I absolutely love this location! It not only has a variety of products but it has the friendliest staff. My favorite is Sunnai. I come there weekly and she is always so nice and helpful. Her personality is great for customer service. I wish everyone was as knowledgeable and helpful as she! I will continue to come to this location!

This place has given me the best products for the best price for a long time. I’m getting the best customer service possible especially with when helped by Sunnai a superb employee at Red Star. Super chill staff, lovely interior design and great prices. How can you beat that?

Ive been coming here for over a year. Its one of my favorite places for mods and juice. Could never find one to stick with till coming here, Swamp monster is definitely the best.Went in tonight with a mod that was giving me problems and Danny helped me and gave me some good advice and help with it. Yet again making me love coming here

7/8/24 I bought a couple wicks from here a couple weeks ago. I replaced my wick with the last one yesterday morning and less than 24 hours later it was burnt. I called them this afternoon and told them what happened and the girl told me to come down because they would need my credit card to look up the account. She told me on the phone that they would probably just replace it. So I drove down there to buy another bottle of juice and to get the wick replaced. It took me 2 hours before I was able to get down there and when I walked in the girl behind the counter greeted us and asked how she could help. She had long black or very dark brown hair.I told her that I was the one that had called and said that they were probably going to be able to replace the wick because it burnt so quickly. Her response to me was I didnt speak to you do you know who you talked to? I told her I did not get her name. The girl stated she was the only one that had been there and she did not take a call from me. I went to look at the time I had called and asked her what the number was so I could verify I called the right store. The girl then stated that she didnt know the number. So I said to her, you dont know the phone number of the store you work at? She said no...WOW!!!She once again stated that she was not the one that I spoke to on the phone once my son looked up the store number to verify I had called the right location. She then left us in the store and walked to the back room. How disrespectful can you be? I am sure there are a lot of customer service oriented people that would love to have her job!! I bought my juice and wick at OPV instead. I wish I could give this store negative stars but sadly it wont let me. I have referred so many people to this company but that will not happen again. I will refer them to someone else. Sadly by the time I left I didnt get the girls name but I think it might have been Brooke. All I wanted to do was get out of there!

I love you guys! They have helped me so many times with vape stuff. There were times I came in with a bad mod I just bought and unlike other places they take time, look at it, and even replaced it. Other places would of just told me sol. I literally buy EVERYTHING from them and jvapes. Even when it means going out of the way to get to them. True customer service. I cannot thank 5 star enough. I am in between jobs and have had such bad luck and their team always takes care of me at every location. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I switched to this smokeshop bc it’s closer than my usual. I been here several times for disposables and when they work they’re great! But the past three times I’ve been and I usually buy 4 at a time (one usually last me a week and a half so I buy monthly so can’t return them), my vapes stop working on me after a day or two and they show a charge and liquid. If I charge it, it will show the battery life at full and when I go to smoke it, it immediately blinks 0 charge after being on the charger all night but the liquid is still full. I’ve tried several chargers and outlets and they still don’t work. So far I’ve had this issue solely with the geek bar pulses and the lost Mary turbos. Might have to switch smoke shops or maybe try something new.

The employees are always super helpful and nice. Always a good place to go as they have a good variety of devices and juices to pick from.

Every time I go in to this particular shop, theres always someone whos very helpful, patient(big plus because Im pretty sure I irritate them when I walk in,not knowing what flavor I want), knowledgeable about their product, and very helpful. And its so cool that they dont hesitate to joke around, when appropriate, with the customers! To me its important when a business makes customers feel more than welcome.Matter of fact, I just went into this Red Star Vapor (Kolb and Speedway). This evening, there were two gentlemen behind the counter; Danny and Russell. Obviously, they had no idea what kind of messed up situations Ive been dealing with as of late. I mean, depressing and stressful last couple of months. Basically I had been driving all day, running errands and the vape shop was my last stop. Hopefully they could not tell, but I had been crying for at least an hour before I got there. And even though I could only afford a small bottle of e juice, I left there smiling. And I would definitely say, good customer service aside, it was simply because these two individuals made me laugh. I cant even remember what we laughed about 😏. It doesnt matter anyway. They were just doing what they do. And it made my day a bit better. So thanks Guys!!

Been going here for about a year now. Tried different places but kept coming back to this because the staff is great and they don’t have crazy prices like other places. Every time I go in there I leave satisfied they know their stuff and always recommend great juice never been disappointed with the choices they suggest for juice.

My girlfriend went there and told me she really likes it. I went there to buy my first non disposable vape. I wanted something that didn’t leak and the guy knew exactly which one wouldn’t leak. They’ve never tried to sell me something I don’t need or want. The true test for me was today. I bought a juice (gummy ice) and it taste like cologne to me🤮 just like the chrome lost Mary. I hate them! I thought I was SOL and gonna be stuck with this disgusting juice. I called because I figured I should at least try since I’m not made of money 😏 to my SUPER pleasant surprise, they’re willing to exchange it for me! Needless to say, forget all the other smoke shops! 🫶🏽

Awesome customer service here!! Friendly atmosphere. I went in looking for a new flavor, Marcos recommended the Hyde pina colada, loved it. Went back in a second time about a month later, Marcos helped me a second time and he remembered what my favorite flavor was and recommended a mango flavor that was bomb.com. I was impressed he remembered that little detail. He’s a great asset to this place. 10/10

Great place and awesome staff. They definitely know their products. I like dessert, cream, pastry type juices and a lot of their products seem more fruit based. But the staff has pointed me to several juices that they thought would be to my liking and they havent been wrong once.

