The Vape Zone Smokeless

I feel like they try to get me out the door so fast, multiple times Ive gone in and asked for something and walked out with the wrong item. Most recently I asked for a salt nic juice. I did not get that and now my coil is burnt way faster than usual. I want to be able to trust the person selling to me.

I got helped by Zaine. He was great and guided me through the whole process. I had a very specific request for e-liquid but wasnt really able to articulate it and yet he helped make exactly what I was looking for and even wrote down what it was so I can order it again next time. Will definitely be coming back soon.

The manager is crooked 2 faced person. When it was time for the monthly drawing, she did not pick she went through them and hand picked the winner. All they care about is the money. The Valyran 3 vape has a problem with atomizer and they dont tell customers cz they want the sale. The owners are just as bad. Freedom of speech guys....

I’ve been loyal to The Vape Zone for years now. Love the staff! They know when I call, they know what I like, even when I say “Surprise me!” I’m not disappointed. Professional, polite, courteous, easy going, not enough words to describe. Owner is super awesome! Love his story and business model. Rewards program is the best! Juice is better in my opinion than any other in town, I’ve gotten all my mods here and equipment as they are high quality! Thank you guys for being so awesome.

Always great customer service Mike Alyssa and Steven are very knowledgeable about their products and their service to their customers is top priority. They also stay up to date with latest mods and tanks and make their style of juices with the best liquid products available. Knowledgeable and competent staff ,great service, great juice and competitive but fair pricing(they dont price gouge like many other shops in town) . Ive been a customer of kyles since he opened the first shop on golf links and Harrison back when it was just him running it everyday. Im always happy when I leave and im happy to continue to give yall my money.

Everyone here is super down to earth and very helpful with all my vape needs and questions! I love having Laith ,Lanissa and John Michael help me any time I need help they are very knowledgeable! I will HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE!! They are super nice and have the best customer service in town!

All the freedom smoke stores were closed and not answering their phones, which is the reason I went to Vape Zone Smokeless. I was very pleased with my experience and their prices. I would also like to extend a thank you to the employee that was patient with me while I picked out my flavors of juice.

Im not going to lie, its good juice. Staff helped out in many ways. I asked for something specific they had it in mind and it was amazing experience this is my shop for now on.

I have been here once. I live out of state and I dont even vape. The staff is amazingly friendly and extremely helpful and happy to answer questions for complete noobs. I am planning to go back and get a vape set up just because of how amazing my experience was. Also they are happy to do costome belnds of vape juice and happy to go over everything !!

Fantastic 1on1 experience with recommendations. They mix the juice there too so the flavor you want is always at the correct mg. Also.... They have a couch there that is wicked fluffy like a marshmallow 😂

I live the juice and the hardware at the vape zone the only reason I wont rate it 5 stars is because their rewards program is basically a joke compared to freedom smoke USA. If they would adopt a similar rewards program I would rate it 5 plus
