Just wow! I pulled up not knowing what to expect, I had googled “best deep tissue massage near me” and Body and Face Studio was one of the few that had 5 stars with 10+ reviews (how I tend to base my decision when trying something new.) I was immediately greeted by Jennifer, and what ensued after I laid down was perfection! I have gotten many deep tissue massages before but these previous massages didn’t even come close to the one I received today! I all but floated out of that room when she was finished. Jennifer addressed areas that I didn’t even realize were a problem. I am already planning my next, and a facial!

I have had a lot of massages, and Jennifer has an approach that really got into my muscles and relieved so much tension, knots (and pain). She advised me I would be sore the next day, and I was! Everything about this business including professionalism, cleanliness, quality, ease of booking and checkout etc. was perfect and seamless.But what made my 90 minute massage at Body & Face Studio exceptional is my therapist and the incredible work she did to relieve much of the stress and strain I’ve built up in my muscle tissues.I had forgotten to request deep tissue therapy when I booked the appt, but she was intuitive and quickly found the knots in my shoulders and other areas of my back and carefully used several methods including trigger point therapy, hot stones, stretching.She’s earned my trust and I hope to book a follow up appt soon.

I havent had a massage since pre covid but I continued to be active. My body sure let me know that I wasnt taking care of it as I was in so much discomfort with the tightness and aching in my legs that I was having difficulty sleeping through the night. Jennifer did a wonderful job of making me feel somewhat normal again. I should have booked the 90 minute session but settled for the 60 since it was my first time. I feel much better already and have booked another massage for next week so continue working the knots and tightness out of my body. Very professional, courteous and therapeutic.

Jennifer is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She wrote the book on deep tissue massage. Jennifer also uses a traditional Chinese healing method Gua Sha to remove stubborn painful nots in the neck and back. I had never experienced that form of traditional Chinese healing with deep tissure massage before going to Jenifer. She is the best!

I needed this massage so bad, and I normally go to Dallas to the same person. This place is absolutely amazing. I will return bi-weekly. Pricing is incredibly reasonable for an hour and thirty minutes and she tailors the massage to your specific needs. I appreciate the attention to detail. I feel so relieved.
