Ihloff Salon & Day Spa

This is hands down my favorite salon!! I’ve been coming here for years and Sheridan is my stylist who I’m forever loyal to and highly recommend her! Love the waiting area, Avalon products and complimentary drinks they offer. Prices are affordable for the service offered. Comfy hair washing chairs and overall wonderful experience everytime I visit. Definitely found a place I can trust with my hair ❤️

Called to see if they could take walk-ins for a perm for my grandma which they do not. I understood that. Thats fine. Strange thing though. I called beforehand and they said they would be to do a cut for her at least even though they were booked for other appointments. I called right when they opened today, too. This was my grandmas favorite place to get her hair done. Shes 91 and disabled. After we drove an hour so she could get her hair at least shampooed and styled since they could not do a perm, they completely dismissed her, even though I was told differently on the phone. She said shell never return to this place and she was so disappointed. It would have been my grandpas 95th birthday today and we were putting flowers on his grave. When youre so petty that you turn away a 91 year old woman, you deserve to go out of business.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank one of your staff members, Zack. I was introduced to him at your salon years ago and the rest is history!😉He is beyond talented! His work speaks for itself! He genuinely cares about his customers, you are not just another number to him. I can’t thank him enough for all the hours he has dedicated to me over the years! He is one of the best!

Very nice place to get all of the services needed to make you feel and look better. The ladies who did our pedicures were very polite and welcoming and were very gentle. The only negative thing I could say is that when you go with a friend, it’s better when they sit you next to each other so you can talk easier. It seems like were across the room with the conversation. I loved how our toes looked.

I cannot say this enough… I would highly recommend Terry Don to anyone. Terry’s a wonderful stylist with an infectious, funny, and caring personality that never fails to make my day better. Terry always does fantastic work and goes above and beyond to make me look my best. I look forward to each visit and enjoy how friendly the staff is when I come in. 10/10 worth it!

Great experience at Ihloff today with Mimi. My hair was super long and shaggy, aside from my multiple weird cowlicks, but she handled it fantastically and made me look amazing. I will be going back to see her again.

My hair appointment with Whitney was fantastic! It is always a great job on color and cut and admire her knowledge about every aspect of color and cut. It is also a great escape of someone taking care of me on the days I come in!

After avoiding haircuts for the pandemic, this visit was an indulgent necessity that felt like a spa day! Even just having my hair washed and conditioned was a treat. I really enjoyed my visit. Now to enjoy my new look!

Used to be a great place. Most of the good stylists have left. Last cutter was late, could not get me out fast enough, cut my hair dry even though I said no, ruin my cut and I ended up with ends that flip up and are a mess instead a smooth style I can round brush and blow dry.

My mom and I both have been going to see Jesslyn for our massages for YEARS! We are so grateful for her - She’s the absolute best!!

I used to work here before I was 20 doing inventory! My aunt is an elite stylist and has been there over 20 years! They are on point with hair and makeup and body stuff... I met Dana Plato here before she died! Crazy!

Worst cut ever! I showed her a video of the haircut which is simple to do and she butcherd my hair. She is a master stylist also. And she kept saying she has never done a haircut like this (which is a simple spiked looked) I told her to not cut shorter than 2 1/2 inches and she literally left me with 1/2 inch hair in back, if that much....I am sick its not even a style . She didnt charge me because she knew she messed up but I have to live with it now

I come in from Skiatook Lake just to see Terry Thomas who does an excellent job with cut, color and style. I have been coming to see Terey for five years and he is the best.

Cory is EXCELLENT at coloring and cutting. My hair was a mess and he did miracles on it . So impressed and happy..

My regular hair stylist is Rhiannon- have gone to her for years and she is awesome. I recently had a 4 PM appointment on a Friday with another stylist for a blowout. I had a big event that evening. They called and canceled at 3:42 PM as I was driving to the salon. The stylist I was to see was 30-35 minutes behind and refused to see me. No one else was available. Not one of their finest moments.

I had an amazing experience at Ihloff Salon in Utica Square. Master Stylist Corey did a color correction on my hair and it turned out fabulous! Corey put me at ease immediately with his confidence, professionalism and warm personality! The receptionists were incredibly friendly! As soon as I walked in I received a beverage and given a friendly welcome. My hair turned out beautifully! Corey did a miracle! I went in for a full spa day.I started with a massage, then a facial, then a pedicure, then a haircut and style; everyone was very professional, engaging, and excellent in listening and carrying out exactly what I wanted. I also had a very lovely salad With grilled chicken between my facial and my pedicure.If you ever want to be treated like royalty and come out feeling and looking fantastic… This is the place.

