Upon entering Massage Envy, the front desk people are very friendly & helpful. My massage therapist is extraordinary! She has the bed set up perfectly the way I like it. She applies the perfect pressure. She will carry a conversation when I feel like talking & is quiet when I dont feel like talking. I always feel better after my massage. I would recommend this Massage Envy!

Bre’lyn was wonderful. She had a soft gentle touch. She had the right ambiance and the right products for my skin. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have had other facials at other places that were not. She has a welcoming manner and sets you at ease. So if this is your first time getting a facial, go with her. If you have been disappointed at other places, try her facial services!

Sharon is incredible! I am 4 months postpartum and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the room, make sure I was relaxed, but also worked on all my problem areas! I will always recommend Sharon! Nayana at the front desk is also always extremely helpful and informative! Love them!!

Having been attending Massage Envy with Sharon, for the last several months, I can honestly say that you won’t get a better massage & facial. It was amazing to go from my massage straight into my facial without having to switch rooms.. With the correct pressure, Sharon knows exactly the right areas to work on and I have never had a better hand and foot massage. I am continuously impressed by the professional and attentive care she provides each time I go. Needless to say I would highly recommend Sharon.

My membership dues went up without notice. I asked the manager to call me.......that never happened. I scheduled a massage for 8:00 am and at 7:50 they called to say that they had to push my massage back till 8:30. I arrive at 8:00 and they finally come to speak with me at 8:45 to tell me my therapist is on her way. I had initially scheduled a 90 min massage and now I was going to get a 35 min massage. I declined and asked to speak to the manager. This same manager who was supposed to call me about the rate increase, was at the Brookside location. I called her and her attitude was no different from the receptionists.Do yourself a favor and find another place to go!

I came in to this location a few days ago and my therapist and front desk were very nice. The only issue was the A/C was down and it was very hot in the waiting area and front desk. A little unpleasant. Besides that great service and experience!

Jasmine gave a fine massage. I was a few minutes late, so she cut my massage short. I wish she could have given me a few more minutes.

Jazzie gave an exceptional massage. She’s professional and targeted exactly my concern and most importantly did not talk during the session. I didn’t request no talking I was just hoping there wouldn’t be long conversations during my session and Jasmine respected every moment of my time I paid for.

My facial with Sharon was wonderful! She took her time to explain each product she used. Sharon was gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

Marsha is top notch. I’d book her each time if I could but she stays busy for a reason.

Jennifer gave me my best message ever. I typically get deep tissue. She informed me that she didnt do deep tissue, and I was somewhat disappointed. However, firm pressure provided all the muscle tension release that I needed without the pain typically experienced with a deep pressure. It was incredible!.

Jennifer is magic. I always feel comfortable during sessions. She uses the perfect amount of pressure. Ive gotten massages at other spas before, but she is definitely my favorite. Ive sent my sister and husband to her as well and theyve felt the same. I definitely recommend her just leave an opening for me 😁.❤️ I love Marsha for deeper sports massages. She is pretty amazing as well. ❤️ I wouldnt be able to afford them without my monthly membership, so that is the route for me. I pay with my HSA and tip through my account. I need to check for insurance reimbursement as well. Definitely book in advance or you wont be able to get in with these pros. One more thing tip my girls well!! That is hard work!

I had my first massage session at ME on Olympia Ave (I typically go to the E 41st location) with Sharon and I was extremely happy with the service as a whole. She has the best personality and her skills are just as amazing. I felt so much tension, stress and soreness worked out and she really knows the science behind stretching and muscle manipulation which helped me a lot with caring for myself afterwards and preventing my back from getting knotted back up again.

Jennifer is the absolute best! I’ve had a ton of massages and used every massage envy in my area, as well as many other companies as well, and no one has come close to how amazing Jennifer is. She is the reason I kept my membership because after trying many different therapists, I was ready to cancel. I drive 45 minutes each way despite this being the furthest location from my home (of 4 locations in the area) I come in tense, stressed, etc and by the time the massage is done, I feel as though I’ve melted in to the table. She is the absolute best of the best!

