The location is great. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The staff is fantastic! They are attentive and helpful.I wholly recommend signing up for the monthly massage so long as you don’t take my appointments with Teresa! Speaking of Teresa; she is hands down the best “massage” therapist I have ever encountered. Her deep tissue service is the most productive and healing massage I’ve ever had.
Red Canyon is great! They use the Mindbody app for easy scheduling. The ambiance is stellar.Chelsea was incredible. She was attentive and thorough. Very high quality massage. Highly recommend!
I had a beautiful experience. My therapist Claudette was awesome. The room was clean and neat, and smelled delightful. Her techniques were relaxing, she had healing hands. It was a very enjoyable visit. I definitely recommend and will be back.

Had a deep tissue massage with Leta and she was great! She was very thorough beforehand in asking about any pain or issues I was experiencing and did a great job of targeting those areas during the massage.

Thus, IN ADDITION TO THE $25 CHARGE, I WAS CHARGED $89= $114. IN WHICH SERVICES WAS NEVER RENDER FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER. I WAS BILLED A REOCCURRING MONTHLY FEE OF $89 FOR SEPTEMBER & $89 FOR OCTOBER. I RESCHEDULED SEPTEMBER SERVICES FOR OCTOBER 13TH. BECAUSE, I WAS ADVISED, I CAN ROLL SERVICES OVER INTO THE NEXT MONTH. ANYWHO, YOU CANCELLED THE OCTOBER 13TH APPOINTMENT AFTER MY COMPLAINT. THEREFORE, I TERMINATED ANY AND ALL FUTURE BUSINESS . YOU CHARGED, THEN RETURNED A CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR $89 FOR OCTOBER. NOT SEPTEMBER. I DISPUTED THE $89 CHARGE FOR SEPTEMBER, DUE TO SERVICES NOT RENDERED. AS TO DATE, YOU HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME THE $89 FOR SEPTEMBER. SO MATTHEW, I ASK? WHAT DOES YOUR POLICY STATES IN REFERENCE TO RETURNING A CLIENT(S) FUNDS WHO WAS BILLED AND SERVICES NOT RENDERED???? NOTHING PERSONAL. PERHAPS, YOU SHOULD REVIST YOUR POLICY. BUSINESS 101: A POLICY CAN BE AMENDED.