Incredible massage by Giovanni. Having not been to this location in over a decade (and not having been to any spa since pre-Covid) I was really nervous and embarrassed to even walk through the doors. Staff was friendly and kind although they did (after confirming that I hadn’t been there) assume that I knew where the spa was. (I did not, because how would I?) I anxiously followed roughly 6 feet behind one of the girls from the front as she walked me through the salon down to the back and into the basement where the spa was. I would love to get another massage with Giovanni but there was a dog that kept barking during my 80 minute massage. Which of course kind of kills the silent relaxation so it ended up being an open discussion massage. We pivoted and it was great. But the dog yapping through my massage was less than relaxing to say the least. And what I NEEDED was to actually decompress however I was not able to do so, even with the massage therapist noticing me tensing/locking my legs and arms as we spoke multiple throughout the service.The massage was great. Giovanni is talented and kind.Spa was not relaxing at all. If you’re an anxious person I would probably recommend somewhere that doesn’t require walking through the entire salon to get to the quiet area. It’s jolting.

Sheridan is the most gifted hair stylist I have ever met. Shes an excellent communicater and has an amazing ability to understand what I need. She knows her products and explains how I should apply the products. Over all Sheridan is amazing.

As a HS teacher I am thankful they still offer the discounted Wednesday haircut! I have loved every haircut I have gotten by a protégé 1. I especially had fun on my last visit with AK, Jewel and Dicey. It was my first time with Dicey but when we walked to her chair they were all there and said, “hi Jeannie”. Such sweet girls to remember me. My hair was in bad shape as I let a friend thin it out for me and they had no idea what they were doing; Dicey did such an excellent job blending and making my hair look and feel so much better. Thank you Ihloffe for yet another happy experience!

My first time visiting the salon and my experience couldnt have been better! I was greeted promptly upon entering and was attended to immediately. I was offered something to drink while I waited, which was less than 30 seconds for my stylist.Brittney got me in her chair and thoroughly went through what I was looking for. She assessed my hair and made sure she knew what she was working with before starting the service. She asked what my wants were and what my concerns were.Overall my experience was great, my haircut is beautiful and I will definitely be back.

Wow, just wow! I have been here before and gave a great review. I am still impressed with the staff and services here. My mom and I got 80 minute massages. Giovanni and Carrie were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend getting your relax on with any of the amazing massage team. We also got pedicures and the girls were so great. They were engaging and attentive. This place has always exceeded my expectations!

Highly don’t recommend Jackie she was supposed to do a balayage on me & she completely destroyed my hair my roots are bleach blonde I have silver going to the top of my head they wanted $250 for this when it was something I could of done at home I’m so disappointed & dissatisfied I will never recommend this place again. I wish my hair was just how it was before she touched it. So much for feeling good.

I just saw Savonne for a cut and style. It is hands down the best haircut I have ever had. She even took the time to explain to me exactly how to replicate the styling process at home without having by a ton of products. She has a great personality and I couldnt recommend her more!

I accidently missed their phone call letting me know my stylist was unavailable so when I showed up it was a big shock. Imani saved the day, and all the staff were so nice and took care of me! Dicie did my hair for the first time yesterday and I can’t recommend them enough. My hair turned out perfect and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it already. Dicie was really sweet and fun to talk to so the whole experience so relaxing!

I had a facial and Brazilian with Samantha and I will definitely be back! My first time at Ihloff, and I’m a customer for life! I was immediately greeted and given a 1st time gift! 🎁I was taken to a relaxing spa area where I was quickly checked in and taken to the changing room. As soon as I left the changing area, I was taken straight into my room. Sam made me feel comfortable and relaxed as she got started. I felt incredible the whole time. The product smelt great and my facial was a stress relief! As soon as we finished, I was given my supplies for the Brazilian and Sam got started! I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She kept me laughing and talked through it and I didn’t feel a thing! I had an amazing experience and still feel great! ☺️

My mom came into the salon today and she had a wonderful time she got the help she needed and all the staff was professional and well managed will be returning

Such a great first experience at Ihloff Utica Square today! I was greeted and offered something to drink (water infused with watermelon and mint- YUM!) and then one of the assistants took me back for a consultation with Becky. She did a great job listening to what I was wanting and then the assistant (Liz) took me back for shampoo and a wonderful scalp and neck massage! The appointment went so quickly due to ease of conversation with Becky and I loved the way she cut and styled my hair. I will be back!!

