I have had numerous massages over the past few years but Mia and Wendy gave my sister and I the BEST massage we’ve ever had. We got to try out cupping therapy for the first time and it was phenomenal. We left feeling relaxed and happy. They completely superseded our expectations. From now on… I’ll only go here for massages.

Mia and Wenty were awesome! They take their time and they are super sweet. They want to know what you like in order to give you the best experience. I would definitely come back.

Just had my second massage at H1, and my second experience with cupping and VERY hot stones. If you like for your body to be wrung through the wringer (in a good way), and very thoroughly massaged (plus nicely complimented), give this place a try. There was a slight language barrier today, but we used an app and figured it out. Great experience!

This is the most thorough and deep full body massage you’re gonna get! Mia and Wendy did our 60 min full-body couples massage and, wow…we felt like we had new bodies after 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

This was my first couple massage experience. I would definitely recommend. We got cupping, hot stones, and well as a deep tissue massage. They were very professional and did a great job massaging my whole body. I feel so refreshed. We will definitely be going back!

The best massage I have ever received! My husband had never had a massage before so I wanted to treat him to a couples massage on his day off. I just looked up somewhere close by and there was a groupon so we decided to go for it — SO happy we did! Mia & Yoyo were our lovely masseuses — highly recommend them. Yoyo gave me the greatest massage I have ever had today. It was amazing and the cupping and hot stones were such a nice addition to the massage and it was not an extra charge. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my husband for a couples massage.

This place was an okay experience. I came for the special they want you to show them it online which was no problem. Front desk woman asked for payment first. Place definitely is outdated, it gives 2003. I did not care for the way the first rooms are set up they only have a curtain inbetween rooms so you can literally hear another persons massage 2 ft from you. (requests, convos, breathing, grunts, slaps etc.) Not relaxing at all. My masseuse was the older lady she was great and skilled with her hands but applied way too much pressure. Two days later my neck is now hurting and I have to ice. She created an issue I didnt have before. The workers are nice but too loud yelling each others names and my masseuse was actually answering business calls during my time. Also its weird they massage very close to the buttocks area a little happy ending ish, I didnt care for it since they did not ask for permission first. Also they accost you on your way out the door for a tip which I did not like. You get what you get for $60 bucks ish. I guess

This experience was so bad that I am writing my first review on Google because of it. I showed up to my massage on time to the address I was supposed to go to, The masseuse Wendy told me that they actually had to close that location for the day and asked if I would drive five minutes to their sister location and she would follow? Not a big problem, so I said I did not mind and drove there, upon getting out of my vehicle I can see that Wendy’s Car had a flat tire. By this point, Wendy is frustrated which in turn created a not relaxing atmosphere. Next, All of their massage rooms have doors, but no door knobs so the door knob hole is just there, which means anybody can see you getting undressed through the hole! Moving on, Wendy cut my massage time by 15 minutes! Tells me that next time I book she will add 15 more minutes! Tell me to get dressed Why she stays in the room and cleans the table! Like… 😳😳 And then at the very end, she asked for a TIP!!! 😭😭😭 I still tipped because that’s who I am and felt bad that she actually needs the money for a new tire now, but as a customer, I am pissed about my experience. I will never be a returning customer.

Yoyo gave a fantastic massage using the tuiana and walk on back technique. As a large man I require heavy pressure and Yoyo has the strength and techniques to give an excellent deep tissue massage. The addition of hot stones was amazing and I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Cant wait to return for another treatment.

I’ve had some lower back issues, and I have to be very vigilant with stretching after running, which I do frequently. But even with that, I find massage is an essential complement to exercise for me.H1 has incredibly talented masseuses who work out 100% of the knots 100% of the time. Whether it’s back, hip or legs, I completely trust the talented staff at H1 and would recommend them to family and friends without reservation. You will not be disappointed (Mia, you’re truly a Godsend)!

H1 spa is in a new location but it is not new to Tulsa. Yoyo has worked in Tulsa for almost 10 years, that I know of. She is very competent and skilled.If you require a deep tissue massage she is the one you should call. She uses knees, elbows, hands, or feet. I mention deep tissue because many massueses are not very strong or dont wish to work hard. She is a very hard worker and will work on you for a full hour. She is not one that stops in 45 or 50 min.H1 spa is honest and legitimate. Do not call or visit if you are looking for a SPECIAL massage. If you are looking for an honest Chinese massage then I recommend H1 Spa.

I will definitely be coming back.One note for those who may not be very familiar with massage: There were a few times I felt very exposed, compared to other massages I’ve had. I never felt uncomfortable or that things were inappropriate, but that may not have been the case if I were younger or if this was my first massage. I was always covered with a sheet, but with the nature of some of the movements, sometimes it would slip down or out of place.All that to say, I’m very pleased with my appointment, especially since they worked me in the same day I called.
