I purchased a Groupon for Phyllynna Christinnas Salon And Spa back in October. I was not able to schedule an appointment until the end of November because she was so booked. The day of my appointment she sent a text saying that she was sick and would need to cancel the massage. She told me she would be in touch to reschedule. Its been two weeks and I have not heard back from Phyllynna. I cannot get her to answer the phone or respond to texts. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and complete disregard for service. Phyllynna came highly recommended so I was looking forward to this massage, but I will be contacting Groupon about a refund. My advice: Spend your money elsewhere.

I had never had a professional massage before, I went in feeling super tight and stressed out, and honestly a little apprehensive. She made knots go away that I didnt even know were there and places that I didnt even know hurt I gained so much relief. I left feeling very relaxed and happy and like a weight had been lifted. I highly recommend Phyllynna and will be back soon!!

Had purchased 3 massages thru groupon. First massage was very good. Really liked Phyllynna however was very disappointed she would never call or text me back to schedule the 2nd and 3rd massage. After leaving 2 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks you couldnt leave a msg because it said her voicemail was filled up.While she had a website for booking an appointment I couldnt use the site because it was so far booked out it would have made my remaining 2 groupons expired time I could get in, so I needed to talk to her to make sure it would be ok to schedule them after they expired or call me of someone cancelled their appointment or if she had a no show then she could squeeze me in.Never got a response back from her and had to reach out to groupon to get a refund.

My first experience at Phyllynnas Salon & Spa was very unsatisfactory. I arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment there was no attendees at the welcome desk to check me for my 1:15pm appointment. There’s a beauty salon across the hall from the shared space and there was a stylist finishing up on her client and singing with a little girl when she notice me waiting me to be attended to. She later asked if I was there to see Phyllynna. I replied, yes. She advised that Phyllynna is with a client and she’ll be out soon. I replied, thanks and took a seat. While waiting in the lobby, a women who appeared to be Phyllynna walkes out of the doors of the spa to the welcome desk and stood there for few minutes. Then the daughter of the of stylist asked the women who appeared to be Phyllyn, hey is she (she as in me) your client? The women ignored the little girl and stood by the welcome desk for a few more seconds then she walked back through the spa doors to check on her client. Mind you now, I was never greeted by the women at the welcome desk who wore cut out yoga pants and a stringy black tank top. She came back through the spa doors and stood by the welcome desk as her clients walked next to her and thanking her for the service then the client exited the building. The women at the welcome desk with the cutout yoga pants looked at me said okay you can come on back now. Which was surprising to me because she didn’t ask me for my name so I began to feel unwelcomed. She continued to direct me to the spa where the message table was and gave me instructions to prepare me for the One Hour Full Body Swedish Massage. Phyllynna was actually a very skilled massage therapist. However I was dissatisfied because she didn’t massage above my calf area from my bra strap. She she only massage my shoulder area, neck,arms, fingers, toes, ankles, and knee cap down to my toes. All other areas was not touched. I’m not sure if she was tied but my hour message as finished 2:11. She left the room I change back into my dress and meet her at the welcome desk. I stood there expecting a tap to at least tip her because I didn’t have cash. So I asked here is a check for her service she replied No! You was Groupon! I replied I was a what? She then said you used a Groupon so that’s it, that’s all you have to do. I was shock that she would refer to me as a Groupon so I asked her my final question which was where is the bathroom? . She pointed to the upper left of the hallway. OMG when I walked into the back it was frightening. There hair coloring open and expose next to cleaning chemical. I left immediately after taking these pictures because I refuse to be stay in a place of business of this caliber.

I purchased a 60 min massage on Groupon. They massage was great. She was very friendly. Her prices are very reasonable. Will definitely book another.

Phyllena is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is awesome!