Got a massage with Cari, I highly highly recommend her! She is very skilled and I can tell by her technique. Ive had several injuries and I left there feeling loose and relaxed!Ihloff is taking covid precautions by requiring you to wear a mask and limiting how many people can come in at a time.I had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back to see Cari!

Lovely location and shop. Deandra was wonderful, so friendly, welcoming and had great knowledge to share about my hair. I received the best scalp massage with Aveda oils and shampoo. I paid extra for a master cut because it’s been since May that I was in a salon last.I will make this my salon for future visits.

Every time Ive gone to the Ihloff its been a pleasant and wonderful experience. Each staff member has always been kind, attentive, and had a smile, which made me feel warm and welcomed. I havent been disappointed in my massages, manicures or pedicures and theyve tried to make sure my appointments are scheduled close enough together that I dont have a long wait in between them.

I have been getting my hair cut here for YEARS now by Kelly, the hair whisperer. She is wonderful and I would recommended her to anyone.I would also recommend the entire salon and spa. While yes, Im a regular hair customer, I occasionally get a spa treatment or a pedicure. The atmosphere is always welcoming. They also go that extra step - whether it is a class of tea or steam shower after a massage. By the way - I highly recommend the steam shower!! It is a just a nice place to have a spa treatment - relaxing, calming, welcoming. I recommend Ihloff to anyone.

When the lady that was cutting my hair moved on to be a paralegal I started my search for a new salon. In the past I have always had problems finding places/people to cut my hair that did not leave it looking like it had been thru a wood chipper (it is baby fine). After several horrible haircuts I had a friend recommended Ihloff so I called for an appointment. Upon arrival I was very impressed with the covid-19 precautions that the salon has in place; I was shocked! Since the start of the virus few salons in the Tulsa area had any protocols in place. After getting checked in I was greeted by Matthew and we discussed how I wanted my haircut and whats products I was currently using. After it was cut I asked him him what products I should use in it and how to use them.... And guess what he did! He even explained why the steps he took were important. I had asked probably 30 to 40 people over past years of the same question and I got nothing more than a high pressure sales pitch. After he got my hair styled he let me know in a nice way what I had been doing wrong with my old products (I was guilty of over using stuff in my hair). I guess I cannot brag enough on this place and Matthew. I have had my haircut at places that ran from Great Clips to high end places in Beverly Hills and have never been so impressed. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been coming here for a little while now. Every time I go it is nothing but an incredible experience. I see Dicie and she is the only one I will let do my hair. I had a bad experience at a different salon many years ago and I was nervous to let anyone touch my hair again. Dicie was patient with me and has always done more than I have ever imagined could be done with my hair.

Michelle is the BEST Esthetician hands down!She’s also very knowledgeable about the products and how to take care of your skin.I used to be terrified of letting people wax me.But with her gentle care she made it fun and comfortable. I will be back to see Michelle. She is awesome!

I had made an appointment Wednesday for a shellac manicure and specifically made this appointment so i could meet a friend there at the same time. The lady who booked my appointment for a shellac manicure set the time and date and said that was fine. I show up and they had booked me with someone who does not do shellac, only regular polish. Therefore, I had to reschedule for the next day, missing the time with my friend, to be booked with someone who does shellac. They also said because of the booking mistake they would take 20% off the price. I show up the next day and they are running 30min behind schedule and the woman cant do the shellac that I want, which is only making 1 nail different, because shes running behind. So again, I the paying customer, had to sacrifice what I wanted, TWICE, because of their like of punctuality and professionalism. And the overall quality of the shellac was subpar. You will have a much better experience at any other nail salon in town and I will not return to Ihloff for a manicure in the future....Oh and they forgot to make my new appointment 20% off like they had promised the day before. For a salon that attempts to be high end their customer service and quality is severely lacking.

