I purchased a mod juice and 2 sets of batteries and a charger from this store approximately 5 months ago and the charger quit working I am asking everyone I know to please not shop at the location just North of the 81ST and Memorial Dr intersection because they will not back the warranty on there products The young women that was there was extremely rude and not helpful at all and it didnt seem to bother her that I said I just wont shop here anymore

Bought some juice from these guys (not from the discount shelf, I paid full price) opened the bottle and filled my tank, juice was nasty and bitter. Looked at the bottle and it was 5 years old. Juice expires after 2, as the nicotine degrades and begins tasting bitter. Called and had a lady answer the phone and tell me juice stays good for 5 years (it DOES NOT) and should taste SWEET after it expires (this is also untrue). Luckily they said they were willing to swap it out for a new bottle after I came to the store and showed them. However the bottle they gave me was also over 2 years old. Will not be going back. Check the products you buy from this store.

I love shopping at VaporEyes in Tulsa, OK. They have a huge selection of the finest e liquids, the coolest mods, and all the needed accessories to go with it. They also carry Kratom and CBD products for your Heath. VaporEyes is conveniently located on Memorial, just North of 81st Street on the East side shopping center next to Wendy’s.

I travel all over for work, I sent my GF to vapor eyes for an emergency vape a little Hyde rechargeable while I was getting stuff done and they charged her 37.97 for a vape Ive found everywhere else for 21.99 at the worst. Im disappointed, those prices are unreasonable or they took advantage of a woman that didnt know anything about vapes 🤷‍♂️

Were regulars!! Love the selection, the staff are wonderfully knowledgeable, and prices are about the same as anywhere else, but I just learned that youll get 10% off if you pay with cash!! So absolutely doing that! I also appreciate the points system, which save me $5 approximately every 6 weeks, which is still something :)

I just checked this joint out for the first time to get some juice and coils. I only had a brief moment to scan over everything. I knew from the website what I wanted to try. It shocked me, good shocked lol, when the extremely nice & helpful young lady asked if I wanted to have a drop for a taste. I will be returning to VaporEYES to have a longer look at all the flavors. From Tulsa to Claremore areas, I have yet to find a vape store where all of the employees are not only knowledgeable in their products, but incredibly friendly.Theyve sold me nothing but quality juices, and coils.Its always hard to choose because they have the largest selection Ive seen thats not made in-house. (In-house juices lose their flavor almost immediately for me)Ive had poor experiences with ~15 different locations and this store will always be my go to when I want quality service and products.You guys are awesome!

I believe her name was Skyler.I have vaped since it first started, This IS THE BEST PLACE FOR ALL VAPING/SMOKING NEEDS.She handled my foul mouthed red neck husband with grace. The staff here was super helpful! The reason for two stars? Almost all of their hardware and accessories were outdated. Going to a weekly order would improve their ability to adapt without leaving the behind the curve! Want to support local but they gotta pick up their game! Nice juice selection.

Ive been vaping since there was such a thing, so Ive been to every shop in town, also take Kratom for chronic pain...it got me off opiates, which had become a dead end street with no way out or pain relief anymore, no matter how much I could get my hands on...Thank God! I was introduced to Kratom...not only have I not had to keep increasing the dosage for much better effects than opiates over 5-6 years..but its Not addictive & a clean, natural med that GOD Made!, instead of man made with chemicals from under the kitchen sink...or who knows what & where. Its probably saved my life & given me a life worth living.But I got sidetracked about VaporEyes...about vape supplies, most places I walk in, I know more about what theyre selling than they do, but these guys know their stuff, knew & had what I needed when no one in town didnt or sold me the wrong thing twice! They helped me easily solve a problem I was having with my coils burning up...something simple that No one, at any shop ever explained to me.Chances are, if youve looked everywhere for something vape related or have a problem...they can help. Ill go there First from now on.Thanks guys!

Store does NOT stand behind its products!Bought a LEO smokingleo vape cartridge that stopped working and messed up cartridges after only using TWICE. girl working there said once it’s been used they won’t EVEN exchange! Cheap China product! Very rude service and said there’s no manager to talk to. Very bad experience!

The best Vape Shop in Oklahoma. They have great prices and amazing products. The customer service is very good, which is hard to find in shops these days. All workers are very knowledgeable of the products they sell and they wont pressure you into buying something you dont want. Love love love this place.

I was passing through the Tulsa area and needed some e-juice. This place had good reviews on Google and was close so I stopped by. The staff is friendly and VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of vaping. I ended up buying a new battery and tank even though i only went in for juice due solely to the quality of their information and service. There was no sales pitch or pressure to buy, just great information. I came in with a Nautilus and left with an Atlantis and I am super happy. The juice I bought was among the best I have ever had. 6 stars for these guys.

