Great customer service! We had massages quickly followed by complimentary mimosas, wow.Very peaceful.
We booked a day pass at the spa to use the amenities. We paid $65 for the pass through resort pass. Overall the facilities were nice and the people were all very friendly. But the whirlpool was broken and they don’t have a sauna or cold plunge. So we pretty much just paid the money to use the outdoor pool, spa and steam room. It could also have been a little cleaner in the locker room and bathroom areas. Hair in the shower and on the sinks, etc. Overall it was a good experience but could have been better maintained.
I had an excellent facial here and my face felt great for much longer than usual. They also gave my friend and I a couple drinks to celebrate her birthday at no additional charge. I wouldn’t try to use SpaFinder gift cards here though. They told me when I was checking out (after probably at least 6 hours there) that they didn’t have time to figure out how to redeem my gift card and that I would need to call the number they wrote on a post it note to ask for the PIN. I just put the charge on my credit card instead and called this number later on and they said that it was not a customer number and that it was only for the spa to redeem the gift card. I have now been trying to get this resolved with SpaFinder for about a month now.
What an Amazing first time experience I had. Isabel (Nail Technician) and Hollis (Massage Therapist) treated me like family. They were both personable, kind, attentive and understanding of my needs. I was treated to this spa day as a gift for two important events taking place in my life. Thank you ladies!I pray that Im blessed with another opportunity to use there services again. Also, the Marriott Star Pass resort employs such professional and empathetic people. Wow!There holiday decor was breath taking.☺️
This is a beautiful spa and I had a really nice massage. Sadly I was rushed out right after because they were closing which was a huge bummer. Don’t book the last appointment of the day.
I cant believe I didnt know this was here! Beautiful setting, everyone at the spa was incredibly sweet and friendly, and the services were definitely worth it. Even the drive up to the spa was pretty. We each had one of the body treatments and felt completely relaxed afterwards. This was a very rare treat for us. The spa facilities that surrounded the treatment rooms were clean and would be a lovely place to spend the day.
My wife and I had a couples massage, and …WOW! Maya Jackson (Swedish massage) and Hollis (deep tissue) gave us literally the best massages we’ve ever had. At the same time, in the same room. Honestly, worth the cost (which isn’t cheap) given how good those two were.It would have been 5+ stars, but for the unfortunate checkin process (on the men’s side). I ended up waiting 15 minutes for someone to take me into the locker room, because they “couldn’t find” the male attendant. Yeah…baffling. Finally another client who knew how to work their lockers escorted me in.So….absolutely a great massage experience. And hoping that my “misfortune” at checkin was an anomaly.
The staff at Hashani Spa was so accommodating during a scheduling error on my part! And my pedicure still looks great!
Hollis is absolutely the best massage therapist around. She offers a wide range of healing modalities, is very attentive and treats me like a VIP every time I visit the spa. Truly a gifted therapist. Marriott - please recognize her outstanding service to your organization.
Ive been to this spa many times, and am never disappointed. The employees are friendly and attentive, and the treatments are excellent. The facility is luxurious, tranquil and comfortable, with lots of amenities. And its located in the middle of a gorgeous landscape, so you can enjoy the view as you get a pedicure.
I purchased 2 of the pedicures they said were supposed to be the best costing 200 for both. It was my mothers birthday and she was shocked that when we were finished, the lady had gotten red polish around the nail and on the skin and left it like that. I found out a couple weeks later that they cut the sides of my big toe nails like those cheap Asian nail salon, and now I have a bad ingrown nail on my toe that is killing me. The polish is poor quality and the selection leaves much to be desired. Come on Star Pass!Very unacceptable and I will not be wasting my money here anymore. There have been other issues. Very disappointed.
I booked a pedicure (the Hashani, which I thought would be a treat compared to the Executive) and it was the okayest pedicure Ive ever had. It was $90 for less than an hour with an unenthusiastic technician. I chose a light turquoise polish and the two coats that were applied werent enough so the colors splotchy. I was expecting a spa experience and got the same thing I could get anywhere in downtown Tucson. Be aware, its expensive (which I expected) but basically a meh experience.
Got my first massage here and they took very good care of me. The spa pool is a really nice feature.
Most accommodating and relaxing spa I have visited in awhile. Services professional & purposeful. Wish they were in my town.
Had a couples massage which was good, but couples cant use the same steam areas, saunas, jacuzzi etc. Only 2 areas couples can be togerher.. pricey massages but spa usage is good
The Mrs. had an amazing spa day for mommys day!!! Thanks very much for the awesome service.
A little bit on the pricier side, but the staff is very courteous and are trained very well. Fantastic massages.
Fabulous spa with A+ for customer service. I always ask for Natalie and the Petal and Leaves. It just doesnt get any better!
Treat yourself to a grand experience and if having a massage, be sure to ask for Natalie. You wont be disappointed 😁
I want to work there
