Low energy and low functioning employees overall low quality store. Bought a glass and it was chipped but because of the staining you couldn’t tell, I was told I couldn’t get my money back and that theyd take a look at it and would call the boss to see if they could exchange it. With that kind of customer service on the phone, I wouldn’t dare bring anything back or buy anything else from That store. Items are GROSSLY overpriced; with no less expensive options. Items that are $10-$15 at other places, were $35 here!!!! Also, they wanted $52 for a dab straw in a wooden case. While some types/qualities of glass DO cost more, in this economy not everyone has $40-$50 to blow on such a small purchase. Store attendant was nice, but basically told me I was wrong when I told him I go through more concentrate when using my Puffco, in lieu of a dab straw. As someone who has been in this industry for years, when a salesperson tells you that your personal experience is wrong, it can be off putting. If we all had the same preferences, the need for stores like this, with tons of glass options, wouldn’t exist. I DO love the hours and the fact that they don’t sell meth pipes, though….

Super dope store! All the guys in there are super helpful. Came in because I thought I had broke my Puffco and was looking to just get a new piece. The guys were able to take a look at it and after some work fixed it and saved me a couple hundred bucks! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Great shop. Its small, but still has a great selection, Ive been coming here sporadically for a few years now. Pieces ranging from local artists (always try to support local!), to big name novelty pieces. Every time Ive been here the staff has been wonderful. Theyve never tried to pressure me to buy a more expensive piece than what Ive got my eye on, and I still have and love everything Ive purchased here.

I had shopped at this location several times over the past few years and was always happy with their selection. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the management allowed one of their only female employees to be harassed by their male employees. There are plenty of places in town to buy glass, I would suggest somewhere that doesnt allow abusive staff.

I have been coming here for a few years now and it is my absolute favorite, I havent been to any other smoke shop since I started coming here. The employees have ALWAYS been so helpful with getting what I need at a good price, and theyre also awesome just to have a chat with! Ive thoroughly enjoyed the rapport weve built with everyone over the years. They have an amazing rewards system too so I highly suggest anyone that shops here, no matter how often, start a membership! You wont regret it.

Amazing experience, needed attatchments for a rig and got set up perfectly. Laughed and talked while we made my selection and was even given a free bong! This is my #1 go to for all my glass needs. Not to mention the artistic pieces in the shop are amazing, even just to look at as art.

I usually go to the location on 81st and Sheridan they have reasonable prices and the staff is great. Austin is usually there when I go and hes very kind and knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome. Their selection is way bigger than other shops Ive been to. They have an immediate customer appreciation day discount PLUS benefits over time for customer loyalty. Plus they were super nice. Even gave me the remainder of a sample bottle to try with the other stuff Id bought. I will go here for my future shopping for alternative remedies. Highly recommended.

The workers know what they are talking about! Also they are so friendly and love to help you! The store has nice pipes and a great selection!! Oh and I forgot they have Artist pipes which is really cool because I love art and they are well known artists at times! They also have a deal where if you have a brown pipe then you could bring it in and get 20% off your next pipes! Obviously I love it here!

Staff is always knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I have been a regular for several years. Prices can be high on certain items. The selection of products is unmatched in Tulsa. The VIP loyalty program definitely has its perks.

Though I found the piece of glass I wanted, it was very overpriced. I wanted the quality and didnt want to wait on shipping but next time Im just waiting and only spending half as much as I should have. Staff was friendly af tho

My first and last purchase from them was a (cbd/delta8?) pen that was faulty from the get-go. I didn’t really know that at first because the employee behind the counter assured me it was working because a hit came out it, yes. but that button was sticky, I thought thats just how they were. but no it didn’t even last me a day because it was internally leaking and broke the power button. no, I didn’t leave it on.

Staff are awesome and for a little store they have a large I vanity and a larger knowledge of there products. I buy delta 8 and 10 products from them and they remember me there and what my needs and wants. Awesome people especially the manager.

Great place and Deals for what you need. Great people oveall

DO NOT GO HERE!! We had our piece for 12 DAYS and when fell from our 18 coffee table & SHATTERED. They advertise that their pieces are unbreakable/super hard to break which is why I went ahead and spent that much on their product; Yet it broke quicker than my $15 piece. CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS & they wanted me to buy another for 15% off. Yeah, no. I wasted $109 on the first one and they didnt even act sorry. They know what scam theyre running there.

Great place! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I found exactly what I was looking for. I cant wait to go back and do so Christmas shopping. The prices were good and they had vast array of selections in glassware. Its a plus that they have extended hours.

I went in a couple weeks ago for the first time and was surprised by the huge selection and variety. I felt a bit intimidated, but Rob was amazing and so helpful. There was another gentleman there too who was also very nice, but I didnt catch his name. Definitely going back!

I have a fantastic experience every time I come here but this most recent time really takes the cake. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for thanks to their help, he even made sure I got an email receipt for the item I bought with a lifetime warranty because I didn’t think of losing the paper one.Not only that but we were also able to get home thanks to them after our battery died unexpectedly in the parking lot and the gentleman who had helped us with our stuff inside, jumped our car.I’ll be coming back to this Glassworx location for all of my glass/smoking needs. I’ve been to many shops in Tulsa and this one by far had the best atmosphere. I spent a lot but never felt pressured about it. Anthony took care of me and he was extremely knowledgeable and cared about finding a piece that best fit my need and price range! Great experience.

