I read other reviews and was concerned about the reviews stating the masseuse kept leaving or answering the phone but everything else sounded good so we decided to book. I’m so glad we did! One masseuse had to leave a couple of times to address patrons checking about walk in availability but she was back quickly and it didn’t bother my husband who she was working on. Price was the best we had compared and worth every penny! We would book here again. We realized these 2 ladies run this with no other employees so understood the need to answer potential customers.

Before booking at Cherry Blossom Massage & Spa, I looked at the google reviews and noticed a few negative experiences out of 70+ and decided to give them a chance since the overall ratings looked great. Unfortunately, my experience here was terrible and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. During my massage, the massage therapist answered the phone 4 times in addition to going in and out of the room. Toward the end, the therapist greeted a customer with the door wide open DURING our massage. Then after the massage, the therapist was hounding us for a tip and explained that the total she told me was not including tax (???). I would honestly not waste your money here. Some of the older reviews mentioned having a similar experience but since it was over 8 months ago, I gave them a chance but it turned out to be a huge mistake.

I booked a couples massage. This was my first ever massage. I’m glad I came to Cherry Blossom. It was clean and peaceful. My bf and I enjoyed the experience. I will come back the next time I’m in Traverse City.

The massage was good, but the experience was awful. Booked a couples massage. During the massage, they kept answering the phone and leaving the room. After the 3rd time I said something, but they basically said too bad and continued to do so. They left the room door open during the massage which felt very uncomfortable. They also left the room multiple times to get stones, oils, etc. as if they weren’t prepared. Again, good massage, but not a relaxing experience at all.

We did the couple massage as a gift from our children. Was a little concerned at first but don’t be fooled. This is an amazing place and they know what they are doing. We have had several massages before and they are now my go to. Definitely a must try. And for the dollar amount u can not beat it!!!

Massage felt great! Nice ambience of the room. They use hot stones in part of all their massages, even traditional. That was a nice surprise and well worth the $70.

I booked 2 massages for the day after Christmas (Sunday) for my adult daughters home for the holidays. They each came out with dreamy eyes and ahhh’s. One got a massage from her husband for Christmas that she used a few days after this one and she assured us this one was MUCH better. He was sad cuz his cost more and was further on the West side of town. This is centrally located, easily accommodated an odd time/day, and were great professionals. Prices are reasonable. Free parking.

First time have one and it was great! Almost unreal how relaxing it is. Knots worked out, stones were awesome. Really would recommend and will be doing again.

My wife and I s 10 year anniversary coiples massage and People coming in with our doors open, not to private. Our massage therapist on the phone and talking amongst themselves in Chinese. Put massage oil in my wifes hair. Then ask wheres my tip? I dont recommend.

Terrible customer service. Booked a couples massage and showed up for it for them to tell me they had no record of it. They then called me a liar saying I never called until I showed them my phone log proving that I we had a phone call the day prior. Would not recommend this place.

Came here couples massage for our wedding anniversary. It was just okay.Atmosphere was nice, and overall the massage was good but the lady doing my husbands asked my him what type of oil and how much pressure he wanted and I assumed the other lady would ask me the same questions but she didnt so I just got a very light massage with whatever oil she wanted.I will say I should have spoke up and asked for more pressure so its my fault. I just think good service would be asking for preferences.However at the end of the massage we got asked how much wed like to tip. I tipped 15% of our massage. She then asked: is this for 1 girl or 2?I said it was for them to split as it was 15% of the total.The lady who did my massage scoffed and walked out of the room.It made my husband and me soooo uncomfortable and felt like why are we even tipping then?? I wish I didnt leave a tip at all since they werent happy with it.Definitely not going back to this location just for how uncomfortable they made us