Aside from their substantial amount of devices available, ranging from those for a newbie, to devices on the more high-end, complex side, they have an enormous selection of vape juice flavors. They have almost every flavor imaginable to appeal to any juicers taste! (Although, Im still anxiously waiting for an Orange Julius flavor to appear! A girl can dream...sigh!) If youre unsure about what flavor profile youre into, this locations staff is stellar and ready to take the time needed to assist you with recommendations to help you find your new favorite flavor!! Zach, the gloriously bearded, ginger giant, is my absolute fav and has never steered me wrong on a suggested flavor! Check them out! ✌️

I love their selection at this location and that they carry the elusive and highly sought after Sadboy Shamrock Cookie. They are 32% more expensive than my previous vape shop for this product, but at least they consistently stock what Im looking for. And at this location they are friendly and dont act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money while gracing you with their presence. Customer service is key.

Amazing customer service and juice variety. Came in today with a tank/coil issue and the associate and manager were awesome. Troubleshot the issue and gave advise on better coils to buy. Such a positive experience! I went in because of all the great reviews I read. To be honest, I avoid going into stores like the plaque. You know you work with people all day all...so having to go in somewhere and ask questions and learn about something new.. At first, a gentleman, (feel horrible, I forget his name) he was from a different store and had only been at this location for a day or 2. Super friendly and accommodating!! He turned the music down so we could hear each other! Super *** cool!!! Then Kaitlyn wallked up and introduced herself! I told her I went in because I had read so many rave reviews and her name was mentioned in many. I had the pleasure of meeting her in person!! I walked out so much more knowledgable and comfortable in knowing I can go back and just ask without hesitation. Their customer service is exceptional! Thank you guys so much for your help today!! Spent $90 here on something the worker said would be best for me. She was wrong. Wont let me return or exchange anything because its not defective. If anyone wants a brand new mod, juice and coils let me know because its useless to me.

Came to this location because I was having issues with my coil and vape.haf awesome help from Zach and marissa.they took the time to look at my cape and coil to see what the actual issue was. They fixed my vape and everything is workin perfectly. Very good customer service.would definitely recommend coming here for your vape needs. Marissa is on point with her sales as well.ended up buying a new octo for my cart.

I won’t go to any other Vape shop in Tucson! Marcos, Zack and every other team member are always so helpful and friendly! This location isn’t on my side of town so I’ve tried a couple different shops and none of them compare to Red Star. They are kind, knowledgeable and quick to be of any help they can. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Im super late to the review. But, about 2 weeks ago i come in and the whole staff is welcoming. They figure out the problem with my mod in 5 mins and recommend me some nee juices. Also couldnt have asked for any better service than that, red star is filled with awesome chill people who truly want to help. Id recommend them to anyone any day of the week. Lets see if they take my offering of pizza this time. Im really bad with names but the gentleman who i talked too after they fixed i will be coming back to get the juice you recommended me.

This place lost a customer today. I have gone in on multiple occasions and the ladies there have helped me and been very nice. I recently went in and asked for help with a coil and some juice selections. I was treated very poor by one of the staff and then he began to ask what girl has helped me as if I had just gotten someone in trouble for saying they helped me. I’m sure there are plenty of places in Tucson I can go and get the help and courtesy that people deserve. One bad apple tho all it takes

She is so so so helpful and knowledgeable.I love it!!! She definitely goes over and beyond for the customers and her friendly personality is contagious. I recommend everyone to shop there.

A local smoke shop recommend this place to me.I have never been to a more professional shop. Its clean and the staff are alert, attentive, and always willing to help. The selection of devices and juices seems endless. But generally speaking, Im in and out within 2 minutes thanks to the solid folks who work here.

I typically go to a different shop, but I finally checked out Red Star and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Shakana was so sweet and helpful! She was patient and helped me pick out juice she thought Id like. And I loved both juices I went home with, by far the best juice Ive used in my mod. Went in to look around and came out with a tank that runs 160 watts. I bought my mod because it went to 200 watt and no local shops back home had tanks over 80 watt. Could not be happier with the excellent service and product selection. Thank you Marcos. Ill be a return customer for sure.

Im very happy!!!Spent over 100.00 and the guy behind the counter was talking to other people in the store (I think they were friends)instead of focusing on our purchase and paying attention to our questions. Not a good experience. The only reason 2 stars instead of 1 is because the juice has a good flavor.

I never leave reviews but I felt they deserved one with the quality of service I received today. After talking with both employees and making a selection based on their recommendations, my anxiety that started as soon as I walked in was much better. I never felt pressured or judged. They listened to why I was looking at CBD oil (PTSD, Anxiety, and Insomnia) and helped inform me on different CBD products. These guys are always helpful, even when I come in not knowing what I want, they are always willing to help me find what I want/need. Theyre very knowledgeable so if you have any questions they can always help. Ive been vaping for 6 years and every now and then there will be something I dont know and they never fail to know exactly what I need help with.

So Im from out of town, Cincinnati specifically, and I stumble upon this red star Vapor Shop. My mod is in bad shape and my tanks were broken coils were burnt and my whole setup was pretty much filthy. When I walked in the store Shannon greeted me with excellent customer service followed by Caitlin with a beautiful smile. These Pro Vapors are totally awesome were extremely helpful and definitely went the extra mile. They cleaned my setup, helped me fix my tanks, and I have been vaping for nearly 10 years the knowledge and customer service that was exuded was extremely memorable and I will be coming back to this shop from now on. Visiting from Canada and my vape started leaking from the plane.Decided to try this place out and although they didn’t carry my Canadian brand I was using, the man there was very helpful and there was a lot of selection. Definitely will come back every time I visit!