Gloria’s facials are AMAZING. One thing I always used to enjoy was getting facials on vacation because I couldn’t ever find someone at home in Tulsa that I like. Scratch that after recently finding Gloria (I’ve visited her 3x now and schedule monthly)... she gives the best facials of anyone I’ve ever visited, so now I only get them at home rather than on vacation. She’s kind, thorough, professional, and, best of all, has such gentle, zen-inducing movements... I leave rested, relaxed and rejuvenated, and with better skin! Total win!

I was a loyal customer for over 13 years! Bought many customers and spend some kind of money for my self, friends and family. (Gifts) Well!! They make you book your next appointment for a chance of “WIN” free services. NEVER WON ANYTHING IN 13 YEARS LOL 😂.Last week I totally forgot to cancel the appointment made one month ago, called one day before but I called after 5:00 pm so, they were closed so I left a message. Next morning I got a voicemail saying that was fine they canceled my appointment, but some lady called me around 11:00 am “24 hours cancelation noticed required” and I had to pay $165.00 in order to been able to go back to the salon. Which I will Not pay, I was aware of the cancelation policy however the front desk lady that call me was so rude saying that “management said that I didn’t cancelled with in 24 hours in advance “ “ are you paying or not?” “She said” why?? they forced us toMake an appointment to win nothing. Well bye bye No, no paying to bring you more customers.

I love Ihloff! They have amazing products. Maegan does the most amazing facials. It is so relaxing.

I like Ihloff and every stylist Ive had there. Sometimes they (usually the people who check you in/out) can be pushy about products, but not today! Also, I had an old coupon from the first time I had ever been, but it had no expiration date, and though the lady checking me out was surprised, they still gave me the discount! Staff is always friendly & always great service, just wish they didnt push the products so much.

Always a positive experience! Took granddaughter for hi- lights. She was thrilled with results.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at Ihloff. I love my hairdresser Al. She does a great job and shes so much fun to talk to. Before my 50th high school reunion they made me pretty - great hair style and even did my make up. I will admit I was concerned that this place would be too elitist for my liking. Absolutely not. I feel very comfortable and very much at home here.

Aveda products are fantastic and I ease my mind knowing that is all Ihloff uses. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Ive never had a poor experience from booking an appointment, to dying my hair and checking out. All staff seem to truly care about who walks through the door. There is no other salon to go in Tulsa.

Sheridan is the best! she is so great at working with you through your cut to make sure you’re getting what you want. sheridan cuts the best shags and i always leave so happy with her work! 10/10

Seth has cut and colored my hair several times. I couldnt be happier. He takes his time and always does a great job. Hes very kind and thoughtful. I have had other stylist but he is by far my favorite.

Got a recommendation from a coworker and decided to give it a shot. Overall, I was pretty unsatisfied with my experience here. The lady who cut my hair seemed angry the entire time, and didnt really listen to my requests before she started cutting. I also wasnt aware that there were salons that dont use clippers. ever., according to her. My resulting haircut was OK at best, definitely have had better (and cheaper) haircuts elsewhere.I know there are people that are regulars here and like it, but it isnt for me. Definitely make sure you get recommendations on specific stylists if you want to try it out.

My hairstylist Mimi gets 5 stars! She is a great listener and excellent in explaining what is possible with your hair needs, wants and desires. Ask for Mimi! I am a repeat customer and also love salon, the products and the location. Also for spa treatments, quality and tranquility, great for gifts too!

Unless you are prepared to spend a great deal of money on salon services then Ihloff may not be for you. Much like other reviewers have said, the prices they advertise and quote are half of what you will actually pay. The price I was quoted for my balayage and cut on the phone was just under 200 total. I left the salon today paying $312!!!!!! I WAS SHOCKED. They nickel and dime you for everything. They charged me for the toner!?? That has always been included everywhere else Ive gone! The stylist I had was very thorough and talented- really liked her! However, Im sorry to say the experience was just not worth several hundred dollars.

I just had an appointment with Deanna and it walked out with split ends and my scalp hurts from over brushing. She said she has done this for 9 years but it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I feel so disappointed and couldn’t wait to walk out of the salon. I voiced my complaints but nothing happened.

I moved away from Tulsa three years ago. I was a loyal client of Al’s for a few years. I haven’t had a good hair cut since moving away. So much so that while visiting family in Tulsa over this Christmas, I was able to get a haircut from Al. That is the quality of service Al and Inloff provides. Thank you.