She was very good firm yet suttle. She was very good at transferring from one position to another, this was the first massage I’ve ever had professionally. She was very outgoing and asking if the pressure was good, too much or too little, all around it was a great massage. If, and when I go back, I will ask her again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I would discourage using ME. I purchased a membership and wish I had not. Today I called around 9:30 to schedule a massage because I felt very low energy and exhaustion and thought a massage would benefit me. Around 1 pm I received a call from my employer that I have been exposed to COVID via a co-worker who is positive and with whom I share an office (very likely explains why I am not feeling well). I immediately called the location to cancel as I did not want to risk exposing anyone at the office or their guests. And, wow, they didnt care. They still require a 24 hour notice and, oh, how great for me, I had a package on my account that they could take today to ensure their therapist got paid. Just unbelievable! The irresponsibility of expecting someone to come in who has been exposed to COVID is mind-boggling. But, I made the choice to follow recommended guidelines and I was charged for making the decision not to expose everyone in their business. Risking exposing others to COVID is not something I am willing to do because some people get very ill. I have put a call in to speak with someone to see about cancelling my contract. They have great massage therapists but charging someone for something like this is questionable as far as I am concerned. I have had a membership since March and have come for appointments I scheduled (when I could get one) and I have followed the rules of the contract, but hey -- keep your $65.

Very disappointing experience. I had three so-so massages, but kept trying different therapists hoping for a good fit. Unfortunately, they refused to honor my last membership credit. Lost the money and never had a good massage.

Ive been coming to the Tulsa Hills location pretty much since it opened 5-6 years ago. I was assigned LESLIE ESCARENO for my 1st massage there...and immediately pre-booked further bimonthly sessions with her. LESLIE is skilled, listens to my needs and is diligent in her care of any issues I may have each time...She is careful to protect any remaining modesty I may have 😊. The front desk staff has also always been helpful and friendly. Its like coming in to visit friends a couple of times a month...

I always feel welcome and comfortable here. Jennifer does an amazing job and always takes care of all my aches and pains. I always add the Rapid Tension Relief and it does wonders, for only $10!

Wife was in the hospital. They call wanting me to update our payment method. Said you will have to wait a few days that is my wifes thing. Manger got very rude. Called corporate but they dont get involved in that type of thing.Good massages but bad business. Go elsewhere.

I called in to see if they had any availability. The lady who answered told me they did so I set the time. I came in got checked in and had my massage. Everything was fine until I checked out. The girl told me it was $110!!! I was in shock, and told them that I could not afford that amount. I came expecting the normal $60. They just stood there and stared at me while I was trying to fight back tears. Nobody mentioned the price change over the phone or when I checked in. If I would’ve known up front I would not have wasted money that I didn’t have to spend. I will not ever use Massage Envy again!!

They owed me 2 appointments on my deal amd they canceled one due to weather but they did not have available due to covid and would not honor the deal. I got 1 appointment after haggling with the manager on 3 different occasions and then she said that the owner would have to approve the other and the manager would e mail me within a week. Wow a week. Well 4 weeks later no email . Great massages but the management sucks. There’s a reason 3.4 rating

Ive had two massages here in the past month. Both of them disappointing. On first visit the therapist had dry hands or long nails, either way she was scratching me. I made another appointment for two weeks later. I made sure the receptionist knew I wanted a Female therapist. I show up. Therapist is a young, inexperienced Male! All I could smell the entire 90 minutes were his feet. Im beyond disappointed. I went to the same therapist every two weeks for 5 years back in Florida and got an excellent Service every single time. I may give their other locations in Tulsa a try.

My massage and facial were great- 4 stars there! The counter staff needs some work - 2 stars for them - When I called to schedule, more then one person confused me with a different client’s account and then argued with me about it. My appointment times were not confirmed correctly. This happened all over again at the counter when I checked in. Each time I was made to redo paperwork. I felt like my time was wasted. They forgot to put my products in the bag. No itemized receipt given either. I watched them do the same to the next customer. I won’t be back. Headed to the Owasso location hoping for better luck.

