Jojos is my go-to for all vape supplies. They carry a huge inventory and brew their own vast menu of juices. Above all that is the ultra-friendly staff.

Nice clean environment. Friendly staff willing to help and answer any questions they can. Customer service has always been comfortable and respectful. Good prices on product. A large variety on flavors. (inventory was low on vape machines but not flavor. I dont blame them for low inventory due to pandemic, so Im sure theyll pick right back up) Im a returning customer.

This store is awesome. The person who mixes the specialty juices was out at the time. If you need a specialty juice Id call and have them make it and then you can pick it up when its ready. I couldnt wait so I got the banana nut bread and its really good.

Pretty good Vape Store overall, but theres been a steady decline. I trust their juices and the mixer(s) are great, but its becoming more difficult to find the right times to call or show up for a Mixer to be available. Communication isnt the greatest on this either. I called Saturday Morning to ask when a mixer (as Im doing custom Nic level) would be available and was given a time frame for Saturday Afternoon. I pushed my plans for the day back in order to make it to JoJos for that time frame and was THEN told that the Mixing Room was closed on Saturdays. I really wish the morning shift would have informed me of that so I didnt wait 2 hours for a Mixer to be available, only to find out that Id have to wait the full weekend. Thankfully I got what I needed on Monday. But thats where another situation went wrong.Normally, if JoJo Vapes would accidently give a dud coil or even the wrong coil, they would strive to make things right for the customer. Today, was the exception. Yesterday (Monday), I was given the wrong coil for a Pod System (RPM 2) and did not realize it until the evening. Today I went in to explain the situation and to get the correct coil. The associate apologized and acknowledged that she had given me the wrong coil, but still charged me for the replacement. JoJo Vapes used to care about making things right, but thats apparently changed. Rather than make a scene and argue, I paid for the coil and left, but I still wish I wouldve stood my ground, since the coil I was given in the first place had been the wrong coil.Beyond my complaints, the juices are great quality and the Customer Service is decent, apart from the associates involved in my complaints earlier in this review. Its a welcoming environment and its worked to expand under certain restrictions and is clearly trying to keep house-mixed juices available for customers, which is a great staple of JoJo Vapes.

Service is always friendly and helpful, but what has happened to the juices? The last two bottles have been awful. It has zero taste and hits like Im vaping fire. Both have been different flavors and have tried them on two different tanks and coils.

The staff is super friendly but the juice is a no go bought a couple testers and it made my coil burn out in like three puffs. An I’ve been vaping for a couple of years now. It taste good the first two times then it taste Burt and gross. I don’t know what they put in their juices but it’s not good. I had to change my coil a couple of times to see if it was my mod but it wasn’t I put in some other juice I bought from a regular vape shop and my coil was fine and it didn’t taste horrible after a few goes. It makes me sad that it turn out like this I was excited to try some homemade flavors.

Been in here a few times, pretty nice store. Decent selection of devices but not so much on the re-buildables but thats not a big deal. Never had a bad experience with their in house juice like ive had at other places. Not sure if they still carry it or not but the Key Lime Pie is AWESOME!!

I’m totally new to this. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have a clue about what I wanted or needed. She showed me a lot of different ones. Told me about them and how they worked. I ended up buying the stick prince. Since I’m new to this I didn’t feel comfortable with changing all the different things on some of the others she showed me. She was so kind and had me taste some of the juices. She told me what days and times to come back for the buy one get one free on juices. Thanks to Jojo vapes I’m no longer smoking cigarettes. It’s been 3 days! I will be going back for all my juices and buying one of the more advanced vapes when I’m ready.

They are way over priced, & supposed to have a 90 day return policy. I bought Drag vape starter set last month and its leaking juice really bad. I went to the store in Troy to see if I could return it and the daughter of the owner kept making excuses. Saying it was on a low setting and its because Im not using their vape juice. So now they have my money and I have to go somewhere else to buy a vape kit. I will never shop at that place again.

The workers always try to help me.Im usually broke or with Little money lolThey shared what days I could like buy A liquid and get another liquid free.So yeah theyre really good store Ive done business with them for years

Not a bad shop. one of the last in house juice shops still around. I didnt sample any of their juice selection.Their equipment selection is very large. I only needed a battery case. When I have more time and I am in the area I will have to try them again

Me and my wife went in to this location asked for suggestions on a good vape, was talked into buying novo 3 vapes, then none of the juices would burn correctly in them, they said, then was told I would get a refund on the juices by one employee, then that I couldn’t get anything by the others. Complete waste of money and time, do not suggest going to this company.

If i could give zero stars i would. staff is very very rude expect for the one younger slim man. the one blonde lady is never welcoming or helpful, gives you distasteful looks if you appear to be 21 or younger. juice all tastes the same literally every flavor

Jojos was the first vape shop I had ever walked into with only the intentions of looking into some vapes and the information on vaping in general. Brett was the manager I had the privilege of talking to when it came to buying my first vape and he made the best recommendations and had nothing but respect and great humor. The staff which works there are among the greats people I have met. Very respectful and knowledgeable employees compared to most that I have been to recently. I have never been given unsatisfactory service and they never fail to spark up a great conversation in my few months of coming to jojos. They show their care and concern for their customers and put them first before anything and anyone else. I would strongly recommend this vape shop to anyone if they want amazing service, proper information on the hardware and juices and a great staff to spend a few minutes of your time to converse with.

