As a Tulsan, I love to shop local. But I also love a business that takes care of their customers and embraces their community. Ive seen first hand how the owners have a heart of gold.I hurt my knee badly to the point where I needed staples. I do not take prescription pain pills, and wanted a more natural pain reliver. The owner personally made sure that I got the products that I needed and made sure I was knowledgeable of the product.The Colorado Botanicals Recovery tincture and the Koi Delta 8 Gummies were exactly what I needed and allowed me to heal and get back to work quickly.Great people, great products, great company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad experience. Every time I visit they charge you a different price. VERY INCONSISTENT. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. I got the same exact products for 30$ less at a different store. I will not be returning to this location.

I was calling around looking for a special Smok vape (Nord 5) and the lovely woman Aussi working said she could see about ordering one for me. I got a call from her about 4 hours later and she had it for me at the store, this is the best customer service Ive had in a long time. I normally don’t leave bad reviews for businesses and I wouldn’t have left one for this one, had they made the situation right. I generally only come into this location to get Swishers but when I came in during the holiday season, they had some beautiful earrings and I bought several pairs of those earrings for 9.99 a piece. I loved those earrings and I went back in pursuit of more they didn’t have those specific earrings but they did have some earrings and I decided to purchase two pairs of those earrings and was charged. $9.99 a piece. Not a problem until I get home and look on the back of one of the pairs of earrings and it has a price of $4.50. So I called the business to inform them of the situation, and his response was, he would give me a discount the next time I come in after he argues with me about the price of the earrings, and where the earrings were made, he told me that these earrings were made in Perú when they clearly say on there that they were made in China. Yeah, that is bad business to me and I don’t do bad business. I even went back to the location to show them that there is a price on the earrings of $4.50 where the worker took a picture of it and also took my phone number and name and I have yet to hear anything back about me being overcharged for an item. They do have a clear policy no returns no refunds. However, this is not a return or a refund. They overcharged me and I want my money back and I know it’s only $5.50 + tax and I truly could care less about the money, but it is a principal to the matter and the owner was very arrogant and condescending so I will NEVER go back to this location for anything EVER unless they want to give me my 5.49+ tax

Reshan, the owner, was amazing! I called in for a Vape pod and he didn’t have it, but then he looked through his stuff and found out that he did have it and called me back immediately. Ive been searching all morning for a new banger for my RIO Stache. I have been calling every smoke/glass shop in town with not much luck. This is the only shop that offered to take my number so they can call their warehouse to see if they can get what I need and get back with me. While I was typing out this review, I got a text from them and they were able to order my bangers. I really appreciate this level of customer service!!

I went around looking for a vape I was wanting to get a mighty Mint or experiment hopefully a 5000 puff rechargeable I went to many vape shops in Tulsa and none of them had it and this is the only place that actually had something that was very close to it and the owner he actually sold it to me for the better deal that Ive actually been to throughout most of the shops in Tulsa so I would very much suggest to be here if youre looking for any mint Vape

I went in with an obscure brand vape tank, looking for hard to find coils. Alas; no luck.The gentleman offered me a different tank at a price at half of what I was willing to spend, and then knocked ten percent off its total! I switched out equipment at the counter and the gentleman made sure I was satisfied just as another customer came in.(Obscure tank was Sakerz by Horizontech, new tank is a SMOK)

After alot of searching, I finally found a shop that has what I need, and as a bonus, a great selection, and the price is lower than what Ive found elsewhere. I will definitely be returning to this lovely store!
