This is the only vape shop i’ll use. the people are always so friendly and they have a great selection. I came in this morning because three of my vapes randomly stopped charging overnight and would not charge when i tried different outlets. i brought them in thinking maybe it was my chargers. Alyssa took care of me while i was there, & i feel went above and beyond. she was extremely kind & understanding of me being a little bit upset. she offered to charge them for me on their chargers, and when they still wouldn’t work was very apologetic. she gave me some extra charging cords to try at home in case that was the problem. one of the only vape shops i’ve been to where i feel like they truly care about their customers, & not just the money behind them.
First time in and had a blast looking thru the stickers! Great service and patience as I looked at every single one! 10/10 recommend

I feel like us st*ners have tried a bunch of smoke shops, headshops, and related stores alike. Tulsa is full of them and seemingly has them on every corner! This brings convenience, but also can bring forth the fact that quality over quantity should be the focus. Vapor USA had everything I needed for my last minute stop in and re-ups ! My sales associate/cashier, Lyssa, was so sweet and even helped me learn more about the functions to my e-rig ✨ I will be back sooner than later 💙

The workers at the Yale store have always (years!) been audacious, rude, inconsiderate and intolerable. Having an exposed weapon hanging out of your boxers is also incredibly unprofessional. Telling people you shouldnt even sell to them bc they vape tobacco flavors and dont want their suggestions for otherwise is blasphemy. Spouting nonsense about brands so matter o fact and treating people like their ignorant and being aggressive is habitual of the male employees. Clearly aims to spend your money and take no refunds.I cant even go in this place anymore, Id rather go to cloud chasers in an after hours emergency...

Terrible customer service, took advantage of my wife when she asked for a flower bowl. She was very specific by pointing at the bowl she wanted (flower bowl) and was given a concentrate bowl and the guy said it was correct. No refund when it was the workers fault, the company doesn’t take action for their customers so they don’t deserve me as a customer anymore.

Very professional & HELPFUL. I don’t vape often. I’ve had a pen for 6 years & have only gotten a new coil twice… They are super helpful, but kind of expensive!! Would recommend signing up for their text alert/deals as they seemed decent (but annoying if you’re not avid)

Bought A Drag Vape from this shop, I later ran into some issues with my vape leaking and returned to shop for assistance, I went back a couple times however throughout the entire process everyone was extremely patient and willing to help , they are full of knowledge. They understood the issue I had and never stopped helping me until we fixed my issue. Excellent customer service they treat you like they’ve known you for years. Wanted to grab something to last me through the weekend because I had some 120 mil ordered already the store manager Eli realized I wasnt trying to spend a whole lot since I had some coming in the mail soon so he went in the back and pulled out a basket of juice bottles and proceeds to hand me a 120 mil bottle of my absolute favorite juice humble hopscotch. Staff could be more friendly.Went to exchange a charger that I bought there less than 2 weeks ago with receipt, lady exchanged it and wasn’t super friendly. Went to my car tried it, still didn’t work. Went back in and she was super annoyed. Another worker helped me, got another charger, tried it first and that one didn’t work either. 4th time was the charm. He was super friendly but she just glared and was verbally irritated like I broke it on purpose. 🤦🏼♀️.Went to another shop and they are super friendly

I have been to many vape stores south of Tulsa due to me living in that area. NONE of them compare to Vapor USA on Memorial. I drive 20 min just to go to this store. The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable and the prices are way better than the others I have been to. They dont try to sell you something you dont need just to get a sale. They put together my mod and gave me informative info on how to use it and clean it....and I didnt ask them to! AND......THEY PRACTICE THEIR SECOND AMMENDMENT!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!🇺🇲🇺🇲AMERICA!🇺🇲🇺🇲

I used to drive from claremore just to go here. They have a good selection of product, I think even more than the other store. But the customer service Ive experienced here is just not good, the staff has made me feel bad for not knowing everything about vaping, I even left in tears one day. I havent been in this store since 2020, luckily I live near the one on Yale now. Its an OK store.

The customer service here is fantastic. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of juices, starter kits, mods, tanks, etc. and they will walk you through how to use everything without making you feel stupid, they offer military discounts and a membership program that rewards you with random discounts/coupons and points that can be redeemed for discounts, plus a life time VIP program for those that earn enough points for exclusive rewards. 10 out of 10 would vape again.

