I came into the store after going to happy cloud. At happy cloud they didnt sell me what I was looking for and instead sold me something else. Sierra helped me at V-Twin and she showed me exactly what I needed and was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!!!

There is a young lady there with brown hair. Didnt catch her name. But it seemed like she was more worried about her phone than me (the cutomer). She was very rude. She had attitude. And a RAZ is $25? Everywhere else is $15 or so. This place always upcharges. Regarding the young lady, please get better employees.

The ONLY vape store I purchase my products from vape wise and for flower. The workers are always laid back and welcoming. When I walked in, employees barely acknowledged me. They were more worried with joking around with friends that were hanging out in the store, cussing and calling each other names. I didn’t really know the name of what I was looking for, but did not feel comfortable asking for help at all.

I went to this store last week after getting a faulty product from a different store in st.peters and I am very new to vaping bc I just quit smoking last week and the first visit the girl helped me find what I needed and the next day I had some problems figuring out my new GEM and I went back to the store and the man and woman working helped me figure out the issue and I had brought the faulty boulder thing I had bought in st.peters and asked them about it and the man fixed the issue for me at no charge, I was very thankful for this and I will continue to use this store and recommend then to my friends , thanks guys !