I have visited this location twice but after my run in with the General Manager Brittany, my advice to everyone do not go here. I prep-paid for six massages. The times available weren’t always convenient for me to go so I received a phone call that they needed me come in and update my payment record as the old card would not go through for my automatic renewal. Hold on I didn’t sign up for automatic, she replied read your contract. I explained I paid for what I wanted and automatic renewal is not what I want she she replied you have two choices update your card number or I will put this on your credit report. So I said I will report this incident to the corporate office she replied we are all independently owned so go right ahead, which I did. The same lady they referred the incident to is the same lady that called me back to say. It’s me again now what.. I want my last payment for the service I did not receive. Stop using scare tactics to bully people into contracts

I liked my massage. The atmosphere is nice when they take you back to wait. The lobby is stark and white and very bright when you come out. Could use some tweaking to make it more Zen, if you will. Very professional masseuse. Kevin is a great masseuse and I didn’t feel rushed in and out. Great place to be.

I received this massage as a very sweet gift from my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and I was thrilled because I had never had a massage before!I was greeted by Chelsea, who was very sweet and personable. She went over some basic information and informed me on what to expect with the massage. I felt relaxed and well informed. I sat in the waiting area for my masseuse, sipping on a cup of water that Chelsea kindly poured for me. I was very pleased this far into my experience.I was then greeted by my masseuse as scheduled. I got ready for the massage, laid down and began to relax as I was looking forward to this experience. The masseuse was very kind but began to discuss her life issues during the whole massage. I get it- life is tough sometimes and we need to open up but I don’t feel that this was the time and place for that. Afterwards, I was informed that I had a hand exfoliation that my boyfriend added that they were not going to have time to do, in which they forget/looked over. so they informed me that I needed to reschedule, which is fine but they kept pushing sales on me afterwards when I simply just wanted to reschedule for the hand exfoliation.It honestly turned me off from the experience I expected from this spa.I do appreciate all that you guys do, I would just be aware of being intentional in providing a relaxing experience without the pressure of buying a membership and keeping the mindset of genuinely providing a relaxing environment.

My massage was good! I enjoyed my therapist, it’s not her fault that she works at massage envy.My massage was NOT worth 100$ for 50 mins. The woman at the desk was eating sonic when I came in. She asked me about 3-4 times if I wanted a membership. I had one, I don’t want another one. Ever. Never. Ever. I don’t plan to ever go back. I’m regifting all the gift cards I have left over from ME.

I’ve gotten thousands of massages and she’s really good specially on the neck sciatic nerve I appreciate her I drive a lot so both of those things hurt me

Highly do not recommend! Average massages/facials. Signed up for a membership after one fantastic massage and they told regrettedme how much I would save on facuals. Deeply regretted it after my first facial because I walked out with a mask still caked all over my face. Decided to do the chemical peel the next time but with a membership youre actually spending more for the service than you would without a membership. After the required membership for 6 months (couldnt cancel- gave away all my credits to family members and spent $70 per massage, again no savings) I called and was reassured that my membership was cancelled and I would not be charged the next month. However, I was charged. I called and got the charge refunded, then was charged again but now they dont know why. Save your money and go somewhere else!

For the amount of money that was spent it was suppose to be a full body massage. My legs didn’t get massaged nor did my arms. Not to mention in the middle of my massage someone came knocking on the door that there was no one up front to help customers so my massage therapist had to stop my massage. It was very unprofessional. I definitely wasn’t very pleased with my experience and I won’t be back.

She was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job on my facial!

Poor Customer ServiceThe room was cold along with the masseus hands. When I mentioned it to her she said, they would warm up which they did not! It basically felt like someone just lotioned me up in an ice box. Afterwards the front desks receptionist tries to pressure me into a membership, and when I explained to her my negative experience she said it was bc I was late to my appointment and I should of told the masseus AGAIN her hands were cold. So I kindly declined wasting money on a poor service Every month and thought it be best to leave an honest review.

I felt so much better after my massage with Jazzy, I cant wait to see her again.

Lack of communication,poor communication. Update thought they got things straightened out with canceling my membership and find out they just charged me again. I now have had to cancel my card and got through the hassle of updating all my stuff. Nothing but trouble. Highly recommend not using massage envy

Massage Envy and the therapists are professional and knowledgeable. I deal with a lot of muscle pain. My therapist Tim is wonderful and very educated. The massages help to relieve the pain I am in.

I would put negative stars if I could. Very inexperienced staff. All they care about is signing you up for a membership. They dont care about your needs or comfort, they just want that monthly payment .
