Elevate 918This establishment is welcoming and exceptionally kind. They addressed all my questions regarding my medical supplies and even provided alternative ideas and friendly suggestions. The environment is clean and respectful. I highly recommend it and will certainly return.

Top notch service every time! You know you are in the right place when there’s a wait in the lobby on a Wednesday. They have a ton to choose from & the lady during the day is so helpful and great at recommending specific products to me! She takes the thought process out of it.

(Not getting any discount for my post) These staff and selection here are always top notch! Great selection, almost overwhelming but the staff is so nice to take their time and help find what you need. Prices are very reasonable too.

I decided to do a new review for 918 Elevate Dispensary. Especially since I have been there more than just the 1 time when I gave my 1st review.Every time I have gone there, I am always treated with respect. Every employee I have met has always been helpful and respectful. They are all very knowledgeable. You definitely would have to be. There is definitely a science to it all. I had to do some trial and error to find what works for me. I personally dont smoke weed, but I do like the edibles. My favorite is Captain Kirks Nugz Indica Thin Mints. It has helped me with being able to sleep. I have insomnia. I also suffer from PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, and Agoraphobia. So far, things have been getting better. I still have anxiety and panic attacks and Agoraphobia. But I push myself to walk out the front door, and once I do, Im not in any hurry to go back home. This is one of the nicest and funniest dispos i’ve been too yet and really helped narrow down what i wanted and i’m super indecisive and didn’t feel too rushed when picking. they are definitely a great crew to help get what you need Ashley as a bud tender did a outstanding job! I have not tried all the products yet that I purchased, but the establishment was very nice. Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is not my usual spot, I just happened to swing through because it was convenient for that day/time. It may become my spot now though even though it is a farther drive.

I moved here from Denver last year and I’ve been struggling shopping around trying to find my ‘go to’ store and I finally found it! This place is seriously a hidden gem! They have a great quality selection, comprehensive staff, lots of beautiful local art, and some really good new patient deals! Caleb the bud tender helped me get some strains that have been working wonders for my anxiety and ocd. Can’t wait to come back in

So I just walked into the store at 7pm. The sign on the front said they closed at 6pm and before i was getting ready to turn and walk out the guy that works in the back said he was cleaning up to go home basically but he could help me from the window even though they were closed. Im assuming he accidentally left the door unlocked or was literally getting ready to leave. I have officially changed my dispensary and will be going here from now on period. Props to the dude in the back he literally saved me cuz i was dead out. Give that man a raise.

Was visiting Tulsa from California and was worried I would have trouble finding a dispensary with the quality strains I am used to. Not only was the product amazing the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Walking in I felt nothing but positive vibes which is hard to come by now days and the place was clean with an awesome atmosphere. Wahoo!!!! A legit comfortable place to get medical product (quality product) that doesnt have 6 budtenders staring at their phones while youre wondering where to start. I saw a lot of activists upset over a movie quote on their business pages are upset and leaving thrashing reviews, who havent even stepped into their establishment to meet them and see their product. It is my duty, as an actual customer, to report the truth. You guys did a beautiful job and have amazing staff to help guide our ways.I urge all potential customers to actually step inside and make your own opinion, rather than following the dozen or so who havent even been inside to see what they have to offer to heal you.

These girls are just the sweetest! They know me by name, and they ask about my dogs. Great customer service!! I just feel better when I leave, its awesome!

Awsome Place !! Highly recommended! High class upscale dispensary with very knowledgeable staff. Prices are on the top end but product is definitely there I got some sherbert and must say its cured pretty well very good flower.will be back !

My fiancé and I came into apply the same day they opened in Feb and still have not heard anything back. We’ve been passed around to Edgar and Raquel, everyone at that location, and so many more people I have spoken with and yet we still have nothing to show for the $400+ I spent. I’m beyond angry and I believe this is THE WORST customer service I have ever received! To take a big chunk of someone’s money and then to not treat them as a priority but instead toss them around to people who don’t know as well as to what is going on or where my stuff is, is beyond me. So unless you want to spend $400+ on 2 applications and then have people treat you like nothing but your money mattered then I’d highly recommend not coming here!

This place is one of my dispensaries. The women there are so friendly and really caring. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and they use the best incense which makes it a very pleasurable and memorable experience.

I felt completely comfortable and helped by the staff here. They were very knowledgeable and helpful to me, a PATIENT. Without medical cannabis I am prescribed opiates, aka, DRUGS by my doctor. To all of those that have had issues with how 918 Elevate used the word, “drugs”: Could they have done it differently? Absolutely. Can this be a learning tool on how to be sensitive to all as Tulsa is paving the road on this new journey? Positively. But if we want to get down to it the definition of “Drugs” is: Aa medicine or other substance which has a physiological effect when ingested or otherwise introduced into the body.So really, ANYTHING you are taking for your ailment is a “drug” so maybe we need to redefine that stigma and shake it off for all, including those prescribed “DRUGS” by their doctors. A poor choice of words does not negate the good that 918 Elevate is doing to help so many in the Tulsa Community. Keep up the good work!

It was 420 today and happened to stop bye. So glad we did. Really friendly people and lots of medication. These guys acted like real pro. and being 4-20 @ 4;20 it was amazing time you all should of been hanging with us. Pleas try to enjoy the rest of your night ~ Dr-Medicated

I would like to say that everyone is generally comfortable with constructive criticism, that being said, I do not know one person that would not defend their own hard work. Would give zero stars if possible. Came in on an afternoon when they were hosting a doctor who was there writing recommendations. They then took 10 days to get the application submitted. About 10 days later I receive a rejection email from OMMA because they had submitted the wrong paperwork! Called them up to figure out what had happened. No apologies or accountability whatsoever.

Was their with a friend and do not have my card. They were so nice and still made me feel important events though i could not go in back, or buy any thing i still felt like i was wanted their.

Love this location! Great products and lots to choose from! Loved the staff and how friendly they were. Will definitely be back!

The owner Zach, thinks he’s some modern day El Chapo. He touts he sales drugs! This is the stigma we’re trying to rise above. He then disrespects anyone that points out, how his advertising tactics are offensive and create a bad industry image. Overall he has a poor attitude and thinks this medicine is “just drugs” to be sold.