Wow! So after driving around for an hour looking for a vape shop that had power after a severe thunderstorm we arrived here. The employee that was working, didnt even acknowledge my husband or me. We went to look at disposable vapes with full intention to buy a few. After about 10 minutes, still no acknowledgement. It was the employee and his friend talking and not helping us. We left and came to Vapor eyes and bough product there.

This place is awesome! My girl and I made a decision at around 10:30pm that we wanted to look for a new water pipe and this was the only head shop nearby open, so we gave it a shot. Im glad we did this is our new head shopof choice. Joseph and Randi are very awesome and helpful people. We stood around and spoke for like 30 minutes it was by far the best experience weve had walking into a head shopin Tulsa for sure!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I didn’t have to just to write this review.First of all, the manager was not professional at all. He could not provide any proof of authenticity for a very expensive piece of glass, and when asked he said he was “highly offended”. As a manager/owner of a glass piece shop you should always have some kind of proof your pieces are authentic. It is 2020 where anything can be replicated. He then started to raise his voice and stated that he is not required to show proof of authenticity, which I know is correct, but when asked it should not be a problem to accommodate your customer who is anticipating on spending quite a bit of money. He then proceeds to argue the fact that he has not been asked to see a letter or invoice of authenticity in years, and while that may be true, you should always be prepared for a curve ball. The manager proceeds to send an email and apologize for the altercation and admits he did not handle the situation well. When we got home and inspected the piece under good light, we noticed it had a hairline crack. When we brought this to the store managers attention he refused to believe it was like that before we left the store. There was no way It could have happened after we left. Needless to say he did not offer any kind of reimbursement for the piece and said they “inspected” it before we left. I suggest buying glass from other placehere in Tulsa, the manager just ruins the reputation of this shop completely. Made it a very uncomfortable experience all together.

I love this smoke shop!!! The employees are all very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like part of a family if you are a regular. I dont think I have ever been in there while one of the employees had a bad attitude, you just dont find any negative energy in this place.

I spent over 200.00 on Aqua bong, hand blown bowl that was guaranteed not to break. Used it for one week, tapped it to get the lose scrappings out and it broke. Glassworks only offered me 15% off a new bowl or a free bowl which was so tiny it would only be good for wax. Will never step foot in there again.

First time customer. Loved the experience there. The sales person was very informative gave me a lot of choices to choose from in my price range. The prices was great. Found exactly what I was looking for but better than I thought I was going to find especially the price I bought it for.

I had two awesome 5 star reviews but I had to take them down because the product I bought a month ago just broke. We feel that we were over priced for it to just brake. I’m not personally strong enough to to brake the product. But regardless we won’t be shopping here because under all the nice employees and stuff the product was too expensive to brake.

Rob and Kaylee deserve a best customer service award! They were so awesome and helpful. It was me and my fiancées first time in and we will definitely be back! Way better then staxx and a better variety and I love the rewards program!

Very friendly staff, quality items, not any Chinese bulk bin glass to be seen. The reason for 4 stars is the markup. They have a nice store, but my gosh their cheapest glass was 40$. good glass does not have to cost this much. Im hoping that as they grow they will source some more affordable stuff, but everything being so pricey made me leave wanting lots but without buying. yeah Im cheap! really though, in other areas of the country the same glass is going for much less, which means the markup is too big.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I have been shopping here for a few years now. We buy our pens and other products from them. Last night we wanted to spend the points we have and to buy a glass piece for around $300-$500. We came in for a certain piece due to the reviews&the features with it. We were talked into a different piece with all of these “special features” when in reality it had none of that. No Bluetooth with it, the app hasn’t worked for OVER A YEAR, left out the charger (after being asked 3 times if it was in the box). When we came back the next morning to solve these issues we were met with a unknowing and unwavering manager that lied to our faces. Extremely frustrating, especially as another small business owner to be lied to, then not taking ownership for their employees actions, and blaming other companies/vendors for the products. This is unprofessional as well as poor business practice. You openly admitted that the employee had given us incorrect information, but then wouldn’t fix the problem. Then verbally bashed the piece we were going to buy. This left us with a product that we unhappy with and no replacement. Originally, we bought an extra piece of glass (still in the box- still with the plastic wrap on it) and was then informed we couldn’t return it due to it being illegal in this state. After everything: lie after lie, lack of care from the manager, the unwillingness to help, and the blame being placed on others. This will not happen to anyone else if I can help it. Be careful on where you spend your money.

Sometime the universe conspires to put great people together, as in a really great band, and that is what has happened at the Glassworx Smoke Shop, Every employee is fully knowledgeable. They have a kind and courteous manner in dealing with the very youngest to the very oldest customer (I am almost 70). In my 55 years of shopping for the products they represent, they are some of the most informed salespeople I have ever for found. I intend to shop there forever!

It was fine. The prices are fair and the selection is good. Pushy sales person made me want to leave a little quicker. Would have liked to look more before making a decision but felt pressure to choose.

Excellent staff, very helpful, but they didnt have the one thing so I needed an I had to end up going to another store. For some reason they dont sell oil burners which is fine and it must be a store policy thing. But other than that they look like they had a wide selection of products as in smoking accessories, cartridges, batteries, papers ETC...

Love that theyre open late for a smokers needs. Great selection of product- if you need it, they most likely have it! Their rewards program needs clear printed rules on exactly what your points can be used for.

Went in the store to buy a banger for a rig the salesman helped me find one and assured me that it would work. When it didnt fit the rig and we brought it back he said All glass sales final I would have been fine exchanging it. Horrible product knowledge and horrible customer service. Ill drive the extra block to another smoke shop.