Jojos is a Great vape shop. I trust the Vape Liquid they mix locally. Ive never wanted to risk additional ingredients, harmful or not! When I discovered VCS - Vanilla Custard, 7 years ago, I was able to QUIT smoking after 42 years of trying.

Use to be my go to vape shop, was there almost every week since April 2017 and had a lot of juice I did enjoy, last dozen times I’ve gone in with my wife the larger gentleman with glasses (apperanly the manager) constantly flirts with her to the point we’re she feels uncomfortable to go in, her being uncomfortable I would go in alone, last two visits have been anything but pleasant most of the staff is Un motivated and makes me feel like I’m a burden when I ask to try new flavors I went in there yesterday (3/14/18) to simply get some coils and the red haired gentlemen was incrediblely rude when I asked him about the difference about two coils and made me feel like I was bothering him asking a simple question, again un motivated! I will not be returning simply because I feel my business is unappreciated and they would rather sit there on there phone then help me out. Only solid individual I have met that works there is the skinny gentleman with blonde hair was always helpful and made me feel welcomed I wished the rest of the staff had the motivation he did.

Ive always gone to JoJos for everything I need for my vape. I recently bought their Royal Lemonade, and Im so disappointed. This is the second time that Ive gotten a bad bottle. Itll taste fine at first and the suddenly taste completely burnt. It doesnt matter what tank I use or if I replace the coil. Its also very thin compared to the normal consistency of their juices. Wish I could return because it was a waste of $10

I called to ask if a they had a Nitecore D4 charger in stock. They guy who answered said yes, but when I asked for the price I was told they were not allowed to give prices out over the phone. Seems like poor service to me so I am just going to order one online. I try to give money to local businesses, but not when they act like this.

Worst vape shop around! Customer service is very poor. They don’t even want to help you learn about your device, and certain employees talk down to you like you’re stupid, if you don’t know. Never ever go to Jojos! This is my last time ever going, that’s for sure! These clowns😂 nah I’m good on communication with you guys, this was the worst vape shop visit I’ve had and never want to come back. The only reason I go is because it’s local from my work. I did work in a vape shop months ago and never treated customers like this! I’m no longer employed there and have a full time job. Maybe big boy in there needs some manners or better training cause I received straight disrespect and now that’s what I’ll give back. Try to play dumb but I got my receipt. Thank you😄

Went to get a drip tip. Specific color and gauge. The professional MANAGER treated me like a moron. They all fit he says. No they dont. He finds one that fits really tight. I ask if he has one that fits a bit better. What? You want it to fall out? You gonna take it out and put it back in a lot?I had given him an example of what I wanted. A drip tip that came with a box mod they sell. It was under glass on display. He had no patience and no interest in helping me. I might have only been there for a drip tip, but future business? Never again.

Friendly staff, great flavors. I started making my own juices, but I still occasionally go to JoJos during happy hour to treat myself to their awesome flavors that I cant top.

This is the only vape store I choose to go to. This was the 1st store I went to when I started vaping. I tried a couple of different stores and they didnt come anywhere close to the service and product availability as Jojos. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They make all of their own ejuice right in the store. So many different flavors to choose from. Also, they have a vape setup for everyone. So many options. I moved 25 miles away from this location, and even though theyre is a Jojo Vapes less than 5 miles from where I mote live, it is owned by someone else. Iwent in there 1 time and refused to go back. Definitely not the same service. Highly recommend Jojo Vapes, Troy, Ohio.

They have a lot of disposable vapes specifically Hyde and Humble along with mods and an array of flavors. Good prices on disposable ones.

Rory is very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very chill spot with good vibes.

Vape juice is very pricey and I was not nuts about the house made juice I bought. I could barely taste any of the two flavors that were mixed together.

I always like JOJos. Go there every day at lunch to play pool with buddies of mine. Best thing I like isn’t the juice. But the mod selections. You guys always have to best mods and the newest out on the market. I especially enjoy the smok mods you guys have. I will give you some brownie points. Watermelon punch and Graffiti are really good flavors.

I have been goin to jojos in for years. Last couple of months have been going to troy. For 1 thing troy said couldnt give me the 5$ discount for buying 2 60mls. But sidney store can. Also have not had any point add to my account for buying juice for past months. Where have my points been going. Give them my jojos card everytime. Will not return to troy store. Yesterday was my first time ever at this shop the customer service was decent Being my first time here I assumed the juice was ready to vape Im pretty sure Steeping isnt gonna help every flavor I purchased tastes nothing like it should or what I tasted before purchasing

I go to Jojos all the time and they treat me with respect they are all very nice people sometimes Im there longer than I expect because they are just excellent employees and I get everything I want they have everything you need for vaping I go to the store and Troy Ohio and it is fantastic

Would have been a 5 but you guys are ALWAYS out of my 80watt atlantis coils 😁 but other than that...love how you guys are doing it big. keep up the good work. 👍

Very nice staff but cant get what a customer wants. was sold a couple vapes that were junk.

Great service but inferior products indemic to vaping: chest pain while inhaling and coughing up a weird phlem after a few days of vaping. Too bad.
