During my vacation I had a problem with an O-ring that broke.They were very nice and gave me a replacement O-ring free of charge.Thank you very much, you were my savior.

I get all of my vaping supplies and juice from GT Vapor. This location is right by my work and I cant get there after work or on lunch. They carry the only juice that I like and mods from the manufacturer I prefer. I dont know what his name is but theres a worker thats there most times when I come in and hes super friendly and knowledgeable. ( Ill have to do an update with his name.) I recommend this place alot!

This is the best place for all your ejuice/ ecig needs. I used to go to there Gaylord location, unfortunately with the new laws they have had to close the Gaylord and Petoskey locations. They still have 3 locations in traverse city. I drive 2 hours just to buy my products from them because the chain stores in Gaylord and Alpena dont compare to there service and selection.

If youre looking for a new vape, I recommend these guys! They have this points system every time you spend money there you get money in your account you set up with them and it adds up fast! Ive saved and used point money with them a lot already since going there for vape juice

I have been a visiting this location for roughly 5 years at least once a week. Over that time I have recommended this location to 100’s of people when they come into my work needing vape supplies and don’t know where to go. They lost all of the good helpful employees, removed all the loyalty and friends and family discounts for the majority of loyal customers and don’t want to give it back. It’s been worse every visit for the last couple months. Today was just an overall very disappointing experience between the rude older gentleman working, the price hike and overall lack of customer service now that the great employees have unfortunately moved on. I’m all about shopping local to keep the money in the community but after taking a look at how much cheaper the same stuff is online from other vendors and how bad this visit was I can’t justify giving them anymore of my hard earned money. Their competition sells the same type of e liquid I like for less than half shipped to my door, no transportation costs to and from the store either. I think I would rather spend much less and do less for the same thing and not deal with anyone face to face. You gotta give customers a reason to come back. I won’t be.

First time in with little knowledge of the products. Joey and A-aron (Aaron) were so helpful and polite. Got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will return to this location. Kudos Joey and Aaron.

Used to love this place. Went all the time. Excellent customer service. However, since Covid, the prices have been jacked to laughable costs. A single bottle with flavoring costs just short of 40 dollars. Unless prices go down to a reasonable amount, theyve lost any and all business from my wife and I. Very depressing to see. Whether its the supply chain or just a decision to scalp, the prices are disgusting. The only reason I didnt give a single star is because at least the customer service is still friendly and courteous.

Staff was really friendly. Juice I bought was Black and Blue and it was amazing, easy ADV. I got a 6mg and its such high quality it doesnt even feel like a 6mg. Would recommend!

Grand Traverse Vapor was extremely helpful and honest in getting me my first set up. The staff was accommodating and explained use and care very well. Great people and environment. Loved my experience there.

I never used to come here but due to a desperate need for juice I stopped in and since then Ive preferred coming here. The staff are very nice and the place is clean and looks very nice as in everything ties together very well. I stopped in barely 2 min before they closed and they happily helped me with juice, no matter how bad I felt they were fine with it.

I will never return to this company. I just bought 4 Hyde disposables. They arent cheap and the first one i opened out of package didnt even work. I called to see about swapping and they said they couldnt and they would do a 20% discount on next purchase. Horrible customer service. Especially in most places they will provide great service and take care of their customers.

Place was nice. The girl was helpful. I did get the most popular juice which by the way I think is super nasty. (My personal opinion). I’d probably check this place out again in the future but I’m in no rush to do so. All in all experience was ok. Staff was nice. Just wasn’t my vibe.

Very friendly staff but when I bought a pen from here had it less than a month and the charging port broke. They didnt do anything about it. Had to buy a new one. Fast forward 1 year. Bought another pen from here and it is leaking and not working correctly. Asked them questions as to why It may have started leaking and they knew nothing about it. Couldnt help me out at all!!! The lack of knowledge about the products they sell was very disappointing. I will be going else where from now on.

Great experience, first time trying this out, but the guys were full of knowledge and tips, they went through my options and again so much info. then I got to try the juices I wanted to. he went through how to use my system, step by step, so patient. Outside of just feeling confident in making my decision, these guys made me feel like there really wasnt another place I would want to go. Super friendly they knew everyones name that walked through the door. Its just a place I know I will go back, a place I see myself being a regular. Troy and I want to say TJ were their names. If you dont know about vaping and want to try, these guys are awesome.

I went to GT Vape first in 2013 and started vaping. i quit for a little bit and have recently started again. They have excellent choice of products at good prices. If the store does not have what you need, then one of the other ones usually does. Their juices are great, so many different flavors. Overall this is a great place to buy all your vaping needs.

I got completely RIPPED OFF at this store. First of all, they had an extremely limited selection, very little information to be provided about the overpriced items they did manage to have. I got two bottles of salt nic juice and two coils. Secondly, both coils did not manage to work at all, and they were more expensive than any other store. Third, the juice was absolutely awful and damaged our vapes. 0/10 I would NOT recommend this store to anyone, unless you wish to pay an extra dollar to get terrible quality products.

They only carry fresh coast eliquid. I dont like the nicotine they use. Why would you limit yourself to one brand? The staff is not very knowledgeable and is rude about other shops. Theyre self mixed juice isnt steeped and how are they even doing this legally since the FDA regulations?

Always fast friendly service with a smile. A pleasant and relaxed atmosphere only downside was the noise from next door of construction going on lol.

Normally i dont post reviews but i was compelled to after the horrible experience i had here. I tried a bottle of their house juice their most popular flavor tested off didnt vape right took it back they tried it said something was wrong with it and exchanged it for another bottle of one of their best sellers berry blue. First time i tried to vape it tasted like straight menthol no other flavors. Disappointed i took it back they refused to try it wouldnt listen to me wouldnt exchange so i sat the 27 dollar full bottle on the counter and left. Went to a different place locally got great juice. Unless they drastically change their ways i will not go back to gt vapor. Out of all the shops in town they were the worst

I was in town from Texas. Been going to the same shop and vaping the same juice every week for 3 years. Anytime i dont get my usual mix itll be within my flavor preference. I have found 3 different ADV in my 3 years of vaping. However, i have added two more to the list. My first time there and first time with these mixes and they blew me away. I didnt talk much or ask anything. But I can confidently say they can help a full range from beginner to hardcore users. And i could tell from their juice guarantee. If youre worried about the chemical additives that most shops arent aware of go here.

Small intimate vape shop with VERY friendly and helpful staff. They have the beginner kits all the way up to the more advanced stuff with a plethora of juice to choose from. Looking forward to coming back when Im back up north. :)

If you vape in Traverse City you need to go here. The best gourmet e-juice Ive ever tasted made to order. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Not only do I go here for all my vaping supplies I have been cigarette free for over 2 years mostly because of this place!

I just want to thank the two young people who work at gtvapor! I came in the store thinking that there was a problem with my XBaby and in a few short minutes found out it was just a bad coil. This place was great. I had a bad experience at another vape shop. I ended up getting a vapor pen with a bad battery. This place sold me a new vape pen, and gave me an extra battery, and a bottle of vape juice, for less than the price of just the pen at the other store. Customer service was beyond what I expected. Will only be going here from now on.