My son and I went in about 10 min after they opened today to buy some juice! A short guy with a beard helped us and said it was $22 and all was going well until he asked if it was cash or card? I said cash he said great it’s just $22 then!!I gave him $25 and while waiting on my change he kept his hands in the drawer for a few seconds then purposely started telling me about a device then shuts the drawer and walks over to show it to us! I knew what he was doing it was so obvious but I thought I’d rather him keep my $3 and management know what kind of employee they’re paying! So First and last time customers all because a broke employee really thought I was that naive!

Good staff and juice. After buying a mod here and it failing less than 30 days later the no return policy is a huge issue. They came close to being a really great shop. If you cant stand behind the products you sell I cant stand behind you.

I feel terrible not asking for her name nor the owner, and he himself was in the store. Moving here was a difficult task in itself, bit finding a vape store was another. I call frist, asking basically questions on what they carry and the lady I talked to was well inform on what she was selling. This was a be relief for me, not only were they open on a sunday, they were open til 10. i decided to cruise down to the store and check it out, very clean place. I was greeted and I was sold on it. I asked for the lady I talked to and she was more then willing to go over some of their flavors. I did get to taste test some of them and they were all great the ones I tired. Im very pleased to call this my store now and I will be coming back to buy more product. I also like to point on the bearded guy which knew what I was vaping on kudos to you for some class. I have no doubt that the employees there know their stuff. Very kind people and easy to communicate with. By far the best place to come for anything that has to do with vaping! This place is truly amazing. Staff has a lot of knowledge and know what there talking about. Have excellent products ranging from beginners to advanced vapes. I Only have one concern about this place. Sometimes they get over packed and have a lot of customers in which they loose track of who is helping who and kinda ignore you for a bit.

This store has a very wide variety of juice selection but everything else about It is terrible. I gave a 1 star because of how poorly they treat customers. I’ve gone here before It went under new management and had no issues. One day I bought a coil and a new Sourin Vagon. Once I got home I realized they gave me the wrong coil and my Sourin was not working. It would not charge or have any power whatsoever. I drove back up there 20 minutes later and told them my issues. They asked whether the Sourin gave me a single hit when I got home and I told them It doesn’t work at all. I also told them they gave me the wrong coil and they said they do not give refunds for coils that have been opened from the package. So I’m already screwed out of a coil. As far as the Sourin they argued with me saying I broke It and cannot give me a new device or refund. After arguing with them for 10 minutes they finally gave me a new device. I feel if you get a device and It is broken before using they should easily give you a refund. I will never go back to this store. They constantly give me the wrong coils or the devices do not work. I recommend going to Eco Smoke right down the road. They are all super nice and knowledgeable. Do not waste your time going to Vapor eyes.

This was the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. Came in with my friend who is a novice vaper and wanted to buy some juice with her. The guy gave her a free bottle but ignored I was even there. Was not greeted or acknowledged..the idiot didnt even ask if I needed anything. Youre welcome for the customer, as I am the one who got her into vaping in the first place. Doesnt matter much since youre giving away products to people you like but ignoring brand new customers like myself who planned on making a somewhat significant juice purchase. She told me she wanted to go back in to get what I wanted but I will never step foot into this building again let alone tell anyone else to go there.

I was a first time customer, and I had talked to a lady earlier on the phone asking them if they carried juices that didnt use sucralose. She said they did-- so I decided to go in. For reference, e-liquids are sweetened primarily by 2 major sweeteners (sucralose, ethyl maltol), but there are other options (erythritol).I asked a simple question about a juice without sucralose, and instead of just saying they maybe didnt have that information the guy condescended me, told me he didnt understand my question, and tried to convince me that all e-liquid sweeteners are the same chemically.This shop actually carries a juice I wanted to try that I know doesnt use sucralose (Naked), but because of the indolent, awful customer service I decided to take my business elsewhere and I wont be returning.

Friendly staff and pretty large selection of all types of vapes as well as flavors. They usually have an answer to any questions I have or have what I need. Have gotten my last 3 vapes there and never had an issue with any of them.

I have been in the vape scene for awhile now. I have visited pretty much all the shops in and around the Tulsa Area. I finally got a chance to stop by Vapor Eyes for the first time yesterday. Needless to say, I will be returning often. The service is above par. They took the time to get to know me and my preferances. Very welcoming scene. I am partial to premium juices such as Suicide Bunny, Cuttwood and so on. I havent really given house juices a chance. However, with Vapor Eyes in house juice line, I am stoked. Its just as good as the best premium grades on the market. And the pricing is on point! If you cant find a flavor, they will work with you to make one. On my visit, I was mainly looking for kanthal wire. Not only did I get what I was looking for, they hooked me up with a bottle of Milky Loops. Lets just say that its only been less than a day and I am blowing right through this juice. The cloud production is top notch. I highly recommend this shop. So for all you vapors out there, quit passing this shop up. Stop by and check it out. You will not be dissapointed. Go there... Go there now!!! Thanks to the guys at Vapor Eyes.