They were so apologetic and helpful. Chase even cleaned my piece for me and we chatted it up and had some laughs. Chase and Eli are especially awesome, but Ive never had a bad experience here (well, one, but they mitigated it immediately as I said, made it a funny story). Best experience Ive ever had at a vape shop. All the employees greeted me when I walked in. Asked me what I was interested in and my preferences as far as devices, I gave them my budget and they went over my options in detail. They bounced ideas off each other which I thought was very genuine and authentic customer service. After I made the purchase they made sure I knew everything about the product and its warranty. Theyve been a pretty good shop. Out of the pods I needed a few times. Kept them in stock pretty well over the past few months. Normally pick them up here when Im in this area of town. Gave 3 stars because I havent had many complaints. But today was my last stop here. Ive wasted a few trips and will just order online.

Excellent customer service, a wide range of juices, with a fairly large selection of mods and accessories. Long business hours and staff are very courteous and helpful. Their inventory of juice is almost never depleted. This business also has a great rewards program and frequently has sales on their products. If they do make a mistake the staff will rectify it if possible.

So I am using this account for a new review because I want to make sure the owner sees this. My name is Christopher Thompson if you scroll through you will see my other review that I revised but anyways long story short. I have had alot of issues over the past 2 years with this company and at one point I found myself only shopping periodically cause it was convenient only. But I called today and Eli answered not only did he take the time to hear my frustration just over the past couple months he assured me they are working to get the product in stock. He took down my name and number. Honestly I never thought I would here from him. But shockingly 2 hours later he calls me to tell me he had found 1 lonely guy who got misplaced. Now I want to add he mentioned he is looking for same product I am. And instead of hiding it and keeping it he called me to let me know and is holding it till I can get there. The service is excellent. All the employees are very knowledgeable and work fast when busy to help you. However i am in here what seems like every other day and by far the one to stand out is Michael. He is really good at finding the flavors youll like, he like to get to know his customers and bring the prior interaction with you to the table to create that welcoming environment every business needs. And while i did rate the store a 4 he should get a 5 star. Vapor usa is the place to go.

The guy working was VERY friendly and in our conversation he accidentally shorted me $20 in change on a $100. I didn’t notice til 5 hours later but when I did they quickly counted the drawer and refunded the $20. Saved my bacon because I’m broke this week. Thank you so much guys. They are open late and they always help me to change my cool which I just dont have the hand strength to do! Sometimes I cant figure out what I want flavor wise so they always take the time out to help me figure it out. They also have it on the iPads with different search parameters, which is amazing!
Ive been going to this store exclusively for about three years or so now, before then I tried a few other stores scattered in Tulsa but never really got the one on one I needed. Top notch customer service, pricing and products consistently this whole time. The team is so kind and personable. This is the same store that sat down with me all those years ago and took the time to teach me about vaping from the ground up. I havent smoked a cigarette since. I highly suggest you sign up for their rewards program and if you stick around long enough, their VIP program is epic. Im a veteran and now a college student so Ive got a strict budget and these programs plus their veterans discount have saved my hide multiple times when my budget is cutting it close.Really, from the bottom of my heart, thanks for being such a great company that hires wonderful people. Great store with options for everything you’d need. They carry the most up to date items. Best juice, mod and tank selections in town. The people who work there are awesome. They’re always very friendly with great attitudes. Very professional and welcoming. They’re so easy to talk to and are educated in all their products. They’ve been more than happy to answer any questions I’ve had. You also earn points for the money you spend. Which gets you money off on purchases. And they have great rewards if you become a vip member. Ive been going here for years since I’ve stopped smoking cigarettes and I’ll never go anywhere else. Would recommend to anyone. Vaping is the way to go if you want to get away from smoking cigarettes and this is the place to go to start!

This place is amazing I recently started vaping and theyve helped me on stuff I just didnt get starting plus if you sign up to there rewards you can get some money off your purchases totally worth it went in to get atomizers today and was told by the girl behind the counter that she couldnt sell me atomizers if they open the package got some free ended up buying some extra juice just because of that love this place

Mike helped me during my first visit, and it won’t be my last. He asked questions to understand my needs and directed me in a manner that was not condescending and extremely knowledgeable. As he said, “There are no stupid questions here.” Amazing staff, great selection, rewards program, and friendly, why would you go anywhere else?
This place is great! The service is always prompt and if someone doesn’t know the answer they’ll find someone there that knows the answer. I didn’t like apple flavors till a worker heard me say that I didn’t like it and had me try an apple flavor that was AMAZING. Great people and great prices. 👍🏼

I was there today 10/21/19 just looking for some new juice and possibly a new mod setup. I do have to say the customer service and knowledge I received was amazing! I got both new juice Heisenberg and Pop. Also the vapoo drag 2 kit which I love! One of the best experiences I have had with a vape shop! Highly recommend stopping by here! I definitely will be back!