I always go to ihloff just to give it another chance, to just see they might do something different this time. I went in to get my hair tonned for fall. Did a consultation before hand to explain to the stylist that i was looking to brighten the ends but to get an overall darker shade for winters. But i was shocked when after almost 3 hours i was leaving with a complete set of blond hair. I did tell them Ill call back and i am not happy with the results. My hair is completely damaged and unevenly colored with different shades of blondes to orange and ash.I was told foils are usually $100 for face framing highlights and thats what i was needing done. I was handed a bill for almost twice the price. My hair stylist washed my hair in a way that my clothes were soaked and she forgot to dry it afterwards. She also said at the consultation that my blowdry is included but when I asked for it she handed me off to a girl whod been there only 3 days and didnt even know how to do it. The other stylist even asked her if I was her model who offered to let her learn on me (turned out she was an intern). She even reused the same brush she dropped on floor. For the place and name you would expect a higher than average customer care. Maybe a good salon for haircut but their color professionals needs to go and learn it all over again. Sadly I will go back and get them darker but its probably damaged to a point of no return.Update*I went back to the location ans explained the issue. They offered to fix it but recommended a upgrade which I thought she was offering as a courtesy to fix my damaged hair. I upgraded to their top stylist level. She made them darker still no blowdry and in the end i was charged for the difference of stylist level. I have no words to explain this place. Save yourself and find some better place.

I had a facial yesterday with Chris, and hair cut and color with Lauren Michelle. My facial was the most relaxing experience of my life! Chris was amazing!! Laren Michelle listened to exactly what i wanted with my hair and told me what the best way of achieving it would be my hair looks great! My skin looks great and i am soo relaxed! I cant wait to go back!

Morgan at the Utica Square location did my haircolor and trim and did a fantastic job. I have been hopping stylists trying to find someone I was comfortable with and she did fantastic.

I usually have good trims here but this time it was a lot for my taste. I just wanted the dead ends off. Its not like I want a crazy complicated hair cut. I didnt even get layers. I understand its always more than the customers wants but if she would have let me known how short it was actually going to to be I wouldnt have continued. The products that were used on my hair made it hard, stinky and rough. I left there like a wet dog. My back was wet by the time I got home. I had dry my hair off myself. I couldnt even look myself in the mirror because I am not used to short hair. Hours later I am trying to style it and I find two longer pieces of hair, one right on the front and the other on the back. I just cut it off myself because I am so upset to go back to the salon. I have been coming here for awhile to literally just get trims but Im not going to pay $65 for this again. The picture below is just how much I cut from the front that was extra.

I had an amazing experience with Corey at Ihoff yesterday. He gave me gorgeous highlights that everyone loves! He is professional and treats you like a queen. Also during this crazy COVID time; Ihloff is serious about sanitation, I felt so safe there.

My mom treated me to a cut and style @ her fav Salon in her hometown of Tulsa! , I am a longtime PHX resident and had my color done already , but got busy and couldn’t go back to my salon as they close by time I get off work , so she suggested Ihloff Utica and said anyone there can do a great job! I was assigned Zach who went above and beyond the call of duty ! He thinned out my thick mess of a head and made my hair look fabulous! The cut and style was fun and professional ! Money well spent ! Im sure its difficult to provide services right now with Covid, however its my opinion there ought to be at minimum a place to sit and wait, rather than stand in a small crowded retail space. I can also understand closing the dressing rooms, but the massage rooms are so small theres hardly room to take off your clothes and not much room to hang your clothes and put your purse etc. Im really disappointed in the lack of Spa Atmosphere. Massage was good. Also got my hair shampooed and styled. Still cant believe theres an extra charge for styling irons.

Upon the advice of my neighbor, who, by the way has a great haircut, I booked an appointment with her stylist who works at the Utica location. I wanted a shorter cut and one that looked exactly like my neighbors. I was very specific that I didnt want it too short on the top; I showed her a picture of what I DIDNT want. Let me tell you, I walked out of that salon $65 poorer and with a haircut I could have got at a Walmart salon for $15. Far shorter than I wanted. When I saw what she had done to my hair, I could not get out of that chair and that salon fast enough. Definitely a poseur. I will never go back.

Have been going to Kimberly/master stylist for 2 years. Friendly & professional. Always leave there extremely happy with cut & color. Aveda products are my favorite. Prices are consistent with any Aveda salon. Plan to return again & again!

