Ive lived by the store for 3 years now and never once walked in, Im so glad I finally did. I wish I had paid attention to the girls name who helped me, but I was so enamored with all the different products and juices as well as her knowledge. She was so friendly and accommodating, every single thing I asked she answered in perfect detail...giving me all of the information I needed to decide what to buy. And instead of doing what some sales people do and try to get me to buy the more expensive stuff by recommending those items she actually suggested I start with the $20 disposable and then go from there once I figure out what I like. That alone is the reason Im going to be coming back and doing all my business here. Great selection, great prices, and amazing staff. Im sick of smoking so Im glad I finally tried out this business! Everyone should check this place out for sure!To the owner- I came in on Nov 25th around 8:15pm, just wanted to make sure the girl who was working gets the credit she deserves! She was amazing!

I had someone new/I hadnt seen before at this location. And let me tell you, she was so full of sunshine and is seriously one of the sweetest people Ive met! She was also super helpful in regards to trying to figure out a new flavor to try.

9565 E 22nd Street is the go to spot for your vape fix. Danny and Gina are very nice and knowledgeable, and will always fill you in on the deals to save you money. Youll usually walk into some sweet tunes too!

You can get vape almost anywhere these days so the difference is who you deal with when you are there. Red Star is great in general but I usually go out of my way to come to this specific red star because of Dani and Gina. They have always made the experience easy, cheerful and friendly. They are great assets to Red Star and I hope they stay around for a long time to come!

I love coming into this smoke shop! Even though I may only come in once a month the lady in here always remembers what I am getting before I say a word. Highly recommended

So I went in there a while ago and the service is impeccable. However, the vape that was recommended to me leaked since the day I bought it. I went to the speedway location to see what could be done and they sold me a new tank despite the current on being 2 wks old. I went back to the Harrison location and had it looked at and tried putting in a new coil. Of course when I’d had enough of the constant leaking, the 30 day window had closed and they did nothing for me. I had been sold a new tank I didn’t need. The vape was faulty. I feel that going between stores I was given the run around so they didn’t have to replace it. I still go to these locations but was disappointed they didn’t do anything to compensate for the defective product. Aside from that experience, it’s a great store with awesome staff.

I showed up 10 minutes after opening, and there was a be back in 10 minutes sign on the door. When they came back, they were very helpful. I didnt expect such efficiency from communists.

Dani was very helpful with finding us a new tank. She was honest and kind and gave us a lot of information to help us make the right decision. In the end we got a Valyrian 3 which is great! Thank you Dani! 😉

I have been coming to Red Star for over a year and I am SO glad I started. They always have great flavors, better than anywhere else. I have tried 4 other places. Now that they opened up closer to me, I am a very happy customer! Dani and the rest of the team are awesome and always so upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable.

Always use my local store and always have a great experience. Had a machine issue, but Caleb, Danny and Tom all sorted everything out and very happy with how friendly they were and them caring to sort the issue out completely.

I have been going to Red Star vapor for a few years now your store on kolb and speedway is phenomenal great service great people. However the store on 22nd and Harrison they are awesome! I had three accounts with multiple points and Danny spent quite a few minutes figuring out how to combine everything so I wouldnt lose any points, she also searched for any other accounts with my last name or my first name or my wifes first name to confirm if they were mine or not she made sure I confirmed it with information so she wasnt taking other peoples points. The whole experience was phenomenal! She knew how much things were going to cost off the top of her head including tax and she was correct down to the penny, and she got everything done in a quick professional time frame. Danny was remarkable the other gentleman in the store was amazing as well, he took care of any of the other individuals that walked into the store with professionalism and confidence. Overall it was a excellent experience with professional competent people I give it two thumbs up 100%

Last visit is just affirming more and more that this is my favorite vape shop in town. Informative kind and friendly Staff that has been helping me navigate the wider world of vaping That would have been borderline sorcery to me otherwise.Shout out to Caleb specifically for helping me figure out what kind of tank I was using And making some recommendations About coils and tanks going forward.This location specifically Has been noticeably more kind and understanding with my relative ignorance, And genuinely It feels like the staff just want to make sure you leave happy.

Caleb has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person in sales and customer service I have ever come in contact with , not only did he find my new flavor for a disposable device, but also gave me great advice with pack of coils for my new free Max device all while he was helping others in the store…I have always had great service in every Red Star I have stepped foot into, but he went above and beyond, give this man a raise! This is now my preferred store , and now the only place I will spend my money on vape products! Thanks for putting such a great store together! Your life long customer-

Great shop, excellent staff, and wonderful product. My only suggestion would be separating nicotine strengths. Keep 0s with 0s, 3s with 3s, etc and you get a 3mg until you reach to the end of the row of all the 0mg flavors. That way when you dont accidentally get a 12mg instead of a 6mg and end up on the floor laying next to your dog with the world spinning waiting for the nausea to pass. Hahahahaha.

Best place for ecig supplies. Great prices, great products, rewards system and amazing customer service. I went through 3 smok alien mods from freedom and as much as I like the alien mod, the people at freedom just kept talking up more expensive products. I love the honest opinions from the staff at red star. The variety of juice they have at red star is great too. My personal favorite is sweet water.