I had Ann expert stylist. She gave me a cut. But after so many cuts I know when I see something I dont like. I had issues and called the SALON and they quickly putt me on her very tight schedule.She agreed that the cut could indeed fix the cut.S he spent a while, she spent along time going through trial and error. we finally settled on the cut.it turned OUT TO BE THE BEST CUT AND STYLE I HAVE EVER HAD. GREAT JOB K

I have been going to the ihloff salon since 1990. Marilyn cut my hair and she literally changed my hair and life. When she stopped cutting hair in the salon, I began seeing the lovely Kim Freeman. Kim is very professional and precise! I have lived in San Francisco for the past 15 years, and have paid over $500 for a cut and color. Not one stylist even came close to the expertly, detailed work of Kim.

My wifes experience at this salon was the worst in history of bad salon experiences. Randi, the stylist, did the worst color job Ive ever seen, it was three shades darker than it was supposed to be, the color was applied unevenly, no conditioner was used, the hair was like straw and was breaking. She called to talk to a manager, no one would call her back so she went there to complain. So Randi was supposed to put some face framing highlights in. Well she bleached the hair out, didnt use any toner, now the hair is yellowy-orange. This is the worst salon and stylist in all of Tulsa. Do not trust them.

My mom took me here on my birthday for a spa day, I got a body wrap, which was terrible because the lady talked to me the entire time. I got a hot stone massage which was much better but the masseur also talked the whole time, but much more soothing... Then my haircut... My stylist insulted me more than once, made me feel like a total loser (On my birthday, which he knew) persuaded me into cutting off 7 of hair by making constant derogatory remarks about how long it was. Then I asked him to curl it and he said he would have to charge me for another hour because my hair is so thick (said in an annoyed tone). I left there feeling completely shattered with a haircut I was not in the least bit fond of and styled completely different than I had envisioned to join the rest of my birthday party. Horrible experience.That being said, I gave it another shot a few months later (due to persuasion from a friend), I got a new hairstylist (I wish I could remember her name right now) and absolutely loved my haircut! She was totally nice, definitely not snobby like the guy I got before. I will only go there if I can have her style my hair, and I definitely dont recommend there spa services if youre looking to unwind.

I had an appointment to have a color/highlight this morning with KIM. I have to fly out for a wedding tonight. I received a call when I was in the parking lot waiting to go into my appointment..we don’t know of a potential problem earlier than minutes before the appointment?Very unprofessional, will never return.

I have always been impressed with the services that Ive received from Ihloff Salon & Day Spa! John Paul is a fantastic massage therapist. I leave relaxed and feeling fantastic!

My fiancee went to get her eye brows done by one of her best friends and when she put on some Aveda lotion she took her engagement ring off and kind of rushed out to have lunch with the girl who did her eye brows during both of their breaks. Her friend who works there had a half day and didnt end up going back to work. So, during that time someone either a client or someone who works there had stolen her ring from that room. Kind of upset that none of the clients of the person who used the room next to do a full body massage was called and upset that someone working there has taken an engagement ring from someone.I understand that Ihloff isnt liable for things that people leave but Im not satisfied with how it was handled. An engagement ring shouldnt have been stolen.

I have been there 3 times and each time I got a horrible hairstyle. I am not sure why long layers are so hard for them to do. All of the stylists graduated from Clary Sage which produces unskilled stylist. I cant believe that a salon thats considered high end does such horrible job.

300$ for “balayage” (really just highlights) and an INCREDIBLY uneven cut. They wouldn’t refund me so I had to go back and get it “fixed”, and it’s still uneven. They’re nice but they’re TERRIBLE with hair.

Do not come here to get a perm! So disappointed a waste of money snd staff was terribly rude when I was upset I would’ve been better going to the walmart hair salon!!!!!!! I always get a great consistent haircut! You will spend about $100 per haircut (tip included) but I think a good haircut is worth it.

Lindsay at Utica Square gave me more than a facial she spent extra time to address my acne and really knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her.

Dont waste your time or money!Cheap on keeping the place comfortable, and you cant secure your stuff because the lockers dont lock.

Ihloff is clean and friendly. The only draw back is that they are always behind. I typically wait 15-30 minutes for my hair stylist. Thats the only unprofessional part about the store.
